During last one month a racket of sending unsolicited smses has been received in our prepaid mobile nos.[protected] and [protected] i must state that we have not responded to the messages.. On receipt of of smses we took the matter with your call centre for redressal.

The request id nos,.in respect of mobile no [protected] are 1482215 and 1478157,
Similar request id no. For mobile no.[protected] is 1478158.

Both the mobiles are not smart phone but only ordinary ones.

The senders of these unsolicited smses had promptly debited rs 7 (Total rs 21/-) on the three smses. Form our prepaid nos. While your call centre staff after hectic followups indicated that they have blocked the nos. Where the messages came. On our request for refund of the debited amount, we were provided a mtnl no.26528160. Our efforts to contact this number umpteen times have only resulted in beeps. Here i wish to recollect my very bad experience when i made a personal visit to mtnl office in mulund west. I entered the office at!! Am to lodge the complaint on the above and either i was redirected to various floors. Though i was asked to meet the officers, i was shocked to find that none of them had reported even at! 2 noon. Some kind official directed me to gsm section, visited at various intervals, to my utter shock all the cabins were locked till i left after a tiring tour of mtnl at 1pm.

We as an old loyal customers cannot comprehend why this lackadaisical attitude of staff at mtnl. You may feel that the amount is small but i the firms/individuals must be milking many unwary customers like me and milking a fat amount.

I approaching for refund since the amount has been debited from your card and thus cannot absolve yourself o during last one month a racket of sending unsolicited smses has been received in our prepaid mobile nos.[protected] and [protected] i must state that we have not responded to the messages.. As i already 70 years of age do not shove or show me around you offices.. I am looking for fast corrective action firstly to stop such cheating and also refund the deducted amount.

I have been complaining for the past six months regarding my landline that has not been working and there is a cross connection. The complain number is 6147. Nothing has been done about it. Or even if temporary it is repaired for a day or two it stops working again. I have been paying all my mtnl bills on a regular basis. I would like a permanent solution. I have also been informed that bmc is not giving permission to put a cable how is that my fault do look into it.

I have submitted request for shifting of my landline no.26324476 from chaitanya chsl, model town, four bunglows, andheri (West), mumbai-400 053 to 402, andheri ekta chsl, four bungloes, model town, andheri west, mumbai-400 053 (Same locality different building) in august third week in versova telephone exchange, mumbai and mtnl confirmed that work order has been issued. But till date no action has been taken by ver mtnl,

Request your intervention. The bill has been raised for sept and october month which is also incorrect as no service is provided

My landline phone is dead since 27th september 2009 with no dial tone. We called customer complaint, but mtnl closed the issue without solving this for docket number 198. Then i raised a new complaint on 9th october 2019 with docket number 825. Today i see online that the docket has been closed without solving the issue, and the phone is still dead. So complaint is why is the phone still dead and why is some one at mtnl closing the issue without solving the issue at hand. I also would like to point out that no technician from mtnl has ever visited our house. Please ensure that phone line starts working again and we get a dial tone.

My landline without broadband has been dead since past three months and despite of repeated complaints, no one has bothered to even reach out to us to understand the complaint, let alone check the problem.
The landline has been repeatedly being faulty since couple of years, but now it has crossed a limit.
There is no response on complaints too.

Dophin network is not available in pitampura area since 22.9.19. Earlier to that also connectivity was bad but still could make on line payment with some difficulty. Voice communication, on line payment etc is not possible. Number of complaints have been lodged on 1503 on phone and by email but there is no service still. Even number portability is not possible in absence of mobile net work. We are being penalized for no fault of our except that we had some faith in mtnl. Will the authorities concerned tackle this issue on war footing. Others affected by similar problem may like to share their experience.

I've submitted a complaint 3 days before still no technician is there for resolve issue. After fixing everytime internet it works only for 2 days n then later internet is not working. The internet lamp is not showing in router. Technician in Uttan region, Bhayandar west is very slow handling the complaint especially Mr. Yadav. I am paying full bill every month n I get internet only for 10 days. Rest of days there is no internet lamp on wifi router. Kindly take strick action against Mr. Yadav and send good technician to resolve my internet issue.

Even after complaining on daily basis no action has been taken

Sir my mtnl phone and broadband are not working past 2 month i had register complaint many times but no action is taken by mtnl (Sangam vihar area) every time i register a complaints they said ok today we resolve it i also mentioned sdo about my problem they said there is some problem in underground wiring and it will take 4-5 days but it cross 15-16 days no action is taken

On my above said no., i have sent sms to 444 to stop data. The phone is not a smart phone, yet rs 7 have been forcefully deducted by mtnl for funbazaar without sending an activation request by otp.
This has happened on 2 occasions before also. Please credit my account with the rs 7 which has been deducted & stop this service immediately. Else will have to take up this complaint with the consumer forum. This is a big fraud. I expect immediate action.

I surrendered my telephone no [protected] in june 2019 along with instrument, routers adapter and paid lasted bill copy at shalimar bagh, delhi. Bill dt 7/8/9 for an amount of rs 1151 accientally paid twice.
First by cash and then by bank auto payout.
However i have not received the credit for the same in the next month
I. E 7/9/19.
This bill too has been paid by me.
In today's digital world when everything is online
Mtnl mumbai does not reflect such auto bills payments.
Neither do their website have any option of registering such complains.

Kindly please help in acquiring credit for the same.

I have 4 mobile sim card for me & my family. For past one month we are getting extremely poor or mostly no signal of mtnl receiving at home to operate our mobiles. We are unable to operate banking operation to receive otp as well as various other functions from home. It has become almost impossible to communicate with anybody in case of emergency for senior citizens like us.
Our land line number 25008185 is also not functioning. It is a dangerous situation in monsoon loosing communication with others for critical needs.

I am using MTNL Mumbai Tariff Plan: BB-800-10M-Combo, but over last week or so having issues with Internet services speed. Though multiple complaints are launched the issue is worsened with the work instead of resolution.
Complaints for MTNL Mumbai : 7759 dtd. 8-9, 3710 Dtd. 13-9, 2122-Dtd.14-9 are not resolved.
There were similar problems and it takes ideally 1-2 months but the hefty charges are not reverted. In addition, while the Internet is not usable - MTNL shows heavy usage on the Bills - which is clear contradiction.
Please help with resolution.

My sister Smt Sunita Teckchandani a pensioner of MTNL MUMBAI PPO No. 33709 Pensioner code [protected] expired on 12/9/2018 leaving behind her only son DEEPAK TECKCHANDANI who was maintained and looked after by her ( physically, financially, morally and emotionally)

Now this poor child is struggling for survival as he has no one to look after and somehow we are finding it very difficult to maintain him

I have applied for Family Pension in favour of Mr Deepak Teckchandani her ONLY legal Heir

I have submitted all documents as asked for by the department (Mr Reddy AO) to Mtnl, S V road, Kandivali branch, Mumbai.

After a long delay ( reasons best known to the officer)& our many visits to Kandivali office the Family pension file after FULL SCRUTINY by the Officer was sent to Curry Road office Mumbai (Pension approval and releasing authority)for final Approval.

The File was returned back with a remark that the Deepak Teckchandani’s verification pending.(lapse on part of Kandivali branch)

Inspite of fulfilling all their conditions and submitting all the document, they are sitting on my file for last ten months for reasons best known to them, their queries are getting unending reflecting their intention to stop the pension of a deprived child at any cost .

I have been running from pillar to post to get his pension sanctioned but I feel that these people are bent upon to harass and torture me .

I request your goodself to kindly intervene and help me on compassionate grounds to immediately start the pension of DEEPAK TECKCHANDANI who is the only beneficiary of his mother.

I have been requesting them so many times lodged complaint to mtnl about my plan change but they just say they will do today itself but nothing happens. I have rs 800 6 mbps plan but i get hardly 1 mbps so i told them to change to 8 mbps or 10 mbps but they are doing nothing. How many times should i have to call them and ask them to do it. I cannot even play youtube videos properly. They are just saying they will do it till evening and this and that but they do not do anything. Please help

Dear sir,

We shifted from shivaji park to matunga east and we applied for new land line premium number which available and we paid for that.

To taking land line is only one purpose that my parents are 70+ years old and for them mobile operation is difficult. We all are working and they stay alone at home.

Today is 25th day of applications. Post 10 times visited to wadala mtnl officer mr. Chape we are getting all false promises.

At the time of application mtnl told us that new connection will get in 3 days.

Please advice and share gm /coo/md contact number / email id/ mobile no.

Please remove the mtnl pole which is located on the back side of our house 33/9 east patel nagar. This is causing a lot of problems. There is no active connection on this pole. There are already poles for mtnl in every 10 m away from this pole.

Issues because of this pole:
1. Fire threatening because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators.

2. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to our balconies.

3. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can be parked resulting in fights with the neighbors.

4. There is no point of having multiple poles within such close proximity of 10 m.

I request you humbly to help us get rid of this pole as its creating a lot of mess.
