Sir,

The service provided by MTNL Triband is completely ridiculous ..........When u try to call 1504 after 1 hour u can connect to some person ..........after which they respond very unmannered way .........

The I would like to file is for very frequent disconnection & after disconnection when I try to contact service executive it ends up to endless loop...... The disconnection is 5-10 minutes ......

    dear sir,
    I have a broadband connection in tel number 26613393 since i have been using this service for last three months but since it has been started they is some problem on every next day as there was major problem they have changed the cable but it has not solve any matter as per them ADSL light should be stable but my router ADSL light is always flickering i have given so many complaint but there is not improvement
    please look into the matter
    there is mr.sawant he is very help full but then also problem is not solve.

    My landline 28798003 is faulty for the past 5 days. I depend on Online complaint service to book my complaint. But the system is unresponsive.

    My CA number is [protected]

    The problem is, I do get get in coming call rings, but on lifting the handset, I merely hear some noise of hand-drill and no voice is coming through. Further, there is no dial tone at all.

    Me and my wife are Senior Citizens and we are greatly handicapped by the absence of the landline.

    Would be obliged if you could get the problem rectified at the earlierst.

    I would like to bring to your kind notice since I have taken Mtnl connection with internet service on 26613393 may be since April 2010 and from the start I have been complaining that there is problem in the internet speed the only reply I am getting since 1 year is there is cable fault and we will make it proper but it has not been done till yet and as I got to know there is new cable line been put somewhere near to my location as I told the lineman Mr.Shaikh to please give me the connection from the new cable he told me that you go the office and remove work order for the same but if the officer note that complain is been given so many times it is their duty to solve the same.

    So I request you to please look into the matter and try to solve the problem at the earliest as I am really feed up of giving compliant every next-day.

    If you do feel that is not right on your path please do call for further clarification as anyway to keep the reputation they should give proper customer service

    My number is 26613393 since last seven days I am facing problem regarding internet service I have been giving complaint to the call centre and also on 198 service but my problem have not been solve till yet so today I also call 26601100 and 26602000 and also given complaint regarding the line man that they are not visiting the site and I was been informed that my problem will be solve but it is not done till now.

    I am not happy with the service which you are providing as you are taking the charge for full month I do want the re-imbursement for the period from my net is not working and giving trouble.

    So I request you to please take the matter into consideration and do the needful.

    I am very much upset with the services and support I has given so many complaint for broadband since last Week but every-time I get message that your Docket number is resolved.

    Today is the height of service yesterday I have given complaint regards to my landline dead and I have received message that your docket is attend and complaint is closed but till now my landline is Dead.

    I request you to please look into the same and resolve the query for non customer support and for your kind verification I am attaching you the complaint number details too as an PDF.

    Is this is the way you all treat a customer I would like the reimbursement for the period for the which the services was not provided and till it is resolved.

    And can I get the number of someone superior with whom I can directly deal.

      My telephone No.is[protected]. Recently I applied for the Internet Service. The day the person had come to deliver Modem, the telephone lines were dead due to some cable fault. On resuming the telephone line the person, Mr.Ansari, had come, inspected everything and said that the Laptop will not work on wireless Internet but will work only with wire. My laptop is working in the college campus on Wi-fi. I am not able to understand why will it not work on MTNL wieless connection when modem is having the facility. Are the persons having any personal tie-up with private Computer Service providers? You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

      This mtnl officials are the biggest losers and they think that they know evrything..the service that they provide sux...even i had the same problem..i was using ubuntu OS and this mtnl guy comes at my place and says that the wifi cconection can be only configured on windows..we had a argument for 30 mins..and later i askd him to leave...next day i got a call from mtnl office...i informed them abt the sitation...even they said that same thing..i had to call my friend and we configured the connection...and now its been 5-6 months and the connection is never stable..it keeps on disconnecting and the speed that i sbscribed for was 512 kbps and the speed i get is terrible...my download speed is never more than 40 kbps..wherein i shud get atleast 65kbps..
      this is serious ..and the same goes with airtel...and that is even worst than mtnl...

        i the undersigned Mr Kamar hafeez zaid kazi mobile no [protected] will like to bring to your notice the following discrepancy regarding the billing amount for the month of march well for the same month i have sms plan -31activated which includes 500sms free for the month but i have been charged for sms amounting to Rs 268.50 i have attached the copy of my bill downloaded from the bill payment site of mtnl dolphin i would like you sir/madam to please look into the matter help me regarding the same.When contacted customer care the told me that i have made 600 sms in excess to the free 500 sms alloted under the above mentioned plan and refuse to take down my complain citing itimised billing details.I have made a compliant the complain no. being cc [protected] on 16th april 2010 and i was told that i would be acknowledge regarding the same within 24hrs but havent recieved anything upto the time of writing this mail. This is the second time i have been overcharged in a similar manner i would like to bring to your notice a prior complaint i had made for the month of January for which your customer executive told me it would be reimbursed in the next month but i haven't been so i don't know what your billing department is doing so kindly revert back for the same also Hoping you will oblige

        ZAID A. QAZI — TROUBLE DUE TO LOW SPEED

        Sir, i am using the MONSOON OFFER UNLIMITED 256 PLAN, but the browsing and downloading speed are too low compared to the plan. Kindly help with a solution ensure that i am able to get for what i am being charged ! My D/N no.:[protected]
        Please send the bill in advance at least one week before the payment of mobile no [protected], it surprised to note that only massage comes for payment but bills are received not always but some times after 10-15 days of schedule due date of payment.

        Therefore it is sincerely requested to forward the bill at least one week before schedule due date to make the payment in time.

HER/HIS IDENTIFICATION NO IS 22 AND THAT PERSON TALKED SO BADLY ( HUM YAHA PAGAL BETE HAI ..ETC ) AND THAT PERSON TRANSFERRED MY CALL TO MR. J.P. SINGH WHO MUST BE A SUPERVISIOR OR AT SUM SENIOR POST AND HE SPOKE IN SAME WAY , ( STARTED WITH KAUN HAI....AND HUM SARKARI NAUKRI KARTE HAI NA KI PRIVATE AND HE ALREADY FOUND PROBLEM AT THEIR END BUT HE GAVE HIS NAME WITH SAYING JO UKAADNA HO UKAAD LIYO MERA) IS THIS A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO IS FACING A PROBLEM AND WHO IS SPENDING HARD EARN MONEY.             My MTNL Dolphine Post paid Tel No. is [protected]. In the bill of February 2010 I have received the bill of Rs. 914 out of which Rs. 370.44 was as OTHER CHARGES. I sent them an email on[protected]on [protected]@bol.net.in) reg what is OTHER CHARGES. They replied that there is no OTHER CHARGES and you need not to pay Rs. 370/- After that I deposited my remaining amount. Later on my phone has been disconnected by MTNL. That amount of Rs. 370 as OTHER CHARGES is still coming in my latest bills of March and April. and my phone is still suspended despite of their acceptance that this OTHER CHARGES is wrongly feeded in my account. As there is no fault from my side my phone is still suspended and I am facing a lot of difficulties. I am ready to pay the bill which is related to me.

            I had a sim with mobile no.[protected] which I blocked by calling customer care.Now there is a rental charges bill of period february which is still coming .why i should i pay this bill when I had blocked the sim earlier.

              Hi my number is[protected] i am getting problem as my net working some time and most of time not, even i am not able to open some of well known sites some times
              i have complained number of time to costumer care but it seems that they are not interested in costumer satisfaction. More over I am waiting my internet connection but it seems that nothing going to going on right track.

              It’s not only for me but for all people who are using MTNL users who don’t know how to look over the matter.

              Kindly look into the situation and do the need full.

I have made many complaints over the phone to 1504 and the complaint nos 41100414 and 41600639. But till date no action has been taken. unnneccery I have to bear internet bills.It seems that area manager is not paying any attention to the complains. even last time i have made Complins on 17/2/09 which was attended on 5/03/09 after 18 days, about non functionning of the internet so I request you to do the needful in this connection and deductions should be made from my bills for the days internet was not functioning.

              I am the customer of MTNL {Ph.[protected]} and residing in Vipin Garden Extn., Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.

              My Internet is dead for last one month. I have lodged the complaint with MTNL through their website and through their complaint service 198. I got a docket number and complaint number. My docket number is 106148 at 11.41.26 hrs of 13 May'2011 & complain no. 64200334. I had talked to every concerned people/officers (Area Lineman, Area Manager, GM Janakpur, GM West) but my complaint is still unresolved and my all efforts to resolve my internet problem, gone all in vain.

              I would therefore request you to PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS I AM FACING GREAT DIFFICULTY.

                  My Tel no is 26787110, my bill no is: [protected] and my consumer no is: [protected]. I have received an excess amount in my bill for the period of february-2010. I had applied for an unlimited 1599/- 1.3 mbps triband plan. On the installation date the person said that I would get the speed I asked for. But after one week of installation I faced a lot of latency in the download. When asked the MTNL personals, they asked me to check the speed of the triband on their web site which showed 512 kbps and when I checked it on 5 other independent sites they showed not more that 512kbps.I had raised complaint for this which I don’t have any clue what has happened. When we try to call them and when we call up the helpline the person at the other end says this issue has to be raised at some other number and they go on redirecting at least for 1 hour and still we don’t get any solution. One day when I asked the person that I had opted for unlimited 1599/- 1.3 mbps triband, he said that the plan is discontinued and at the rate of that plan we are providing 1.3mbps which they haven’t intimidated us nor are we getting more than 512kbps.

                  According to 512kbps plan which they had provided me instead of 1.3mbps the amount they had charged me is Rs1279.20/- which is incorrect because the amount for 512kbps is Rs599/- as shown on your tariff plans

                  “I had asked for “GOLD” & you gave me “SILVER” & you are charging me for “GOLD” which is incorrect.”
                  .
                  It’s a humble request that you help me in getting my exact payable amount for 512kbps plan which I have been provided by you. It’s a request to you to provide me a fresh triband bill including telephone bill which I am happy to pay the sum amount within 24 hrs.

                        I am a MTNl broadband subscriber .My internet connection is not working properly from last 20 days. I am using rs 999 plan of 1mbps speed but getting only 256 kbps .

                        I am making regular complaints to MTNl customer care , mtnl area manager , SDO and mtnl GM from last 20 days but no body is responding properly .

                        I came to know through a customer care executive that there is no problem in the connection and this less speed is allocated through the main server . This is a case of CHEATING CUSTOMERS.

                        I have sent mail to [protected]@gmail.com on Thu, Apr 8, 2010 along with all the details but they have ignored the mail also.

                        Please look into the matter as soon as possible ....

                            I am using a prepaid Trump - MTNL, Mumbai. My cell No is [protected]. The MTNL kept on sending SMS (at least 5 per day), tempting the customers for free activation of GPRS3G. The free scheme was offered till 31March, ending at 00 hours 1st April.
                            I sent an SMS for activation of GPRS3G on 31st March, 2010 at 9.50 PM and I received a reply from 444 at 9.51 pm stating I would receive confirmation SMS within an hour. Which I have not received so far. The GPRS3G is not activated also till today.
                            To my great surprise on !st April 2010 they deducted 149/- from my balance, which I noticed on 3rd April and immediately called the customer care No 1503, under my complain number CC[protected]. I was told that they deducted the amount for GPRS3G activation. I called number of times and asked for any senior officer, but in vain. The answer I receive all the time is, as they activated it after 8 or 10 hours, which was 1st April,2010, the scheme was over.
                            Now I opted for the GPRS3G services when the free activation offer was very much in force ie. 31st March 2010. Hence the deduction of Rs 149/- is unlawful and breach of trust.
                            I also complained online under complaint reference number 79149 on 5th April,2010. I have not received any reply so far. (They boast to take actions within a week.)
                            The MTNL, Mumbai should refund the unlawful deduction of Rs 149/- immediately.

                            My telephone at present is dead. it happens occassionaly since oct 2008 for more than tree times. Whenever I made a coplaint it get started within a few days. I feel something fishy. Pl. do the needful.

                              MTNL Representative provided us the telephone a week back with promise that he would come next day and install telephone and modem.

                              My telephone number 25071603 has not been working for almost a fortnight now. despite several complaints to MTNL nothing has happened so far. Can someone awaken sleeping MTNL so that customers like me are not unduly inconvenienced and harrassed. In fact, we should seek compensation from MTNL for such inordinate delays.

                                    I hae permanently got disconnection my dolphin connection no.[protected] and all the bills have also been paid till 28.10.2009. Also submitted a letter for refund of seuciryt with mtnl Rohini Sector 3 office. The staff is very rude.
