I AM FACING PROBLEM OF 3G NETWORK IN MY AREA HARPHOOL VIHAR , BAPROLA VILLAGE, NAJAFGARH FROM LAST 1 MONTH I HAVE LUNCH A COMPLAINT BUT NO ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY RESPECTED DEPARTMENT....

I HAD APPLIED FOR MTNL COMBO OFFER 495 -UNLIMITED OFFER WHICH MEANS WE GET INTERNET CONNECTION UNLIMITED AND TELEPHONE LINE .

I RECD THE LINE IN 2 DAYS TIME , MY NUMBER IS 28313502, IN ANDHERI EAST , CHAKALA , FOR THE INTERNET CONNECTION SOMEONE FROM THEIR COMPANY CAME THE NEXT DAY- DID SOMETHING ON MY COMPUTER AND TOLD MY MAID THAT THE LINE IS STARTED , HE LEFT SOME IP ADDRESSES ON MY COMPUTER DESK AT HOME .

Its high time..hire educated, atleast 12th pass people who atleast know how to talk.. otherwise u are going to loose your bucha kucha reputation because at present your employees are not only dumb, deaf and illeterate but they also misbehave with girls. they dont even know what their duty is and they don't understand the problem of the customers.

In last one week I have registered many complaints with MTNL and also send many Emails to
all concerned authorities but nobody is attending the complaint, as per their guideline complaint should
be resolved within 3 Days but it's more than one week now and nobody is ready to respond on this,

I have lodged a complaint from many days but no action has been yet taken regarding poor speed and low bandwidth.My complaint no is98333 and My landline no. is[protected]. It is an combo plan.

I have been receiving calls on my MTNL landline regarding getting some caller tune. It comes every 10 minutes and I have myself picked it up 10 times now. When I am not there, my old parents have to run from the bedroom to the hall, getting up from their sleep and they end up getting this nuisance calls. Finally I have switched off the landline by taking the plug off from the phone socket. its really irritating...

I have applied for installation of MTNL phone as well as broadband(Combo offer) on 14th August 2010. Despite repeated attempt with the dept. to get it installed, i have not yet succeeded. Every other days department is coming with some excuse. It's very pathetic to see the attitude of MTNL employees. God forbid, if this attitude continues than days are not far off when MTNL will become extinct....

my mo is 23641693, i have a net connection of 512 kb/s unlimited plan from MTNL .
I am facing the problem of disconnected net every now and then ,.......also my net speed is to low considering the plan I have taken.

Only answer I am receiving from MTNL is that they do not have a modem to replace my faulty one
