I take a mtnl broadband 2 week before 750 plan 512 kb speed plan but i have receved 300 kb speed now

Dear sir,

I have registered on[protected] for mtnl broadband ( phone no.[protected] and paid initial amount of 500/ rs , but still they have not provided me the above service, after contacting to the mtnl customer care they informed me that they have modem shortage.
But finally customer is going to suffer all these problem.Then how can people stick with this kind of Gover5nment services?

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am having a telephone connection of MTNL with broadband service on it.

Complaint No 1 - The broadband service is really pathetic, as it is disconnected anytime while using the internet.

Complaint No 2 - I have already sent this complaint to the MTNL greviance department but still no action has been taken till now. It is really frustating.

Kindly go through...

i am a mtnl user since 4 years and after seeing the new broadband plan of 512kbps unlimited i change to that plan. But i dont get the said speed. Rather i get a speed which is 1/4th the speed said by mtnl. I complain 3 times on customer care but there is no change. I call the general manager mira-bhayander branch on [protected] and he asks me to contact mr h k singh on number [protected] but he does nothing. its been 11 days since i complain...

Since yesterday evening (7:15PM), the MTNL Broadband at my place is not working (Thane-West, Panchpakhadi Area). My phone number is 25363094.

This is a problem for me. My next door neighbour is using the same service and its working fine for him.

I called on 1504 to find out, the lady there tells me that its the problem with the MTNL Server. I asked if that is the case then how is it working for my neighbour....

I want to activate GPRS on my Nokia 6030 model which is very common model and compatible for GPRS facility. I am holding Trump SIM Card of Mumbai location.
I have sent request SMS "ACT GPRS" to 444 thrice and also had made 8-10 times follow ups on their call centre no. 1503, where they ahd replied that you will get a call from our (MTNL) side and your problem will be solved. However till date I havn't received any feedback...

i have a mtnl connection . the mtnl broadband service so poor that the modem gets restarted in every ten minutes and sometimes connections is not available between 3 to 5 pm
the connection sometimes gets so slow .we have taken the sceam of 512 kbps but the internet works like 128 kbps . i a have to do some work on internet i cant use net steadily for 15 minutes also the internet connection gets lost in between and i have to wait...

I have MTNL land line no. 23619905 since many years in the name of Mr. Kiran Babulal shah.
Recently I asked for a triband connection and it was delivered with a regular ADSL [No WiFi] modem pretty soon. After that on 24th April I registered a complaint so that they would exchange my regular modem with a wifi one. But till date they haven't snt it and the customer service lines keep giving me different numbers to call up which...

I WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE THE WAP ACTRESS PACK SERVICE.
IT HAS BEEN ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY.

I DO NOT USE THE SERVICE, NOR I HAD ACTIVATED IT.

EVERY MONTH, RS. 30 OR MORE GETS DEDUCTED FROM THE BALANCE.

my bill of last month was 608/- which was more .I have submitted application and paid amount in all but as promised to me that in next bill the adjustments will be done but all in vain.
As my bill is 250 combo in which 400MB is free but i have used in the mth of april only 243 MB but instead of Rs. 250/- they have charged rental of 150+241.25+tax which is unjustified and unacceptable.br...

My MTNL landline phone no 26331137, has been lying out of order since the past fifteen days and despite of repeated complaints on the autmated sysyetms of MTNL no action has been taken to revive the landline phone.
And hopefuuly in the next bill the charges for the period when the phone is out of order would most probably be levied on me in the bill.

It is requested to MTNL to either rectify the complaint immidiately...

i am a consumer of dolphin 4 last 4 years nd m facin a problem in a particular area for more than a year giving complaints to 1503 as well as mtnl official that area bt of no use.i think these mtnl officials are takin bribe from rival companies so that the officials down the network thus the subscriber shifts to other service providers in the locality.the higher officials are involved in this matter so i request the officials to look into...

We are the subscriber of MTNL Landline with Unlimited Broadband services for the number[protected]. We have been constantly sending mails/reminders and calling MTNL helpdesk no i.e. 1504, but the problem still remained unsolved.

I had booked for new broad band connection with land line on 31st March 2010, by depositing Rs. 500 in Asola SANCHAR HAAT and till today I am following and requesting the MTNL babu's to make the connection.

After 1 month 5 days that means by 5th May 2010 they send an uneducated person for installation and after installation of phone line and modem the person ran away. After 5 minutes of installation the phone stopped working...
