I have taken a MTNL Broadband connection since the last 3 months. I have put in several complaints regarding non establishing connection. I was told that as soon as I start my modem & my PC the connection would start automatically but it doesn't. regarding whopping bills

i hav just got new connection(new phone+ trib net) on 22nd march .i had applied for TriB UL data-256 plan.but to my shock i got two mtnl bills on 2/4/2009 in just 10 days o[censored]sage.

Very poor service

Hi,

I have log many complaint's for my broadband service but still no permanent solution.

I have already intimated many times to them that my broadband connection automatically stop working
regularly.And the ADSL light status turn to OFF

As per the 1504 techical support this is a problem with a line.But the line man never take that seriously.

Services of IPTV AKSH in Panvel , Navi Mumbai

Dear Sir/Madam


I am a subscriber of Aksh IPTV ( MTNL and AKSH venture in Mumbai ) on my Telephone No. 27457095 in New Panvel (West) .

The Services of Aksh is very-very poor. The helpline Number which are given to us are rarely/never lifted.


In case if complaints is registered by chance in helpline number and record the complaint " NO one visits to attend the Complaint"...

Never Received Bill and connection suspended

Request to waive off rental for the faulty period

MTN's Asola Telephone Exchange was completely shut down for more than 20 days from 30.11.2008 to 19.01.2009 due to fire in exchange building, not a single telephone was working during this period. But when bill for the faulty period genereated, we noticed that no rental had been waived during the period.

Problems in MTNL Triband Internet Service

I face the following problems:
- The technician did not arrive on the date promised.
- The service was started after around 8-10 days of the decided date.
- The costumer care service did not provide correct username and password.
- They promise speed upto 256 kbps but we get no higher than 4-10 kbps save the day of connection.
- Disconnected from the service very frequently.
- No proper customer support....

Service quality is very poor

I am broadband user provided by MTNL, but service quality is very poor whether it is customer care or broadband service provided by the company, most of the time we are not able to use this service and if we make complaints then customer care executive disconnects our call without solving our problem not only executives senior officer also showing very irresponsible behavior so I request all other customer its better to use service provided...

poor network and drop calls

I have been using this mobile phone service Dolphin for almost 3 years now. its network is extremely poor. Voice clarity is a distant dream and calls drop like anything. They offer cheap call rates, but due to dropped calls, one ends up paying way more than promised.

whenever we complain to customer care of mtnl, they say that network upgradation work is going on, and it will smooth in a little time. But i have been hearing...

DEAD Phone.

I submit my complaint to you on 1-4-09, I also complaint to MTNL office at Borivali(W) & then phone was in order.Subsequently there was a call from their office on 3-4-09 by a lady who has some hot coversation with somebody & then phone goes again dead till today.From outside I made a complaint on 198 today the docket No is 5030, The phone is still in dead condition, My contention of playing mischief is therefore suportted.Kindly...

Set top Box Not Installed and The company is not refunding the Security Deposit Cheque.

Hi,
I paid the security cheque for Installing icontrol- (Sponsored by MTNL and Aksh Optic) on 2nd Februrary 2009.

Since then i am making a request on the Customer Care No 26990009 for the installation of the facility.

Now the Customer care executives are not lodging my complaint for the cancellation and refund of the security deposit and also not giving me the request no of the complaint nor they are...
