My name is surender kumar sharma.my landline no is[protected]. and i am using the mtnl broadband service. my problem is that my internet is giving me alot of problem.. there is no adsl/ link light is there . and if it comes for some time the speed of my internet is very slow. i am loging a complaint from the last 2 months on 1504 and they are giving me a complaint no 40500023 and 40900005. if some body come to my home from mtnl...

I have opted for TriBand 599 Combo unlimited and I got speed of 26Kbps. Therefore I have changed my plan to Triband 599 Unlimited 256 Kbps but the speed is still the same. I have filed number of complaints but there is no response.My phone number is 25995963....

I hope this mail is in someone’s hand who can do something for me. I was or rather I am customer of IPTV service provides by aksh and mtnl. Frankly speaking I have never seen such kind of service in my life time, I services are tremendously poor.

I have a Broadband connection of MTNL. Since last 45 days Internet is Unserviceable. I had made repeated complaint at 1504 and received docket no for no of times. But no one has turned up to rectify the connection. Even I had e-mailed twice at feedback.[protected]@bol.net.in but in vein.

In view of above you are requested to suggest me the way out.

I have a Jeevansaathi i.e. Lifetime postpaid connection of MTNL. I would like to convert it into prepaid one. I asked customer care center they said u can convert it easily at any sanchar hut.

I have mailed the issue to the area managaer of rohini(My address is 24 A, Dena Apartment Sector 13, Rohini, Delhi 110085).

I have logged a complaint for so many time but till now its not solved. My number is 28545498 Kandivili area. From the past 20 days they were saying some and the other reason and just doing nothing. Can anyone look into this and solve this. I would say that MTNL customer care service is very bad and slow. I am frustrated with that....
