This is in reference to my above mentioned telephone no. Till 28th of july the plan which was activated on my number was n-oyt-s (Sen. Citizen) and the charges for the same was rs. 232.50/- per month with 70 free calls. From 28th july onwards, as per my request my plan has been changed to freedom uld 333. Before applying to the same i have enquired with customer care at 1500 about any additional charges for converting my plan to this plan and they told me there won’t be any additional charges for conversion and installation other than rs. 333/- plus taxes. Now i received my 1st invoice after conversion (Invoice no. Mtnl[protected] dated 08/08/2020).in this invoice there are few extra charges are charged i. E. Misc. Charges – 600/-, accessory charges – rs. 52.47/- which should be removed. Also as per my previous plan 60 calls for 27 days should be free. But the invoice is showing only 10 free calls and rs, 45/- is charged for the additional 45 calls that also should be rectified.

Now this month i have received another bill in that also no credit was given for 100 free calls as it is mentioned on your website (Copy attached.). I am unable to understand why no body is listening to the customer complaints and respond back to the same.

    Sir,
    The above phone no installed at my residence flat no a/609, radhakunj society, manmala tank road matunga west mumbai 400016 is out of order for a period exceeding a month. I have already lodged a complaint long ago and the same is pending as on date. Meanwhile i have received sept bill also for payment. Since during last month i have neither made a call nor received a call due to non resolution of complaint at your end, you are requested to waive tis bill and not to charge me any amount till phone connection is restored. If this is not possible i am prepared to surrender this phone immediately.

      This is for your kind attention and requesting your quick action or suggestion to remove a pole which is no more in use since long time. During the construction of drainage by sdmc last year almost all such poles were removed except this one. We are facing severe problems of blockage of drainage regularly because this pole is coming at the center of the drainage. As well as per the norm of new govt rules we have parking area in my house but due to the obstruction of this pole we are not able to use it.

        This home line has been down since august 15th and before and no amount of complaints to your nehru place complaint center is working.

        Please attend asap.

          I already register complain for broadband and phone ten days before but still but still none called me or visited to my place to fix network issue. I am not able to access internet from last ten days

          how mtnl can say this it is fixed even still i did not get call msg and none came to my home and still my phone and internet is not working since 21 august. surprise to see MTNL response.how could your people can commit lie it is fixed ?

            We have total 18 landvlines which are not working for more than one month. We have registered complaint with docket no 7501 on 11-aug-2020. So far it has not been resolved.

              My mobile no. Has been deactivated within 24 hrs period since 1st august2020. It is for expiry of kyc. I went to csc centre (thane charai, maharashtra) along with all documents. But it was denied to accept as it was informed that there is instruction for kyc verification. Officer in charge advised me to purchase new sim card to reactivate my mobile phone. But still it is not activated.
              Message received through sms and number [protected] was given for contact which is not responsive at all.
              What is functioning of mtnl?
              to whom should i contact?

                  This is the complaint regarding removal of mtnl pole in area 24/27 west patel nagar due to

                  1. Parking issues :- the cars are not been parked properly due to the pole. Also people tie their cycles around it, which also creates problems for parking.

                  2. Inactive pole :- the pole has no mtnl connection and been used by cable operators for their sake

                  3. Risk of fire :- there is high risk of fire as the cable wires are overalapping each other and been not safe.

                  The main reason is that it is in front of the building. Which is not good

                  It's my humble request to remove it as early as possible so that the problems can be solved, loaction is 24/27 west patel nagar, new delhi -110008
                  Pls take some early action.

                    My landline has not been working for a few days and I have registered a complaint for it. It has been many days.

                    I need your help to look into this matter at your earliest convenience. We are unable to make any phone calls at the moment. We rely on this phone heavily especially now that we are in isolation.

                      Our internet connection continously looses service and resumes in 5 to 7 mins. This has been happening in the previous month that is aug 2020 and is happening currently as well.

                        My telephone number 25580930 is dead since last three months. The complaints were regularly erased without fixing. The wire disconnected from the Distribution box. I am paying regular MTNL bill. Emails to Managers, CMD were not attended. Local MTNL office informed that the outsourced contractor is not working. Neither I am able to call nor I am getting broadband internet hampering my work from Home jobs during lockdown period and hampered my daughter's education. Please help.

                          Mtnl mumbai : tel no[protected]

                          I have cancelled my landline phone connection and had surrendered the instrument last year september 2019. However have not received the refund cheque, which was suppose to be given in 3 months. It is close to a year now and i am yet to receive it. Please see attached application for the same.

                            This is bring to your kind notice that on my letter May 17 2020 about Internet Connection and telephone line not working with no response from your side Docket no 9664

                            Kindly rectify the problem in next 7 days and i[censored]nable to resolve the problem i would like to surrender my connection next day itself as it as cause me unnecessary stress and cost my precious time considering these as my application & mtnl can Collect all the instruments by sending your executive which is just connection in my case as telephone is my buyed. Also please take note that you have to wave of the charges of bill dated from May to upto Current date as phone has been dead. So please stop sending unnecessary telephone bills

                            I dont want to take Any legal action currently especially during these pandemic So please consider these letter seriously and rectify my problem and at he best disconnect my connection and sent it in writing with no further engagement from both the parties .

                                On July 26th, I had registered a complaint on the MTNL website about my Delhi landline phone being dead.
                                In return I was given the docket no. 113, to refer to and track the complaint. Now, more than 1 month later, the complaint remains on record, while my phone is still dead.
                                When I track the case on the website, it says that the status of the case is 'Pending Outdoors'.
                                On calling the MTNL complaint phone nos., the system also informs me that this complaint has already been registered. So I cant even make the complaint again.
                                I hope this message prompts MTNL to take action soon.

                                  After my earlier complaint for dead phone line was forwarded to MTNL, repair persons had visited and started the phone, which worked for exactly one day. Now the problem has resurfaced and on contacting was informed that the telephone instrument is faulty. When asked to replace the instrument I was told that instruments are not in stock and should arrange my instrument, Would like to know why I m paying rent for the telephone and broadband instrument and whether I should keep paying rent for this dead instrument, the replacement for which is not available with such a big government organisation. Time has come for finding other sources and solution for this problem.

                                    Kindly treat his as urgent complaint, MTNL Authority there is a refund for security(Rs.1747/-) deposit in lieu of the landline instrument surrendered against telephone No.27347165 in the name of Smt. Kiran Sharma from the MTNL office at Rohini sector-3. The same is due from the last one and a half years.

                                      I am having network issue from past two days in shiv vihar delhi.
                                      I have to go to 3rd floor to call or use internet, no signal is avalable even on the 2nd floor.
                                      I have mailed about my complaint on [protected]@bol.net.in but no reply or solution is provided till now & i also called customer care many times but no one picks the phone.

                                        My mtnl landline is dead from past 20 days. Before that there was lot of disturbance in line which made voice unclear while calls. Have complained so many times but no action has been taken. Also every month the bill is shamelessly generated on time. There are no other good options for landline which is necessary since my area has poor indoor mebile network issues.
