My Phone became dead on 24th of June, 2010. I filed a complaint with my area head office (Jamia Nagar for Abul Fazl Enc. 1) on 26th June 2010, and was provided with complaint no. 179. My phone no. is 26955290.

As my net is also through phone connection, i have been unable to log in to internet.

I have repeatedly complaint to the area manager, but each time i meet with different excuse. So far (9th of July) no action have been take. Will some one please help me?

WILL MTNL people help me out My telephone no is 23354537 for the past one month my phone is so noisy and my net is through my phone line, hence the internet cannot be connected, at times it does get connected but due to weak signal the connectivity is lost iam contnuing to pay my bills, is somebody going to reimburse my loss.i have tried several times to contact the area manager but i have been made to run from pillar to post with no RESPONSE FROM MTNL.status quo, my problem on the phone still countinues
my telephone number is 26982063..its been dead for sm time..i tried my best to lodge a complaint but it fell on dead ears..there was no one to rec. my complaint..all are busy in elections..i did go to okhla exchange n then to jamia exchange..my net is also not working..help

    mtnl broadband connection — internet not working since last 1 week

    Dear Conerns...

    Just 1 week before MTNL Broadband connection taken...
    And from the next day onwards.. its not working... Inspite of making several calls to the call center... no one has seriously attened the call or visited us...

    mtnl broadband connection — MTNL Broadband connection applied since last three months

    I have applied for MTNL broadband+Landline connection on 30th.Jan 2010 on 1500. The executive came on 31st.Jan.2010 at my residence to collect the proofs and said they will install it with in a week.
    anything yet. Whenevr I called to customer care they says your application have been approved and will be installed in 2-3 days.
    Now its April going on and they hve not done anything yet.

    This mail is regarding the unprofessional behavior of MTNL Broadband employee.
    Sir I would like to tell you that despite of several calls and complaint the result which we get from the MTNL office is none. My name is Sameer bindra and I reside at Shahdra 996/e lohiya gali no 4 babarpur shahdra delhi 110032 my MTNL land line no. is[protected] and I have Internet connection on this no. my Internet is not proper working since 4th june 2012.I have made several complaints to the costumer care, .Despite making complaint so many time we are not getting results. The response we were getting was (AAJ HO JAYEH GAA) we have made several calls to the Area Manager (jafrabad) but the answer was same. We have made so many calls that are phone bill is higher then never before. We have lost are hope on this system and are bound to approach you to help us solve this issue.

        Dear Sir,

        I am a user of MTNL broadband internet. My telephone number is 28702727.
        I have applied for internet connection on 12-06-10. To my surprise i received the connection within 2 days. The connectivity and performance was really good for first 3 days. After that my internet started disconnecting frequently. I waited for 2-3 days but no avail. i called up on the toll free number, they asked me to do some ROUTER settings which i did and my problem was fixed. But after that again the same problem started. After that i lunched complain on 198 on the land line. 2 days after i received SMS on my mobile saying that my problem has been fixed, but it wasn't.
        I called MTNL customer care office, they gave me reference of Mr Vidhate of MTNL Kandivali (E) branch. I called him up and shared my problem. he promised me to solve it. But it wasn't solved. I again tried to call customer care TOLL FREE number stating my connectivity issue. They again made me to do some ROUTER settings which i did. And my problem was solved for few hours.
        Problem started again. I called up Mr. Vidhate, he sent some person to check the problem. That person came and fixed the issue. But after 3-4 hours i started facing frequent disconnection and very low speed.

        I have again called Mr. Vidhate and he has promised me to fix the issue.

        Sir please help me on fixing this internet problem. Really looking forward for your help.

          My Telephone No.[protected]MTNL) is not working since last 10 days. I lodged the complaint no. 25 dtd. 20-06-10 and 1879 dtd. 23-06-10 with MTNL but no action has been taken so far by MTNL. I personally visit Idgah Exchange 4 times and also submitted written complaint but inspite of this my telephone is not corrected by MTNL.

          I have request that some urgent action needs to be taken in this regard and my telephone no.[protected]MTNL) should be corrected without any further delay.

          Mtnl - Delhi — Broadband Connection

          I took a MTNL Broad band connection on 29/10/2008, . It worked till November2008 end and from the beginning of December 2008 it did not work at all and in spite of my more than a dozen complaint, even up to AGM (Publlc Grievance), no one bothered and replied and had courtesy to reply. I curse the day that why I opted for MTNL broadband connection

            I bought a data card for 3G jadoo services of MTNL. This data card is provided by Ilemon in association with MTNL. They are advertising a high speed of a maximum of 7.2 MBPS. On using this I find that the speed is a low of 15 KBPS. Which even slower than the normal internet connections. They seem to be luring their customers by advertising high speed but are unable to provide it. I complained to customer care number provided on data card of Ilemon company. They informed me that MTNL attends to such complaints with in 4 hours. However, inspite of wasting one full day they have not provided any feedback. It is a waste of money and time to subscribe to 3 G service of MTNL.

            I m too facing the same problem...it took atleast 45 mins to connect and drops in few mins...its pathetic..
            speed of mtnl 3g ilemon data cards is trullllllly amazzzzzing, its equivalent to brodband, i ve been using it 4 d last 2 mnths, opens page wid just one click.
            iam also using ilemon usb data card which is working properly n giving good speed n dont have ne complaints even while roaming tru out india...
            regarding speeed its awsome... upto 2-3 mbps
            hi i am useing mtnl data card 3g jadoo prepaid delhi is so good, hi speed internet, cheep, fully paisa vasul.

            Not working ever since I bought it

            On FAB .2011, I paid Rs.1995/- cash at the Sanchar Haat, NHRU PLACE, New Delhi and bought the MTNL 3G Jadoo Data Stick together with 3G Card (IMEI Number [protected] and Mobile Number [protected] ). Under the scheme, I was allowed unlimited download for the first 2-months from the date of its' purchase.

            Since the date of purchase and until today, I tried to use this Card and the Stick to operate internet. But I regret to say, that except at one occasion (within the 1st eek of its' purchase), this stick and the card never worked. With great difficulty, I am able to connect to the net but the download never starts.

            I tried to seek MTNL help through emails, phone calls to 1503 and 1504, and the technical assistance number [protected]. Each time, my call was disconnected with rapid comments that "who suggested you to buy this product of MTNL, because MTNL is still in the age of developing support for this product".

            As the money against purchase of this product is not refundable, will you please help me in resolving this problem of connectivity.

            The stick is Teracom make.

            MTNL INTERNET DATA CARD — MTNL INTERNET DATA CARD NOT WORKING FROM LAST 2 MONTHS

            I am having internet connection- MTNL PREPAID DATA CARD which is not working from last 1 month and before that also there ws always a frequent disconnection.

            but all above numbers are not reachable and swichted off.

              while i was paying my MTNL bill of Rs1086.00 online, i went through entire procedure of filling and paying and then i click on pay button then there was a problem with loading page and there was some error displayed as i press back button it came back to filling information page . I checked my bill was still unpaid but the amount was decuted from my bank SBI account.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is regarding telephone installed at my premises by MTNL Delhi Service provider. I am using the telephone for Broadband access and is doing some share trading from home.

                  From Last 3 Months the service provided by MTNL is very poor and my Telephone/Broadband doesnt work around 20 days in a month because of which I have lost around 25,000 rupees in share market. I have raised the query to MTNL for permanent solution of problem but no any action has been taken.

                  I am trying to reach MTNL area manager however never got him on the phone.

                  Sir, Please take the neccessary action so that MTNL could be forced to provide the proper services in my area which could be in the benefit of society around me who also are using the MTNL services.

                  Mtnl Delhi / Broadband — Broadband connection not working

                  I am holding a mtnl broadband connection on mtnl no. [protected].
                  I have logged the complaint on 1504 about the non working of broadband ( complaint no .[protected].
                  Description of problem :
                  Voice path of the connection is ok but data path is not OK.
                  LED status on modem UT-300R2U IS AS BELOW:
                  POWER LED - ON
                  LINK LED - OFF
                  DATA LED - OFF
                  PC/USB - ON.

                  I request you to take prompt action on this as early as possible

                  Mtnl Delhi / Broadband — Broadband not working for last 20days

                  Initially phone and broadband both were not working and phone calls to AM,DE, and SDO were not being attended. Subsequently phone started working but broadband is still not working.It is more than 20 days.Only in last two days SDO has responded by telling that problem will be attended to.But even after the promise two days have gone by without any relief.

                    dear sir,

                    my name is PRABHAT KUMAR and one of the costumers of mtnl 599 unlimited plan. This plan promises to give a speed of 512 Kbps (note the CAPITAL K), which means 512 kilobytes . but to my horror i am only getting speed of around 50 Kilo bytes.

                    I have been complaining this to mtnl on their toll free 1504 no. for a month. they just write down my complain and do nothing.

                    even some of them told me me that it is not 512Kbps, it is 512kbps (note the small k) means 512 kilo bits.

                    this is not right sir, they advertise of giving 512 kilobytes but giving 512 kilobits. they are just harrasing their coustmers..

                    it is wasting my time every day.

                      Hi, my name is biswajit. I am using mtnl broadband for more than 1 year. For the past 2 months im not able to use my mtnl broadband services as it is disconnecting frequently. I have complained about it several times to the customer care. They have sent their lineman twice in this 2 months. still no solution. The problem is the internet get disconnected very frequently in every 5 or 10 mins for which im not able to do my task and assignments for my MBA exams. Its really a pathetic situation for me. As complaining about these things is not working. MTNL is not bothered about their customers as well as their official. The line man that came to check the internet found that internet connectivity is their wheather it is disconnecting or not and according to him their is not internet problem at all as it is very common problem of disconnection. I have the numbers of Nodal Officer(AP Singh[protected], Appellate Officer[protected] RA Gupta and Broadband manager (Mohd Nisar Ahmad[protected] and Kalkaji region official (Balram[protected] but none of them able to coordinate with this issue. The number of AP singh and RA Gupta rings buts no one pick up the phone. I have tried several times. For the past 2 months I have paid the bill out of no objective. Kindly help me out with dis.                       MTNL — Broadband Connectivity

                      The connectivity on my broadband connection is frequently interrupted: am unable to even register a complaint. This is making my work suffer. Please fix.

                      I am also facing exact problem. Whenever my broadband get affected i need to call every man like Lineman, SDO, any technical person (may be) Mr. Shrivastav. But they don't bothered.

                      At the connection pole there is no box for making proper connection, and there are 6-7 joint in my broadband wire. But who cares..

                      Either MTNL need to appoint new generation guys, who can provide technical support and can work rapidly.

                        My name is Gurdeep Singh and I'm facing a problem with MTNL Broadand since so many months. My home phone number[protected] is registered on my mother's name (Balvinder Kaur) and my broadband connection is not working. I've registered numerous complaints for the same but nothing has been done so far. My Broadband connection goes on-off on regular basis since 2 months and mutliple complaints have been lodged against it. Whenever I call the customer service, they say that it will be resolved with 24 hrs. I've called the MTNL Area Manager thrice, but still the problem persists. I've been paying them for the services which I'm not availing...Please advise....

                        mtnl broadband on my telephone no.28535593 is not working for the last 10 days. despite complaints on 1504 nobody cares and more alarming 1504 always in waiting. it is waiting for regular 24 hours.the mtnl service is disgusting and hell.this is one of the reason thats why mtnl is loosing its consumers day by day.
                        My MTNL Broadband is not working since last one year and there is no responce from any body in MTNL. You try to contact area manager, general manager etc etc and every one responds saying that it will be looked into. Most surprising is that fault booked on computer recorded or at 1504 is noy attended for months or gets cancelled. I don't now how to get something done. If anybody has any idea please help.
                        i have installed an mtnl triband connection in january this year, just from hearing from my friends about good conectivity and high speed.but to my bad luck this connection only worked for a month or so.since 7-8 odd months i am just paying the bill of 999- unlimited plan but my broadband is not working.

                        This mail is regarding my complaint which i registered for my broadband connection.I am a subscriber of MTNL triband, landline and MTNL Trump also.I am completely dissatisfied, frustrated and fed up of the service provided by the MTNL Delhi staff, for my boradband connection.I am using this broadband connection for last 8 months and landline for last 10+ years. Since i have taken your broadband connection for my house use, as my children are studying in higher standards, it has not been working properly.Then time since i have opted for the broadband that is last 8 months, my net has worked hardly for 2 months, though i have regulary paid my bills on time.
                        I have regulary registered complaints for my broadband but neva received any satisfactory step from your side. And if received, that was also temprory. And this time i literally fed up off your system.
                        I registered a complaint on 24th of march that my net isn't working properly and my adsl light isnt getting fixed.It is getting disconnected again and again. Aftr 2 dayz when i dint get any technical response from your side, then i again logged a complaint on 26th of march.But as usual again i dint get any response.Then i decided to visit SDO office of my area which is Near mother dairy mayur vihar phase 2 as i am living in trilokpuri. But after reaching there i was quite shocked because SDO wasnt present there in office working hours and niether he was on leave.He was present but not on the duty. Still i managed to register the same complaint there regarding my problem and they told me that it would be solved out with in one day.But today is 31st of march and still i have not seen any of the MTNL employee, let it be Line man, techincal engineer or anyone to solve out my problem.When i tried to approach these peoples on my own their response was so rude and shocking. They clearly denied that they have not received any of the complaints on my number.So i again called SDO and yet another time he replied that he isnt in his office and he asked me to call him back after 1 hour, which i did but then he picked up the call and disconnected.After that i tried to contact my area manager but he also didn't pick the call as always.So on 31/03/2009 once again i have registered another complaint for the same.This has been a limit and its getting over now. I am writting this mail to get proper and satisfactory action against all of these authorities along with the settlement of my net connection.I have been a very sincere and responsible consumer of yours and expects to get the proper treatment.I believe in MTNL customer care and expects to get justice for my case. I am providing all the details of mine as well as the authorities who behaved in such a childish manner. please have a look and solve the problem as soon as possible.Otherwise being a consumer i have other options to get satisfactory results as well.

                        I have given complaint thrugh 1504 arround two weeks before. Somebody came to check the connectivity and gone. Again I had call to Defence Colony area office for the same. But still nobady attend the complaint and or rectify it.

                        Dear Sir,

                        My broadband connection against number[protected] is not working properly with effect from 17th May 2009. Some times network comes & most of the times it goes off. I made complaint several time but no one responded well. Some times they told that the strike is on so can not give complaint number & some time it was told that the server of my are is not working. No proper response was given. Lastly, on 24th May 09 the complaint was lodged vides number 41000141 & they confirm that modem is not working and the same will be replaced with 24 hrs.Whenever we complaint, the standard time of 24 hrs is given but they are not resolving the first complaint which was lodged. The complaints are overlapping without solutions. Today, again complaint number 41100230 has been given but no solution provided till now.

                        Please intervene & resolve the issue amicably.
                        I have subscribed to MTNL TriB Combo connection. In May my Broadband connection was out of service for 15 days.During this period i submitted numerous complaints through the IVR complaint service as well as to MTNL cust care employees but to no avail. Calls to the Vasant Vihar SDO(never to be found in office) and JTO were never attended.Finally i had to skip office and visit Vasant Vihar exchange personally. The SDO Vijender Singh was not in office, i met the JTO Virender Singh and put up my complaint. Inspite of his assurance no action was taken and net reamained down.Alas i had no option but to visit the exchange again personally.Again the SDO was not in office(as usual). Again the JTO assured me that net would be rectified in next 12 Hrs.However it took another 48 Hrs for my Broadband service to be fuctional.The entire period exceeded 15 days. Now after a gap of about a week my Broadband is again down for the last five days.Again the same vicious cycle of complaints and customer care reps, all to no avail. I wonder what it will take to finally shake MTNL out of its slumber and deliver results.The only thing they seem to be prompt at is sending your phone bills in time(that too mostly inflated).If somebody from MTNL is reading this than pl get my Broadband rectified ASAP.

                        With highest level of disappointment and dissatisfaction with the way consumer complaints are handled in your department.lodging problem.My internet on the number[protected] is not working since last 2 months.I tried to contact your customer care executives at 1500, 10501, 1502, 1503, 1504 and got no response.None of your CCE is availabe anytime.Modem works properly, but when we call them, we are told that the server is down.
                        Since last to months am paying an amount of Rs. 800, without any services from your side.And this is the last time am doing that.

                        Otherwise, consumer court is the last option left for me.

                        i m using mtnl broadband 599 plan with 256kbps speed. but my net is not working with committed speed and the link with modem is also disconnected several times.i m booking complaints against this problem several times but all in vain. Nobody will come on my home and see this problem/fault only a single time.

                        Most surprising is that fault booked on computer recorded or at 1504 is not attended for last 2-3 days or gets cancelled.

                        I don't now how to get something done.

                        the landline phone is fully dead there are very annoying loud noises. we cant hear the person who is talking to us on landline. please send a engineer fast as possible.

                        Had my plan changed last month, Still not getting the upgraded bandwidth

                        I changed my plan in the beginning of august 2014 to 4 mbps Unlimited, yet after daily reminder and calls, i am getting a max of 1.8mbps.

                          dear sir,
                          i applyed a new connection of landline phone from MTNL online on 1-6-10.
                          after 2 days of online apply a salesman from Goyel enterprises comes and collect all necessery document and Rs 500/- (fee of new registration) and filled new Application form. in Application form, all documents (Gas coonection + Pan Card) and receipt of above connection form given by salesman show my address is C-36A, pandav nagar. sales man promiss me to take one week for install new connection. but after 15 days i called him for new connection then he give me my mtnl CA no. [protected] and ask me to contact mtnl office for further process.
                          on[protected] line man from mtnl comes and ask me that your booked connection have wrong address entry. it is C-63A instead of C-36A. so ask me to contact office for check your address and correct it.

                          i am not free for office travelling for complaint. so please correct my address and install telephone on my house.

                            i have purchased usb modem 3g jadoo (People make) on 12th may 2010 from M/s 21st Century, Shakti Nagar, New Delhi-07 authorised distributor for MTNL.
                            this product provided me satisfatory services only for few days. then the disconnection problem arose.
                            we had been asking from customer care, but none was able to solve our problem. at last we lodged written complaint (no[protected]. after few days the complaint was again renumbered as 18300512. till date nothing has been done. we had purhcased internet connection for study purposes as my childrens in higher education. they need every time the help of internet. But it has been so irritating that they just lost their interest in internet.
                            now the situation is at a position that if this complaint is not attended to properly then we are bound to go legally.

                                I Mr M Alam would like you to please Deactivate your so called mobidate dating subscription services. which I Never subscribed for & Return my balance. My Rs.30 had been deducted from Balance on 15th June 2010.

                                  my internt is not working and made complaint on 18 april 09, but no action was taken to rectify the same. even informed to dgm office on 22 april. kindly rectify the problem immediately.

                                  I have an MTNL landline connection 25728531 with Broadband facility. i am fed up with doing again and again connection complaint against my broadband. Every time I received a different complaint number.[protected],3023,[protected]

                                  i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last three month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now.

                                  Sir, My landline no. is 28345342 with broadband connection. Hardly it works for a week, net is disconnected. I compliant at 28342490 & 28342727 may be fifty or sixty times they say Mr. SUNIL will look into it. When I contacted Mr. Sunil at[protected] either his phone is out of range or he did nt pick it. It is very shameful act by the employee of large P.S.U. It makes the reputation of the company & country in doldrums. Do you know that neither of the private co. or foriegn co. uses your services. Think it.
                                  My landline no is[protected] From the last 20 days my internet is not working i hve complent 10 time.the MTNL service is pathetic line man is not picking my call i hve called him so many time in 1504 i hve complaint 5 times in 197 i hve complint 5 times even at janakpuri of no 25537272 i complaint bt till the date my internet is not working.

                                    I have the MTNL Broadband service but as the Internet speed is very slow, I are very unsatisfied with the service. Every time I switch it on and off to get a better speed but the speed remain's the same. Moreover when I am working on the net my telephone line always gets disturbed. I don't want to continue the MTNL Broadband service anymore, I kindly request you to kindly disconnect this facility from next month that is June 2014.

                                      this is right. also, in piampura, g&ju-block, delhi. people are suffering from low speed of internet that is, around-3 to 4kBps only. please take action on this . unless and until i have to remove my mtnl conection, and have a new one from reliance or any other company.sir i had taken your connection because i think it will be a trusty one, but it is not

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have registered on[protected] for mtnl broadband ( phone no.[protected] and paid initial amount of 500/ rs , but still they have not provided me the above service, after contacting to the mtnl customer care they informed me that they have modem shortage.
                                        But finally customer is going to suffer all these problem.Then how can people stick with this kind of Gover5nment services?

                                        I hope my problem will be short soon after my this complain.
