I'm really fed up of the EXTREMELY SLOW internet
speed that i'm getting since this
connection was given to me on july 1st
2011.
On 27th August 2011 an MTNL
representative visited my home & he
had only 1 answer... "There is a server
problem, i would be soughted out in
some days".
Sir, this is no answer. I can't accept
this because this a common dilogue
given to me by every MTNL
representative or Customer care
executive.
My friend has the same internet
connection, EXACTLY SAME, he gets 3-4 four times better speeds than me.
His phone no. is 25281371. He has 512 kbps unlimited download plan.
WHY DOESN'T HE FACE ANY SERVER
PROBLEMS??
Sir, there is a strict need of a repeater
(i don't know the technical name but it
boosts signals) in my locality/area
because i'm not getting the quality that i am paying for.
I would also like to tell you that i
had a 256 kbps, unlimited
download connection in August 2009
& it was MUCH FASTER than this 512
kbps, unlimited download connection. YES 256 was faster than 512, i'm making no mistake.

MTNL — deduction of balance without information
I am a resident of dwarka and using mtnl connection(mobile service a.k.a dolphin).Yesterday ireceived a msg that 20rs have been deducted from my balance because i
susbscribed an ipl score service.I called customer care and they said
right now they dont have any information regarding it and they asked
me to call next morning.After 2 hours i received same message and then
again they deducted 20rs from my balance.In total 40 rs were
deducted.When i called on 1503(there customer care number) one of
there employee gave me another number and didnt talk properly.Then i
called on 1909 .REPRESENTATIVE blocked all these kind of messages but
they are not returning my balance.Also still i am receiving unnecessary messages and they assured me that they have blocked this service via a text message.
I lost Rs 40 without doing anything and they are saying they will not return it back.
