I am a cardiac patient and a senior citizen, i had 2 mtnl landline the other number was 22816863 whereby i was a loyal customer.
I surrendered the mtnl no.22816863 about 2 months ago because that use to faulty all the time inspite of several complains made.
I want your office to put my mtnl no.22816823 in order at the earliest as there in no ringtone since many days and while it was ok there was too much of disturbence.
Please give me the name and contact nos. Of the person whom i can contact in future problem if any.
If my above no.22816823 is not put in order within 24 hours i shall be forced to surrender the same also and mtnl shall loose one more old and loyal customer

Dear customer, your tel no. T22724083 with complaint no.337 has been booked under cable breakdown. The fault is expected to get rectify shortly. Was received one week after five days of trying to reach mtnl complaint numbers 1500, 1504, 198, 197 but none is getting picked up. It has been now 15 days since phone is dead and no response is coming from mtnl side, truly worst way of handling things

My broadband connection of tel no 24122426 of mtnl mumbai is frequently disconnects from last one month i had made complaints several times online and telephoniclly to wadala telephone exchange mumbai and mtnl toll free no. And 1503 but no action taken by wadala telephone exchange till date. Several call also made to area officer, wadala telephone exchange mr. Kashinath gangurde in his cell no. [protected] no action takenbo

Kindly do the needful at the earliest

On 27th june, i paid my mtnl bill through netbanking, the money got deducted from my account, but in the final page to show payment status, it said "oops something went wrong" however the money did not get reimbursed into my account.
The traction id as registered in my bank statement is cbpaytm - [protected][protected]. This for ph. No 26742749
Kindly look into the matter and reimburse the money

My Internet Connection is deactivated from 19th June 2019.
I have paid the Bills till upto date. After repeated complain also it is not activated. I have given complain on self care portal. After one day is SMS is coming saying your issues are resolved. This happens 4 to 5 times.
when i send email to Grievances cell. Its returned as the mail box is full.
I am helpless.

I had submitted my papers for closure of the above Telephone requesting refund of the Security Deposit paid by me on March 12, 2019 along with the necessary documents, like my Bank A/c details.

So far I have not received the refund in spite of the mandatory period of 3 months.

i am a retired sernior citizen.

Kindly move the department concerned in MTNL to arrange to refund the security deposit

Our MTNL[protected] was disconnected approx 2 months ago. All dues were cleared and instrument was also submitted along with the application.
All rules have been followed as asked by the MTNL employee for disconnection.

It's been 2 months now, we have not received refund. Every time contact they says wait for 15 days.

This is to inform you that the wifi over telephone number 25496933 is very slow and i am facing a lot of difficulties due to that. Its very irritating and frustating and i am unable to do any work because of that. My many works are getting delayed beacuse of that. Its very annoying. Kindly take care of my problem.
The poor wifi problem is happening since the past 1-2 months.

This is to inform you that the mtnl wifi is not working at all and is giving very very very poor speed of 20 or 30 kbps. Its very irritating and frustating as all the work is lagging because of it.
Kindly take care of my complaint and please try to resolve it as soon as possible because all works of mine is getting delayed because of it.

Since January there is no network in my sim. Everyone calls me on my mtnl sim but due to no signal call never reaches. My card is issue with mtnl sim's number only and due to this I can not do online payments as online payments require otp and I did not get any otp due to no signal. Please check if there is any issue of tower or something else as soon as possible

I am subscriber of above prepaid Mob. no. Since I was not getting proper services on my no. I opted to purchaser another no. from JIO on 27th. February, 2019. Since then I never made any out going call except one SMs. On 28/2/2019 my Balance was Rs. 622.86.
In between I started receiving SMs for subscribing to GOLD / Platinum etc services and deduction of Rs. 5.00 / Rs. 7.00 / Rs. 10.00. Earlier I could not understood this but in April, 2019 I realized and lodged complain to Cust Care of MTNL, Mumbai on 1503. I was assured that hence forth no deduction will be there and for refund of deducted amount is processed .

I now appeal to you to credit back Rs. 62/- to my account deducted illegally from my account and arrange to stop all these deductions, My complaint to Cust care had not yielded any result.

All bills were paid and no dues. Still. The deposit. Of. Rs. 1000. Is not being. Refunded after. Adjustments.

I am complaining for one week to your mtnl office and your all staff members but internet problem still continue. my internet not working for last one week so i want that please resolve it quickly and i want to say that your mtnl staff is very slow and very undisciplined so i request to please recruitment young and active persons for this work who take interest to help the consumers.

`complaint against mtnl worker mr. Jawale for bad behaviour against the customer

Mr. Jawale who works with mtnl, sion branch has crossed his line of behaviour and does not know how to talk to a customer. He has ego and his choice of words and tone of voice shows it.

On 4th june, 2019, he had come to 249 kripa niwas to solve a telephone complaint of my neighbour. He had come with a co-worker. His co-worker was quite down to earth and spoke very well. Whereas, in case of mr jawale, he spoke very rudely and behaved badly. I want my complain to be filed and an action should be taken against him for behaving badly with me and talking rudely to me.

I am doing complaint for my faulty landline and internet connection for last 4 days but any staff member not helping me.. And i request to one staff member than he told me very dirty language and very irrespectful behaviour which number i called for my complaint that is[protected], so i want that you take an strong action to this staff member who maintain this landline number.

I had surrendered the instrument of landline phone alongwith modem and all leads etc. On dated 28th march, 2019, dy no.741 at paschim vihar mtnl exchange,. With a request that my security may be refunded at the earliest
But so far i have not received.
It is requested that it may be refunded at once.

We are facing following problems since many years:
1. Landline is not clear
2. Wi-fi is not at all accessible on mobile phones

We complained to mtnl office several times. Attendants came and did not do anything. They kept on telling that we will fix the problem. However, the problem was never fixed.

Two days back two attendants came and they said that they would look at it.
No one has appeared till this moment.

The problem is still persisting without any solution. We are paying the telephone and internet bill regularly.
