MTNL — misbehaviour with customer and no action on complaints

i want to say that it is very bad experience of me by taking BROADBAND connection of mtnl..they are really not doing the work that thy are getting paid of...i mean out of 7-8 complaints for there broadband...we hav nt got a single person to check our problem...that is really bad working and S.D.O of this area is really uneducated and worthless person...he dnt knw hw to talk to custumer neither knw he to rectify the complaints...i dnt knw...i am really sick of these person and the work they are doin...wish sumbody saves govmnt..money...but my wish is useless bcs nobody will do nething...

I am MTNL user under Mukharjee Nager North Delhi. My land line and internet does not work form 10 june 2013, i registered complaint on 198 three times, but i don't get any response against my complaint. When i call 27654011 and 27654012 and other numbers to (Mukharjee nagar exc. (Dharam pal), i only get advice from one madam "198 pe complaint kro." and cut my phone in 5 sec. when i call again she said "Aap 198 pe complain kro". but i already registered complaint 3 times. No staffs are response for any MTNL user.

So pls..pls take action against Mukharjee Nager Telephone exchange (Staffs and Lineman).

MTNL Broadband — NON-ATTENDING OF COMPLAINT

Sir,
I lodged complaint regarding malfunctioning of my Broad band connection on 02 Aug 2009 on 1504. Complaint was forwarded Docket No. [protected] dated 03 Aug 2009. I am sorry to inform that my complaint has not been attended to. Kindly instruct the supporting staff to do the needful.

jagdish parab using broadband facility - mtnl no. 25167131, sorry to state that last month i m continuously booking complaint throu 198 no for my ADSL problem, but nothing will be done.

on 03 sept also i hv lodged the complaint & the doc. no. 5141, i shocked on 4h sept 09, i hv recd the new compaint no. id. 1174.

kindly looked the above matter, as i suffering lot.

hi, I am facing network problem in MNTL TRUMP PRIPAID connection..every time when i need a phone urgently there is no network. mostly whenever there is a bad wheather my network goes down. plz help me out......

I've raised 10 complaints with docket numbers for each complaint. But i've not received a reply by phone or any technical person from MTNL. MTNL is the most disgusting BB providers because of it's staff. I was getting a speed of 1.5mbps for 6months and the speed dropped to 430kbps last month. I am looking for a internet provider who can provide a speed of atleast 2mbps.

MTNL (DOLPHIN) — They activate any skim without my notice

Sir my name is Rajbir singh mobile no. is [protected] Last 4-5 month They activate any skim on my number. without my notice khel khel mein and not refund my money back all time they provide me feck commitment & mis guid me...

I don't even have any active scheme AT ALL on my prepaid MTNL Dolphin. But every now and then, I get an SMS, that outgoing SMS charge deducted. I thought maybe it was some spyware in my mobile (Honor 6C). So I did a complete factory reset and did not install anything new. Still deduction continued. Also tried the same Dolphin SIM on my other mobile, Google Pixel with factory reset...deduction continues slowly slowly, one rupee, two rupee at a time, until one one rupee ten paise are left! Also, I'm getting most sleazy, cheap ad SMS on Dolphin number, like this semi-nude actress, that adult chat ... I think these pan chewing MTNL baboos are embezzling money from MTNL, expecting it to be closed down soon. As it is, all their employees are taking VRS known MTNL days are numbered before it's closed and its assets are handed over on a platter to RIL.

MTNL — Activation of Broadband Connection

I have applied for A broadband connection on 24.09.08, I have paid full charges for the same . I was informed that Connection will be activated with in 3-4 days. Now they are saying that It will be done after 2 months due to unavailablity of modem.

I have taken broadband connection, but MTNL officials provided telephone connection only,
So many times I have given request to start my net facility but no body is their to leasten.

MTNL — Non-activation of broadband services after address change

Sir,

I shifted from Manak Vihar, East Delhi to a nearby locality Shreshtha Vihar in East Delhi itself. I had applied for the shifting of my telephone to the new address on 13/07/2009. After few calls, the telephone was instanlled on 17/07/2009 but the broadband services have not been resumed till date despite my repeated contacts on the helpline, meeting the SDO, Karkardooma and contacting the DET, Karkardooma over telephone, who assured me that the services will be resumed by 28th of this month. On 28th, some official informed us over telephone that the services can not be resumed till further two days. He was calling from the telephone No. 22301414. Earlier on almost every day from 20/07/2009 till date we have been contacting the helpline 1504 but to no effect. The helpline claims that they resolve the issues within 12 to 24 hours, but it has become more than 10 days for us!! Besides, whenever someone calls on behalf of MTNL, he simply asks 'Is the link light blinking on the modem?', you say 'NO' and they hang up!! This kind of extremely poor and unacceptable response is shocking. It was further more surprizing, when on of the employees (unknown identity) on the helpline advised us to get rid of MTNL and get it disconnected, as there were none to listen to the grievance.

I am now compelled to write to you for this inaction of the Deptt. I earnestly request your goodself to kindly get the services resumed at the earliest as my wards have to do lot of work on internet, or if not possible, please do let me know if really I should get the connection terminated.

MTNL Broadband — Internet Connection Not working since 15 June 2010

My Internet Connection on Tel No. 27762370 is not working since 15 June 2010.
Nobody is trying to sort out the problem.

They mischieviously report to office that the complaint is done. But nothing is done actually.

I am fed up.
