Please remove the 2 polls of mtnl which is at our office rz. 27, subhash park extn 2, bindapur matiyala road, uttam nagar – 110059. This is causing a lot of problems in our office. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for mtnl just 10 m away from this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Poll is front of our office.
2. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights
3. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position
4. There is no point of having multiple poles within such close proximity of 20 m.

Period december is done at babulnath post office [authorized collection center of mtnl].
Received call for non-payment and line got disconnected also. Produced rect. Of payment and submitted letter at respective exchange of both landline.
Line got connected and started.
Online data not updated and shows as due payment
Receiving notice on mail to pay the same.
Pls. Look into the matter and update online data.

My phone is dead since 27th March 20. Every time I used to complain, it used to get marked as rectified within few hours. I complained thru selfcare and telephone on 27/3, 8/4, 14/4, 29/5, 29/5, 3/6. Finally the last complaint on 23/6 (docket no. 6586) is still open for more than a month. I was billed for the period upto 23/6 and the current bill discounts for dead phone duration post 23/6. There's no communication whatsoever about if and when the dead phone will get repaired.

Please advise

Our telephone numbers 27694367/27640565/27601725 have not been working since 11.04.2019.

It is very shameful on the part of mtnl to keep on charging it's customers even though they have not provided any service since more than a year.

We have complained numerous times but still the phone lines are not restored till date.

Also as per your last confirmation it was stated that the bills were reversed till july 2019.

Kindly note we have again received a notification about the outstanding bill for all 3 numbers from november 2019.

A reconnection fee of rs.100 is also charged upon that, whereas the telephone lines are not yet restored.

Outstanding bill of rs. 1550 is shown for month of june 2020 and again a bill of rs. 825 is shown for the month of july 2020.

Without the phone lines being active, how can we be charged such an exorbitant amount?

We once again request you to kindly reverse these charges and take some strict action regarding the faulty service.

I submitted a letter to mtnl, versova -
Requesting to close the services for ll no[protected] from 23-12-19.
I had submitted bank account details for online credit of security deposit to my kotak mahindra bank.

However i have yet not received the security deposit.

Please let me know when will i receive the same.

My landline is dead for almost last four months. Now inspite of raising multiple complaints, nothing has been done. Why has mtnl sent me a bill and deducted from my saving bank account when they can't even keep the service running. My landline number is 23704260. Please look in this matter urgently and solve the issue.

Hi, this is subodh mittal, i want outgoing calls details for the month of may and june-2020. My mtnl land line no is 26498141. I hardly made 1 or 2 calls but they send me the bill of 465 calls, thats y i want all out going calls detail, please send it on my email - [protected]@gmail.com

I have a shop in maker arcade, cuffe parade, mumbai 400005. Since the last two months i am going to the mtnl office at cuffe parade to hand over my surrender application. But the office is not yet open. Please let e know where i should give my application. Thanks

My phone is either dead and noisy every time i am complaining from four months every day but not bother mtnl employees and i have also send mail but nothing has done so far. Only sent bill every month. My wires box are broken from outside my house and these are 26 years old but they never changed. When i complaint about this next day they delete saying complaint rectify. Why i will pay monthly 300 rs. Either solve my problem and calculate accordingly when phone is dead and noisy. Phone no.[protected]

I'm having issue while registering my sim card on network n showing problem and not able to use the sim
Please help me out cause i guess my sim card got off or something. I had also done recharge to check whether it is working or not but it successfully recharged on registered number so help me out asap.

I, had surrendered my mtnl connection in december 2018. But yet i have not received the refund. Mtnl vakola santacruz east division.

Lodged e complaint. After 10 days they send a sms stating complaint resolved. Again complained. This is for last 1 month. Mtnl vashi.

Internet connection never works, 90% of time which is causing a lot of inconvenience, we are not getting proper service at all. Inspite of paying 1400 rs per month have to use hotspot from mobile.

I recharged my mtnl number - [protected] for rs.50 on 5th july (Reference number[protected] at 8:21pm.
Without any activity done on this number, rs.17 has been deducted (7 and 10 separately) in last two days.

Can you please credit back the amount as there has been no activity from the number.

This is regarding our broadband service, its not working since 5 months and we are continuously getting the bill for same, visited the nehru place office delhi personally still there is no change.

Ca no on bill is fake. It is not actual number. There is no procedure of closing connection online.in this covid 19 situation mtnl expects people to come to theri office and get corona infected!! I have to close broadband that is not working for last 5 years!! In this country of 140 crore population there is no online facility to close account.in other countries (Developed) it all happens online. Grow up mtnl!!! World is talking about digitalisation and you are still stuck with corrupted manual methods

I had complained about my sim to activate it, the mtnl did nothing and marked my complaint as resolved which is not true my complaintwas never resolved.
It is an emergency i would appreciate if you activated my sim card
