Dear Sir / Madam,
I am having a telephone connection of MTNL with broadband service on it.
Complaint No 1 - The broadband service is really pathetic, as it is disconnected anytime while using the internet.
Complaint No 2 - I have already sent this complaint to the MTNL greviance department but still no action has been taken till now. It is really frustating.
Kindly go through the complaint below that i sent to the MTNL greviance department.

I am owning a telephone number[protected] with broadband facility with it. I gave an application to shift my telephone within the same area, same exchange and same colony on 13th May 2010 in the Hauz Khas office. On 19th May 2010 when I went to check the status of my request I was told that my application has already been forwarded on 17th May 2010 to the concerned area office (Mehrauli). When I visited the Mehrauli sanchar haat on 19th May 2010 they said they have not received any application from Hauz Khas. I visited again the Mehrauli sanchar haat again on 02 June 2010 spoke to SDO Mr. Akela and the line man, the line man said he has my telephone number status to be shifted, but could not answer why it has not been shifted till now, since 17th May 2010. I think you could be the better person to answer for this.
Service Commitments by MTNL - Where as MTNL commits TARGETS FOR PROVISIONING /SHIFTING:- We are providing our services like new connections, local shifting, inter exchange shifting, closer of cases, additional facilities within the set norms of the MTNL Delhi. Provision of new connections, local shift and inter exchange shift cases are done with in 3 days. Closing and additional facilities are provided within 24 hours.
i have complained the same problem enormous times but it fell on deaf ears. now i am planning to cut the connection from my house.i wish one last time if some one could help me!
From 3 Days my mtnl broad band is not working. The modem is not showing the connection.Please look in to this matter and solve it as soon as possible.

This mail is regarding my complaint which i registered for my broadband connection.I am a subscriber of MTNL triband, landline and MTNL Trump also.I am completely dissatisfied, frustrated and fed up of the service provided by the MTNL Delhi staff, for my boradband connection.I am using this broadband connection for last 8 months and landline for last 10+ years. Since i have taken your broadband connection for my house use, as my children are studying in higher standards, it has not been working properly.Then time since i have opted for the broadband that is last 8 months, my net has worked hardly for 2 months, though i have regulary paid my bills on time.
I have regulary registered complaints for my broadband but neva received any satisfactory step from your side. And if received, that was also temprory. And this time i literally fed up off your system.
I registered a complaint on 24th of march that my net isn't working properly and my adsl light isnt getting fixed.It is getting disconnected again and again. Aftr 2 dayz when i dint get any technical response from your side, then i again logged a complaint on 26th of march.But as usual again i dint get any response.Then i decided to visit SDO office of my area which is Near mother dairy mayur vihar phase 2 as i am living in trilokpuri. But after reaching there i was quite shocked because SDO wasnt present there in office working hours and niether he was on leave.He was present but not on the duty. Still i managed to register the same complaint there regarding my problem and they told me that it would be solved out with in one day.But today is 31st of march and still i have not seen any of the MTNL employee, let it be Line man, techincal engineer or anyone to solve out my problem.When i tried to approach these peoples on my own their response was so rude and shocking. They clearly denied that they have not received any of the complaints on my number.So i again called SDO and yet another time he replied that he isnt in his office and he asked me to call him back after 1 hour, which i did but then he picked up the call and disconnected.After that i tried to contact my area manager but he also didn't pick the call as always.So on 31/03/2009 once again i have registered another complaint for the same.This has been a limit and its getting over now. I am writting this mail to get proper and satisfactory action against all of these authorities along with the settlement of my net connection.I have been a very sincere and responsible consumer of yours and expects to get the proper treatment.I believe in MTNL customer care and expects to get justice for my case. I am providing all the details of mine as well as the authorities who behaved in such a childish manner. please have a look and solve the problem as soon as possible.Otherwise being a consumer i have other options to get satisfactory results as well.

I have again request to do correct my net work connection. Tel No. is 24334084
My broadband connection against number[protected] is not working properly with effect from 17th May 2009. Some times network comes & most of the times it goes off. I made complaint several time but no one responded well. Some times they told that the strike is on so can not give complaint number & some time it was told that the server of my are is not working. No proper response was given. Lastly, on 24th May 09 the complaint was lodged vides number 41000141 & they confirm that modem is not working and the same will be replaced with 24 hrs.Whenever we complaint, the standard time of 24 hrs is given but they are not resolving the first complaint which was lodged. The complaints are overlapping without solutions. Today, again complaint number 41100230 has been given but no solution provided till now.
Please intervene & resolve the issue amicably.

i am going to itawa pnb barnch and i say to manger and apply to inter net bankkig and pnb staff veery bad talking mr. jullka and mr.meena my mobil no.[protected][protected]With highest level of disappointment and dissatisfaction with the way consumer complaints are handled in your department.lodging problem.My internet on the number[protected] is not working since last 2 months.I tried to contact your customer care executives at 1500, 10501, 1502, 1503, 1504 and got no response.None of your CCE is availabe anytime.Modem works properly, but when we call them, we are told that the server is down.
Since last to months am paying an amount of Rs. 800, without any services from your side.And this is the last time am doing that.
Otherwise, consumer court is the last option left for me.

i m using mtnl broadband 599 plan with 256kbps speed. but my net is not working with committed speed and the link with modem is also disconnected several times.i m booking complaints against this problem several times but all in vain. Nobody will come on my home and see this problem/fault only a single time.
Most surprising is that fault booked on computer recorded or at 1504 is not attended for last 2-3 days or gets cancelled.
I don't now how to get something done.
i request to the concerned authorities to plz. look into this matter.

Need an urget solution.
Your net is working very very slow. Please look into the matter and solved.

the landline phone is fully dead there are very annoying loud noises. we cant hear the person who is talking to us on landline. please send a engineer fast as possible.Had my plan changed last month, Still not getting the upgraded bandwidth
I changed my plan in the beginning of august 2014 to 4 mbps Unlimited, yet after daily reminder and calls, i am getting a max of 1.8mbps.
