My name is mohd. Imran ansari. My mobile no. Is [protected]. I am suffering from funbazar [protected]@5 service. I did not activate this service. Company activated by force. And they are charging 5 r's every three day, s. I send msg (Stop) to 155223 but could not get any reply mag. I am calling 155223 but no response. I am in trouble please help me. My mobile balance is still deducting by mtnl. Please do the needful as soon as possible thanks

It is very important for me to having this details for some personal issue i will be very thankful i[censored] help me out with this. Please be needful.

My no. Is 22306397 which is out of service since 26/12/2017 and broadband also not working due to this fault.

I registered a complaint regarding this on 27/12/2017 and today is 31/12/2017 but no action taken against my complaint.

I am following up regarding this by calling different different numbers provided by mtnl customer care executive still the issue not resolved yet.

I also sent an email regarding my problem on 29/12/2017 to [protected]@bol.net.in but not get any response from them as well.

I also called the area manager karkardoooma and he responded me through sms that he is busy not able to take my call so i sent an sms to him regarding the issue i m facing but he also not responded on that.

This is worst situation i faced in my life when i m paying my bills timely then i will expect that my queries should be resolved on timely manner. As per the citizen charter given on the mtnl website these kind of problems must be addressed in 48 hrs now it's 5 days and my issues has not been resolved yet. Nobody is responding from mtnl end.

Please look into the matter and let me know the status.

I am having the plan of rs 425 which provides 1gb data, 15 local calls and 10 std calls daily free. And the validity is 84 days. On 24th dec 2017 suddenly rs 64.84 deducted from my balance. When i called to the customer care 1503. Initially they cut down the phone and somehow some body informed that due to upgradation of system we couldn't able to track it. Then after that i called up several time. They use to give waiting nearly 20 mins, 15 mins. After some dayscthey even did not pick the phone may be seeing my no. Then i went to sanchar haat office janpath office for compliments. But at their also no solution i got. And the staff particularly ms kaur (From hauzkhas mtnl office) was so rude, does know how to behave saying i am having high bp. Don't argue with me. These old age staffs are no more want to work. At last she given a personal no to contact to mr sharna to resolve my issue. I am running from pillar to post. Please consider this case and resolve it as soon as possible. Modiji telling digital digital. But these people are of no use. Mtnl should be operated by private players for the betterment. I have the recorded version of this 1503 conversation how they are giving waiting for hours. I have also given a mail regarding this of no reply. This customer service no 1503 also nobody picking although 24 hours service.

The worst customer care service ever. I recharged my prepaid landline net just 2 days ago i gave them all the information regarding the coupon and the telephone number and they even called me back to know they have recharged my net till now it ain’t started. I tried to contact them and now they are saying your net isn’t recharged yet. They are really insane they don’t even take customers request seriously. They keep your call on hold for a while and don’t even solve your issue and everytime they keep your call on hold, they keep gossiping and laughing

This is regards to my mtnl broadband connection phno.: 18101250. I have been facing constant disconnections and latency issues for which i have raised multiple complaints through your online portal http://selfcare.mtnl.net.in/mumbai/Contactus.aspx without any success and the issue stays the same.

The latest docket no: 5302 which was raised had been closed without any resolution and this has been the same case with some of the other dockets which were raised. Your concerned representative or divisional person [mr. Chauhan - [protected]] in charge doesn't seem to have the time to answer calls. Every time i have to go in person to the mtnl office to complain about the same.

I am not sure what type of services are you offering here? I request you to kindly look into the same.

I want to inform you to we have use mtnl number[protected] of the name of manappuram finance ltd keshopur branch... We have suffered with internet issue from last 1 month but nobody (Employee) from mtnl come for solve the issue...
We enter so much complaint regarding the internet issue every time telly collar give different complaint number for same issue but i cant understand why? Who close the complaint without solve it... Some complaint number mention below:-

I radhakrishan pandey is using mtnl broadband services by pnone number 22114102. I want to discontinue my broadband services provided by mtnl for above mention telephone number as we are not able to connect to wifi connection as it is too slow to access and now a days it is always not accessable or disconnected. So i request you to please discontinue our connection from now on also we have payed all over dues till now thankyou

It's been a week or moree i'm not getting my internet pack... I paid for recharge pack of ₹425 and since then i'm not even able to access even a part of it... Mtnl has worst customer care service i've ever seen... Every single time i call them... They keep saying our system is being updated, you'll get your internet service renewed by today and that today never cameee.

My office number 29536216 and 29536221 number is not working line are dead. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.

Date 06/12/17 filed application for telephone shifting in chandivali exchange we shifted to chandivali to kanjurmarg on a rented premises mtnl lineman not came till date case i went mtnl exchangechandivali for filed application for shifting to new premises dated 06/12/2017. They have issued workorder to powai exchange assuring that phone and connection will be done either today or tommorow but it has not yet been done i made 10 calls today they gave me different numbers right from lineman to divisional officer but all seems ignorant

I made payment of rs.211 towards bill no.[protected] a/c no.[protected]Mobile no.[protected]) through net banking vide transaction no. Igacdnqpj5 on 07/10/2017 and again vide transaction no. Igacexybc9 on 16/10/2017 as the bill was still being shown as pending. The extra payment has not been refunded to my bank account nor it has been adjusted. My complaint reference is 971884. There is no response from mtnl.

I have an mtnl broadband and perhaps that is the biggest mistake i made.
I had heard govt offices / officers have become more responsible, but my experience is things have gone from bad to worse.
I have at least a dozen docket numbers but nobody attends to the snail broadband speed.
It seems i will have option but to shift to a private service provider
So much for digital india. Entire mtnl should hang its head in shame... For 1857 service they are providing in 2017.

Since i don't receive networks many times, speed is also less than the plan i have taken, and poor customer service i visit sanchar hatt thrice but nothing good happen there and i had to return empty handed.

Henceforth​ i request you to please disconnect the same, since i will not be paying any bills in this context for future.

I am complaninig many times on complaint no. But not responce. My telephone no. 23935848.23831501. Many times but not responce line man come and not thier work properly. He ask me to give chai pani. But i refuse. I ask many time to change my telephone no.in other dp but they can not do. After complain a telephone come from mtnl your complaint resolve or not. By my letter dated 24th november, 2017 i had made an application for disconnection of telephone no. 25512752, ca no. [protected] and had also sent the telephone instrument issued to me by the mtnl. However, the mtnl office at janakpuri has not accepted the telephone instrument returned by me on the alleged ground that a telephone instrument with “caller id” was issued to me.

2. I state that neither i had requested for caller id instrument nor was any such instrument installed in my office. Telephone instrument with caller id was ever issued by the mtnl the same appear to have misappropriated or misused by the staff of mtnl at the time of installation the telephone and only an ordinary telephone instrument was provided to me.

3. I, therefore, request to make an inquiry into the entire episode and accept the telephone instrument issued to me without caller id facility and demand for rs. 400/- raised against me may kindly be withdrawn.

Many times i call at customer care but they people did not do anything and many time they cut my call. I send msg (Stop) to 155223 but could not get any reply mag. I am in trouble please help me. This has reference to above telephone number at our address a 1802, 18th floor, orchid towers, belasis road, mumbai central, mumbai - 400008.

I would like to complaint about the broadband not working since 4th november' 2017 and since then i have complaint twice with docket numbr 9094 earlier which came to me as resolved by sms and i was surprised as to how can mtnl send such a sms without resoliving the issue as our internet is still not working. This shows that someone in mtnl deliberately tweaking the system to show complaint as resolved without being it is resolved and shows no control in the systems. I have again complaint today with docket no.6299.

Further, during september and october 2017, all 60 days broadband was not working and the lineman pointed out there is a line fault in the area and that is why it will not work but i am surprised that mtnl has still charged full charges of broadband for the months of september and october 2017 without providing the services.

I would request you to give complete credit of broadband charges charged during september and october 2017 and from the period 4th november till 27th november as it is still not fixed.

In case the said credit is not given, i would be compelled to go to consumer forum and complaint for the same along with closing the mtnl connection as this is becomging a routine for mtnl to charge customer for services which they are not providing.

I have requested for change of tariff plan of my landline number 29276436 on 1500 helpline. Ca number [protected]

Current plan was "only incoming 179 :which was requested to change to"plan 180"

This has not yet done though i was promised that change will be effected in 48 hrs. I am still not able to do outgoing calls.
