I had request for MTNL recharge of Rs.98/- from paytm.com through my ATM card.
But after 2 hours i received two sms.
1 sms (We countn't complete recharge request of Rs.98/- for Mobile No [protected])

2 sms (Rs.98/- has been into your paytm cash balance for your paytm order Number 4745522.)

But yet i didn't received any amount into my account

My Paytm order Number 4745522

Pl help me for this query.

    My mobile no [protected] under name of Purvish Parikh which is post paid
    i purchase my sim in the year[protected] at that time i paid the activation charge rs 540.00
    in cash. i have plan F.

    my first bill came in the month of may 04 bill date is for( april-04 ) i paid it through cheque 849499, bank was bombay mercantile co-operative , jogeshwari west branch

    in that bill they chrged me 500.00 of installation charge in The column of
    OTHER CHARGES. I called up at your call center for the same and inquires about that charge they told me that activation charge and installation both are same so i should ignore that and pay the bill amt (that was 272.24 whic i paid) and further they told that it will be rectified from the next bill but from the year that is 2004 - till today Sep -2011 it is adding in my bill amount.

    FURTHER

    in the month of jan 2008 i did not recived the bill copy again i called at the center and asked for the duplicate copy of the bill they told we will send but still it is not recived and the another amount is still adding in to it. so my bill amount is keeps on increasing i paid all my bill by cheque and i have all copy of that except the copy which i did not recived. i had complaint to the general manager that is mr. jain also from his office thet just promise the things will be sort out but still not and
    DUE TO YOUR FAILURE IN YOUR DUTY MY OUT GOING CALLS ARE STOPPED AND REPETEDALY I AM FACING THE PROBLEM.

    WHEN CAN I SEE THE SOLUTION FOR THIS LAST TIME I AM SENDING YOU THE COMPLAINT OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AS I HAVE ALL THE BILLS UPTO DATE WITH THE CHEQUE NO, DATE AND AMOUNT WHICH I PAID. AND I WILL REGISTER A COMPLAINT IN A LEADING NEWS PAPER WHICH PRINT ALL THIS MATTER. WHER PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE WORKING. BECAUSE HAPPENS TO ME EVERY 2-3 MONTHS. TODAY ON 8-SEPT 2011 Mr. Arora (gm), Mr. Ravi Kulkarni (dept. manager), Mr. Swaminathan harresed me for 2 hrs by not picking up my call.

      I want to bring to your notice that MTNL Dolphin/Trump is charging for unauthorized services on pre-paid mobile services at Delhi. My number is [protected] & for the last two months they are deducting 30/- Rs every month for this unauthorized services"Mitti Ke Rang " on pre-paid mobile . I have also never ever subscribed to this kind of any services of MTNL.
      I also request you that the MTNL's charging for this kind o[censored]nauthrized services is unfair and must be stopped.and the money must be returned to the subscriber.

      MTNL — deduction of balance without information

      I am a resident of dwarka and using mtnl connection(mobile service a.k.a dolphin).Yesterday i
      received a msg that 20rs have been deducted from my balance because i
      susbscribed an ipl score service.I called customer care and they said
      right now they dont have any information regarding it and they asked
      me to call next morning.After 2 hours i received same message and then
      again they deducted 20rs from my balance.In total 40 rs were
      deducted.When i called on 1503(there customer care number) one of
      there employee gave me another number and didnt talk properly.Then i
      called on 1909 .REPRESENTATIVE blocked all these kind of messages but
      they are not returning my balance.Also still i am receiving unnecessary messages and they assured me that they have blocked this service via a text message.
      I lost Rs 40 without doing anything and they are saying they will not return it back.

          One message was received on my mobile No. [protected] from 52585/52585020 that Your Dolphin vault subscription is renewed now at Rs. 20 for 30 days. I were nothing replied regarding activate that message. But, Rs. 20X6 (Rs. 120) was deducted from my balance. Such type of cases have been happened on Feb 2011, March 2011, April 2011. June 2011, July 2011 and August 2011. I have complaint in written to the Branch Manage, Idgah, Karol Bagh, New Delhi on 03.03.2011. The complaint letter was handed over to an employee of that branch whose name is Shri Rajbir Singh. Another complaints have been registered on the MTNL's Customer Care (complaints No. are 269166 on June, 285688 on 29.07.2011 and 300692 on 26.08.2011) to deactivate this service and deducted amount should refund.

          I am requested that this matter may sort out very soon and deducted amount may be refunded.

          yes this statement is very true from the last six months i am experiencing same type of problem.
          each time i recharge my balance, it got cut by Rs. 20
          i couldn't understand which type of backup do they do. or i dont know it's a fraud, spam, or just making fool o[censored]s.

            HELLO i am a resident of andheri east.i had subscribed for mtnl boradband plan 495dsl unlimited ineternet broadband plan in may 2010.for first 3-4 months the service was very good no disconnection of internet and no problems while surfing..
            after that regularly the were disconnections of internet..in a month the internet worked harldy for 3-4 days only..despite of lodging so many complaints, visiting the mtnl regional officer also all the complaint were on deaf ears..i am a regular payer of the bill till date and still i have no services offered from mtnl yet..
            it is a very disappointing sitution that a person is applying for a government service and the government is least bothered about customer satisfaction..i have filed for a complete refund of the unsed disconnected internet but have got no answers back from mtnl.all they have to say is sir please thank you for using mtnl and please wait for 1 week.since last 7-8 months i am waiting for that 1 week to get over..
            i appeal for an immediate response and a hearing for my complaint.

                I requested for the modem change i.e normal to wireless modem on 10.08.2011 (MTNL request/complaint no.[protected] but it has still not been replaced.
                Despite Several complaints in MTNL customer care i.e 1500 my modem has not been changed.

                  Respected Personnel,


                  I'm really fed up of the EXTREMELY SLOW internet
                  speed that i'm getting since this
                  connection was given to me on july 1st
                  2011.



                  On 27th August 2011 an MTNL
                  representative visited my home & he
                  had only 1 answer... "There is a server
                  problem, i would be soughted out in
                  some days".


                  Sir, this is no answer. I can't accept
                  this because this a common dilogue
                  given to me by every MTNL
                  representative or Customer care
                  executive.



                  My friend has the same internet
                  connection, EXACTLY SAME, he gets 3-4 four times better speeds than me.


                  His phone no. is 25281371. He has 512 kbps unlimited download plan.


                  WHY DOESN'T HE FACE ANY SERVER
                  PROBLEMS??


                  Sir, there is a strict need of a repeater
                  (i don't know the technical name but it
                  boosts signals) in my locality/area
                  because i'm not getting the quality that i am paying for.


                  I would also like to tell you that i
                  had a 256 kbps, unlimited
                  download connection in August 2009
                  & it was MUCH FASTER than this 512
                  kbps, unlimited download connection. YES 256 was faster than 512, i'm making no mistake.

                        MTNL — 3G Signal

                        After launching MNP we converted our all mobile connection into mtnl 3G but the 3G Signals are not available at my home due to which we are not able to connect to anyone.

                        MTNL DELHI DOLPHIN — Non Recipient of bill for 4 months and billing is utter erroneous

                        MTNL Delhi dolphin is utter erroneous company. I did not receive any bill for last four months. The network has always some or the other problem. Call drop is the prominent characteristic of MTNL Delhi Dolphin. I have not made calls to the amount that I have received. I only get sms for the bill.

                            dear sir i have been complaining on [protected] about my internet problem of my landline connection no [protected] on the various occassions . i have been enquired by mtnl staff on land line no.my internet connection is working or not as and when they get reply no they put down the phone. but they are not sending any one to attend the complaint persionally. last month july 2011 my net service was totally faulty which can be be verified from your data so please grant me rebate for this in the next month bill. my net always get disconnected frequently and get it started automatically i cant understand how this happens so please look into the matter seriously

                              Dear sir,
                              I have a telephone of garuda ,first of all the service is bad , the when i went to surrender the phone I have to give a surrender letter the way the engineer wants that we are not getting adequate signal and if the hand set is new ,we are asked to buy a new hand set even though its just 3 months old ,there is no replacement ,but they did repair it but the problem is still not solved i do not get reception (signal) and the phone freaks out every now and then (the hand set does not work)(have to speak through the speaker phone mode), when we are surrendering our phone and my surrender letter says that we are surrendering because of bad service ,the sub divisional enggADPN1 mr M B BHAVNANI says that write that the signal is bad and not service .Firstly the hand set is sub standard and secondly no one wants to help you out ,disgusting attitude of the company.my no 22907564 which after getting fed up have surrendered .

                                since the time i have got connected to mtnl with a broadband connection in the month of feb this year 2011, i have been receiving the bills just one or two days before the due date.
                                And i have paid the bills beofre the due date to avoid late fees, but for july no bill so far.
                                I got an sms on my mobile dated 2/08/2011 saying mtnl bill amount and the due date is 1/8/2011.
                                Called the concerned person and he says just take a duplicate bill and pay the amount, write a letter to the post master and sumbit them a copy.
                                There is no acceptance of mistake from their side not only i have to do the running about to pay the bill but i will also have to pay late charges for no mistake of my own.

                                Hi

                                I am using MTNL landline with broadband since more than one year.... but I have never received a single bill to my home address, because of that I am cotinuously paying late fee charges. I have logged a complaint but no action has been taken by the MTNL. I have talked to senior manager as well but all was useless.
                                moreover I not get getting the committed net speed.
                                I went so many times to exchange, but nobody is there who can listen over there. what they can do better is only smoking in the exchange.
                                I get pissed off with this.... my request is for govt as well if these people can not work just kick them out and give a chance to our qualified unemployed youth.

                                  As I am much puzzled by MTNL, I am here for writing you a complaint regarding MTNL Broadband Connection which is did not install yet at my home. I booked MTNL Braodbad on 18th July 2011 and for the connection I had paid an amount of Rs.500 for registration but unfortunately I did not get any connection yet. I called many times to the Area Manager and Incharge but they did not take any action.. I called them from a week but still no action has been taken yet.

                                      Respected Sir/Ma'm i am having in my internet connection for last 15 days and i have tell about it to the concerned authorities but no action is taken yet.I am a computer science engineering student and need the connection formy regular work.I've made several calls and reminders for the same but it is all in vein.
                                      I have a humble request to you to see into this case seriously and rply me as soon as possible.
