I J Bala Sundaram age 64 yrs living in Bank Colony Delhi 110093.On[protected], I have surrendered all my equipment and modem, made up to date payment, got the clearance from MTNL Lakshmi Nagar office and submitted at Dilshad Garden office on the same day. Still I am running from pillar to post to get my refund but in vain . I visited several times to Dilshad Garden office, the higher officers at Room No 2 & 3 not responding properly and don't want to listen my request, not accepting my request letter and asked me to go either or contact at Lakshmi Nagar at No[protected],[protected], or Karkodooma office, but not responding . Sir me at this age of 63 to get the security amount approx 3000/- in spite of my several visit to Dilshad Garden office and Laxmi Nagar office, I could not be succeeded, Hence I knock the door of Consumer Complaints with the hope that I will get the said refund
