This feels VERY SORRY to say that mtnl trump mobile network is not working since 27th January 2021 in Burari area and same condition prevails in GHONDA-Yamuna vihar. I am using mtnl no for the last 15 years but this is the first time that I am facing network issue at its poorest stage. I have complained many times over customer care centre and area head for the same but all went in vain. I thought many times for MNP but didn't.

I am a resident at 364, Deepali, pitampura, in delhi, This is to bring to your notice that there is a MTNL Pole in front of my house which is un useable from long time and thier is no connection from it,

Telephone not working properly. We can not hear the person who is talking....

Telephone line not functioning. Totally disburbing... We cannot talk to anyone. This was going on for many months. Previously also we have complainted NO action has been taken....

I have been using a BSNL Postpaid Number for the past seven years. I have been using it across India till recently.
Imagine my misery and surprise when there has been no network connectivity in Delhi for my SIM to work since the last few days..
To be precise, I had connectivity available on Friday, 06 Aug 21 for some time in the evening. After that day, there has been no connectivity all across West Delhi and people are surprised...

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in adjascent to our house in street no. 6, RZ-L Block, 78B, Vijay Enclave, New Delhi - 110045. This is causing a lot of problems in area. There is no active connection on this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Fire threatening because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators.

I Sushil Poddar have cancelled MTNL Landline connection on 31st Dec 2020 but haven't received the security deposit of Rs 2000 till date which is 4th August 2021.I was been told that i will get refund in 60 days but haven't got yet which is more than 210 days. I request you to refund my security deposit of Rs.2000. My Telephone No. is 28415114 and I have cleared all due payments while submitting the cancellation...

I wont recommend mtnl to anybody..we have mtnl phone and broadband for many years but more than half of the time the internet doesn't come..but yes you will keep paying the bill every month... telephone doesn't work..last month i applied for ftth..thats also not done till date..the service and process is so slow..it end up as a hole in our pockets only with no benefits. Highly disappointed....

Unsatisfied with the network and service quality of MTNL, I had discontinued my service on 30/12/2019. It has been more than 1.5 years since the refund of the security deposit has not been initiated. I was told that a cheque will be sent to my registered residential address. I have been constantly trying to enquire about the refund, by there is no co-operation...
