Its been 1 month now that my Land line no went dead. Numerous complaint to the MTNL office has resulted in nothing. There customer service is computerized and they keep on saying that complaints is already registered and hence don't do anything. Once i was lucky to talk to a representative and he said that some line has been cut due to digging and hence there is no connection. But my neighbors line is working perfectly.

That I have received a letter dated 26/09/11 on dated 25.10.2011 evening at 4:30 Pm and surprise to read as you told in letter to reply of my complan no MTD/CO/2011/1264/ED/98 Date 12/072011 has been settled by your deptt, on the consent of Sh Bakshish singh/Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 who is Taken illigal connection from your deptt, by illigal manner and stated/claimed himslef/his wife as owner of telphone address of no 27141180, without any legal foundation/property paper of telephone address,
That Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 and his wife namely Smt Kamlesh merely a Tenant at F.Floor of Telephone Address, already shifted in there own house at B-2, Sardar Nagar Near C.C Colony Delhi-09, and currently they are not residing in the Tenanted premises since DEC-2008, and the tenanted premises is lying vacant.
That Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 Claimed himself as a owner of the property in which your telphone no 27141180 is connected still not working/connected by wire/line since March-2010,
Consumer alleged that his aforesaid Telephone no is working alright till today and on the said submission matter has been solved by your depptt. But the said allegaion is null and void all bonafied submiited documents i.e filed by Consumer of aforesaid telphone no is already become null and void and Voter Id Card also stand in-fructuous because his name is already delete from voter list

Dear Sir,
My Landline phone which number is 22425370 is dead from 1/08/2011. But landline and wifi internet bill is despatch by MTNL every month. I already register my compliaints in MTNL Portal which details is given below.

So many times i give call to MTNL CDO Mr. Virpal on his cell. every time he reply that today he send someone to resolve the problem but problem is remain as such.

Still my landline is not working.

i had send sms on 1909 to start DND services so many time but not regisrering , replying that you have entered the wrong key, i tried so many times but all in vain. same time i got the service on my other phone no which is of vodafhone. please look into the matter an provide me the do not disturb services,i am very old custmer of mtnl trumph and i want to continue this subject to resolve my complient. my mobile no is [protected]

I requested for MNP port in to mtnl dolphin postpaid service from Idea Cellular in Delhi my number is [protected].

I received the following sms

"(G)Your Port in request for Mobile Number [protected] has been accepted .Your mobile number will be ported on 15-Oct-2011 at 22:00 PM. For any queries call [protected] (DELHI) or [protected] (MUMBAI). Thank You - MTNL"

Since 15th October 2011 11 p.m my number is totally inactive and when someone calls It says this number does not exist !

this is my business phone number and since 3 days no action from MTNL in this regard I have visited the sanchaar haat Idgah exchange 2 times a day but still no action. every time I am being told to wait for one more day.

Please please help me get the number active or back to IDEA.

I have a CDMA(Garuda) connection of MTNL(Mumbai) and I want to switch over to Trump(prepaid) connection of MTNL(Mumbai); but I was informed that this is not possible by customer care personal at MTNL Khar Danda customer care center; Where as the website of MTNL itself informs under FAQ section that CDMA to GSM & vise versa are possible see the link http://www.mtnlmumbai.in/index.php/mnp or the attached image

i had complained several times for my broadband but all in vain some1 had come to my place & told me he will bring the engineer & solve it (25 days ago) which is not done & then i went to versova telephone exchange which is just 500 mtrs form my home & the same guy told me he will come & do it as my complain no is 9660 from 45 days which is the 3rd complain no i am facing this problem from more than 90 days. i suggest to all the new users to think twice before u buy an MTNL broadband connection bcos same problem i have at my office also. plz think before taking any decision tel no 26374360 mob [protected]

i have mtnl broadband installed at my home. telephone no.[protected]
its been years that my broadband does not work properly
earlier it used to connect on mainline and i could use it for a while
i have been continously registering complaints but no one attends to them
from last 3 months my broadband is completely shut
i have registered complaints a hell lot of time. the area manager sends in the lineman every time. the lineman comes and says that my work is only to check the line and its fine.

then i enquired about my complaint details. the lineman told me that he had informed the area manager Mr. Gopal Singh about the problem 3 months ago and he is not responding to the complaint deliberately. he also told me that he is the most corrupt man in the mtnl east delhi office and he deliberately sends the lineman to my house as he does not want to correct my complaint
i am paying the bill for years without actually making out any benefit.

i am very much in trouble and these guys have troubled me a lot
please take some necessary action sir

Have commissioned braod band services from MTNL.
I am charged Monthly CPE Service charges RS.50 vide Bill Nos: [protected] dtd. 10/09/2011 & Bill No: [protected] dtd. 10/08/2011 .

Complained to CAO, MTNL vide mail dated 22 September,201.
He replies vide mail dated 26 September.
"dear customer,
cpe charges of rs.50 is payable as per the lr dated[protected]
received from our op unit

Wish MTNL justifies collection of monthly charges for a fully paid, purchased modem by coordinating with their internal Departments instead of driving customer from pillar to post.

My Tele No. is 25051984. This is a BB Combo UL connection. The connection is behaving erraticly during past few days. THE TELEPHONE LINE IS NOISY TO THE EXTENT THAT ONE CAN NOT CONVERSE AT ALL AT TIMES. Complaints are being attended only on paper. IS THERE ANY ONE ONE WHO CAN HELP?

I am a prepaid customer of MTNL from last 2 yrs.

I got one sms from +57777030 regarding activation of MMS Service on 22nd Sep’11 at 18:56 hrs which I have not subscribed and amount Rs 30/- has deducted automatically without my permission

I called MTNL Customer care many times but they are refusing to register our complaint for refund of the amount deducted by them.

Thus I request You all that please make the arrangement to refund the all charges deducted for it.

MTNL is such a big and old company and is one of the mobile service providers catering to many consumers in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
They also have a website that provides for online recharge of its service known as TRUMP.(A prepaid mobile service).
There website has been dysfunctional for a long time now and thus their customers (I too being one of them) are forced to go for alternative methods.

I am using MTNL Trump Card(Delhi) form arround lasr 5 Years My No. is [protected], from last 4 month I am totaly exaust due to one of service of MTNL calledMTNL Music Station I never subscribed the service and used this and every month they are charging its subscription fee. although I have also complained for it last month. but today they have also deducted the amount.

AUG Charges –

• 10th Aug - Rs 20/-
• 16th Aug – Rs 30/-
• 30th Aug – Rs 10/-

Complaint Registered - Total of 13 calls made to customer care. First complaint registered on 10th Aug, complaint number is 292432. On 10th Sep another complaint is raised with number 309793. The customer care executive, Position number 252 (didn’t give his name details) mentioned that the old complaint is deleted by mistake from the system. He mention that new complaint will solve the problem & no other deductions will happen.

4 more charges have been deducted since 1st Sep 2011 now. No solution is given & it is the most difficult task to reach to Customer Care without getting dropped.

Right To Information – We want to know how many customers are charged with this service every month because if we, in the last 6 months have been getting consistently charged with this service then there are over 1 Crore customers of MTNL across India. Even if 10Lakh customers are getting charged under this with a monthly Rs 60/- deduction then MTNL leaders are trying to show their profitability by unprofessional AND UNFAIR trade practices and making Rs 6 Crore (approx) every month in the name of VAS service.

ACTION REQUIRED FROM MTNL – MTNL has to revert the charges that they have levied on the above mentioned MTNL TRUMP connection number ([protected]). Failing to do the same there will be a RTI filed against MTNL and a complaint registered against the Top Executives

I have a land line number at my residence, which I had requested to be shifted at my new address it is more than two months now, neither any body at the MTNL office is giving me proper information nor my telephone connection has been resumed. I have visted at the MTNL office and followd up over phone so many times, but of no use, work order no is 993124, any competent authority kindly look into the matter.

I had a mobile connection no.[protected] which was a port paid connection by MTNL Delhi DOLPHIN. I requested at their sanchar haat at Dwarka sector-6 for changing my plan from post paid to pre-paid plan but I was surprised by the result as teh learned person of MTNL have granted me a trump pre paid connection and asked me to deposit Rs.235+45 for life long prepaid scheme connection ( @1 paisa per second) . I am a govt. servant and I owned this post paid connection ([protected]) under a scheme for govt. employees by payment of Rs.400/- Now, what shall I do for this unjustice as this no. is very important for me.

I had request for MTNL recharge of Rs.98/- from paytm.com through my ATM card.
But after 2 hours i received two sms.
1 sms (We countn't complete recharge request of Rs.98/- for Mobile No [protected])

2 sms (Rs.98/- has been into your paytm cash balance for your paytm order Number 4745522.)

But yet i didn't received any amount into my account

i purchase my sim in the year[protected] at that time i paid the activation charge rs 540.00
in cash. i have plan F.

my first bill came in the month of may 04 bill date is for( april-04 ) i paid it through cheque 849499, bank was bombay mercantile co-operative , jogeshwari west branch

in that bill they chrged me 500.00 of installation charge in The column of
OTHER CHARGES. I called up at your call center for the same and inquires about that charge they told me that activation charge and installation both are same so i should ignore that and pay the bill amt (that was 272.24 whic i paid) and further they told that it will be rectified from the next bill but from the year that is 2004 - till today Sep -2011 it is adding in my bill amount.

FURTHER

in the month of jan 2008 i did not recived the bill copy again i called at the center and asked for the duplicate copy of the bill they told we will send but still it is not recived and the another amount is still adding in to it. so my bill amount is keeps on increasing i paid all my bill by cheque and i have all copy of that except the copy which i did not recived. i had complaint to the general manager that is mr. jain also from his office thet just promise the things will be sort out but still not and
DUE TO YOUR FAILURE IN YOUR DUTY MY OUT GOING CALLS ARE STOPPED AND REPETEDALY I AM FACING THE PROBLEM.

WHEN CAN I SEE THE SOLUTION FOR THIS LAST TIME I AM SENDING YOU THE COMPLAINT OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AS I HAVE ALL THE BILLS UPTO DATE WITH THE CHEQUE NO, DATE AND AMOUNT WHICH I PAID. AND I WILL REGISTER A COMPLAINT IN A LEADING NEWS PAPER WHICH PRINT ALL THIS MATTER. WHER PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE WORKING. BECAUSE HAPPENS TO ME EVERY 2-3 MONTHS. TODAY ON 8-SEPT 2011 Mr. Arora (gm), Mr. Ravi Kulkarni (dept. manager), Mr. Swaminathan harresed me for 2 hrs by not picking up my call.
