Please remove the mtnl pole which is in our a1/53a mohan garden, uttam nagar, new delhi -110059. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
2. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights
3. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its position

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
These two lines are inoperative far past 1 week. Lodged complaints several times, there is no response. I don’t know the reason. No body cares to inform the reason. The area supervisor Mr Pathak keeps assuring but all in vain. Would appreciate if needful is done at earliest.

I am using services of MTNL over 40years.I feel helpless first time.

    My phone is dead from last 6 months. I booked the complaints online several times & personally mat to chief engineer / deputy chief engineer at matunga office office today is 19-1-19 nothing is done up till now. The service provided is very poor. Previous 6 months regularly bill is being generate with "0" calls. At least we should know up to which date it will be solved.
    I will be very great full to you if it is solved today.

      I have been experiencing problems with my internet connectivity since very long. The last two complaint numbers are 8421 and 2838. There were many more before this.

      I am regularly paying my bills but the service i get in return is pathetic!

      To add to this, your senior officers are very unresponsive! I have been trying to call your senior officer whose phone number is [protected]. Once he kept me on hold for around 8 minutes and still didn't respond to my query!! I called him many times but he either ignored my calls or answered his phone but kept talking to people in his office, completely ignoring the caller!!! What a rude and unprofessional person!!

      I am completely disgusted and upset with your service! I would like to know what action you propose to take against your officer and how do you plan to solve my problem?

        Our phones in colaba area have been dead and / or cross connected since over 10 days. No amount of complaints and calls to the gm and dgm office as well as emails to all the known ids of the department has worked. People are suffering and the mtnl staff is just keeping quiet.
        This is an absolutely disgusting situation and something must be done to improve the services. The dgm office gives the mobile number of some line man who never picks up the phone. The dgm or gm does not bother to even answer the phone. The pa just says that he is not in the office.
        Why should this department exist at all considering that several private entities are having the licence? Total waste of governments money and resources.

        Does notifying MTNL help at all? A see a one star rating on this service. Do they even deserve that one star?
        Since December 26 th there is no network in my mobile always showing no service in dolphin somvar when I call in customer care they only lodge a complaint but no reply or action taken if this is how your system works then sorry you have lost a customer here pls take my no [protected] for porting

            Requesting u to remove an old pole which is not at all used for telephone connection at all in our street that is creating a mess here.. A number of private internet service providers, television connections and others are hanging there wires and boxes on it and now it has become a web here.. Kindly look into the matter and remove the pole asap...

              The telephone at my home is dead since september 2018 due to some break in cable and uptill now (I. E. On[protected] i have registered complaint for exactly 131 times still no action has been taken on that. Whenever i go to the mtnl office in najafgarh, the sdo is not in his seat and whenever is available on phone is misbehaving all the time using abusive words no matter if my mother is on the phone or my aunt or any gents. I want to register complaint against un singh, mr. Pathak, sd house.

              The Amboli centre employee is very rude and inhuman. I submitted form n cancelled cheque to modify ECS details which he cancelled previous ECS but didn’t accept new as account holder isn’t the name on bill. What nonsense is this ? Anyone can pay the bill. There is no such rule. I am doing this already in electricity bill .
              I submitted transfer of name as previous owner is deceased all forms and paper were in order, still he is troubling for one phone number not being mentioned. Where as it’s written clearly just because they don’t wanna accept that all papers are in order n they have to do the acceptance work they can’t andheri Amboli centre person is very very rude. Such employees spoil name of govt services.

                I have useing mtnl dolphin post paid number [protected], [protected]

                Sir i have facing a network problem in rohini and rithala area. Last 5 months. I have complain so many in 1503 and customers care registration a complain they will provied time to short out in 2 days. And i have call to customer care after 2. Days they will tell me always your complain is resolved you cane switch off and on you phone. But complain is not resolved in these area the 2g and 3 g network is not providing buy mtnl or (Network) side is not working or shut down.

                When i have call to nodel officer they will tell me in these area the 7 mobile network is shutdown for some technical problems or purpose. And i have written to mtnl network department.

                Sir i have complain approximately 15 times but mtnl not responding any complain or not call back me
                And the no service is always show on phone. Both 2g and 3 g network selection.in indoor or outdoor on my house. Or area.

                  Respected sir, i have been using mtnl mobile service for about 10years, this has never happened before. But in 2018 from the start of this year, i started getting zero network on my cellphone. I made a complaint around june but your irresponsible staff didn't attend my call.
                  We have 2 mtnl service based phones in my house. Both get the same problem. So does our neighbour who also has the same problem.
                  Kindly get on this problem as fast as you can.

                    Sins the last two year my mtnl delhi phone can not received call nor make call.[protected].

                    Another data card number not working for the last two years. [protected]
                    Despite network, inside home, calls can be made from outside the home. Data card operated inside home as it is usb port based.
                    Complaints also made to mane delphi throughcostomer care.

                      I have raised multiple complaints for faulty services to which mtnl does not pay any attention. Finally have to submit request for discontinuation. Unfortunately i was changed for services for all the period wherein the services were unavailable / interrupted.

                      I have submitted request for discontinuation of telephone connection no. 26248688 on 05th oct 2018. Although i have been given verbal confirmation of refund process at andheri (W), mumbai office, i am yet to receive the refund amount.

                        Mtnl — landline phone is dead
                        My phone is dead from 08.10.2018 i have complaints many times but there is no service from the mtnl dept. Today is 26.12.2018 nothing done till now. I am very sorry to say that your service is very very poor and your workers are very ir-responsible and we are suffered from last 2 months,, we are not contact from any body.
                        I am very grateful to you if it is solved today.

                        I am having MTNL Dolphin mobile no.[protected]. This is pre-paid mobile. On 18th or 19th Dec, 18 I recharged my mobile for Rs 100/. In this connection my complaint is that till date my remaining balance is of Rs 26 whereas I have not made much calls from this mobile. Please check and information early as possible.

                          My mtnl landline number 29233711 cable broken from pole since last 3 months. I had made complaint on mtnl mobile application more than 10 times in these last 3 months. But till date no result. Really annoyed. I have received sms if you are not satisfied than call at[protected] to mr. Vk gupta. I many times called at this number, but this number always busy or no reply. I am paying my bills on time. But getting no response from mtnl.

                          For the last 10 years the MTNL bill was being debuted to my account as I had an ECS Mandate
                          Now in October 2018 MTNL Andheri West Mumbai Naharastra have cancelled all ECS mandates ; I am a senior citizen and unable to visit MTNL monthly to pay bills
                          I am unable to understand why the ECS mandates have been cancelled

                          Hey, Whenever I try so send the Port Message from my Mtnl sim to 1900 To get the "Unique Porting Code", it always shows "Message not sent" I don't know why MTNL don't want me to Port my number to other sim operator.                             Recently my tel. No. 22830894 went dead for 2 days. After lodging a complaint the phone is working but whenever i anyone dials my number it connects to tel. No.22822703. It, therefore, appears that our two telephone lines have been inter-changed. Kindly look into this problem and rectify it as soon as possible. Kindly intimate after the rectification process has been completed.

                                Every month i get a landline bil of rs. 779 this month i have got a bill of rs.894. M really disappointed bcz i dnt use landline for outgoing calls and my internet of mtnl works worst. I have not received any response from any of the mtnl workers. Kindly provide me complete detailed bill according to my issue. I wont b paying this bill unless m satisfied. I hope to get revert soon.

                                  We have discontinued the mtnl landline services in june and we were being told that the security money will be refunded to us by speed post within a month of our surrender of the connection but its been 6 months now and we have not yet received the per said amount yet.

                                    A surrender application for the broadband connection at 27638861 with ca # 27638861 was submitted on 24th nov 2018. Modem, adapter and splitter was promptly submitted to jahangir puri mtnl office with a receipt duly received; however my broadband is still active as i have confirmed by dialling 1500.

                                    I saw a new bill generated on 8th december.

                                    My landline no is 28698786. I had booked complaint about faulty instrument 2 weeks back my complaint no is 31. I called several times to the manager incharge in Charkop branch. But till date my problem is not solved.
                                    My name is Kuldeep Kumar and I am working in the National Youth Cooperative Society.I have a connotation of MTNL, whose broadband is not functioning well and I also complained about it and even call it in the MTNL Exchange, but no one has solved my problem yet.
                                    So now you talk about what I do.
                                    My MTNL lan line has been dead for the past 15 days and every month only 15 days it works and the rest of the days its dead. i have made several complains but it works for a day and again its the same. i am sick of this.

                                      Dear Sirs,

                                      I purchased MTNL SIM [protected] and using since 26.9.2006 by submitting proper documents, being an Advocate. Further, in addition to the above SIM, I had some other MTNL SIMs [protected]; [protected]; [protected] and also Land line 27483040 is being used since 13.10.2003 with Broad Band facility. However, the MTNL authorities are often allotting one of my SIM [protected] to somebody which is causing great inconvenience to official communication to various customers, including my personal banking transactions, as it was my registered mobile for my banking transactions.
                                      This was brought to the MTNL, Panvel Tel.Ex. Navi Mumbai, earlier vide my letter dt.20.12.2016 and rectified their mistake immediately. However, it was no problem since then. Now, again the same problem arisen and got dead my Mobile No.[protected] since morethan 15 days and while contacting the customer complaint it was informed that the said number was named to somebody.
                                      Now, I am going to make a registered notice to MTNL authorities for their faulty and unauthorised services by allotting one SIM to two customers which is illegal and unethical business. Besides this, I am bringing this matter to CMD, MTNL and to all the concerned MTNL authorities for immediate rectification, lest the matter would be faced by MTNL at the Consumer Court.

                                        My landline number and broadband has stopped working since 29th november till date. Umpteen no. Of complaints have fallen to deaf ears. I am a physically handicapped person and make all utility bill paymens online and this being the first week of the month all my bills are pending. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
