dear sir, i had purchased mtnl 3g jadoo service sim card with mobile no - [protected] for high speed internet. initailly its performance was good but after finishing my month validity enquired mtnl call center on 1503 about new plans. i was told to recharge with 98rs which provides 1 month validity and 1gb data usage free. after i did the said recharge my speed of 3g got changed to 2g which was very low to surf. i was given wrong information...

I have been using the services of MTNL Delhi (Telephone & Internet). Since I took the MTNL connection I have been facing issues with the internet connectivity (as well as speed) where the internet connection drips constantly and I am unable to use the internet. Hi, I took the MTNL broadband connection with Landline on 25th April 2012. I am facing problem with both Landline and Internet since I got the connection.
