Dear Sir,
I have broadband with MTNL Mumbai. Since June 2021 they are not providing service and are billing me. Repeatedly I am booking complain, but complain is closed without resolution.
The latest complain docket is 2426. Now when I asked them to discontinue service, they are not taking my request. I am unnecessary being billed since June 2021.
Please discontinue your connection and refund all my bills since June 2021.
Please do not harass senior citizen and make him run pillar to post.
