I am the customer of mtnl {Ph.[protected]} facing problem in internet .

My Internet is dead for last 7 days, and every time I make an internet complaint, I get a docket number and the complaint remains unsolved. My docket number is 277 & complain no. 41100633. It is Janakpuri MTNL branch. Every time when I call complaint registering telephone number it is always busy.

Actually Sir my broadband not working properly on Telephone No 25644187. I have made several complained for it. But all in vain.

PLEASE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS I AM FACING GREAT DIFFICULTY

Please sir help me Please i[censored] can take action .

My internet doesnt working since past 30 days. I already complaint in MTNL on 25/12/2008 and 09/01/2009 respectively. But there was no response from this department. Today i complained Sen. Manager (O/D) in MTNL. I am facing lot of difficulties with this MTNL. I would be highly obilized to you if you sought out my problem as soon as possible.

    HI,

    I have a Jeevansaathi i.e. Lifetime postpaid connection of MTNL. I would like to convert it into prepaid one. I asked customer care center they said u can convert it easily at any sanchar hut.

    I am a resident of Faridabad. I decided and go at a sanchar hut in north delhi (shalimar bagh). There they said "you have to go at IDGAH Sanchar Hut" .

    I went there and filled the form. and crosschecked with them that my LIFETIME validity remains in prepaid also. They replied YES.

    n guess what in 5-6 hours it gets converted to prepaid. But the lifetime validity is lost. Now it is showing your account has been suspended . Recharge it.


    Customer care is just saying u should go at the place where u submitted the form. WTF then for what they are getting paid.

      HI ALL!

      I had mtnl triband at my place 2yrs ago and i asked them to disconnect temporarily for 2months because of exams but the disconnected it forever and when i asked now what i should do to get it back
      so they said fill the form again and they told you will get your internet after 3-4months and i did not said anything for this delay as they are very lazy all knows how they are. so after 4months they started giving me excuse that they will activate this friday and when it was not done so i use to go every saturday and they again said they will do this friday and this continued for more 3-4months after that i asked them to what is the problem then they said the guy who does the connection is gone for hoildays i was so angry that time but they said they will do in next 10 days and they and their stupid excuse continued and now its 1.5yrs and i dont have connection and in my area only mtnl provides internet so i asked what i can do so that your work is done faster so they said me to dig the main road for wire, i asked thats your job not mine then they said i[censored] need internet then you dig the road or wait for some days.So i asked my mom to scold them so they just said i[censored] want u can complaint about us to higher authorities and told that whole line of that area got problem but in my area all are using mtnl wtf.and i dont have any choice except mtnl for internet so what i can do or plz tell them to their work.

      i cant say which area i m but they got already many problems frm people like i have so plz tell them to resolve it and do their work or just leave frm their jobs. i think 1.5yrs is too much to move them frm their chairs and do some work

        I have subscribed to MTNL BroadBand services, but since almost a month I am not able to use the net, as it is not working.
        I have mailed the issue to the area managaer of rohini(My address is 24 A, Dena Apartment Sector 13, Rohini, Delhi 110085).

        Though there was immediate prompt from his side, but to his and MTNL's dismay, my fault has not been rectified till date.

        mtnl /tri band internet — non working of internet

        A new connection of tri band internet has been installed on 30/08/2008 on
        my telephone no. 28564612. But upto now it is only a dead connection
        & I had not received any response from mtnl. I donot know who will pay
        for the days when the connection is not alive or dead. Another question
        is that why mtnl provide their services to innocent peoples when they
        cannot manage them.

        Personal — Tri Band not available on mobile

        I have MTNL triband internet connection. It was not wireless subsequently we converted it to wireless, for sometime it was unsecured, i.e. any one in vicinity could access the net whenever we switched on our net connection. During this phase the triband net connection was available on mobile. After 2 weeks we got it secured through mac address. now we can access triband on laptop through wireless and on desktop through lan (wired) . But the triband net connection which was available on mobile went off and when connected it asked for nep no which MTNL technicians were unable to understand and provide. Pl help me as i was very comfortable to use MTNL Triband internet on my mobile.

        I am using MTNL's triband service from last 4 years.
        Our service is not working for last 15 days, we registered a complaint but we got a answer that server is down in your area, we were halted for 7 days with same answer. After that they sent some line mens who did something which never works, then they sent co called broadbad expert who do not know anything and everone reported that it is working, finally we are in situation that nothing is working.

          Subject:- MTNL officials are wasting government resources and negating got drive for MTNL BB . Kind ATTN. For MOS C&IT, PS MOS, Customer help line, Economic advisor
          This is for your kind information for all above mentioned above
          That I am communicatin on behalf of phone owner Ms manisha Thakur who is my wife
          1. That I am repeatedly apprising MTNL officials of the fact of poorest services being provided to me .Right from induction of BB at my place it is functioning faulty and there is repeated and frequent logging off sessions.
          2. That I have given enough time to MTNL officials regarding this to rectify my problem of interrupted browsing. Kindly refer to my personal talk to MR SS Singh IC public grievances last month and with Mr. Goswami SDO Rajouri garden on 25th April 2009. Still none of officials have done anything except for false promises that all will be well. Its still working faulty and there is only short sessions for a minute and then silent for most of times and only God knows when it will reconnect.
          3. That the same has been apprised to SDO Rajouri Garden Mr Goswami and customer care help line.
          4. That it follows that MTNL officials are unable and inefficient to rectify the complaint.
          5. That my this mail may be taken as my application to quit MTNL BB as enough time has been given to MTNL officials to solve the problem.
          6. That a written format of this is being sent to Information and Broadcasting ministry and relevant higher officials apprising them of the fact that MTNL will never be able to give quality services and that govt. should stop wasting their money on MTNL BB advertisements and thereby befooling customers.
          7. That my connection for BB only be disconnected immediately and my entire money of router and compensation for mental torture by interrupted supplied be paid.
          8. That despite the fact that its is election time and it becomes highest of priority of the present government to place all utility services of theirs deptt at the best but still at such important and high time officials are rather behaving negligently thus distorting present Govt image. It follows that this may be taken as negative election drive for present govt. by concerned officials. However, I do understand the importance of code of conduct at present time of election still I am writing this mail as this matter is since long pending and extended to this time when code of conduct is active.
          9. Can any of officials have courtesy and by virtue of responsibility be able to explain as why such king of worst more then 3rd class services being rendered by officials concerned and why no strict action has been taken as this is chronic complaint.
          10. That atleast know I may please be explained as why no appropriate action has been taken by official concerned to rectify my complaint.

          1504 executive say dial 1500 and vice versa...
          sir now i am repenting that why i hav taken your coonection, whose service are so poor, and nobody is ready to listen
          sir to whom i should call in such crisis of your services...
          give me the number of some senior official ., otherwise i hav to search some other option ...
          donot leave these MTNL officer. never give up .they are our servent .they have to work.we(coustemer)give them salary.why should we leave? they have to leave the job.MTNL is our (people)property.MTNL is our right. we will take this right at every cost.I am with u in this fight.

            My instrument of landline telephone no 22750403 is faulty. Many times it is dead and so the outside calls do not come. I lodged a complaint through internet on 19th Octobe 2009 (Docket No 1143). After two days two MTNL employees turned up and after examining the telephone instrument pronounced it to be faulty. They left after proosing to come nest day to change the instrument. Nobody has come after that and I am facing problem related to landline phone every day.

              I have logged a complaint for so many time but till now its not solved. My number is 28545498 Kandivili area. From the past 20 days they were saying some and the other reason and just doing nothing. Can anyone look into this and solve this. I would say that MTNL customer care service is very bad and slow. I am frustrated with that.

                I have been facing the same problem my net nor my internet has been serviced in spite of registering a complain as well as mailer sen d to the help desk...It is uttrer nuisance half of the time the MTNL officers dont pick up the calls nor do they take immediate action..

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am having MTNL boardband connection. Since 3 weeks contionously I am calling to MTNL regarding the configuration of my modem but everyday I am receiving the same reply that today somebody will come to your place. I have spoken to Mr. Madan[protected], Mr. Arya[protected] regarding this but nothing has done from there side. Now I am very much fed up of MTNL. If they don't want to do the needful than they should tell me, everyday I wont't call them and waste my precious time.

                    I was having reliance internet connection but I have heard that MTNL services and plans are very good that's why I have switched to MTNL but now I think I have done a very big mistake because MTNL does not have time to serve their customers and they don't stick to there commitments.

                    I have already received a telephone+boardband bill of the previous month and it's very strange that I am not able to use your services and I have to pay you the services amount which you people are not providing me properly.

                    I will be highly gratefull if you could solve my problem and revert back to me as soon as possible.

                    MTNL Boardband — Disconnected frequently

                    The broadband connection on my telephone number[protected] has been performing erratically.

                    I registered a complaint about it on customer care (1504) and they gave me complaint number :
                    47600906 on 9th June'2009. They said the problem is with the frequency on my telephone line / Server and would be rectified in 24 hours.

                    Nothing happened after that. No one from MTNL even asked me about the problem. I again telephoned customer care and this time they said that I should get in touch with Area Manager (Shakti Nagar), New Delhi. I contacted him on 9th June'2009 after many dial attempts and he said that it will be done. Thereafter I received a call from MTNL asking me "aapka phone theek hai?" Before I could say that it is not the phone but the internet which is faulty.. the official disconnected the phone.

                    Even I have got following numbers:
                    [protected]CP SERVER) “told me : server per koi problem nahi hi”
                    [protected]YADAV) “told me: server per problem hi, koi kee koi response nahi aa raha hi server se…”
                    [protected]PRADEEP) “told me : mein aa kar dektha hu..”
                    [protected]SDO) “told me : hum back office employee hi… app filed manager / person se baat karo.”

                    Few days back it was also not responding from server and modem. I was registered complaint on 1504. They were providing me complaint # 7695 on 27th May 2009 (Rectified with in 5 working days).

                    Nothing has been done by MTNL so far.
                    Even contacting Public Grievance Cell of MTNL on 23356666 and[protected]fax) has not yielded any positive response from MTNL.
                    Can anyone help?

                        I have taken a MTNL Broadband connection since the last 3 months. I have put in several complaints regarding non establishing connection. I was told that as soon as I start my modem & my PC the connection would start automatically but it doesn't. I have to every time run the setup to establish the conection which takes almost 20 - 25 minutes. I have also called their technitian but they just check at their center and say that there is no problem in the telephone line. I had also requested a change in the telephone wire from the junction box, which might be a cause of non connection on the first instance. Everytime I call up the complains dept. of MTNL the just keep on giving me the com[plaint number but there is no action done on the same. I have also booked a complain and the complain number is 5960. I had trusted that MTNL would give me the best of services but my trust has been broken.

                            i hav just got new connection(new phone+ trib net) on 22nd march .i had applied for TriB UL data-256 plan.but to my shock i got two mtnl bills on 2/4/2009 in just 10 days o[censored]sage.

                            We have received the bill for Rs. 8448.00 and Rs.506 against conection no. 26641692 and consumer no. [protected] for the period from 22.03.2009 to 31.04.2009. when we gone through the bill we came to know that the bill is made under the plan *TriB 250 Combo.i hav applied for TriB UL data-256 plan, at the time of filling my form.i have never applied for *TriB 250 Combo plan.
                            now they(MTNL) said your plan has been changed to TriB UL data-256.from now on.what does it mean?

                              MTNL — Non Refund of my security

                              Sir,
                              I had taken the MTNL Garuda Connection with No-4054289 on 24/11/2001 & their OB No. 5749 and later the No. changed to 20054289 & later changed to 20214289 for which I had deposited Rs.5000/- vide Draft No.372575 dt 17/11/2001 as security vide MTNL Receipt No.128118 dt. 17/11/2001 for which I have the original Receipt also. I through out the period I used this connection paid all the bills for which I have all the record. Now on 27/07/2010 I had surrendered the Garuda Connection, with the assurance my security would be refunded to me in due course, but more than 6 months have passed nothing has been done. It is very difficult to have reply from MTNL management and also very difficult to know how I would get my security back.
                              I request you to kindly help me in this matter and get my hard earned Rs.5000/- from MTNL.

                                I have log many complaint's for my broadband service but still no permanent solution.

                                I have already intimated many times to them that my broadband connection automatically stop working
                                regularly.And the ADSL light status turn to OFF

                                As per the 1504 techical support this is a problem with a line.But the line man never take that seriously.

                                As per the line man they always ask your internet is working and sometime it's working at that time"ADSL Light is coming" he simply coonfirm OK and ask them to close the case.

                                This time when i receive call from him he simply confirm the same and after that getting the phone disconnected.I ask immediately this is the problem i am regularly facing why not you take some action.He simply reply that now he has rectify the line problem.

                                He is simply lying because problem is from pole to the wire which is coming in my house and he never came to my house.

                                Sameis the case with the area manger he is simply using govt phone for there personal use i think because he never pick up any phone.His phone numbers are 22376363, [protected]


                                The field engineer name is "Jayantri Prasad". Very poor company.Truly a govt company.What i want to say that govt must sack these people.Other wise the day is not far when MTNL was taken over by some private company.

                                They were not doing anything but getting haft pay.

                                Can any body have there senior person email id's so that i can take forward this case to them.

                                No Company — Very Poor Service Of MTNL Broadband

                                My telephone no. is[protected] and my internet is not working well from past 3 weeks. I tried 1504, MTNL Area Manager, MTNL SDO and other no.(s) BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NO SOLUTION OF MY PROBLEM. I'm using 512 Unlimited Plan. I mean when I'm paying on time alot of money for internet, then why nobody want to hear my problem ?

                                And the MOST SHOCKING REPLY FROM THEIR OFFICERS was MY PC / LAPTOP IS MAIN PROBLEM, MTNL IS GOD, THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT. I've D-Link 502T router, and adsl link of this router NOT stable, some kind of flicker always remains, even my telephone has some kind of disturbance and ONE MORE THING when I my connection they installed OLD TELEPHONE WIRE AND TOLD ME THAT WE WILL INSTALL NEW IN 2-3 WEEKS, and you know what those 2-3 weeks NEVER COMES.

                                Now tell me what I can do with these fraud people or thieves ???

                                Well this thing happend to me too. Everytime a new complain no but no service.Atlast i just chaned internet service.

                                Seriously change your connection to airtel, if your airtel net is working their techinicans just comes in 2-3 hrs and solves the problem. It has the best customer services and also many good plans. Instead of sticking to MTNL plans and poor customer services just go to better internet.
                                All useless people are working in mtnl. They are all parasites. No one listens to you complaints. Speed is so slow. it takes hours to open a site. Downloading speed is pathetic. I have got problem in my modem. I have been making complaints since 1st of this month to change my modem. No one has come so far. Area manager is on leave. The person assigned with the job on his behalf (Harish Mohan[protected] never attends the call.
                                My Broadband is not working for more than two weeks now, so many compalints done at 1504, but NO RESULTS. Even visting local MTNL Sarita Vihar Office and Registering complaint, results is same.
                                I am fed up with the service, but unfotunatly no other service provider here .
                                i am complaining from last two weeks about the poor speed of internet and to increase the speed of net from 256kbps to 512kbps but their is no response from the mtnl .This is my last two complain number are 64208, 2486,

                                  I am a subscriber of Aksh IPTV ( MTNL and AKSH venture in Mumbai ) on my Telephone No. 27457095 in New Panvel (West) .

                                  The Services of Aksh is very-very poor. The helpline Number which are given to us are rarely/never lifted.


                                  In case if complaints is registered by chance in helpline number and record the complaint " NO one visits to attend the Complaint" Every time message is given to us that some one will be visiting to us and rectify the problem.

                                  Even after repeated writing about a non availability of services and request for correcting the same no one has attended.

                                    I am Satish Kumar, a resident of mangol puri, new delhi. I am using MTNL braodband (Rs.199 plan) since feb, 08. MTNL provides 600 mb free download in this plan every month with the facility to check usage information and balance information. In this month when i try to check my used mb, it shows 717mb used till 8 April, 09 in usage information but when i see in balance information, it shows i have only used 304 mb and my 296 mb is left.This confusion lead me to approach our Area Manager (mtnl - rohini) and our J.E. But Mr. Batra. (J.E.) roughly advised me to seek the help of consumer court instead o[censored]nderstanding my problm and help me.
                                    Now i am unable to use my internet freely.

                                        MTN's Asola Telephone Exchange was completely shut down for more than 20 days from 30.11.2008 to 19.01.2009 due to fire in exchange building, not a single telephone was working during this period. But when bill for the faulty period genereated, we noticed that no rental had been waived during the period.
                                        I requested the GM, Khurshid Lal Bhawan, Janapath New Delhi by writing letter for reversal of rental charges.
                                        The very next day I received an email in response to my email in which all concerned officials of MNTL Delhi were instructed to waive off the rental charges of faulty period even then no reversal of rental has so far been given to any of the customers of Asola Exchange Area.
