I have complained several times for low browsing and downloading speed of my mtnl broaband connection
but nothing has happened yet and no one seems to be botherd about it. My internet plan is unlimited with
256 kbps but within a few days it reduced to 74 kbps( I checked on http://delhi.mtl.net.in website.). The customer care people just told me that my problem would be solved within a day or two but nothing happened and no one came from the company to check. Now it's been a week and i hope the authorities will do something now.

The customer care people just told me that my problem would be solved within a day or two but nothing happened and no one came from the company to check. Now it's been a week and i hope the authorities will do something now.

MTNL — very less internet speed

Then i submitted a complaint and they fixed it but then again after 4 or 5 days my speed is coming very less.
My downloading speed is coming in bytes.I hope the authorities will pay attention to it and i hope i will not be forced to sign a complaint again in future.It is really irritating.

    Dear Sir

    I am using MTNL post paid mobile [DOLPHIN] since april 2006. I got new connection from sanchar hat Dabri New Delhi. From the many years till i have not recieved any bill from their side [MTNL] all though addredd verification already done from their concerned department
    when i contact customer care they forward my complaint but no action will be taken in this regard.some times they should disconnect my phon without any notice because of not paying of bill but what should i do when i don't have any information about my bill.
    Now what should i do pls reply.were i shuold i contact for proper reply from MTNL.

      I write this letter after 45 days of frustration which have finally resulted in me giving up any hope of a complaint being resolved by the MTNL office. My landline number is 25094002

      On the 9th of May 2009, I made my first and biggest mistake. I booked a wi-fi modem on the customer care helpline (1500).The customer care executive took my request gracefully and gave me a request no and also informed me that that the modem will be replaced within 7 days. I thought " Wow " -seven days and I’ll have a wifi modem with me. Pretty excited i was after making the request only to be that much more disappointed later.

      A week had passed but it was a Saturday, so i decided to wait till Monday (18th, June). Then i again called up 1500 to check why my modem had not been replaced and the customer care executive told me that i should contact the higher officials to check my request status. And this is where it all begins.
      I called up 197 to find out the local sanchar haat number .The numbers I got were 25089333 and 25084200. Also i had another two numbers 25089558 and 25073534. So I began calling. After about 15 min of calling in which either the phone numbers were engaged or there was no answer I finally got through one number and the official who picked up the phone told me to contact at the other number (on which no one answered later on).After about an hours try i gave up .

      I then waited another day before I called up mtnl customer care once again. This time i was told to find my request number from the sanchaar haat and then follow up from there. So i called up sanchaar haat again. This time I got through in less than half an hour and was informed that my order had been received and that my order number was 4940. On askin the estimate time of modem installation i was told that their job was to order and not to install and before i could say anything else the kept the phone down.

      The following week i kept registering complaints at 1500 and 1504 but no one came to check. On the 25th June I decided to change my broadband plan from trib199 to an unlimited trib599C plan for the coming month (JULY). So i called up 1500 again and when i placed the request i was told that a previous request for modem change had not been serviced so no more requests can be taken. I was informed that the system that mtnl uses to book request can not handle plan change request if there already exists a modem change request. I was told that i had just 5 more days to get my modem request cleared or else my plan would not be changed the following month. So i got even more frustrated. First of all it was MTNL's mistake that the modem was not installed in the first place and I was made to suffer for their mistake by not being able to change my broadband plan. Kudoos to mtnl for developing such a system.

      I then sent a mail regarding the same to [protected]@bol.net.in and [protected]@bol.net.in .However i received no reply . The i again called up sanchaar haat and i was this time given a new number of Mr Ramesh[protected] and was told that he was the person in charge of modem and broadband complaints. I tried contacting him but he wouldn't answer.
      Then I found out from directory enquiry(197) the contact number of area manager dwarka, Mr Aggarwal([protected]) but no response from this number as well.

      The month had passed and my plan had not been changed nor had my modem request been serviced. On the 2nd of June I fianlly was able to contact Mr Ramesh[protected] and was told that the modem will be installed within 2 days.But were my expectations too high?? yes . A week had passed and my modem was not replaced and i was unable to change my plan even for the month of JULY. Every time i tried to contact Mr ramesh he wouldn't pick up his phone or would cancel my call. Cancelling customer calls and not answering the phone be it any time of the day and i never got a call back.

      So finally i contacted DGM BB (at [protected]). At first there was no answer so i left the complaint with his PA and sent an SMS at his mobile number. But sir was courteous enough to call back (something that none of his junior officers had done). On hearing me out and taking my order number and my phone number, he said that the matter even though not directly in his hands would be resolved in a couple of days. Was i to breathe a sigh of relief? Probably because after a month i had finally some response from MTNL. The very next day i called up Mr Aggarwal (Area Manger at [protected]) and surprisingly enough my call was answered. I told him my complaint and also informed him that Mr. ramesh has not been answering my phone. He told me that Mr Ramesh was working under him and that the modem would be installed in another 2 days.

      Today, It has been 8 days since that day and my modem request has not been serviced. Another month is coming to an end. When I called mr aggarwal today he gave me a new number 20595217 of Mr Ghosh.On contacting Mr Ghosh I was redirected to Mr Ramesh. When i asked him the date when my modem would be installed he said it would take another 15 days since mtnl has no modems right now. Running a broadband service with no modems ...This is MTNL.

      I finally asked him to cancel my request hoping that if it gets cancelled in time i would at least be able to switch plan for the next month. For now I will wait and see how long it takes for them to cancel the request.

        My complains pending since more than a week. Lineman always calls in the afternoon asking us to convey the dept that your complain has been solved as there is exchange mistake.
        (1) Why does he always calls in the afternoon ?
        (2) Why does he makes family members to tell lies ?
        (3) Is this problem has any solution or I just have be at the mercy of the lineman ?
        (4) Is he the final authority ?
        (5) The only solution to this problem is to surrender my telephone ?

        Now i need an explanation from the dept or I shall have to pass this complain to higher authority

        Complain No : 64001 dt.17.06.2009 & No : 64251 / dt.22.06.2009 & No : 64488 / dt.26.06.2009.. Will This Dept take any action or just collect complains ??

          Dear Sir/Mam,

          I am Jeetender Reehal R/o RZ 330/C, Second Floor, Raj Nagar-II, Palam Colony, New Delhi - 110045.
          i am a MTNL broadband internet service user since february 09, My telephone no is[protected], Today as on 25-06-09 my internet is still dead and complaint had been logged to MTNL on 1504 on 01-06-09, 14-06-09 and 18-06-09 which was starting working in between 02-06-09 to 10-06-09 hardly for 5-6 days. Now I am approaching to the nearest exchange at dwarka sector 7, I am getting no response from there. I have been replied that there is no body to solve my problem and Mr. Shukla is your area technical engg. he is on leave and there is no one who can help you. I was also asked to come with my Laptop to exchange in case if I want the problem to be solved. I had to follow their instruction as I was in need of it, I did the same but no result came out. I have met with JTO Mr. S.C. Sharma at Dwarka Exchange sector7 near MCD School, still result came out. My work is getting hampered and they are not taking it seriously. I have approached so many time to them after that but most of the time I found them lost from their seat. As I am a private job doer I have to report on time to my office, Some time I have tried to meet in the morning to senior Divisional Engg. and other senior officer in the same exchange to escalate this matter, but they do not come before 10.30 or 10.45. At end of the month we get a computerised telephonic call to deposit a bill or they would terminate the services.

          At last I am praying in front of you to help me and get the matter solved.

          MY MTNL NO IS 25973675. my plan is of 512kbps downloading speed i am getting is 49kbps and when i complaint nobody gives proper reply one man called up and said u will get only this much speed WTF. i am paying RS 599 for just 50kbps thats cheating and fraud business please look into matter as soon as possible i should get my 512kbps downloading speed. :(

          MTNL Broadband — not working since last 2 months

          my phone no is 26302888 with net connection.not working despite many complaints.Trying to connect senior officer but vain .I want to surrender my connection.

          MTNL — BROADBAND NOT WORKING FROM PAST 1 MONTH

          I had taken MTNL broadband service in August'2010 but the same stopped working after 2-3 days.
          I had registered my complaint to MTNL against compalint number 6474 but nobody from MTNL had come to resolve the problem.

          Not Able To Dail or Receive Call

          I am recharging with rs 222(Vidyarthi Plan) monthly but i am able to use only 10-15 days rest of the days my phone is not working after complaining again and again on 1502 customer care no resolution has been taken out.

            I Had applied for MTNL's Broadband Connection in the Month of May, At the time of submission of application to MTNL, their staff Members confim me that you will get connection within 7 working days . After 15 days i visit to MTNL for enquiry on the same & again i have informed them still i have not got connetion .
            After visiting 2-3 times to their Sub - Engineer Mr. R.D.Yadav (Sub-Engineer, Borivali West- Shimpoli Branch) & after requesting him so many times finally, i got the connections installed to my PC . I got connections but it's no use for me because it is not working . the MTNL's Engineer who installed the connection told us that we will visit again tomorrow & get it resolved. But no one comes from MTNL till date . Then My Brother & my MOM every day visiting to MTNL& meet to MR. R.D.Yadav & everyday he ensure that today i will send person to your place . but i don't know from where the engineer is coming ( May be he is asking for US to send their Engineer) .

            I would like to request you to kindly Look into this & help me in get the thing resolved so that i can get my Internet connection .

              It has been more than two month no action have been taken against my complaint under that my broadband connection didnt work for more than a month and so. They have proper record for this. i paid against the durring month after getting confrm by COMM head. but in next bill i m not getting any relife from thier side. mu no. was 29945602. now i have disconnectedd the phone.

              Home 500 Plus (Combo) upto 2Mbps

              I have got BSNL broadband connection in my home for 2 month. My connection keeps on disconnecting every 5 min.

              It has been more than two month no action have been taken against my complaint under that my broadband connection didn’t work for more than a month and so. They have proper record for this. I paid against the durring month after getting confrm by COMM head. but in next bill i m not getting any relife from thier side.

              During the Night Unlimited 2-8 the Internet goes to a coma of sorts. Though the connection is established, for all practical purposes Internet does not work. What can one do with a speed of 20 ~ 45 kbps and a latency of 1300ms+.

                My ADSL is not working since three months from March2009 till date and no one bothers despite of repeated complaints ...shame on MTNL .
                I am at Vikaspuri Delhi..!
                All my bills are paid and still paying thousands despite of no ADSL connection.
                My broadband connection of tel. no.22851180 is not working from last one week. alrady complaint has been registered at 1504 on 19.06.09 vide complaint no.6638 but no action so far.
                My broadband connection of Tel. no. 22386539 is not working since 31 July 2009.
                I am facing problem with the Broadband service from the last 3 days.I registered complaint with the customer care on 31 July[protected] but till now no actions has been taken.From Saturday i am getting calls from the customer care for confirming about the broadband service but No engineer is coming to our place to rectify this problem.
                On saturday i was sitting at home waiting for the MTNL Engineer to visit our place but nobody came and my work suffered.I am keep on complaining about all this at customer care and they said me to compain this to the Area Manager.

                Even the Area manager for Bholanath Nagar Shahdara is not receiving the call.I am trying his number(Mr.Anand [protected]), [protected]...

                My work is suffering due to the negligence of the official staff of MTNL.
                Due to such services people are switching to other network.

                since installation of broadband connection tel. no. 25612623 may be two years back, connectivity goes off every minute, ADSL Led on the modem goes off every minute, we are not at all able to use internet, the purpose of getting broadband connection is totally defeated, my innumerous complaints has not resulted in fixing of the fault and i am made to tolerate a broadband connection which is not serving any purpose. i have to wait for hour/s together to get connectivity and that also lasts for not more than a few minutes.I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
                I have complaint to change the modem adaper which is not working last five days but there is no service.

                  My telephone no is [protected] .Since last one month i have raise so many request that my MTNL broadband is not working.Since last 4 months it worked on for 15 days.I have paid three months bill aready.It seems to me that MTNL has duped me.I don't no how to get resolve my problem.Due to this i am not able to do my office work from home.Please get resolve it as quickly as possible.

I am also an IT professional and my field of specialization is Networking i know that a Asynchonous DSL line has attenuation and the speed will degrade but from 25kbps connection to 25kbps???.
                  Since couple of months my D-Link 502T router has also started malfunctioning and has complained about it several times but the complained id registered solved at the exchange while nothing happens at my place. The SDO says that call 26361003 but no one answers/picks the call. This is annoying me as i have to give my online exams of SCDL which if not troubleshooted i have to change the ISP unfortunately.

                    I m using MTNL broadband for the past 5 years.
                    Since past 4-5 months I have been facing problem with my internet connection. It frequently gets disconnected some time the is not ADSL line and most of the time there is no ping from the DNS server.
                    I lodged many complaints with MTNL over phone (called on 1504) and have personally gone to telephone exchange to meet Dwarka Area Manager they noted done my complaint. They reconfigured my ADSL moden but nothing happend then they told me that it there server that is giving problem. But non of them have any clue.. My connection still gets disconnected frequently.

                    I have came to know that MTNL's higher managers are bribed by Airtel broadband. So that we people leave MTNL and move to Airtel which is other alternative to MTNL. That is why these people deliberately create problem in there servers.

                    If it is true What should we do???

                    i am using the same problem since 2003-or-2004, and yes... this is a problem since then. unlimited complaints, unwilling engineers, hardly matter attitude officers, i dont bother attitude and mannerless customer care, unlimited modem changes... but the problem remailns the same. no solution till yet.
                    tried reliance and tata... all big things they say, but they turned out to be even worse. airtel has no coverage in our area. and my destiny is stuck with this govt connection.
                    i ahve no solution till date but to keep getting tortured.

                      My name is Nikhil Pathak and unfortunately, i am a user of MTNL's I-Control service from the past 3 months. the service they provide for their system is worst in the country.
                      Every time, i used to call them for any technical fault, they say that an engineer will be sent to you in next 2 hours. But actualy, no one is their to cope up with my problem. In the whole month, their service is ok only for atmost 15 dayz.
                      I just want them to give either better services or cancel my connection ASAP.

                      Hope concerning authorities will take the action soon.

However on MTNL Delhi broad band complaint site this number is not accepted stating internet facility not available on this number. Since last May beginning I made innumerable complaints on 1504,[protected]SDO, Dwarka), [protected] (Area Manager, Dwarka), [protected] (General Manager, Janakpuri),[protected]General Manager-Broad Band, Kidwai Bhavan). Nothing has been done till date to resolve this problem.However, MTNL never forget to send their bills regularly for services not provided at all due to their negligence.

                          Few days ago I made big mistake. I subscribe for 3G MTNL.USB modem
                          1. Can't use Internet, every 5 seconds, line is dropping.

                          3 Customer support just dropping phone when I call them

                          I also comitted the same mistake. The connectivity is even slower than 2G offer by airtel/aircel and customer response is absolutely nil. In fact I put a mail also in cutomer service and got a reply to contact one number which is not responding at all.

                          Govt has already lost 6 months and this type of service will add nothing in next 6 months. If this is going to be a performance of mtnl, then better to auction right now.
                          I had speak with MTNL customer care regarding convert of old prepaid connection into 3G connection and charges, they advised that i sent a sms ACT3G at 444 my connection will convert into 3G connection and they will charge Rs. 149/- as an activation and the call rates are half paise per sec MTNL to MTNL and 1 paise per sec other network and STD than,

                          Than, I sent that SMS but received a sms INVALID REQUEST, than I again sent the same SMS and than I received "YOUR REQUEST FOR GPRS3G ACTIVATION IS RECEUVED. YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION SMS AN HOUR" and they deduct the applicable charges twice, and next day i got a sms for confirmation of 3G activation "WELCOME TO 3G SERVICES OF MTNL. PUBLISHED TARRIFS APPLY" but till today my call rates are as per my ealier plan. than i call to customer care, but they have not give any suitable answer to me and now they told that call rates cannot reduce. Pls help to me to refund the charges deducted.
                          I did the same mistake of going for 3G Jadoo Scheme + USB + 2months Free Download
                          Still not working, No support after sale/ call centre has no idea about it.

                          MTNL should appoint some body to address the problems / should give detailed description of settings.

                          Hope to see it working some day!

                          Or think that I have lost my money & Time invested into it

                            My internet connection at home has been giving trouble for the past 2 months. While I have a connection, the line keeps dropping.

                            I stay in east Delhi (Raj Garh Colony) and applied for the MTNL broadband internet connection in December 2009.I spoke to the SDO (Mr. Shiv Kumar) of area Raj Garh colony for the same but according to him MTNL exchange is more than 4Km away from my home, this is the only reason they are not ready to provide me the MTNL Broadband connection.

                              I have complained MTNL about my unstable internet connection. Till date they are unable to solve this issue. Few days back line man came to fix the connections but all in vain. I am regularly facing the internet disconnection after every 15-20 minutes which is a major hinderance in my work.                                 I have been using mtnl prepaid connection for abot 2 years now. The connectivity is really really bad. I spend too much balance each day due to Network Failure!!! It creates worst problems when one is travelling. Since last 3 days i have been sneidng smses and they have been deducting my balance but none of these msges actually get delived! utlimately, i have to make ohone calls on roaming. I tried to connect to customer care and landed uo spending so much money (on roaming) trying to get my problem fixed. First thing i am going to do when i reach Delhi is to change my connection!!!

                                Yes, Dolphin has a worst network.En=ven the customer care dont help us out of the problem.We have to keep on calling them.The problem is never solved in a one phone call.

                                I AM HAVING MTNL DOLPHIN SIM CARD FROM PAST 2years I AM RECEIVING NO COVERAGE IN Delhi cantt, MY CELLPHONE HAS GONE TO EMERGENCY MODE INSPITE OF HAVING MTNL DOLPHIN SIM IN IT, THE SAME PROBLEM IS SUFFERED BY MY FRIENDS IN MY NEIGHBOURHOOD...POor sevice and worse connectivity.
                                I don't know if my querry will reach to the concerned authority, for, before this also I asked the same question but nobody in MTNL cared to reply me. I think although there is provision for grievance communication but I do not think anybody seriously cares to attend these. Your grievance rederessal system has only good-looking form and no content. However, I am again putting down my query, I'll wait and see if anybody attends to it. If anybody has the time to read my query and bothers to reply, please do the same by e-mailing, talking over phone does not make thing clear because of the accents that goes with it.

                                I wanted to know whether there is any system for periodic meter reading during the month, of mobile telephones of MTNL (Dolphin). BSNL has such a system, just you have to send an SMS, you can know the instant meter reading. Do you have such a system?                                 This is all about how Hewlet packered sells their computer and after that they refuse to give after-sales service to its customer. We in the Andheri ESIC Hospital and occupational disease centre, MIDC, Central Road, Andheri East-400 093 Tel no[protected]. purchased six computers last year. one of those computers' monitor is not working any more although it is not even one year that we purchased it. Twice we registered our complaints, complaint numbers are Case no-CA0796960, Case no-CA0804234 respectively. But they are not coming down to repair/replace the monitor. I firmly believe there are hundreds of people who purchased their computers, must be having similarly some or other trouble and it is also sure that their complaints are not being attended to. The company has devised a method for registering complaint through call centre which is itself a very difficult task, if you do not believe me just try for yourself at least once to register your complaint. If somehow you have successfully registered, I am sure they will not come finally to attend your problem. But don't get misled by. their empty sweet words.

                                In view of the above, I think some consumer forum must take up the matter with the company and see that the company becomes more responsible to the needs of consumers. Thanking you,

                                1. This to inform that I am a contented customer of MTNL services for many years, and have been using services on mobile numbers [protected] / [protected].
                                2. However, for past over a month there is no coverage at (Approximately 200 Meters around) my residence at 03 Sector 20 NOIDA. UP 201301. I had reported the same at the Sanchar Hut, Sector 18 NOIDA UP. The Officer In charge had attended to the complaint and suggested that this matter needs to be taken up with higher authorities to resolve the issue. It is therefore requested that necessary action be taken to resolve the problem of ‘no network coverage’ at house no 03 sector 29 NIODA, UP.

                                  I am Manjeet Singh Rana, having residence in Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. My complaint is regarding the BAKWAAS & GHATIA (Downtrodden & Inferior) Service of MTNL. I purchased the Postpaid Broadband under My younger brother name "MR VISHWAJEET SINGH RANA". The service is available on MTNL LANDLINE NO 28561751.

                                  Further, to all concerned it is really unfortunate to say that the quality of service, response, complaint lodging, followup provided by MTNL to their customer is very bad. It is more than 4 month passed since I got the INTERNET CONNECTION on 28561751. And from the very beginning the connection is giving trouble & creating problem. Out of 24 hours, we get only 30 minutes error free connection. Due to this, I am not able to download or use my email services. Every time when it seems to be perfect, the thing go worst then ever & leaving us with an horrifying experience.

                                  In view of the above, I am getting nothing but a big time chase. I am loosing my business, friends, relatives, collegues, new information & lot more; it is endless list. On top of this, the customer care service is of inferior quality. Out of 100 times, there is only 1 call chance where the phone is picked up by the destined customer care department. The rest 99 is obviously gone wasted with no heed paid towards it. First of all they do not pick up the call (99 of 100 times) & in case the customer luck struck then also he will get insufficient, dull, nonsense & stupid response. You are put on a long hold & surprisingly you can hear them very clearly gossiping each other. What is cooked in their houses, What happened with TV Serials & who won the match & other lady things. I want to ask are they getting paid for this? To help other persons having problem, here are the few quotes these customer care executive uses:-
                                  1.. When the phone is picked up then ??? >> "HAANJI BOLO", RUK JAYOO SUNAI DETA HAI BHAI. After a while they starts taking fun of the customer, asking the customer to repeat all details again and again. After a while, the customer get irritated & puts the phone down.
                                  2. If call more than once, Arey yaar kya bewakoof hai, kitni baar call karta hai.
                                  3. On asking Sr Official Nos "SIR JEE AGAR JALDI HAI TO INTERNET PAR DEKH LO, HAMARA TO AB LUNCH HO GAYA HAI"

                                  There are lot more endless quotes, but i do not have that much time to share it with you. The only thing i want is to sue them.

                                  My Telephone No.23848607 installed at my residence 2/62, 2nd Floor, Roop Nagar, Delhi -110007 remained dead for a period of month between 23/07/2009 to 23/08/2009 on which TRIBAND connection was taken by me. Number of complaints were made to MTNL's No.23841298 but nothing happened. Even I happened to come across their linemen and tried to take his help. They informed us that there is some cable fault somewhere and they are trying to find out the location and repairing the cable as soon as the location is found. After 23/08/2009 my above telephone was dead again after 3/4 days but despite repeated complaints nothing happened. I even approached Kamla Nagar Telephone Exchange at their phone Number 23841900 but nothing happened.

                                  I understand that TRIBAND complaints are supposed to be attended to and rectified within 3-4 days time and that is not done then NO TRIBAND CHARGES are charged in the next bill but in my case it is the not so. MTNL has raised their Bill No.[protected] dated 09/09/2009 wherein they not only charged TRIBAND CHARGES of Rs.649/- but also the Service Tax + Education Charges.

                                  I had MTNL's TRIBAND connection at my office also at Phone No.23211700 installed at 201, Ishwar Market, 2nd Floor, 751, Gali Kundwalan, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-110 006 which was not only very very slow connectivity but it generally remained out of order and complaint redressal system was also too erratic. Ultimately after being fed-up with the complaint redressal system - I got AIRTEL's Broad TRIBAND connection in my office as well as at my residence. I am not using MTNL's TRIBAND connection at all.

                                  When I approached MTNL's Tees Hazari Exchange authorities - they asked me to get a letter from Kamla Nagar Telephone Exchange that my telephone remained dead for a month or so. Only after my arranging such a letter they will look into my written complaint of waiving off the TRIBAND charges for the month of AUGUST, 2009. Is not it this a sheer harasment for the customer. MTNL can very well verify the above facts from their Kamla Nagar Exchange counterparts if they sincerely wished to.

                                  Since I do not wish the disconnection of my very old landline phone out of sheer frustration I am making payment against the above described bill today as today's last date of payment.

                                  I still have a senguine hope that MTNL's senior and learned officials must be reading these complaints and they will not only feel concerned about the harrassed customers but they will initiate some steps to attend to the genuine grievances of their customers.

                                    I subscribe to the MTNL unlimied broadband plan (999). However, there is a frequent line drop due to which there is either no or limited connectivity. This hampers our work. Our verbal and written complaints to MTNL Gamdevi Exchange and Prabhadevi exchange have gone unattended so far. Please resolve this issue immediately.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                      I am very much fed up with the signal of goregaon mtnl towards joeshwari, as its time is comparitively very less than other signals as other signals are for 1 minuts whereas signal of goregaon mtnl towards joeshwari is only for37 seconds. in the morning hardly 4-5 vhehicals are able to cross the signal and the time gets over.we have to wait for another 15 minuts to cross the signal again.

                                      So please I am requesting you to look in to this matter ASAP.
