Mtnl phone number[protected] in my name renu jain was surrendered on 31 jan 2017 - instrument etc deposited in rohini office.
Still they sent bills & paid by yes bank bill pay system for 3 months about rs 976.
Later, i visited again & requested for refund in may 2017.
Today received a cheque of rs 816
(Security 1000 - 184 debited?)
Hence 184 + 975 paid in excess = rs 1160
Still outstanding with mtnl, withheld unnecessarily. Please arrange to look into account & refund accordingly.

I never opted for this service and deducted unauthorized amount from my account. I opted for unsubribed the same but no response has been received. Now i hv been provided the link mentioned below for resolving the problem.

Kindly look into this matter & arrange unsubscribe all the illegal services immediately.

I am user of aforesaid telephone connection and due to shifting from delhi i requested man times for disconnect the telephone and visited many times to mtnl offices at chitra vihar and nirman viharr but no body in the offices hear my request still all have requested to accept my request letter for disconnection.in this circumstances i have no option to leave the house (Which is on rent i am leaving) without official disconnection, as mtnl official behaviour is totally uncooperative and rude. However, i further request mtnl officials to please arrange to disconnect my above telephone no immediately. All my dues against the said phone are clear. However, if any due is lying with me as on date i am ready to pay still after disconnection. But please disconnect my above telephone by tomorrow as i am planning to leave the house in some days and my telephone does not disconnected due to negligence of mtnl official i will be unable to pay any amount after 31st july 2017 which will be on totally risk and receponsibility as there behaviour in this regard is highly rude and uncooperative. However to avoid any unhappy circumstances i further request to please disconnect above telephone immediately.

I lost my samsung dual sim mobile on 06.07.2017 in mumbai. The sim is switched off all the time whenever i try to contact the number. Kindly block the sim with mobile no. [protected] (Dolphin prepaid).

The balance credit amount in my mobile account is rs 66.73 as on 27.07.2017 as informed by customer care representativeof dolphin. Can this amount be transferred to any other dolphin no or not?
If not how can i get a new sim with the same mobile number? The sim was purchased from delhi.

Can mtnl help me to locate the above cheat landline number. I wrote a compliant to irtct just now referring my mobile no [protected]. Within second i got a cheat asking in poor hindi not even knowing english some details and ask for my atm card no just now another guy called. How i know the genuine persons and why these frauds are exploiting e cards and debit cards at the expense of irtct... Just now i called back those two numbers and the cheats are blocking my calls. I am expecting more cheats if i am not writing this or if service provider not respond.

Secondly i had requested for proper functional of internet as well as office landlines number[protected] now the same have been in order but still there is nuisance in both the instruments.

So kindly change the same as earlier requested so many times

I surrendered my mtnl phone line n broadband service after the lineman rudely asked me to find an electrician to fix my problem as his responsibility of the working service is only till the electric room on the ground floor or go ahead and complaint to the 'bade sahab'.

As a consumer shud i bear with dis rude behaviour? Secondly when i went to place a request for surrender the gave me a list of procedure that i patiently followed including the payment of the last bill generated. Finally with an assurance that the refund wud be credited in 2months time i was given 229 buck as refund instead of 1000 bucks assured. The reason that they had billed me for the month when the service did not reach my home but probably it was working on the ground floor level. How far is dis justified? If this is the service i get i think for adhering to the procedure i suggest nyone who is planning to surrender an mtnl line... Do not bother to give up the box or the pay up ny pending bills. The oldies in the mtnl office are simply useless so save your time n money.

Myself abhijeet vhadge an old user of mtnl phone. My telephone no. Is 24308853 & myc. A no. Is [protected]. Since april 17 till mid of june 17 our instrument was not working as well as was major problem in line & for the same we gave application several times. But still during that period bill use to come regularly. When we enquired about your officer said to pay this bill & it will be adjusted in next bill. But again we got bill for the month of june were nothing is adjusted.
So i request you to look into matter & adjust my previous payments for current bills for your reference. I am attaching current bill.

MD one ind is charging RS 3 every third day for the wallpaper service. I have not subscribed to it. Also I have 2 g feature phone where I can't receive the wallpaper. No [protected]. This is to inform you that i booked my complaint for telephone instrument and broadband connection on my phone[protected] on 04.07.2017. Since that day my internet is not working. Further the telephone instrument is also not working.

It surprise me that yesterday i have received a message stating that your complaint has been sorted out. However, no one has visited my place and it is not possible that instrument complaint is sorted out without verifying from the customer.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and in case the department is not in a position to handle the complaint of its customer, please cancel my internet connection so that i can switch over to other service provider. So, please sort out this problem immediately and oblige.

I was making online payment. My amount got deducted from bank account but mtnl self care have error and my bill payment not done.
I got error of Object reference.
I tried email at edonline.mtnl.net
But got no response.
I tried couple more email id. But no response. This is worst experience. And bad customer support.

We are using mtnl services since 10 to 15 years but with due respect i want to mention they really don't care for there customers who are paying them for that services they are not doing at all.
I had attach a file it shows only few complaints which are "false clear".
I tried to contact so many times but most of the times they do not pick the call and otherwise there headsets are so noisy you can't hear them properly.
I fill so many feedback form but the are worthless and timeless kindly remove the options.
And to be very honest admit it that it the worst network providing company and worst worst worst customer care. They never listen to you.
If you try for 1500 they talk about clean green and digital india but there own digital network is worst.
Finally when i decided to carve liberty from this system again they are showing there same behavior of not doing anything in the first time..
One of there staff member was asking to come to him and register the complain if so than remove your online portal completely and do no say anything about digital india.
And again i don't know this mail will be work for me or not.. Really there someone who read all the stuff carefully, i mentioned. But still i have some hope with this mail as i also support the digital india program and this is my step toward it...
