landline disconnected

it's been two month my home landline number is not working peoples from exchange was saying that there is some cable problem but i think two months is a big time but still it's not working .my phone is not working from 30 march 2012 now is 25 june 2012 and complaint is of 7april 2012...

I have recharge my Mobile Number [protected] from dealer of Rs76 for 3G net pack as shown in website on Yesterday evening , but my number not get recharge from dealer and also balance deducted from dealer mobile phone, So i want that same amount 76 get reverse back to dealer number so that i shall take from him

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Kamalendu Mukherjee had done a recharge of Rs 200 from my CITIBank Credit Card on my MTNL Mobile Number ([protected]) and yet I didnt get any recharge amount. My credit card is debited by Rs 200 and I still not get the recharge amount on my mobile number.

    I’d requested for plan change on 14.01.2010 from Plan 100 to Plan-E with the request no CR[protected], Why has the plan not been changed as yet? Is this the type of service you ppl provide???
    This is very poor customer service at you call centre…. Reverse my bill amount & confirm.

      have logged a complaint on 1504 on friday, 8th Jun 2012 as my internet was not working at all. I have called your call center 8-10 times since last 5 days and no action has been taken.

      My MTNL phone number is : 25052374, and the complaint number is: 64200134. This number is of Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi

      As advised by call center executive, I also tried the these numbers of your exchange but none of them are working:

      You people take so much time to resolve a simple query, what am I paying bills for?

        Hi,

        I have requested my existing land line to shift from Vasant Vihar(Thane) area to Wagle estate(Thane), as I has shifted to Kashish Park.
        The Work order number for this are: 187148 & 187149.
        My present Tel number is[protected].
        We have checked with Vasant Vihar exchange and informed that the phone disconnection from their exchange has done on the next day itself.
        Till this time, noone has called to my mobile or come to my new address and the line was not yet activated. I have also doubt that do we need to pay the rental for this disconnect period, also.

          Hi I am arvind chaubey i am customer of MTNL i have BB connection of MTNL i have taken COMBO599 unlimited plan. In this plan MTNL provided 512 kbps speed. From last two months i am not getting proper speed many times i am getting 322 kbps and many times getting 100kbps. Regarding same i regularly registered complaint and sent mail to higher authorty but they are not taking seriously.               My Landline MTNL telephone having number 28081550 is dead for the last three days and the complaint for this was made on 6-6-2012 , vide complaint number:1569. I have forwarded this complaint to AM, Dwarka, and GM West by mail. However, there is no one to attend the complaint and restore the services. This is a general trend on the part of MTNL official to show indifference to the complaint made by the subscribers. The official sitting higher in MTNL should take note of this and should provide the relief to the subscriber.

                I am user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], I have problem with broad band since month of march-April 2012, Some time working some time not.Even that I receive my bill after pay date It is line men fault not mine so why i pay surcharge(extra charge) for late payment, If line men not doing his job honestly. I was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre (198 and 1504) but problem is not solved on that time.After complaint I didn’t get any solution from mtnl but continually I was getting bills of approx Rs 750 per month till june 2012. I stopped to pay bills now status is DNP (do not paid), my telephone is out of order because the payment is due.

                When I asked to call centre to applying for disconnect, they told me that I have to pay pending bills first but why should I pay bills if broadband was not working during that period.
                I am very frustrated with very very poor service of mtnl. I m not get satisfied with MTNL.

                    I am suffering from mobile bill issue for last 6-8 months. The complaint is that I'll pay my bill every month regularly but its not updated in my account. I am also visit nearest MTNL office in Najafgarh many times they told me will short-out your problem and you will meet next week but result is noting.

                    And still my mobile connection is now disconnected due to not pay bill(cross bill limit Rs.2000).

                    So please do something as soon as possible. Its very important no. for me.

                      I requested MTNL for porting of Dolhin mobile no[protected] to Air-tel on 9.5.2012 and again on 14.5.2012, however both requests were declined with the reason for having payment dues when at the time of both request no bill was due for payment. All bills are being paid within given time limit since taking the connection and last bill for the month of April 2012 due by 28.5.12 has been paid on 19.5.2012, two days before the 2nd decline by MTNL on 21.5.2012, which clearly shows that MTNL officials are not complying the Govt guidelines regarding portability neither are ready to improve there services so that no one is forced to part away..

                        Dear Sir,

                        MTNL has removed the Rs4500 unlimited 3g for 6 months plan. This is against the well-being of the public. Slowly they will remove all the unlimited plans. MTNL has bowed down to private players who cheat public with their fake Unlimited plans where speed is reduced to 128Kbps after 10GB limits. I switched to MTNL for 3g data services. With the government focussing on Internet penetration this is a wrong move by a state owned subsidiary. Please restore the plans as soon as possible. MTNL was the only firm in India to launch truly Unlimited plans. They advertised these schemes saying "Truly Unlimited" and now they are backing out. Kindly look into it.

                            I am using two numbers of MTNL..both are prepaid..network signal are significantly weak that calls don&#039;t connect.
                            If I move more inside the house signal gets worse. Calls are disconnect while talking to someone.
                            I am also using MTNL 3G Plans which too don&#039;t work well.
                            I am sorry to say that if such problem will stay then I have to discontinue all the services of airtel.

                              dear sir, i had purchased mtnl 3g jadoo service sim card with mobile no - [protected] for high speed internet. initailly its performance was good but after finishing my month validity enquired mtnl call center on 1503 about new plans. i was told to recharge with 98rs which provides 1 month validity and 1gb data usage free. after i did the said recharge my speed of 3g got changed to 2g which was very low to surf. i was given wrong information from the call center and even after that i have given several complaints for the same to call center to look into the problem of less speed but always the staff says there is network problem in this area from 2-3 days. i have made 2-3 times recharge of 250 rs for 3g data plans but every time my amount gets wasted as there is no speed and validity gets expire in a month. Pls help me to solve my problem of low speed and recover my loss of the voucher i recharged and not used.

                              my reliance no is [protected]...i had recharged my phone on 31st august...its validity was 30 days ...again i recharged it on 26 th of september...that is within validity period...in spite of recharge before validity they have disconnected...i don know for what reason...pls do needful...already 60 hours are up...

                              Mtnl dolphin trump prepaid — Billing without call being connected

                              Re: Complain no 18300098, Billing without service, request to credit back my prepaid a/c.

                              I am now forced to use airtel and have call fwding from my mtnl.

                              MTNL have low signal at Janakpuri C4b block. The nearest tower shows as Pankah rd or janak cinema. In last 3 weeks every time I call to Australia the call drop before ringing or during ringing and I am charged about Rs20 for the service which I didn't got at all.

                              I have been charged in access of Rs400 for 20+ such calls all to Australia. I want all the charge on call to Australia in last 3 wks to be credited back to my prepaid account.

                              Further you have problem in tuning switchover between 2G/3G. As the signal is poor the phone moves between GPRS/3G attached. When this happens during call it drops the call.

                                My contact number is 28129768 and we have seen pathetic customer support from MTNL, Officials and line man dont talk to us properly.
                                and my cell no is [protected].

                                They have screwed up my case by not offering any help towards resolving my internet connection issus post making atleast 30-40 calls per day.
                                They are harassing my senior citizen father by calling every now and then and asking him for closure of compaint no and confusing him with telephone and internet connection. Everytime they are purposely calling and asking him to check if ADSL is working or not wherein the entire line is at fault and they should come to house to check the same. I am going to file a mental harassment case and torture against Miraroad exchange authorities including line men

                                  I have a broadband connection of MTNL(Telephone No.[protected] Delhi which is not working from last 20 days.I have registered a complaint (NO. 1549) with MTNL followed it up by verbal request with area Manager, SDO Najafgarh, New Delhi but unfortunately, an organisation like MTNL is not listening at all.

                                    I am Tarun Kanti Bose and my mobile number is [protected]. Unfortunately, I have MTNL Dolphin post-paid connection and facing the callous and apathetic attitude of the MTNL officials. It is now standard practice of MTNL not to post the bills to the customers and harass the customers by suspending their services. My STD services was suspended on 9th May 2012. Earlier to this, I had been calling 1503 to send me the bill, but it is of no use. On 9th May 2012, I went to Sanchar Haat, Keshavpuram Telephone Exchange, New Delhi-110035 and asked for the duplicate bill. The person on the counter said that the printers are not working and asked me to give the bill. See what a sorry state of affair! Then another employee tried and gave me a bill in which only amount was mentioned. Then I deposited a cheque of Rs. 1186 (Cheque no. 411182, State Bank of India). But still my STD is suspended.

                                    Last, on 23rd March 2012 I deposited a cheque of Rs. 487/- ( cheque no. 411170, State Bank of India). After that I haven't got any bill even after making umpteenth calls at 1503. 1503 seems to be useless!

                                    Earlier also, it happened like this and it seems that MTNL draws pleasure by harassing its customers. I had to go to Keshavpuram Sanchar Haat, New Delhi 110035 and was not given the print out of the duplicate bill. But then also I dropped a cheque of Rs. 2598/- (Cheque no.419254,State Bank of India) at the drop box in the Telephone Exchange, Keshavpuram, New Delhi-110035.

                                    I would request MTNL to post me the telephone bills at my address . My STD need to be restored immediately. Why MTNL is sleeping over the bills and not post it to the customers? Why I have to suffer even after paying the bill? Coupled with the connectivity problem are the poor delivery system and shoddy functioning, please try to mend your services and don't harass the customers. If it continues like this I would be either forced to transfer to private service providers, which I was never interested or knock the door of the consumer court.

                                      On 17th Apr 12, I tried to recharge online my trump prepaid card for no [protected], and the transaction failed. My money debited but no recharge happened. So I immediately informed helpdesk at MTNL (helpdesk.[protected]@mtnl.net.in) . Here they directed me to other email (dolphin_helpdesk <[protected]@mtnl.net.in) where I mailed further communication as well as I sent all the complaints to previous mail id also.

                                      Next day, I again tried recharging online thinking that previously the site might be having some problems. But the same thing repeated and again my money was debited without any recharge.

                                      With all these receipts of failed transactions, again I complained to the company helpdesk.

                                      After this also, I got no response at all.

                                      I am attaching files of my previous communication and failed transaction receipts for your reference.

                                      Please help me in this matter.
