My Name is Rashmi Ranjan and I am the resident of Janakpuri,New Delhi for more than 3yrs now.I am the customer of MTNL for close to 3yrs now. I shifted my rented accomodation from C4F block Jankapuri to C6A Janakpuri on 10th Nov,2011.On 19th Nov,2011 I made a written request to the District center branch,Janakpuri of MTNL for transferring the landline and the internet connection to the new address.

Its been 1 month now that my Land line no went dead. Numerous complaint to the MTNL office has resulted in nothing. There customer service is computerized and they keep on saying that complaints is already registered and hence don't do anything. Once i was lucky to talk to a representative and he said that some line has been cut due to digging and hence there is no connection. But my neighbors line is working perfectly....
