Dear Sirs,

I purchased MTNL SIM [protected] and using since 26.9.2006 by submitting proper documents, being an Advocate. Further, in addition to the above SIM, I had some other MTNL SIMs [protected]; [protected]; [protected] and also Land line 27483040 is being used since 13.10.2003 with Broad Band facility. However, the MTNL authorities are often allotting one of my SIM [protected] to somebody which is causing great inconvenience to official communication to various customers, including my personal banking transactions, as it was my registered mobile for my banking transactions.
This was brought to the MTNL, Panvel Tel.Ex. Navi Mumbai, earlier vide my letter dt.20.12.2016 and rectified their mistake immediately. However, it was no problem since then. Now, again the same problem arisen and got dead my Mobile No.[protected] since morethan 15 days and while contacting the customer complaint it was informed that the said number was named to somebody.
Now, I am going to make a registered notice to MTNL authorities for their faulty and unauthorised services by allotting one SIM to two customers which is illegal and unethical business. Besides this, I am bringing this matter to CMD, MTNL and to all the concerned MTNL authorities for immediate rectification, lest the matter would be faced by MTNL at the Consumer Court.

My landline number and broadband has stopped working since 29th november till date. Umpteen no. Of complaints have fallen to deaf ears. I am a physically handicapped person and make all utility bill paymens online and this being the first week of the month all my bills are pending. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. My service provider is magathane telephone exchange.

I am in possession of dolphin postpaid sim card bearing no. [protected].
I have paid uptodate bills through paytm. As per history sheet following payments already made have not been accounted for:

925177 dcgb[protected] cash 148.000 07/30/2018 easy bill
Out of current bill for rs. 501.00, rs 209 have been already made and balance of rs.292 has been made now.. As such there is no outstanding payment as on 30/11/2018

With reference to above, we would like to inform that in spite of our repeated online complaint for non working of broadband connection, no lineman from mtnl bothered to visit our place. Moreover we get reply via sms that your complaint is resolved without resolving or finding fault of what is wrong in our connection.

We as a school have taken this connection for educating our students for digital education via internet and other school related online work. We are sorry to say that your customer service is not upto mark and will be forcing us to go for another better option.

Presently we have 5 mtnl connection with one dedicated broadband line. If proper service not received from you then will terminate all connections of mtnl.

Hope you will seriously look into the above matter and give us satisfactory response.

Please check continually from friday i am following on my broadband modem dsl & internet link is fluctuating after every 15 min & link get loss also when it works i am getting speed 6 mbps, 3 mbps, 9.45 mbps as my plane is upto 12mbps

So i raise complain with 1504 i receive docket no 2031

Buy since morning no one has attend my case & when i check with 1504 they told your docket id 2031 is close so again i had log case ticket again with new docket id 4081

I want to know the reason why docket no 2031 was close with out attending call

Regularly i am getting smses from mntl whereby gold or silver service of ocsbox and even for wallpaper services are getting activated. I am attaching the screenshot for the messages received.

I never opted for these services. These are getting automatically activated. For these services amounts in the range of Rs. 7-10 are charged in an unauthorised manner from my account. Can you please look into this matter to stop all illegal services which have been activated.

My name is Chander kant my & mobile no. is [protected]. I am suffering from funbazar [protected]@5 service. I did not activate this service. And they charged 5 r's every six day, s. I am suffering it for 2 month and mtnl deducted my lots of rupees. Many times i call at customer care but they people did not do anything and many time they cut my call. I send msg (Stop) to 155223 but could not get any reply . I am in trouble please help me. My mobile balance is still deducting by mtnl. Please do the needful as soon as possible thanks

Sir i am very deeply dissatisfied by the services provided by mtnl
Our internet works only for few hours and then stops suddenly
We have tried changing the box but still
The problem is there
I have tried calling them 25 times
But they are not picking up
They have disconnected our net and phone but we have paid all bills
Their wires are also open and it gets carbon deposited on it after a while
Then it needs repair
We need to repair the wires by ourselves
They are not helping us
Please please tell them to open our services
And repair the wires in our connection

I have not opted for any of ocs service. But i have been debited 10/- rs. For it. I am continuously receving updates which are unwanted. I am fed up of the continuous updates which are if no use to me. I hope that i get my complaint resolved. My mobile number is [protected]. I have mtnl mobile number registered in mumbai. I stay at badlapur near the vadlapur bsnl telrphone exchange area.
I have been getting very good network on my mobile years together. But recently i have problem of getting connectivity of mobile network. Now since last 2 days, network of my mtnl mobile is zero whereas there is no problem of my other mobile number of bsnl. Why mtnl network is having problems when the same tower is used for both bsnl as well as mtnl?

Si r my land line is very often faulty and i am unable to make phone calls it is now very noisy and so cant get dial tone nor make calls please do the needful also how do i make a complaint on mobile phone what is the code and the landline faulty telephone complaint no. This happens very often and it takes ages for anyone to attend to it, i often wonder why i keep this connection all my freinds have got ride of this headache this is how they describe mtnl, i keep to it for lovalty to my father who was in the telephones as a det agra division and he would have been very sad at the present state of disrepute and inefficiency of mtnl u cant even get any one at the mtnl office at janakpuri after lunch every one disappears all u see r empty desks and chairs. This is such a lucrative entity if handled properly it can be a boon to the people and can be a source of huge revenue to thegovernment bbut in its present state it is a source of revenue for a few people who r gaining out of the non functional mtnl. I hope some one of importance listens to what i have just said and restores the mtnl to a respectable and useful communication system for the people and the government

Broadband connection[protected] facing problem of not opening the windows since[protected]. 1504 helpline has removed option 9 which was helpful in getting the problem resolved online itself. I booked my complaint no. 1671 on 14.11.2018 morning but no response till 12.40pm on 15.11.2018.

Looks mtnl mumbai does not want to serve its customers.

This is my last post before switching over to another service provider.

After repeated complaints to kalwa telehone exchange in writing and online complaints the above telephone is not restored since april 2018.
Bills have been duly generated and paid by us.
Request you to restore the deadline if not stop issuing the bills for dead line.
If the line is not possible to restore please disconnect the line and refund the deposit.

My mobile number is [protected]. Without my consent, ocsbox services are activated and deducting the money every month. This is a unfair practices of the service provider. Please deactivate ocsbox services on my mobile. For 2 days, rs.10 have been deducting. This is happening every month. If the services are not stopped, i am forced to approach consumer forum with a complaint.

On 1st november i submitted an application with commercial officer in chembur for release of my telephone connection no. 25 25 36 80 and accordingly the work order no 1481 was issued, but it took 5 solid days to get the connection on the pretext that there is a cable fault. My question was when all other telephones in the same building chitra in nava shrinagar was working on the same cable how can there be a fault? Instead of starting from my building to the junction box and then to exchange they were hunting all over the place and wasted 5 days. On 6th november i submitted the application for broadband connection and the person concerned promised me to get the connection either on the same day or next day. On 7th one person came to my residence and gave the connection. But to my dismay, the connection only lasted for few hours and the broadband stopped working. Adding to my woes, the telephone instrument also got faulty as the audio level was poor and there is no display. I submitted a letter with commercial officer chembur exchange for replacement of the set but till today nothing has been done. I booked online complaints for both and the docket nos are mtnl telephone fault docket no. 2155 and broadband fault complaint no. 60.
In the process i have lost 12 days waiting for the progress.
My earnest request to you is to get the replacement for the defective equipment and also quick connection of broadband system.

I am a senior citizen dependent solely on this telephone and broadband connection. I hope you would appreciate my requirements and take action immediately.

Inspite of our repeated request my net is not working and disconnects very frequently every day. Since last july 2017 we are facing the problems. I have submitted letter to versova branch andheri so many times but every time temporary they resolve the problems and again in couple of days it get disconnect. I have informed to the head mr. Pal personally in july 2017 more than 3 times but matter was solved temporarily. Today since morning i am trying to call his number but it is continuously ringing. I have all all complain doc numbers which i can produce.

On my mobile ocsbox is getting activated on its own. First rs.7 charged then today again 10 are deducted. I have never ever subscribed any vas still some time some charges to download fun video.
I request you to curb all this nonsense and return all the money deducted by this way.
Please note these type of cheap messages make me feel degraded and counts in mental harassment

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that there is an empty telephone pole in front of our building (Rz-i-21/1, mahavir encalve, nr. Jyoti bakery, nd-45) which is of no use. There is no active connection on this pole. It is causing a lot of difficulties.

Issues because of this pole:

1. Difficulties in taking in and out of four wheelers

2. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights. Blocking one side of the road

3. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balcony

So, we request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole of no use from in front of our building. For this, we will be very thankful to you.
