I am Manjeet Singh Rana, having residence in Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. My complaint is regarding the BAKWAAS & GHATIA (Downtrodden & Inferior) Service of MTNL. I purchased the Postpaid Broadband under My younger brother name "MR VISHWAJEET SINGH RANA". The service is available on MTNL LANDLINE NO 28561751.
Further, to all concerned it is really unfortunate to say that the quality of service, response, complaint lodging, followup provided by MTNL to their customer is very bad. It is more than 4 month passed since I got the INTERNET CONNECTION on 28561751. And from the very beginning the connection is giving trouble & creating problem. Out of 24 hours, we get only 30 minutes error free connection. Due to this, I am not able to download or use my email services. Every time when it seems to be perfect, the thing go worst then ever & leaving us with an horrifying experience.
In view of the above, I am getting nothing but a big time chase. I am loosing my business, friends, relatives, collegues, new information & lot more; it is endless list. On top of this, the customer care service is of inferior quality. Out of 100 times, there is only 1 call chance where the phone is picked up by the destined customer care department. The rest 99 is obviously gone wasted with no heed paid towards it. First of all they do not pick up the call (99 of 100 times) & in case the customer luck struck then also he will get insufficient, dull, nonsense & stupid response. You are put on a long hold & surprisingly you can hear them very clearly gossiping each other. What is cooked in their houses, What happened with TV Serials & who won the match & other lady things. I want to ask are they getting paid for this? To help other persons having problem, here are the few quotes these customer care executive uses:-
1.. When the phone is picked up then ??? >> "HAANJI BOLO", RUK JAYOO SUNAI DETA HAI BHAI. After a while they starts taking fun of the customer, asking the customer to repeat all details again and again. After a while, the customer get irritated & puts the phone down.
2. If call more than once, Arey yaar kya bewakoof hai, kitni baar call karta hai.
3. On asking Sr Official Nos "SIR JEE AGAR JALDI HAI TO INTERNET PAR DEKH LO, HAMARA TO AB LUNCH HO GAYA HAI"
There are lot more endless quotes, but i do not have that much time to share it with you. The only thing i want is to sue them.

MTNL — less internet browsing and downloading speed
I have complained several times for low browsing and downloading speed of my mtnl broaband connectionbut nothing has happened yet and no one seems to be botherd about it. My internet plan is unlimited with
256 kbps but within a few days it reduced to 74 kbps( I checked on http://delhi.mtl.net.in website.). The customer care people just told me that my problem would be solved within a day or two but nothing happened and no one came from the company to check. Now it's been a week and i hope the authorities will do something now.
