    My landline telephone no. is 25424104. The line is dead for more than 20 days. I have been complaining on the automated complaint no. XXXX2198 and third time I have been given dockade no. I don't know what happened to my previous complaint no.? Can they close the complaint without attending? If that is the case they should stop giving dockade nos., because whole system is useless.


    We, the consumers, at mercy of the department and can not do anything other than requesting them to do something, if not possible reply us and tell their inability in order to switch to some other service provider.

      My Tell no. 28551619 is very oftenly dead and no action is taken on the complaint.

      Lineman every time whien ever there is a fault demand the money for the repair of the same. Since we have stopped paying the bribe the line is 15 days dead in a month. We have taken Rs. 900/- unlimited plan out of 30 days every month 15 days line is dead.

      Please hlep in catching the greedy Linemand and put behind the bars.

          Last year Dec 2010 , I switched over mobile connection No.[protected] from post paid dolphin to prepaid trump. my post paid connection had STD deposit RS1000/- refundable which i have still not received from MTNL .One year has passed still waiting for refund cheque.

          i hv surrendered DOLPHIN SIM [protected] ON 22.04.10 to nerul exchange & requested for refund. I hv also given my address to which refund cheque has to be sent. I hv not yet recd the refund. pl arrange to dispatch at following address.

          I have been requesting for refund of STD Deposit of Rs.1000/ since 28th March 2012, as I had opted for number portability for my post-paid (Jeevan Sathi - Mumbai Dolphin) Plan for my mobile No. [protected].I have written to the CAO (TR) GSM, Bandra-Kurla Complex on[protected] and before that to the JAO (RR), Bandra-Kurla Complex on[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Though a reasonable time of more than 1 year and 7 months has passed, I have not yet received my refund.

            I registered complaint for my dead landline phone under compalint no. 8668. The land line phone is dead for more than 10 days but registered complaint on 9.11.2011. Till date the phone is not repaired nor I received any information from MTNL. The broad band connection on the same line is also not working.

            I do not have any means to find out status of my complaint.

            Can I get satisfactoy answer from MTNL.

              maine ek MTNL PREPAID BROADBAND ka plane apne ghar pe lagwaya..jab se ye lagwaya tabhi main bahut preshan hu..pehele hi din se isme dikkat ani suru ho gayi..ye bar bar 2-3 minute main disconnect hota rahta hai...mane call 1504 pe bahut complaint ki lekin bar bar complaint no.. de dete..mujhe aaj pura ek mahina ho gya..shayad aapko hamari shamasya se kuch nahi lena dena nahi hai .. jab aapko koi dekkat hogi to tab aapko pta lagega ki pareshani kya hoti hai...jab aapko nokri karni nahi aati to salo haram ki kyo khate ho...bhanchodo...motharchdo...........................ek aam nagrik.......................................................

                This complaint is in regards of my broadband service provided by MTNL, from past four month my net is not working at all i had gone several time to prabhadevi branch dadar and met MR khot who is DGM over there they send me the broadband bill though they deduct some amount and gave the promise that u r net will be working in next two to three days but till today's date it not started and they not ready to talk if they send me the bill again how will i pay ? take a strict action against this this our well known service provider company some people may launch the people but this people are sitting over there for harasment and they know simple or people cant do anything they are taking just advantage

                  My Name is Rashmi Ranjan and I am the resident of Janakpuri,New Delhi for more than 3yrs now.I am the customer of MTNL for close to 3yrs now. I shifted my rented accomodation from C4F block Jankapuri to C6A Janakpuri on 10th Nov,2011.On 19th Nov,2011 I made a written request to the District center branch,Janakpuri of MTNL for transferring the landline and the internet connection to the new address.

                  To my surprise, no one from MTNL visited till 27th Nov,2011 to my residence.Once, I complained to the customer care and was later directed to the Area Manager office where the lady who picks the call started handling my case and till date she has made me call to several people whom she hold responsible for the delay in my case.

                  There is no dialtone, wifi is also off/on several times.

                  I am fadeup of this service.

                  What to do???

                  Pls, help me out.

                    I had taken MTNL Broadband connection for my Number: [protected]. The day from when I had taken the connection, I had been facing the issue with the internet connectivity. There have been frequent disconnects. For past few days the service has been horrible. For past 2 months I have continuously logging complaints but without any response. Complained to the nodal officer, but the response was totally unsatisfactory. The issue which I was told that the Line was not good and had to be changed, but the Line man straightaway refused to change the Line.

                    Atlast I decided the discontinue with the broadband connection. Despite of the unsatisfactory service provided, they have still charged me Rs. 1500/- and I was forced to pay so.

                    Can they answer me that why consumers are being charged for such unwanted hopeless services with hopeless customer support.

                    Request to take action against them and set an example for consumer.

                      this complaint is against MTNL Rabale office. our service was dissconect due bill payment on time issue. after submitting a bill. they supposed to start services. but i got lot of trouble for that. our nor comes in Airoli section. so when i call to Rabale Mtnl the first caller was a lady who pick up phone & continue speaking with her collleague. after some time i dissconnect phone & Tried after some time. i got a no of mr. Kadam who spoke with me so rudely they dont know how to handle customer. i experienced this thing lot of time.

                        Why all govt running organisations never respect their customers?
                        Its been 2 months now since i have registered my first complaint regarding my broadband connection(ofcourse not working) but i did not get any response so i register another complaint to them but again the story was same then after 5 days i reopened the complaint again but in vain. Even i have register a highest priority complaint to them but i dont know why these guys dont find time for their customers.
                        Let me tell you registering a complaint for broadband is not that easy. If you have an hour free then only you should try because either they are too busy in registering complaint of other users ( which means how poor they are in setting up a good network) or they have really a shortage of resources (which again shows how poor they are in managing things). This is really something that should be done on priority because your customers always comes first. Even i am working for an IT company and if we do such things like ignoring our clients complaing then i think our organisation would lose millions of dollars, but here i think it doesn't even matter.
                        If the situation continues they'll loose all their customers even i will never suggest somebody to take MTNL's broadband connection.
                        I hope by registering here i would get some response.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL & TAKE SOME SPEEDY ACTION AND IF YOU STILL FAIL TO DO THE SAME, THEN I WILL HAVE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR DEPARTMENT IN CONSUMER COURT OF DELHI.

                        The only response which i got was from lineman that too of confirmation whether my phone is working or not.
                        I pay 2000 rupee as my bill and this kind of response. Is this the way you treat your customers?

                        I usually report on this site "http://203.94.244.173:7777/vcare/telephonecomplaints.jsp" for my telephone complaints. I do not how with out anything, the complaint automatically gets closed. I mean what a waste thing you have made when it is of no use? Are consumers stupid they are wasting their money and time to MTNL?

                        I have a MTNL Chatter pur exchange near by, what a garbage place. They made me stand there for 45 minutes just for a complaint. SDO Chatter pur is useless.

                        One day I specially took my car to MTNL exchange to get the lineman. They usually have this excuse that they will come in evening or after two hours. They do not have any convenience. So that day they had another excuse that the lineman’s phone is not working so we can not locate him. There are different line man for different area so only you area line man will come to your place.

                        Another problem is with the Internet. My internet never worked for continuous ten days. Always after 10 or 12 days it would have some DSL light blinking problem. I am paying 900 rupees for my Broadband 2 MBPS plan, which is going straight to MTNL pocket. Waste of my money.

                        If you can check any complaint log that is maintained for a number...please go through it. And find out how many complaints I have given. For how long duration the phone was working and for how long the phone was not working. What ever as a bill I am paying to MTNL is going to garbage.

                        I am seriously thinking of changing my Service provider. Service from MTNL is Hopeless.

                        If MTNL have a bare decency...contact me ...And get my telephone working.

                        Three days back i got my MTNL broadband activated. it worked only for the day and last two days it is down. I tried talking to 1500, 1504 call centres. They showed their helplessness and gave me around 8 different numbers most of them are either out of service or nobody is picking the number. the real problem is nobody knows who will record our complain. i tried going to site and register the complain but there also it is difficult to record the complain. Screen tabs and instructions for logging the complain there is mis-match. Today i spoke to 1500 and requested them to cancle my connection and refund my money they are not even interested in doing that. Surprisingly, they stop talking to us and disconnect the line. next time when we dial new person comes on line and story goes on. Overall, my dissatiesfaction continues and billing for triaband also continued. I need your help to record this complain and reach this message somehow to MTNL sernior team.
                        With continuous follow up with MTNL team, my complain is seems to be resolved now. i will check the response and provide further update
                        The broadband connection on my telephone number[protected] has been performing erratically. The ADSL light never remains stable for more than a minute and starts flickering off and on.

                        I registered a complaint about it on customer care (1504) and they gave me complaint number :64200154 on 1th June'2011. They said the problem is with the frequency on my telephone line and would be rectified in 24 hours.

                        Nothing happened after that. No one from MTNL even asked me about the problem. I again telephoned customer care and this time they said that I should get in touch with Area Manager (Laxmi Nagar). I contacted him on 9th June'2011 after many dial attempts and he said that it will be done. Thereafter I received a call from MTNL asking me "aapka phone theek hai?" Before I could say that it is not the phone but the internet which is faulty.. the official disconnected the phone.

                        Nothing has been done by MTNL so far.
                        Even contacting Public Grievance Cell of MTNL on 23356666 and[protected]fax) has not yielded any positive response from MTNL

                        I have requested for MTNL broad band 2 weeks ago,But as of now they have not installed any broadband device at my home,I have called customer care numbers many times 1500,1504,1503..But all members try to escape from their responsibility and not ready to listen My problem,

The connection shows on & off 10 to 20 times in a day till today but there is no one to look in the matter till date pls tell them to look in the matter & call me at [protected] or 26374360 for the same.
                        i use mtnl plan 6999 tri combo, my net daily goes down in morning & after 2 or 3 hour of interval
                        if i complain through phone there is no respond . what i can do, can i change my internet connection to any other company or take a leaseline . Please take any Action or give a qoutation for lease line.

                          I have been MTNL Trump Customer, my cell No. [protected]. I am sorry to say that I have always been faced Network Coverage problems in my residence at Thane, Ghodbunder Road since last 1 month. The mobile displayed as emergency and I am finding difficulties to receive calls and to call to the persons. MTNL Mumbai Dolphin has never been able to resovled network problems. Please look into the matter and resolved the network coverage problem in my area. I am expecting responce from the service provider.

                              My name is Anoj Kumar Resident of h block street no.16 house no 1449.i booked a connection TriB Combo UL-599 data plan in MTNL on 8th November 2011 .they installed the line on 21st November 2011 they gave me the telephone no.[protected].My C A no .is [protected] and OB no. is 1270 but my telephone and broadband is not activated so far. i have made many more complaint to MTNL representatives but they didn't took any step to fix my problem.my email-id is [protected]@gmail.com and contact no. is [protected].please do something to solve my problem.i will be very grateful towards you forever.

                                  I had recharged for my mobile with data recharge card worth

                                  Rs.850 (6 GB data, Validity : 30 days) on 05.11.2011 from CGO Sanchar

                                  Haat through SDE, Mr. Vasim Akhtar. Before using the data today, the

                                  data account balance was 5634121 KBytes (5 GB). Suddenly it is reduced

                                  to 0.

                                  What is the problem. Please refund my 3G data account balance of 5GB.

                                    My Telephone No.[protected] with broadband Connection frequently disconnecting due to connection point disturbed as road crossing since 06.10.2011.
                                    I had make several requests to the department by telephone/ Voice complaint/ e-mails since then but till date no person ware taken action.
                                    I have not any complaint as Complaint no.198 / 27612198 is not taking complaint and a recorded response "DUE NO CONNECTION WITH COMPUTER YOUR COMPLAINT CAN NOT BE REGISTERED" is being told.

                                    I had also made several emails to the authority but all in vein. Some evidence of E-mail are as under:

                                    where got same response".

                                    When calling to loacal Exchange Burari (Delhi-110084) they tells to call on above phone.

                                    I had also made several mails to MTNL Authorities but all in vein.

                                    Tell me where should i go for getting my phone intact.

                                    The same problem was in previous week but after makin e-mail to you, get repaired. Your technicians told that the wire is required to replace which will be only from the Order of Loacal Head,

                                      Its more than two months my billing issue is not resolved on one side, on the other side my telephone line is temporary disconnected from last two weeks beside paying all bill except the disputed one, (The disputed bill is also paid (1/Nov/2011)).


                                      From the time I have taken the broadband connection I am facing problems which are mentioned as follows:-


                                      1. From evening around 7.00 pm to morning 9-10 am my net is not working, I have launched a number of requests, Many a times i have launched complains after that i spoke with Area manager for a number of times and also with nodal officer, But still I am facing the same problem. Line technician use to visit and re-plug the wire but in the evening the same problem happens again and again.


                                      2. The billing issue "I have opted Trial BB Plan 50 on the month of July. & got the same on the bill of july, In the month of august i have opted the plan TriB combo UL data-599.But in the bill of September, Billing department have added TriB combo UL data-599 charges for the both month (July & August. Please refer the attachments for details). "


                                      3. Telephone line is temporary disconnected for last 10 days. After having payed current and the disputed bill with fine due to the error from the billing department, I am still yet to get any response of escalations from last 2 months.


                                      I kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.


                                      PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT FURTHER ACTION SHOULD I NEED TO TAKE.

                                        I am old customer of MTNL Delhi since 1997. taken Internet connection on my landline no 22158549 about 4 months back. Internet is not connecting most of the time, it is hardly working 3-4 days in a month. MTNL is just selling the product, not giving after sale service, Only propmpt service which i find is sending the bills on time. need solution

                                        My name is daleep kumar i am working in afganistan and my family are using MTNL Broadband internet in Delhi Telephone number[protected] . i am using broadband last more than four month i am connect with my family. you now also afganisatan is not good country.i pay bill everymonth but why i am facing this problem


                                        my internet not working some time is working and some time not working link light not stable more then one minute i call everytime customer care 1504 and i gave me complaint number after one hour is Automatice work fine . and after one hour again same problem


                                        i have been sent manytimes mail area manager and customer care center. when lineman is come my home he fix my internet but i am not satisfied . i am request to you resolve my problem i don't know what i do.

                                        My Landline Number:[protected], My Landline and Internet z dead from more than 1week and I had conmpalined about it to the customer care manier times and even Called to Sdo Chowkhandi(of our area) and to other accountable officers but all numbers are Ringing and I am very Disappointed reagrding the services of MTNL.
                                        Till now no action has been taken in the light to activate landline and internet connection which result in cause many problems to me because they had not even Inform about the trouble
                                        Please look into the matter and send a lineman..

                                        i have made several complaints to mtnl helpline and on mtnl website but from the past 15 days no one has helped me restore my connection back . The helpline number isjust for fun, they never pick it up . MTNL delhi surely know how to make their customers angry everytime .. when will my broadband be repaired, ive made more then 6 complaints online and my family has tried calling the helpline no. almost everyday from the past 2 weeks .
                                        ive been using a hotspot from my phone for my online work and downloads .

                                        hoping mtnl services will wake up and solve this repair issue and apologise for delay in time and their poor quality of service .
                                        It&#039;s been more than 2 months now that my internet is not working at all. Prior to that too, my ADSL light used was unstable. I had complained for that too but did not get any response to my complain. Request you to get my internet problem sorted with a permanent solution.

THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND ATTENTION THAT FOR THE LAST 7 TO 9 MONTHS WE ARE UNABLE USE THE INTERNET SERVICES. MOST OF THE TIME LIGHT BLINKS EITHER ONE OR AT THE MAXIMUM 2. SEVERAL COMPALINTS HAVE BEEN LODGED. HOWEVER IT WAS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION THAT DUE TO METRO WORK BEING TAKING PLACE AT PALAM THE MTNL WIRE HAS BEEN CUT. IT NEEDS REPLACEMENT. IN SPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINT AND REQUEST SAME HAS NOT BEEN RESTORED. WHEREAS WE ARE PAYING MONTHLY BILL ON TIME. HENCE IT IS REQUESTED TO KINDLY RESTORE THE INTERNET SERVICES AT THE EARLIEST. AT THE SAME TIME IT IS REQUESTED TO KINDLY CONSIDER THE CASE FOR REBATE ON BILL AS WE HAVE NOT USED THE INTERNET SERVICES EFFECTIVELY.
