Sir,

Since many days my mobile balance is deducting rs. 2 on the illegal services which i never opted. My phone balance is exhausteing very quickly. I am afraid some mischievious activities are done to swipe balance into illegal accounts. Rs. 2 are everytime being deducted from my mobile balance for the service which i never subscribed daily basis by sender md-upower in the name of mtnlsub2.
I have some sms received:-
Dear susbcriber, you have been charged rs.2 for mtnlsub2 subscription pack.
And hi, your subscription for mtnlsub2 has been renewed successfully.@

I require incoming call details for the month of February 2017 as i need to trace one of m relatives number, who is very old and we are unable to contact His cell phone is also switch off due to which i am not able to get in contact with him.

Please provide us with a solution

    I am Ravi shankar Gopalpur, gali no'-16 house no'-588, c/o satyandra singh rathi, owns a MTNL connection with no.[protected] and broadband connection along with it due to late payment my internet and broadband connection was disconnected last december 29, 2016. so I visit there office they told us everyone wiil take disconnection accept you becouse your cable is so long that's why cable brook down . it is impossibe to provide you they explain to write an application for apply disconnection latter .I was not there in my resident place becouse I am going home to last visiting date 29th dec, 2016, I want to you to disconnect the broadband connection due to some personal resaon also.

    it is requested that my MTNL land line connection bearing No. 27653022 CA NO:[protected] may be Disconnected W.e.f. 12.08.2015.

      Dinesh singh mahara 323main pipal chowk dallupura east delhi-96 owns a MTNL connection with no. 22625779 and broadband connection along with it. I want to you to disconnect the broadband connection as well as the landline connection because o[censored]nsatisfied services provided by MTNL.

      I am really fed up of your services because when I went to complain about my connection which was not working properly from last so 2 months there was no action taken on my complaints. I did complaint so many times but there was no response from you. Due to this I took a new connection from Airtel which is working very nicely. Therefore, I was suppose to take an action due to your leniency because I want better services so I wanted to quit with this connection imminently

        I request you that modem is not properly working in our school since 20 days. We have given written Complaint in MTNL Office ( near Batra Hospital, M.B.Road, New Delhi-80). But no action has been taken in this regard. This is in GBSSS No-1, Khanpur, New Delhi-80, Near Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Bus Depot.
        In this inconvenience our school is facing many problem like Teachers Salary, Students updation & CBSE work. This work has been completed in Cyber Cafe every day.

        Please change the Modem / Rooter & check the telephone line also as sson as possible.

        Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        One of the worst service they provide.
        We did around more than 10 complaints but no body is ready to see the complaint.
        Phone and wifi both is dead from the last 2 months.
        And whenever you call.
        They only say that we will rectify the problem within 24 hours.
        I am pissed off with that services.
        You should really need take action on it.

          My self Ankit Wadhawan using mtnl brodband connection .Since last two months my net work not started due to ADSL unstable. No of times complaints already submitted to MTNL on line .But ADSL unstable problem not sort outed.Due to this my official work effected.My bill payment is also ontime since last 10 years

          Due to this problem I will not pay my Jan 2017 bill as well as next bill also. and i request you pl.cancel my this connection

              We have shifted to this new address we have instoled our land line with new number 28268840 alloted to us. With new number above we regret to inform you that during these 7 years this number never worked continuously for one month at a strach . Sometime metro rail problem, cable fault etc. we have made several complaints including written complaints result is big zero.

              We are making payment through ECS so there is absutly no delay.This month every second day my number was out of order and last 8 days it is dead now.This land line is big nuisance to us. We wanted to surrender this line but you have advised not to do so., I am surprised to rectify cable fault it takes such long time. Please advice what we have to do in this regard.

                Since last few weeks, a deduction of Rs.2 is being made from mobile balance
                (Mobile no.[protected]) towards subscription of service 'MtnlSub2' for which I have never ever applied. I am receiving SMS from MD-UPOWER every alternate day and when I try to UNSUB as per SMS, the same gets rejected costing me Rs.3 per SMS. I have sent emails, contacted over 1503, 1909 but of no result.

                I feel that the same is done purposely to loot the customers in one way or the other. The MTNL services have become worst at present.

                        Despite the payment the said sim has been declared as INVALID SIM on my mobile and i am unable to make calls or recieve calls on the said number.

                          On 30nov i went to khar tel exchange and paid 1049 of which 500was paid for talktime topup and 549 for 3g data.The top up was done by the staff and 3g was kept pending as manager was not on duty..The cashier who took the cash asked me to note down my mobile no and serial no of 500 den note in a register. But no receipt was given so i wrote the details on a paper and asked her to stamp on it. Till today i have not got the 3g service for rs 549 i paid.They say i did not pay.They cant find the register in which i wrote and the paper on which i took a stamp is in my handwriting so it is not a proof. And they say the stamp on it is not theirs.This is cheating.Please check.

                            I was using an mtnl connection mainly for the broadband usage and very frustrated with the frequent disconnection & poor service support. So, i stopped using the connection (For both call/data) since Jan 16. After one month i received the account has been deactivated because of the non-payment. But still mtnl is sending me the bill every month. Now, i don't understand, if the account is deactivated, why the system is generating the bill every month?...

                                One payment is made by online banking and other is made by paytm but MTNL Bill payment is got from online banking but PAYTM customer care told that Paytm is also successfully transmitted payment to MTNL and they are given operator ID number so, please refund paytm money order id-[protected] and operator ID is - TTM[protected] Please do needful action and give me rply on-[protected] [protected]@gmail.com paytm no-[protected]
