Please remove the mtnl pole which is in our BE-155, HARI NAGAR, NEW DELHI 110064. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Fire threatning because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators.
2. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights
3. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position
4. There is no point of having multiple poles within such close proximity of 20 m

I live in Delhi, address Sangam Vihar Jharoda Pin 110084. Since morning today there is no network. Same happened one day earlier then network was restored at late evening. But today no network even at 8pm. Went up on 4th floor could see 2 bar in signal. Please resolve network services in my area.

Dear Sir,

I have broadband with MTNL Mumbai. Since June 2021 they are not providing service and are billing me. Repeatedly I am booking complain, but complain is closed without resolution.

The latest complain docket is 2426. Now when I asked them to discontinue service, they are not taking my request. I am unnecessary being billed since June 2021.

Please discontinue your connection and refund all my bills since June 2021.

Please do not harass senior citizen and make him run pillar to post.

I am B B Dabhole who was availing mtnl landline facility under non..oyt general plan senior citizen
I surrendered the phone on8th December 2020.alongwith all the required documents and requested them to refund the deposit.
D.M .MTNL Mrs Bhalerao replied to my request saying that deposit cheque of rs 1609 was sent by post on 28.7 2021to my registered address which till date did not reach me .When asked about the registered address she is repeated the same answer .
My mtnl phone no was 21636539 . I have attached photo of my registered address as mentioned on the bill.
And I haven't received the refund on the mentioned address. Please confirm.
Humble request to get my Security deposit .back .

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in our C-2/ 161, janakpuri, New delhi-58. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for mtnl just 20 m away from this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
