I recharge many times my Mtnl number but the funds finish automatically they just send messages for subscriptions only I think the salary of employees are they are arranging by doing this scam .

सर मुझे एमटीएनएल लैंड लाइन का फोन सिलेंडर कराना है सर मैं 18/ 8 /2021 को मैं संचार हट गया सर वह करे साइड नहीं आ रही एमटीएनएल की सर ना तो फोन उठाते हैं और फोन नंबर देते हैं जिस पर हम फोन करके साइड के बारे में पता कर सके सर मैंने शायद डीएम साहब को फोन लगाया पर भी बोले हमारे यह काम रह गया है कि हम तुम्हें साइड चालू है कि नहीं यही बताते फिरे सर अब आप बताएं मैंने आज 20 तारीख को कम से कम 75 बार फोन लगाया पर किसी ने फोन नहीं उठाया संचार हट पर अब सर मैं संचार हाट आया तो पूछा साइड आ रही है तो वह बोले की तुम्हें फोन करके आना था अब सारे बताएं 75 बार फोन मिलाएं जाने के बाद जब तक फोन नहीं उठा रहा तो मैं संचार हाट पहुंच गया अगर यह फोन उठा लेते तो मेरे चक्कर बच जाता और मुझे आपको परेशान करने की जहमत नहीं उठानी पड़ती सर मेरा लैंडलाइन नंबर [protected]है अतः आपसे विनती है कि मेरा फोन जल्द से जल्द सिलेंडर कराने की कृपा करें धन्यवाद मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है

I had recharged my MTNL Mobile No.[protected] online through PhonePe for Rs.33/- on 12.08.2021. The transcation is successful and the MTNL Reference ID is[protected].

But till today I.e. 17.08.2022 the amount paid online is not credited to talktime nor the amount is refunded. As well as there is no response from customer care no.[protected].

Therefore i request you to kindly look in the matter and do the needful.

After months of poor internet connection, on 8/8/21 I lodged complaint docket no 741.
Next day, 9/8/21 received a call assuring to resolve the problem by 4 pm. Informed the caller that being a senior citizen, i depended on internet for many essential services like banking, buying medicines as also my safety and security.
Instead of improving the internet, it is now completely down with no signal. Complete silence from MTNL. Emails to self care and edonline unresponded to. PLEASE HELP!!!

This feels VERY SORRY to say that mtnl trump mobile network is not working since 27th January 2021 in Burari area and same condition prevails in GHONDA-Yamuna vihar. I am using mtnl no for the last 15 years but this is the first time that I am facing network issue at its poorest stage. I have complained many times over customer care centre and area head for the same but all went in vain. I thought many times for MNP but didn't.
Please make sure to correct things as soon as possible so that subscribers may not leave mtnl. Please understand MORE in less WORDS.

I have been using a BSNL Postpaid Number for the past seven years. I have been using it across India till recently.
Imagine my misery and surprise when there has been no network connectivity in Delhi for my SIM to work since the last few days..
To be precise, I had connectivity available on Friday, 06 Aug 21 for some time in the evening. After that day, there has been no connectivity all across West Delhi and people are surprised that I am using this connection saying that MTNL/ BSNL services have long been defunct..
All my financial transactions are stuck now and I require to go traditional now.. Cheque Book, go to Bank, stand in a line and do my transactions..

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in adjascent to our house in street no. 6, RZ-L Block, 78B, Vijay Enclave, New Delhi - 110045. This is causing a lot of problems in area. There is no active connection on this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Fire threatening because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators.
2. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
3. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights.
4. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position.
5. There is no point of having idle pole.
