I had got my landline and broadband diconnected and deposited the instrument along with other accessories to your vasant kunj office located at sector b, pocket -1, on[protected]. And hand delivered request letter, along with instruments surrendered store receipt, to
The commercial officer, mtnl, chanakyapuri, new delhi on[protected] duly received and stamped in acknowledgement, for refund of security deposit.
I regret to state that its over 18 months now, and i am yet to receive refund of
Rs 3000/- security deposit nor have i received any communication to this effect from mtnl. I would request you to look into this and expedite refund along with interest accrued at the earliest for which i shall remain grateful.

      I have complalined many times at MTNL office. The wi-fi is not working for me at all in spite of contacting mtnl office and raising complaints.
      On the computer the internet service is okay.

      I am only paying bills regularly. However, in vain, no wi-fi connectivity at all.
      Kindly do the needful.

        Hi, it's been 1 month since we have raised a workorder for transfer of our landline to new premise. My work order no is 294101. There has been no action from mtnl after that. We have gone 4 times to mtnl office and also called general manager's office twice. But still no response.

        Please treat this as urgent and important and do the needful asap. We will be forced to close our connection if we don't get any revert within 2 days.

          Dolphin services on this[protected] are suspended for 5 days.

          When i called the call center (1503) they told the bill was not paid. This is not possible as my billing and payment is automatic through electronic payment through sbi.
          When i talk on your ecs-billing[protected] i get different numbers for pending bills. They have told that following payments are not shown in the system.
          Rs. 1027- feb 14 - ib51889679 transferred to[protected]
          — sbi auto - bill payment
          Rs. 998- mar 19- ib52800514 transferred to[protected]
          - sbi auto bill payment
          Rs. 1090 mar 20 — qsb[protected] gafrjokbo
          - through dolphin portal
          Please look into the issue. Start the service, give me due credit.
          Also send the bills regularly to me by hard copy/ email to [protected]@rediffmail.com.

          I have cleared my pending bills and surrendered connection on 11th February, 2019 . I was told that i will be charged for 11 days but know they are sending a full month bill & also no reply after sending the mail, customer care doesn’t help just telling to call on other numbers.

            My telephone no 25896050 has given complaints more than three times no action is taken and my phone is not working last one year i request you disconnect my phone and broadband connection immediately and because of your poor service i will not pay the dues from last month. please expect your reply early. i have taken the MTNL Phone and broadband connection from last 5 years.and the service is very poor. frequently broadband is not working after complaint they will restart but from last one year my telephone is not working after the complaints it is not restart, but last two months broadband is not working. please treat as a consumer compliant and i have phased lot trouble to take connection of MTNL.I REQUEST YOU TO DISCONNECT MY PHONE LINE

              The staff who came to our house to repair the phone (After several months of complaints) was rude and refused to let us check if the wire was long enough. The phone is used by elderly people in the house and needs a wire that is long enough. He refused to work, answer this question and was very rude to the ladies in the house. I don't expect any action from mtnl anyway better to switch to private operators.

                I am staying outside india for the last 2 years. I am not not using this sim for making calls, no outgoing sms, the data roaming is also disabled. I only use this to receive bank otp by sms.

                I have registered for receiving bill by email, ([protected]@gmail.com). Alternate email [protected]@yahoo.com. But i am not receiving my monthly bills on my email. I get my bill details only through sms to this sim, i make online bill payment through bank by seeing the sms from mtnl.

                The monthly bill amount oct 2018 was less than rs 400/ per month. However, from nov 2018 onwards, the bill amount is very high and random some times, 2000 per month, some times 3000 per month. I suspect, my sim card has been hacked. The dolphin website very poor - bill page shows error loading always and i am unable to login. I am unable to download my monthly bills through duplicate bill request. I have requested mtnl phone consumer care to check if my sim card is hacked and ensure proper security from the mtnl operator, but of no avail till now.

                Kindly advise how to communicate with mtnl and correct this error

                My landline no 27810497 is dead from last 2 days, my first docket no is 4822 and second docket no is 7658, but no action by mtnl no responsibility of any mtnl worker neither worker nor staff all are lazy and busy in their won family subject.

                  My mtnl broadband number is 28540056. I received the bill 4 days back without my gst number written on it. Till last month i was receiving correct bill with gst number. I am trying all the available numbers to get the error rectified since last 4 days but as usual no response at all. No one picks up the call and by mistake picks up pushes the responsibility on other person. Pathetic service.

                  Kindly help to resolve the issue immediately and get the new bill with our gst number on it to be able to get the tax credit.

                    I have a dolphin., delhi, postpaid number [protected]. L
                    It works hardly for 10 hours in a month and for the rest of the time it is "emergency calls only.'. Same is the case with its 3g services which never work.
                    I complained several times to 1504 but no use.
                    I do not get any hard copies of the bills. Even the soft copies of bills are received ver lage

                    I am really fed up and wish the mtnl to get privatised.

                    My mobile sim no.9969632934 has been lost during transit in taxies from Ballard pier to Bombay Hospital and Liberty to rocky cinema Opera house on 7.3.2019, therefore this card be blocked
                    I have surrendered my above connection on 30.11.2018 and regret to inform that till date (14.03.2019) the Deposit money held by MTNL has not been refunded.
                    This is to inform you that despite repeated complaints, regarding my landline not working for past month and a half. No action has been taken yet. I would request you to please take an urgent action as I am suffering huge business loss.

                      I have been using dolphin mobile service of mtnl for several years. Account no.[protected]. My mobile bill has never exceeded 500 rs any time. Suddenly in jan 2019. My bill is showing unreasonably inflated amount of rs 7976. I was asked to pay this amount by 22/2/19else the phone number would be suspended. My phone was suspended on 22/2/19 i was asked to pay at least4000/ so phone would be connected which i did.. On enquiring i was given rediculous replies that when both wifi and data is on the bill gets enhanced. Till now it was never the case why now? Why cheat customers for some technical fault. I want the correct bill and excess money paid refunded.

Such an awe full experience with mtnl. Same old poor services. After raised so many phone calls also nothing has been done rather my call has been put on hold for long 15 minutes and people are gossiping about their office parties.

                            I was looking at my credit card statements.in the month of june 2018.
                            There are two debits of rs 944. One debit is on 27.6.2018 and one
                            Debit is on 28.6.2018.
                            In the earlier months too there were more than one debit but i used to
                            Get a credit in the statement immediately.
                            But for the month of june i have not got the credit for rs 944.

                            My connection under FFTH 1111 plan bill generated since installation but service provided under 777 plan speed only 35 to 49Mbps in place of 1111plan 100Mbps to 250Mbps. now my complaint that when service provided under 777 plan than why charge under 1111 plan i suffer loss 400/- per month so refund in further bill MTDL[protected] date 8-Feb-2019

                              Our landline no.[protected] has not been working since days. We have registered complaint also complaint no. (3012) but till date no one has turned.. V. Disappointed with the service provided.. If the landline does not start today i would escalate it further.. We do not get proper feedback when we call on customer care as we get revert that your complaint is already registered giving us the complaint no. Pls address customer complaints on priorty is what we expect as customers. Ehoping that my complaint would be addressed on priority!!

                                I have paid my bills two weeks back for two landline numbers but both the lines are dead. What is the point of having a telephone then? Tried calling mtnl helpline and they gave me a number to call. I called more than 100times but no one picks up. And thats the guy who turn on my telephone line in my area. This carelessness in todays world is shameful and extremely bad for business.

                                  I am a govt employee and i have been provided phone by the govt. money is deducted from my salary. I am getting sms and every day lot of money is deducted from account for subsriptions like MANTRA and many more. MTNL is a govt institution. But there if no remedy. When i call customer care they either dont pick phone or show there inability to stop such services.

                                  Please refund all my money for these unsolicited messages and services. I hve to approach the consumer court or the concerened ministry. my mobile number is [protected].

                                  it is a matter of great concern that there is no body responsible for stopping such undue charges.

                                    My landline number is not working since 3 months. Despite repeated attempts to the mtnl office and numerous calls no one seems to look into the matter . All the customer care numbers mentioned on the site are useless as no one picks up the call and the phone is busy the whole day . On personally visiting the office we are told to simple disconnect the line or wait for the problem to get resolved . It’s a matter of more than three months now I.e from November, 2018. We don’t have any redress available as the bill is deducted from the account timely without any substantial service provided .

                                      We are a partnership company and past 6 months we are struggling for a stable internet connection. We have made regular complaints, sent written complaint letters and personally visited to mtnl mumbai office to inform our grievances. But the end result is that the connectivity problem is solved for time being and again on the same day itself the disconnection starts off.

                                      The probability of disconnection is so high that we cannot work at office and are suffering huge loss due this. Even our branches have to close down their work to add on the losses. The end customer is affected badly as we are not able to send emails or any details to them.

                                        Broadband service for my mtnl mumbai phone 25559213 is only giving 0.5 mbps whereas my plan is for 8mbps. There are also frequent disconnections. Clearly the department is not equipped to provide services. I have to spend a lot of my time submitting complaints and talking to mtnl mumbai folks and it all ends up in peril.

                                        There is no issue whatsoever in my line as my address is very much accessible. So it appears it is just to create nuisance and harass me for no apparent reason as i have always been cordial to the service provider. Alas it is not reciprocated and the department employs incompetent people who are unable to resolve my issue.

                                        Currently i am feeling i am being defrauded by the department as i am not getting the service i am paying for. After months of trying to reach out to someone who will listen (As the department is very opaque and you get to talk to only call center or low paid technicians), i am writing this note.

                                        Hopefully there is an official who still takes pride in his job and wants to provide services for which he is paid.
