Malpractice by MTNL in garuda Internet service

I hold a Delhi MTNL's Garuda Prepaid number. I recharged it with Rs.300.00 unlimited internet use coupon on 2nd May 2009, at 22.20 hrs. The recharge was successful. But, the internet service has not been started on my number.

I contacted Garuda customer care on 1502 number and I was told:

1. That it takes 24 hours for the internet coupan recharge to take effect. The internet is activated manually by MTNL...

link light is blinking

i am using mtnl broadband service.My link lights is the problem it is not stable, it becomes stable for 20 or 3 minutes bt after it goes then it blink then comes, it is happening with me form a month. i called 1504 so many times bt nothing happen they give me complain no. and says that there lineman comes but no one came i even called AREA MANAGER bt nothing happen can anybody help me...

No broadband and replacement for modem for 3 weeks

I have been complaining to MTNL technical support IVR and tehnical support service for the last 3 weeks regarding my internet not workin. I have been told by all the technical support agents that my broadband modem needs to be replaced. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks now and have received a few calls from the technical support advising me that the modem would be replaced today and tommorow and the next day and this has been happening...

Refund of service unavailability

I am resident of Matunga Labor Camp, Mumbai. MTNL services from Matunga telephone exchange were down (completely dead phones for entire area) many times below are details:
January 2009 - 15days services not available
February 2009 - 8 days services not available
March 2009 - 8 days services not available
April 2009 - 6 days services not availble

I spoke to MTNL officers they said following billing...

No connectivity and problems with latency when connected

MTNL broadband service is really the worst broadband service along with the customer support since the prices were slashed by MTNL. I had a talk with one personnel from MTNL regarding complaint and that guy was talking so rude and was saying go and do whatever u can, file complaint anywhere. I was stunned to see such a response when i just asked what sort of services MTNL is providing to customers even after i had made several complaints...

Frequent disconnect & worst customer service

MTNL is the Worst Internet Service provider

I have used several internet connections but the worst kind of internet service in every aspect is by MTNL “Tri band”. I guess the name is correctly kept as (TRI BAND) “KITNA BHI ‘TRY’ KARO INTERNET HAMESA ‘BANDH‘ HI RAHEGA”.

Internet not working.

I am using MTNL's Internet service at my house. It is not working since 01.05.2009. I had lodged a complaint on 1504 (complaint no 3465) and also had a talk with area broadband manager on 22572323 regarding this but nobody has come to redress the problem till date. Please do the needful.

MTNL Landline Phone Not Working for 5 Days

My MTNL landline phone[protected] is not working for the last five days i.e. from 13th May, 2009 onwards. I have lodged three complaints with MTNL being complaint nos. 1624 dated 13th May, 2009, 761 dated 15th May, 2009 and 334 dated 18th May, 2009. The IVR automatically deletes the complaints after two days without getting the phone repaired....

Network Problems

My MTNL Trump's network is down on most of the days. Every month the company switches off the network completely for atleast a day on pretext of "maintainance work". And thereafter, the calls keep dropping even more. I fall in the Green Park-A cell site, and this tower is down for atleast four days a month. Furthur, when the network does work, the calls either don't connect or keep getting disconnected. Offering cheapest...
