I am resident of 742, Pocket B , DDA LIG Flats (Om Apartment ) , Sector 14 , Dwarka , New Delhi . I took a new connection of MTNL 3G along with 3G unlimited Data Plan few months back . My Mobile no is. [protected] and Account no. is [protected] .
Since very first day I am facing acute 3G signal problem at in my residential area . It has become almost difficult for me to access data with 3G .

mere pass ek dolphin prepaid connection hai jiska balance approx. 90 rupees hai.joki meri amarnath yatra ke samay band ho gaya tha. jiski maine aaj (06/08/11)ko delhi sanchar haat me complain ki lakin koi solution nahi huwa. nai sim lane ke liye kaha gaya 28 rupees with id proof. esme mera kaha fault hai. mera dolphin mob number [protected] jo abhi tak band. please help me.

dear sir i have been complaining on [protected] about my internet problem of my landline connection no [protected] on the various occassions . i have been enquired by mtnl staff on land line no.my internet connection is working or not as and when they get reply no they put down the phone. but they are not sending any one to attend the complaint persionally. last month july 2011 my net service was totally faulty which can be be verified...

I have a telephone of garuda ,first of all the service is bad , the when i went to surrender the phone I have to give a surrender letter the way the engineer wants that we are not getting adequate signal and if the hand set is new ,we are asked to buy a new hand set even though its just 3 months old ,there is no replacement ,but they did repair it but the problem is still not solved i do not get reception (signal)...

since the time i have got connected to mtnl with a broadband connection in the month of feb this year 2011, i have been receiving the bills just one or two days before the due date.
And i have paid the bills beofre the due date to avoid late fees, but for july no bill so far.
I got an sms on my mobile dated 2/08/2011 saying mtnl bill amount and the due date is 1/8/2011.

This is to inform you that I was using dolphin post paid connection last 6 year, From February onward I am using portability facilities on same No. As discussed with Dolphin-MTNL customer care and local sanchar haat that you will get your security amount after 90 days. but still i am waiting for that. Im a resident of mumbai, Borivali(w) ,iC colony area I have been using MTNL connection for the past 5 years but over the last 6 mnths or so i have Been experiencing Loss in Download speed & as well as frequnet Disconnections. I am not getting my mobile connection No.[protected] bill from last 4 months. I am making payment online, but sorry to say that now their site is also down from last 20 days. I have no time to get duplicate bill from MTNL office. I am wonder why such a big service providers site is down from last 20 days and no effort is being made to repair it. Such a shameful situation is this. Country cannot progress till we realize...

my ph[protected] ,having wifi connection with mtnl, but for the last 2 month it is not working properly ,even got my modem reconfig but still with in one or two minute it stopped working ,and i have to wait to resart it, i complained so many times ,but every time lineman comes and give excuses but donot solve problem ,i am living in vishnu garden area so there is no other service provider for wifi, i have no other alternative...

My employer M/s Steel Authority of India Limited(a Govt of India Enterprise) has taken a corporate Connection(about 700 to 800 connections) for Mobile service from MTNL Dolphin+ BSN combine for all India (i.e from MTNL for NCR & Mumbai & BSNL for Rest of India) and distributed the connections among the employes all over India and the usage bill for the same is paid by the company.
