Dear Sir,

I am holding a broadband connection with phone no. 23642585 from around 10 months now. I send repeated complaints to 1504 for last 15 – 20 days the people picking up the phone there ask if the ADSL is blinking & if it is blinking then there is problem in line or get the setting changed every time and it starts. It is our every day duty to call up at Mtnl and complain. But the line man who attends our house says that there is connection error from MTNL itself and he calls up there and our internet get’s connected for around 2 hours and after that again the problem occurs.

There has been no concrete work been done till now to resolve the problem.
I had also talked to Area Manager of Mtnl but his intervention had helped only once. Now since 11 days my internet is not working

I have tried every means to get solution of my problem but nothing has happened so far, now I have lodged complaint on this format.

My bill remains no pending, can I get justice or I have to go to CONSUMER COURT

MTNL INTERNET NOT WORKING
Dear Sir,

I am holding a broadband connection with phone no. 28697009 from around 4 years. I send repeated complaints to 1504 for last one month the people picking up the phone there ask if the ADSL is blinking & if it is blinking then there is problem in line or get the setting changed every time and it starts. It is our every day duty to call up at Mtnl and complain. But the line man who attends our house says that there is connection error from MTNL itself and he calls up there and our internet get’s connected for around 2 hours and after that again the problem occurs.

Now since one months my internet is not working

I have tried every means to get solution of my problem but nothing has happened so far, now I have lodged complaint on this format.

My bill remains no pending, can I get justice or I have to go to CONSUMER COURT

    I have purchased a mobile sim from laxmi nagar dealer whose no is [protected] and its sim no is[protected] on 16/10/09 but my sim was not activated . i have submitted the necessry document to the dealer.
    any satisfactory help is not given by the customer support.dealer told that he send the document already.I also go to the SANCHAR HAaT but he told me to talk to dealer.
    Please tell me what i have to do to activate my sim.

      Hi, I was using MTNL Landline connection since 1997 to Aug 2009 but because of some irresponsible & lazy service by MTNL, I have decided to surrender my landline connection. On Aug 1st I have surrender my instrument as well as all the neccesary documents. Now it has been around 75 days, I haven't received my surrender cheque. A clerk in Sanchar Hart in Dilshad Garden told me that it'll take 60 days from the submission of instrument but it has been 15 days extra. I am calling to the respective account officer of my zone but he is not picking the phone. I have tried so many times. his phone no. is [protected]. please do something for it..

        Sir my complaint is pending since 6th Aug 2009 No.CO90855054
        I sent regd ltr dt 17 Aug recvd reply fm MTNL BKC Mumbai -98 as follows Quote Complaint is forwarded to DE Billing GSM, MTNL 4th flr. for action n direct reply. In the meantime u r rqstd to make communication with him directly in case of delay Unquote Kly note that I hv recvd no telephone no. as to whr shud I phone but on making phone calls on Nos.26520303, 26527447, 28403300,28403400, [protected] n finall n 26520303 no reply I hv made about 20 calls on the abv nos. but I was just directed to various other no. thus complaint is not yet solved. This shows that MTNL is trying customers patience by dodging with various nos. Repeating complaint as follows: It seems that someone has used my no. by getting it associated with My Group Plan On enquiry at your office the tel nos. associated with my mobile no. are (1)[protected] (2)[protected] (3)[protected] n instead of 90 p/min getting deducted Re1/min was deducted for the call I made n finally when a call lasting for 0.29 secs was made I realised Rs.62/- was deducted thus I was made aware when such a huge amt was deducted that someone was misusing my no.

        I asked your helpcentre to check at their end as to whom the abv nos. belonged as also check my call detailed history if I hv ever made any calls to the above 3 mobile nos. n deduct the amount of Rs.62/- from the above 3 mobile nos. for misusing my no. n no such fraudulent activity can take place further so that no other customer wud become a victim to such fraudulence. Initially your helpcentre people assured me that they wud refund Rs.62/- to my account but till date no action taken.

        Another proof of my mobile no. being misused was that without using my mobile no. till date I recvd msg. from MM-Dolphin on 29/09/2009 time 11.09 Quote Dr. Customer thanks for availing free 3G Trial local video call upto 30.09.09 ....... Unquote Kly note that I hv not sent any msg fm my mobile no. nor made any calls since 6th Aug 09 kly check into the matter and forward the complaint to your Public Information Officer n revert on the status and action taken on the above complaint.

        As regards to my abv complaint has been published in DNA pg 9 dt. 23rd Nov. Unable to understand the line ...no customer can be given a Value Added Service (VAS) acc to TRAI. I shl forward the complaint to TRAI but kly give me the email address/communication address of TRAI.

        Lastly yr comments in last line "While chasing MTNL for a refund, which you are entitled to, think of a way to avoid getting into such situations." Which are the ways i can avoid of getting into such situations kly post your suggestions.
        i am using my cell since 2004 postpaid but in the month of march 2009 i have coverted my postpaid connection into prepaid, since i am not able to receive any kind of SMS from any side either outside or local sms .
        i also have made complaints to yours by nos.19300334 dated 31/10/2009,[protected] dated 13/11/2009, 18300581 dated 14/11/2009,
        19300007 dated 21/11/2009. after all there is no satisfactory answers for your side, kindly attend my request otherwise i wll go to consumercell for verification.

          Dear Sir/Medem,

          i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected] in sadat pur extn, karawal nagar, north east area delhi.This telephone was dead from last 30 days and i have logged complaint many times around 10 times on 1504 but response is zero and also contact this no. 22967824 area manager, So, no body helping me.Please provide me proper initiatives so that these people don't try to ignore other persons.

          MTNL — Dead Telephone and broadband connection not working properly

          government employees not working properly, these guys do not perform their duties in right way, they avoid their duties, according to my view, MTNL/ DP/ MCD ALL the department should be changed into private sector. These all department is corrupted.

            MTNL Delhi Complaints - TELEPHONE / BROADBAND DEAD FOR MORE THAN 40 DAYS & NO BODY FROM MTNL LOOKING WHILE LOGGED COMPLAINT MANY TIMES. ALSO ZONAL OFFICER MR. ARYA (NEHRU PLACE OFFICE) IS NOT PICKING/ READY TO ATTEND DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMERS
            Dear Sir/Madam,

            My MTNL telephone number is 26443692 in LAJPAT NAGAR area, SOUTH delhi.
            This telephone was dead since 40 DAYS and i have logged complaint many times. Recent complaint # is 1082 (DT. 09.10.2009) logged at MOC. Tried to contact the concerned zonal officer Mr. ARYA (Mobile [protected] & Direct Line [protected]) without sucess since last 20 days. Earlier Mr. ARYA used to pick my call but since last 20 days as soon as i call him he switch off his phone or his phone goes out of range after 2~3 rings. This was never expected from such a responsible officer.

            May i request concerned officer to respond us/ inform us by when our phone & Broadband will be start working.

            My Phone # 26443692 is still not working. Called Ministry of Communication (MOC) at[protected] to know the status of my previous complaint but the lady over there had said complaint already exists & they had forwarded the complaint but can't confirm by when my telephone will be working.

            Can anybody suggest whom to contact to get the repairs done or know the nature of error that MTNL is not able to rectify since last 45 Days.

              My name is Sugumar, Iam Employee of claim managment Company in Rajendra place, New Delhi.Iam MTNL network user. On 03/10/2009 I sent a request to MTNL Network activate caller tune to my mobile. But the caller tune not activated till a date.I called a mtnl customer care center 35 times. They said the reason is that ( Server down, song not able to download), They are saying fooling answer, when i calling over there, My call was disconnected. They charged Rs. 12 for Song download Rs.25 for monthly Subscription. Again i called customer care regds my caller tune still not activated. They said " you have to send again activation charge" then also i paid. But still not Activated.So please Consider My Complaint. I hope for your reply.

                i by mistake paid my bill feb 2009 twice. I have tried all i can to get my money back but all in vain. They don't have a system. my number is 28680643. MTNL is Mumbai's shame. Its ancient and lack courtsey. Anybody can chose to slam the phone on you at anytime.

                  I have a MTNL landline & broadband connectiion. My consumer no. is [protected]. I have severe problem of noise/disturbance in the line/connection, due to which the broadband gets frequently disconnected. I have registered several complaints with the concerned officer at the Dwarka Exchange and central complaint cell, during the last one year. Howevrer there has been no response from the department. The problem is due to joints in the cable/wiring from the junction box to the main connector of my flat. The whole wiring has to be changed, which is approximately 40 feets. I hope the higher ups in the MTNL shall look into the matter and take appropriate steps.

                  2) This additional line will be linked with the main line & will work as long as main line works and will be disconnected as and when main line is surrendered or recovered for non-payment.

                  If a MTNL customer who is already having two connections under any MTNL tarrif scheme before[protected], and one of his connection is for more than 5 (five years).
                  Why this Loyal Customer is not allowed to convert his existing second connection to this
                  “Additional landline to Loyal Customers of MTNL Mumbai” scheme and benefit with the lower service charges and free calls.
                  Can any one take it up with the MTNL authorities and answer this?

                    We have subscribed for Aksh IPTV through MTNL & have been using it since almost a year.
                    However, we are very dissatisfied with the kind of service from customer service, interrupted performance of the channels.
                    The service provider is irresponsible & deletes any channel without prior intimation & reasoning for the same.
                    The Chief of Customer Service shamelessly disconnects the phone calls, never comes on line to attend even when requested for attending to our queries & has directed his centre to disconnect calls when any customer wants to speak to him.
                    The Sports Channels viz. Neo Cricket & Sports & Ten Sports have been removed from the list of channels without assigning any reason nor intimated in advance about the deletion.
                    The Customer service is also fooling around saying that these channels are under maintenance. This reply is being given to us since July 02.
                    I would be like to inform you that the Set top box has been mal functioning since the last 4 - 5 weeks. It automatically jumps channels, when a channel change key is depressed, it goes to volume function. "PLEASE WAIT" Signal has been a very common feature when channels are switched and it hangs indefinately.
                    Simmilarly, VOIP service is also pathetic. When the service is needed the most, it does not function & Customer Service is of no use as a Technical Help is never available.-- Just to remind you, VOIP is a service which is ment to make calls to the USA & the local timingsthere would be during our Night time. Hence an help which is assured within 2 days is of "NO USE" as time is the essance. Why sould we pay for such a service Rental of Rs. 150/- monthly when it does not work when it is needed. It is a totally waste of money for a service which indeed is IN NO WAY A SERVICE and that could be put to better use.
                    I am still awaiting a response to my mail sent on 15th Sept '09 attached here within
                    The IPTV Service provider AKSH has added Star Sports, Star Cricket & ESPN with a condition that I have to "PAY ADDITIONAL RS. 150/- OVER AND ABOVE RS. 100/- TO GET THESE CHANNELS CUPPLED WITH OTHER CHANNELS WHICH I DONT WANT TO SUBSCRIBE".
                    I am aware the the Hon'able Minister has specifically mentioned that Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) has to be charged for any Additional Channel requested by the Subscriber.
                    This is "CHEATING AND NOT ETHICAL ON THE PART OF AKSH WILLFULLY PUSHING THE SUBSCRIBER TO PAY FOR UNWANTED CHANNELS."
                    I had spoken to the Mumbai Regional in-charge on 15th September instant who has failed in reverting or intimating me the status of my mails.
                    I feel it is also some sort of SCAM which they are trying to hide.
                    Such Agencies associated with MTNL are causing ir-repairable bad image of MTNL also which over the years has created an excellent Telecom Service provider.
                    I earnestly request your good selves to look into the matter urgently and PROTECT THE INTEREST OF WE COMMON CITIZENS setting an example to others not try such tricks.

                    Aksh Optifibre(MTNL) — Bad Service

                    I have installed IPTV on 21/12/08 but still I am not getting service as promised by the company. My complaint is whenever I try to change channel it changes the volume and vice-versa also the channel hangs a lot in between and the waiting signal is very irritating and also sometimes only voice comes and no video and vice-versa, After complaining a lot still no response from Aksh Optifibre every time they say that they will send an engineer but no one comes and also some times they disconnects the phone in between when I ask them to give me a complaint no. they say that there is no complaint no. required for this. Can anyone help us from this weird situation .
                    i had installed iptv on 16-05-09 form no. 00017961 but since then i didnt knew i had opened the doors for problems . Waiting for signal is the biggest problem during intense momemts of serials and macthes.Only good thing about iptv is the cost Rs100/- per month but besides that everything is worse. please tell me the way to get my refund. there are no nos. to contact them, mtnl also does not know about it.
                    each and every word of the complaint is true and neither MTNL nor Aksh optics bother about the customer MTNL should either service thru their staff or else break up with Aksh and save the customer the agony of being cheated every day.
                    its the most pathetic service ever provided the bosses there r sitting n giving only lips service /My complaint is pending since june09 n each n every time the buck is paased on sayin the problem is with mtnl. Mr Ritesh Garg the complaints customer manager is good for nothing and their dept head for iptv heading the mumbai post Mr Shreejit is of no use in lookin into the matter .They have no regards for the customer .I belive we should get togather form a forum n get theses peoples kicked .
                    The condition in Delhi is even worse! There are sitting in the call centre, who do nothing but laundiabaazi. You're forced to repeat your grievance ad nauseum again and again to every call centre executive who picks up the phone.

                    The bums(Senior Executives, management included), are bent upon extracting every pound of flesh from you. Like every private Jaagir, they changed their services from Post Paid to Prep paid, so that once you're stuck up with them, you can't do anything but squirm. They're offering their so called best services such as "Chill" & "Cool" to only the prepaid customers. But "In logon ne mujhe baraf mein lagaa diya".

                    I migrated my plan from Post Paid to pre paid. They promptly sent a representative to my residence. I paid him Rs.275/- in cash vide receipt no 2180 dated 05.10.2009, and was assured that the "Chill" & "Cool" facilities would be activated within 24 hours. But those "24 hours" have not elapsed till date.

                    I'm forced to make telephonic complaints on Ph Nos 12699 and 26990009 almost on daily basis, and every time I get the same empty assurances, that my complaint would be resolved within 24 working hours. These chaps are probably living in Stone Age. There's no consumer redressal link on their site http://www.icontrol.in/IPTV/index.jsp. Its virtually impossible to get in touch with Senior Executives or Management except the Call Centre Nos.

                    Could someone please give me the Landline/Mobile No or the email id of some senior executive, so that I could pour my woes out to him!!!

                      Everyone faces problem with the pvt. companies very regularly. But I always faces problem with one of the India's Largest telephone and mobile service provider MTNL specially during the bill payment time. Inspite of repeated reminders and telephone calls to their office and even talking to the Senior officials the problem remains the same. The have given an option of payment through credit card on their site. But it never works for the last 12 months. Even if it works for some time it takes atleast 15 min. to process a payment. This is the conditions of the the largest telephone service provider. But same works very well and fast if you want to pay through netbanking. WHAT A PITY. Anyway we should always proud to have such payment facility under Govt of India banner.

                      With due respect, this is to draw your kind attention that no effective response has being received from your Sancharhat, Koralbugh, Delhi office against the subject above complaints for a long time since 24.04.09. The fact is - I purchased a Trump Top-Up card of Rs. 225.00, vide Sr.No.- [protected] form a shop at GTB Enclave, Nand Nagari, Delhi-93 in March-09. When I Scratched on the recharge PIN code I found recharge PIN code is illegible/ indistinct and so I could not make it use. I showed this defective card to the shopkeeper but he advised me to go to the local Sancherhat office at Dlshad Garden. I went also there and met the officials. They further advised me to go to Sancharhat office at Koralbugh, Delhi. Accordingly I went there on 24.04.09 and met with Shri Narender Tyagi at Room No-401. There I told him the fact and handed over the defective card for recharge. Then he thoroughly checked the validity of the card with the Sr. No using computer and finally assured me that this card is valid till now and not used by anybody, so the rechargable amount would automatically be credited to your account within a day or two. For this purpose he (Narender Tyagy) noted my mobile no. [protected] and had taken the original card. After that I repatedly reminded Mr. Tyagi and Ms. Sarabjit over phone at Sancharhat office, Karolbugh, Delhi but it produce no effect till date. I am now completely upset. I have the receipt with me.

                      In view of above context, I would like to request you to be kind enough to look into the matter and take necessary actions from your end at the earliest and obliged.

                        Sub : 1) Excess & Incorrect Utilization / Consumption of MB Data Shown in my account 2) Slow speed of Internet

                        Dear Sir,

                        I wish to inform you that my account has been showing an excess & incorrect utilization of MB data, resulting an excess billing to my account. For example, for 10/09/09, a utilization of 38.48 MB data is being shown during the time 12:38 p.m. to 12:53 p.m. even my compuetr was not even switched on for Internet for the whole day on 10/09/09. Similarly, on 11/09/09 from 02:57 p.m. to 03:33 p.m. the internet was not used but utilization of 36.39 MB is being shown in my account. Also the the month of Aug. 2009, a total MB of 629.21 is shown in a/c but it is confirmed that not more than 300 MB was utilized during the same period. This is very surprising and unbelievable.

                        In this connection, I have sent an email to helpdesk.[protected]@bol.net.in on 16/09/09 and also submitted my complaint personally at MTNL, Ganesh Pura office, Tri Nagar, Delhi-35 on 17/09/09, but it is deeply regretted to say that neither any feedback / reply has been received from any office / officail nor the problem is resolved till date. I hereby again request you to please look into the matter on priority and get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Any excess & incorrect billing to my account may kindly be reversed / adjusted accordingly.

                          previously i was using the mtnl triband of 2mb unlimited which was then changed to 4mb unlimited
                          but after changing the line i am not getting the download speed i get only 30-40kb/sec&even though ihave done the speed test it shows below 2mb from last 1monts iam in follow everday they says that today it will we done but still my problem is not bean solved

                            I have paid a bill of 2500 for a month for down load charges for watching IPTV
                            I have seen the seeion history of download charges and has opserved download everytime I switch on the TV. People using IPTV please check your download bills and session history.
                            From july to sept I have given three written complain still there is no reponse
                            How to get MTNL to respond any one know any complain escallation matrix in mumbai.
                            If this is experience by other consumers also than I feel this attracts cheating & criminal case against IPTV and MTNL. If some knows the legality please sue MTNL for the case of cheating.

                            MTNL IPTV — Bad Services

                            I had took a iptv connection in my office abt 2 mth back. At the installation time the connection was not working properly and i told it to the technician. Even he saw it and told me it will start working properly in next 2 days. Scince then i have not seen the connection working properly and after regular complaints no body from iptv has come to check the settings.Even they agree to it that my complaint is still pending from 06.03.09 till date (19.04.09).

                            I was using IPTV for past 2 years. Past 3-4 months, the service is extremely bad. I am not getting any channel for 3-4 days every week. On other days nearly 36 prime channels are absent. Since May 5, 2009 All the channels are dead. I am now forced to return back to Cablewalla.
                            The reception, if OK, is no doubt, very clear and much better than Cable Network.
                            BUT STILL You may like to rethink, and cancel the booking.

                            MTNL IPTV — DEAD SINCE 16TH NO RESPONSE

                            My dedicated number for IPTV is 29543445. Not working since 16th Sep. I had some hopes for Broadband which is not working properly since 6 months. But atleast IPTV was working. I use to give example of it to the MTNL staff in the Exchange.

                            But it is all opposit now.

                            Once it stoppend working on 16th Sep. After may complaints (more the 20) not body has turned up and corrected the problem.

                            They would call for next months rent. No body knows what is happening on the complaint.
                            Sale bahin ke lode...maderchopd hain 1 number ke...sare ke sare haraami ki aulodon ki ankh se pani mar gaya hai...sabko tatti ki chapplo ki mala pahana kar itna maro ki mar jayen...sale private componies se paise khakar apni ma bhi chudane se nahi chukenge...hattttt bahin chodon...doooob maro...inake c.care walon se baat karo to esa lagata hai jaise unke muh me loda dhoons rakha hai...aur gand fat gai hai unki...esi manhoosiyat se baat karate hain ki din barabbad ho jaye...

                            i have mtnl iptv no 27048992.last month it did not work properly for two weeks.we asked for the rebate.no one took any action.now they have suspended our services since last four days.i have called so many times.but till now no one has come to attend and restore the services.

                              For past couple of months I have been facing server problems with MTNL triband connection (area is kharghar). I have to frequently call 1504 for resolution.They say that it is a server problem and do something and it gets rectified.This is happening more frequently. I have complained this many time but no answer. On contacting customer care they give me numbers of DGM and when I call them they give me other numbers. I have tried to contact these numbers
                              27897500, 27562525, 27742000 and some of them pick and asks me to contact somebody else.
                              and the one at kharghar 27742000 (some body named Dharve or Garve) never picks up the phone.
                              I need an resolution to this and would like to inform all the people who are facing this trouble donot pay internet rental for the month you are having this problem and inform the billing department at prabhadevi about the same.Unless and until this is done these guys will keep on asking you to call this person and that person

                              I agree with him. MTNL is the world's no 1 worst service provider. In mtnl department totally illiterate person are working over there that they don't have any sense how to talk with customers. MTNL just give temptation to give cheaper service but worst quality. and some areas, peoples don't have any choice to retain other company services.so that's why mtnl have monopoly in such areas...i think so that mtnl should be privatized.
                              Since 27.9.2010 I cannot access my account. My tel. no. 26873526 and now added cell no. [protected]. I have been getting message: ur a/c. has been temp. blocked. verification code will take a few mins. continue. Complaining is futile. 198 or 1504 replies are try the other. I get disconnedted. What should I do. Can I be connected.
                              Thanks for the suggestion. The same is faced at my end. Operator at 1504 accepts the fault is at MTNL end since 8 days.They are asking me to lodge complaint on 198. Here when all queries are answered they ask me to press 4and presto, the line gets disconnected. This process repeatedlly happens.
                              IS MTNL CONCERNED ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE WE ARE FACING?

                                I am using MTNL Landline/Broadband connection from Feb 2007 my no is 25991453 My CRN is [protected] in the month of July I have changed my plan from 250 Combo to 500 combo after fighting agst excess bill issue the July bill is rectified but when I have recd aug 09 bill then there is same issue I don’t know what is going in MTNL I think it is worst experience with MTNL to using MTNL services in aug I have used 1800 MB but I don’t now How are the MTNL persons are billing the bill according to me the bill is like this 250 for Mtnl land line ,250 for broadband,50 for modem rent & ST on this amount it should be like this =250+250+50 = 550*10.3% ST it should be 57/- & total bill should be =550+57 = 607/- but the bill is coming for 1125/- why it is so high please explain me every month I have to waste my time to writing this letter Pls sought out this issue I am tired to writing letter to you or MTNL every month if you don’t sought out this complaint Pls let me know I find any another way to solve this problem

                                I am using MTNL connection from feb 2007 My no is 25991453 I am living in delhi i am using 250 Combo in which 100 cals & 400 Mb free data given by mtnl but last month in July 2009 i have changed my plan frm 250 Combo to 500 Combo in which MTNL offerd 200 calls & 2.5 GB free (it means 2500 Mb) but when i recd july momth bill bill they are charging me according to previous plan in month of july i have used 2484 MB & they are lessing 400 Mb from this & on balance they are charging .80Ps per MB it is wrong when i have changed my plan then why they are charging me according to previous plan i have several time conformed about my plan always MTNL peoples are saying your plan is changed i confirm it from MTNL customer care from 1500, 1504 & sanchar hatt they are always saying your plan is changed so when plan is changed then why they are charging excess amount to me on my bill even they have mention on my bill also that your plan is changed after that they are charging excess i have given written complaint to rajouri garden PRO but he is the worst person in MTNL who is not listening my complaint i have visted MTNL account officer also but he is also not listening my complaint i have lodged my complaint at PG cell also but i have not recd any reply from there side also so please do the need ful i am very thank ful to you

                                    dear sir , MTNL is cheating with consumer one of them is me ,

                                    recently mtnl given surprice with over joy to consumer that they have double the speed of internet at same price , joy for mtnl not for user

                                    before my speed was 256 KB/s now its 512 kbps now mark this both KB/s & kbps ,
                                    its means before my plan was 256 kilobytes / second , now its 512 kilobits / second
                                    but consumer dont know whats game : here is formula 8 bits = 1 bytes

                                    now my download speed is only 40 KB/s befroe it was 200 to 250 KB/s , in genral we measure files in Kilobytes but now MTNL count it in Killobits , its not good that they now providing One line to Four people after increase (fooling ) speed ?????

                                    Hope MTNL hear me !!! sorry they deaf lol 100 complaints no one knows whats going on ...

                                    hope some one read me and just send this message to all your friends so when they gona buy suger and some one giveing them in 5 rs / killo maybe its will 1000grms / 8 = 1 kg !!!! lol what a new conversion , but people dont be fool , shout against there mad rule , tria there to listen us , i hope indian will take it seriously

                                    yes even the TATA Indicom ADSL plans is one of the same thing i think TRAI should come in between for the consumers

                                    at the beginning speed was good im getting up to 254 kbps speed and after one month mtnl launch their new scheme of double the speed now the speed should be 512 kbps but im getting only 40 to 50 kbps.

If we call them their answer is under maintenance work or will come within 10minutes and after their phone also switch off.In this case, the Internet provider will not extended the date or carry forward the unused MB/GB.The other side, if we use limited 12 or 15 GB in minimum use for 3months, they told your MB is over within 2months.The public pay their money in advance & there is no way to find out the actual use.More over they used the word speed up to means best way to cheating.In this way they cheat the public.So I request TRAI to give rules against this.

                                    MY Landline no is 28090168.From last 1 months my internet is not working properly.Every day i have to call to customer care no 1504. But no solution still yet.Pls help

                                      DEAR SIR/ MADAM,
                                      I HAVE A MTNL BASIC PHONE NO.22960412 install on 04/09/09 BUT I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY YOU THAT I AM FACING LOT OF PROBLEM FROM YOUR SERVICES. I AM FACING THE PROBLEM OF NO DIAL TONE IN MY PHONE WHOLE DAY PHONE WORKING AS A ONE WAY WHEN I TRY TO DIAL A NO. THEN I FIND NO DIAL TONE. I HAVE ONLY INCOMEING. I HAVE MANY TIME REGISTER MY COMPLAINT THRUGH ONLINE & THROUGH PHONE TO LOCAL J.T.O MR. JAI BHAGVAN ON HIS MOBILE NO:[protected] ALL TIME THEY PROMISED ME THATMY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVE SOON, SOME TIME I HAVE CONTACT YOUR LINE MAN MR. RAJENDER ON HIS MOBILE NO.BUT MY PROBLEM IS AS IT IS, I HAVE ALSO CALLED GENRAL MANAGER (TY)TODAY AT HIS MOBILE NO.[protected]BUT HE IS NOT PICKING THE PHONE.
                                      DUE TO THIS PROBLEM I FACING LOT O[censored]NCONVINEYENT. SO PLZ LOOK OUT THE MATTER AND TRY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS.

                                      Dear MTNL,

                                      Our telephone number[protected] is not working as there is no dial tone. As a result of this the Internet also does not work.

                                      A complaint was made but the automatic system of complaint does not take the call.

                                      Please register a complaint and intimate the complaint number as well as rectify the defect so that the telephone and internet starts working.

                                        This is to inform that my landline connection [protected] is cut due to mtnl problem from[protected] to[protected].someone is use my phone .According to rules i am not paying money for that period in which i am not use that phone but mtnl members not realised their mistakes & i also give complaint to noodle officer ,eastern court on[protected].please solve my problem.

                                        This to informed you my landline connection no [protected] is cut due to metro work for last six month. I personnel went to exchange so many time but no one resovle my problem, finaly my landline connection [protected] is dead for six month, now you are sending me bills regulary. Please stop the billing because my landline is not a working connection for last sixth month.
