Technician had come and started the above lalndline[protected], but now we are getting the incoming calls but unable to make out going calls

The above mentioned phone out going is not working, please do the needful.

This complaint is regarding my MTNL landline connection CA No. [protected].

Since June 2019 or maybe earlier than that we were not able to use our MTNL landline phone and the ADSL Broadband Internet which comes with the landline connection. Every time the Internet went down we had to pay a bribe to one of the MTNL officials present in the area to get it fixed. Every time at around 5 PM when I used to switch on my computer to download a small file it would take ages to download. To make a long story short...These MTNL officials came to my home when I was not present and they took away the old Sterlite ADSL modem without my permission and since the original adapter of the Sterlite ADSL modem had conked out, I was using my own personal branded speaker power AC/DC adapter of my 2.1 Artis speakers and they took that away. I want this Artis speaker adapter to be returned since this is my personal property!
For more than 1 year we have been paying our MTNL bill faithfully however our landline was dead. Even this year the phone has been dead for several months and after 2 weeks someone bothered to come out to fix our landline connection.
The customer service at MTNL is just pathetic! Now you understand why MTNL and BSNL are in this much trouble and the government is trying to shut them down. You try taking even a bribe of Rs. 100 if you're working for Reliance, TATA or Airtel and see what happens. Really horrible service at MTNL!

We stay in a very respectable neighborhood where it's known that MTNL officials several times in a year shut down the phone numbers of those customers from whom they know they can earn money from so when they're called to fix these customer's landlines they can ask for a bribe. And then coming to think about it that the current ruling Government claims that bribing has completely stopped under their governance and money has stopped exchanging hands.

Calling MTNL's helpline or toll-free customer care is also a nightmare which is outsourced to the domestic call center arm of Intelenet.
The call center staff is rude and behave worse than animals. Also the MTNL website is badly designed and lacks useful information especially for getting one's issue resolved. Complaints raised by customers are completely ignored or are taken with a pinch of salt.

I've taken a new broadband connection and have received a free landline of another company and I'll be disconnecting this MTNL landline if the below 2 issues are not resolved at the earliest:
[1] We want a full refund for all the months we couldn't use our landline (which is probably more than a year).
[2] I want back my Artis power AC/DC adapter which corrupt MTNL officials took away

Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and do the needful.
