Sir,

I am not getting my mobile connection No.[protected] bill from last 4 months. I am making payment online, but sorry to say that now their site is also down from last 20 days. I have no time to get duplicate bill from MTNL office. I am wonder why such a big service providers site is down from last 20 days and no effort is being made to repair it. Such a shameful situation is this. Country cannot progress till we realize our duty and commitment to out country.
i am not getting bill of my landline no. 25885104 due to which it has been disconnected. Now how do i know my bill amount? this is not fair with the customer.

    my ph[protected] ,having wifi connection with mtnl, but for the last 2 month it is not working properly ,even got my modem reconfig but still with in one or two minute it stopped working ,and i have to wait to resart it, i complained so many times ,but every time lineman comes and give excuses but donot solve problem ,i am living in vishnu garden area so there is no other service provider for wifi, i have no other alternative

      My employer M/s Steel Authority of India Limited(a Govt of India Enterprise) has taken a corporate Connection(about 700 to 800 connections) for Mobile service from MTNL Dolphin+ BSN combine for all India (i.e from MTNL for NCR & Mumbai & BSNL for Rest of India) and distributed the connections among the employes all over India and the usage bill for the same is paid by the company.

      Since the numbers were in continous series there were also some numbers for which the sevice provider charges a premium amount.I happen to get connection bearing number[protected]My new account number is[protected].

      MTNL charged Rs.6862/- towards the premium number charges in the first bill i.e bill for the month of June 2010 .As the primium number charge was not payable it was not paid and the first bill was paid to MTNL after deducting the same.Since then I have been taken up several times with MTNL thru their customer care & thru nodal officer to correct the same but every month the bill shows it as outstanding amount.My company has also taken up the matter with MTNL but of no use.

      I request for your help in taking up the matter with MTNL to sort out the issue.

      Secondly though it is not a complaint but I request your forum to take up with MTNL for giving Internet access for printing the MTNL Dolphin bill as they are giving for LandLine connections and also give SMS alerts for the bill amount and due date.Other mobile service providers are giving this facility.This will not only save paper & postal/courier expenses of MTNL but it will be great convenience for the users.

      MTNL Dolphin Mobile — Deduction of Amt

      Dear All

      I have not subscribed for M-Junction Product but the amt Rs 30 deducted from my prepaid card bill. Kindly check for this unnecessary deductions. More over complaint been made in 1503 No. which is customer service No. but the complaint been rejected by the executive saying it is not a complaint and holded me for abt 40mins without any reply and not transfering the line to senior executive after abt 40 mins senior executive came name is MR.RAJESH but still he is not takig my complaint but at my compulsion he has taken my complaint and given me the complaint No.10300076.

        My digital Telephne set installed by MTNL does not show digits of date and time and dialled digits. Inspite of several reminders It has not been replaced so far.
        Line man telephone mechanic says that the instuuments are out of stock from the last several months. Kindly help to replace the set or rectify the defects in the existing set.

          I have purchased a MTNL data card 3 g jadoo in april2011 and recharge iton 25th april 2011, with Rs.4500.00 for six months unlimited data download and unlimited use as claimed by MTNL. It works very well for a month after one months it stops working, and when I call 1500 MTNL customer care , they gave me contradictory answers, One person saying your amount is finished due to some service activated itself, He didnot know that service, another person tell me that it is nothing to do with the your balance amount as my plan is already activated for six month against the above said amount. But they donot provide me any solution. Please look into the matter,
          As I have no internet service since last month. Please Make it clear whether MTNL either give me proper service or return my money, which they deducted and cheat me .

            My MTNL phone no is[protected], and I am using this broad band connection for about three months. And the problem is that neither phone nor the internet is working in a proper manner, and its becoming headache for me day by day,. When I use the internet its connection breaks of every few minutes and i can't download any thing because of breaking up of the connection.
            Its my humble request from the authority to have a look at it and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

              My name is Govind Joshi and my mobile no is [protected]. I have opted for MNP from AIRCEL to MTNL on 18th of June. On 21st I got a message from 1900 saying that my no will be ported at 22:30 hours on 21st june..On the same day AIRCEL stoped thier service but MTNL does not activated their service which is a very wrong action.On 22nd i tried to call and my outgoing was working and i made few calls as well..I recharged my no which was successful..My all incoming and messaging was not working..In the evening of the same day suddenly my outgoing was also stopped and i start getting the error of temporary suspension..I called MTNL customer care which could not satisfy me with the troubleshooting..I went to HAUZ KHAS sanchar haat 2 times but in Vain..I lost my money,time and business because of careless service of MTNL..No one is ready to tell why it is so? I will file a case very soon if it does not work..The time of seven days is going to complete tomorrow..I need my no activated by tomorrow..Kindly help me...The worst customer care is of MTNL..They do not even care to talk and resolve the issues..Its very difficult to live without a mobile which everyone knows..Still why so careless nature?

              I filled up the form on 26th Jan 2011 to port my existing MTNL trump number([protected]) to Aircel but nothing has been done till now and now it has been conveyed that MTNL has rejected the request without giving any reason. Can I request help on this or whom to contact.

                I surrendered my MTNL landline telephone number 25086048 on 15/03/2011 along with photocopy of demand no. 933902 showing old registration no. SHR/N-OYT/S/057 dated 15/02/1988, receipt dated 15/02/1988 for Rs. 1000/-, print out of last paid bill, print out of electronic confirmation of payment, print out of informatio of successful transaction, Modem wifi, adaptor, splitter, 2 T/wire. lancord, and USB. However, I have not received the refund of security money deposited by me on 15/02/1988.

I HAVE DONE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT BUT I DID NOT GET PROPER AND PERMANENT SOLUTION OF MY BROADBAND SERVICE. AFTER OF COMPLAINT IT JUST WORK FOR A SHORT WHILE BUT AFTER OF FEW MINUTES IT AGAIN BREAK DOWN AND THERE IS NO CONNECTION OR SERVICE.

                        Dear Sir,

                        we have activated broadband connection on our MTNL Number 24372310 and using the same from last 2 years. but due to some construction work at home the patch cord was disconnected and hence due to which internet connectivity was disconnected. we have launched a complain in 1504 on 4th june 2011 and than thru internet broad band services too but till than no response was received from MTNL. In the meanwhile we have also escalated the matter with GM office, SDO office but no action is taken so far. they simply giving the new complain number on every complain but no action thereafter. the MTNL complain number so far are 196(4/6) ,[protected]/6),[protected]/6),[protected]/6), [protected]/6). we have never faced such worst experience with MTNL. even nobody was picking up the phone in Zor bagh, senior branch. sometimes they keep busy the phone by putting the receiver down and sometimes they are not picking up the phone eventhough we have tried 20-30 times of calling they do not pick the phone.hope through this website they read the message.

                          I have being facing issue with my DSL light for the modem not being stable,I have already registered a complaint on 6/4/2011,but it seems that they have failed to take any action.The docet number is 5289 and my phone number is [protected].

                          So I have to ask,that does not it take ages to fix this?Do I have to call up the area manager every time to get my complaint addressed?Does the normal system of complaint not work?Or when we register a complaint and we are told that this complaint would be taken care in 24 hrs,do we Indians follow different clock?

                          No star for MTNL services, clear all the faults and it should not be there again for long term.

                            mtnl dolphin — khel khel me subscription

                            This is to bring to your notice that I have mtnl prepaid trump connection. On October 18th I have recharged my prepaid mobile for Rs55. On 26th I got a massage that I have been successfully subscribed for kheil kheil mein and rs 25 was deducted frm my phone balance. 0n 25th november again the same msg came and again rs 20 was deducted. I dont want any further deductions as I have not given any permission to subscribe.
                            What are the ofiicials doing. Are they knowingly doing this. If they are unable to do their job properly, they should be terminated from their job. If this type of situation will continue, then definitely I have to switch my service provider. Hope the useless officials should be sacked.

                              Hi Team,

                              It is to bring into to you kind notice that I have been charged rupees 900 as breakage charge in bill number [protected].I don’t understand why these charges have been implemented on me.i was using MTNL broadband but I decided to disconnect the broadband because I was facing access issue because of the modem and other apparatus as they were faulty and 2nd handed.I complained about it several times as during the time of installation of broadband at my home and all the devices were not the new but they where already used one and i told them not to install those 2nd hand devices but i was told that MTNL has stopped making the devices so they are installing old devices .And all the devices got faulty one by one within few days.After that someone came to replace them with other 2nd hand device .Because of these old devices I suffered for almost 3 months and I was paying for nothing at all and if you check my data report for last two months before I decided to stop the services you will find it only few bytes have been downloaded as your 2nd hand devices were faulty and not running at all.And when I disconnected my broadband i mentioned same reason as well.Now what is more disappointing is that I have been charged 900 bucks as breakage charges as those devices where already faulty and 2nd hand and every lineman or executives know this truth but still I have been charged.
                              I want you to please look into this issue as i felt cheated by MTNL and please revoke the charges.

                                Re:Complaint against MTNL Delhi for faulty instrument and no Dialing tone

                                With great regret I am sorry to say that my instrument is faulty and lying dead on every other day. I made several complaints in this connection but of no use. This is the case when I have never been a defaulter in paying the bill since it was installed.(can be checked).

                                For past Ten days, I am lodging my complaint against this faulty phone on their portal almost every day but to my surprise, when I check the status my complaints, it is removed every time without giving any effect to my complaints and the
                                message would appear on site : “There is no pending complaint against this phone” what does it mean.My phone is lying dead for past two weeks.

                                Do I have no other business to be done except making complaint again and again to concerned authorities.

                                I request you to please look in to the matter and give necessary insturction to redress my grievances at the earliest.

                                    I am using rs999 plans and i am getting 5kb speed for download from past 2 - 2n half months. I am tired of complaining, i complained for broad band internet service. I left for work, these technician comes and says to my mom, that he is a telephone technician and not broadband technician and he goes away, saying internet guy will come on some other day, which he never showed up. I am pissed off. If i call to customer care number, these ladies keep on talking all about market, vegetable to their colleagues over the phone and always say one thing, server me problem hai (There is problem with the server) and hang up. Mtnl sucks, please do not go for mtnl, i miss my relaince, it was expensive, but better customer service. If i visit their office in nerul, they send me to visit each and every technician. Some of them also ask for money. I also paid once, but still nothing happens. Isn't mtnl paying them? Their bill is always generated on a perfect date and all, they sit in a friggin ac room, why the hell is the service like this? My complaint no is 1666.

                                    Indians will never improve india. Its a shame.

                                    The worst part is bohoth maharashtrians and bhaiya's keep on fighting and these are working together in mtnl nerul office. Not only that much, i must say remove these old useless people, who can hardly move of their chairs and hire some youngsters who will work, keep some management. Record the calls, rectify the friggin problem inside as well and mine too, since i am paying 10% of my salary for this service.

                                    i never had any bad experience with mtnl but
                                    reliance broadband is a money sucker that what can i say
                                    i had a reliance wireless with max download speed of 28 kbps and 1 GB free usage fix monthly charges or 1k if over 1 GB 2rs/MB normal 4MB song used to take ages to download then my bill was 1.5 k and above

                                    mtnl i m using dsl unlimited 666
                                    Surf at 320 kbps from 8 am to 10 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am you get a speed of 1 Mbps. Sundays (full day) you can enjoy speed o[censored]p to 2 Mbps.
                                    i agree the services not that modern but when i complain abt problem then attend me within 2 days they don't ask any charges but my dad is very dayalu type
                                    with mtnl magic key is to select right plan
                                    i live in goregaon MuMBai suburbs
                                    Nerul MTNL for internet connectivity sucks like hell old bureaucratic people discussing about vegetables eeee, Ideally there should be some compensation if the customers claims are are correct.

                                      In reference to above said subject I Gurnam Singh, Resident of WZ 48/4A Krishna Park Extn, Gali No 8, P.O. Tilak Nagar, New Delhi 110018; would like to bring it in your kind notice that I having a broadband connection (number[protected] is not working properly. Sir, the problem started 2 months back when the MTNL official changed my modem, it has ruined my connectivity. Despite several complaint some of which are as below

                                      FUTHERMORE, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU SIR, IF MTNL IS NOT CAPABLE OF PROVIDING A PROPERLY WORKING BROADBAND CONNECTION, PLEASE TELL ME, IN THAT CASE I WOULD LIKE TO SURRENDER THE CONNECTION BACK TO MTNL.

                                      Hi,
                                      Its been near about 3 weeks now that my complaint had been registered as 'urgent' by the MTNL folks, since then I have registered numerous other 'urgent' complaints, but to no avail.

                                      The attitude of MTNL employees when addressing a customer complaint is nothing short of pathetic, there seems to be a total lack of accountability, with the customer care officials blaming the inefficient line man who does not respond to the complaints while the line man returns the compliment by saying that he never recieved any complaint.

                                        we are putting up with poor network since 3 - 4years & of late the instrument is defrctive. mtnl is in no position/ interest to address our problems. they keep replacing the instruments wit old ones which just fail to work .we are forced to look for alternate service providers.
                                        also the attitude of staff at the exchanges is pathetic.
