The above telephone is in the name of my Mother Mrs. Sita Devi who has been expired on[protected] and I approached your Sanchar Haat and the advise me that you will come with Death Certificate. I reproached the concerned person and he advised me that you should first transfer it in your name and than we will advise you the position. Now I have received a call from MTNL Office that Phone is disconnected due to non payment. You have to pay the five bill and than it will be transferred in your name and the disconnection request will be acceded. Please let me know the correct procedure to follow.

My land line number, 24072280, address: Dr. B. A. Vakharia, 195/2, Gujarat society, sion west is not working. Fault was observed on 14/03. We have lodged the complaint 4-5 times, there is no response so far. The operator says to talk to DGM Technical, they also assures that we will send a person. So far on one has come to attend. The complaint no. on status shows "no pending against this number" Complaint no.s are 8815, 4837, 3956 etc. This is too bad that we have to work without internet for so long in time where world has gone so ahead.

I have been trying to get resolution to my MTNL broadband wifi problem for over the months. Internet works only when the cable is connected to my laptop. Wi fi does not work on any device. After three months of looking for resolution, I decided to change my broadband plan.

The aunties who are employed by MTNL call centre were extremely rude. When I asked a question, they just kept hanging up. On one such call, one operator kept me on hold and started talking derisively about me to the aunty next to her, saying, this customer is asking too many questions. I could hear them talk gossip about me. And when I confronted her about it once she got back on line, she just cut the call.

MTNL is the most inefficient company and has no qualms about it. The employees are unqualified and have no manners.

I never subscribe this option. i am being charged illegally and i am not able to unsubscribe too. i fear that next time i too charged rs.3/- again and again.

When i open this site i. e. http://122.176.77.235;9997/oitsdp/getsubid.dll - i do not find how i unsubscribe so that i do not charged next time.

I am unable to change my WIFI's password as the IP page is not loading since last one week, i am regularly taking follow up from mtnl people but still nothing has been done to resolve issue i am facing.
more over Customer executives call us on our landline and scold us on why did we lodge a complain rather than providing solution.

I am very much disappointed to say that there is absolutely no mtnl network in our entire area of more than 5000 buildings in BARC Anushaktinagar, near Mankhurd railway station. There are more than 25, 000 barc employees and along with their families the population would be much higher. MTNL prides itself with so many advertisement details and had launched its services but all our friends are of the opinion that the entire area of anushaktinagar does not have any network and we have to go out of our buildings to get the MTNL connection. Many buildings like Patliputra, Kapilavastu, Sahyadri, Vindhya, Tapti, Kailash, Badrinath, Ragmala complex, Sector market, Ajanta, Ellora etc etc do not have any network. Hence all my friends were discussing that we should switch over to Airtel or Vodafone which has a better network and also they provide good customer care and services.
My other mobiles which are Vodafone - etc have very good network. Shortly I and my friends will be porting these phone sim cards to Vodafone because there is no network absolutely.

I sharing this painful experience of having MTNL broadband on my home PC. I got this installed around 1 Year back and truly speaking this only works for few days & after that it didn't worked. I made several complaints makes everyone aware of this problem but till now no progress. I have no connection from last 2 month and receiving broadband monthly bill regularly.

If I contact them, they use abuses or unexpected languages, they speak very rudely voice. Last time I spoke Mr. Rajpal who's lineman in MTNL, he's use abuses or talking with me and my mom very rudely.

How come MTNL charge for the services they are not able to give even after lodging the complaint. My complaint get closed without any resolution. This's a high of frustration & MTNL should stop making fool of people if they can't provide serivce.

I, devendra p. Patil, am subscriber for mobile no.:[protected]. This is to place on record that i had opted for buddy-299 plan. Accordingly i was to get 300mb free data. But for the whole month of jan.2017, i have not received any sms from mtnl stating my weekely usages of data.Consequently i had overused the data limit of 300mb and my bill for the month was 2077.0 upon speaking with cust service they told me there was technical glitch and so sms was not sent. I am subscriber of another no. [protected] for same name devendra p. Patil. On this no. I get the sms regularly stating my data usages. I request you to rectify this glitch on mobile no. [protected] so that againt i can request to start my data service and use my free 300mb data.

For the last 2 weeks my mobile balance is being deducted @ rs.2 per day on the illegal service which I never opted . I feel some mischievous activities are being done by deducting rs.2 to wipe balance in the name of MtnlSub2.

Stop deduction of Rs. 2/- for mtnl sub2 pack as deducted from my top up amount with out option of deduction illegally, from last months.
When I top up amount then deducted with using my phone calls.It is in govt. Organisation happened.it is serious matter.
Pl. Stop deduction as above mentioned from my top up amount as deducted on each 2day illegally govt organisation. It is not believable and regretted .

Oneindia are charging me for bollywood model wallpaper services to which have never subscribed. they have already charged me rs. 25 or more. the website they give to unsubscribe is http:/122.176.77.235.9997/oitsdp/serr. dll, the website of consumer complaints. there is no provision to unsubscribed on this site. the information about deduction of money from my account is also forwarded by telephone number52020005. kindly arrange to unsubscribe and also to stop all payments to oneindia from my account.

Mtnl arbitrary deducted ₹2 on every 2nd day for MTNL SUB2 pack which I never opted.

Since last 2 weeks my mobile balance is deducting rs. 2 on the illegal services which i never opted. My phone balance is exhausteing very quickly. I am afraid some mischievious activities are done to swipe balance into illegal accounts. Rs. 2 are everytime being deducted from my mobile balance for the service which i never subscribed daily basis by sender md-upower in the name of mtnlsub2.

This is to inform you that we have been complaining MTNL from last two weeks about the Landline given below are not working but no one is responding from their end they say that some will come and check but no one shows up. I have four numbers that are not working i.e. also see the day i complained.

1.[protected] / Complain # 557.
2.[protected] / Complain # 319.
3.[protected] / Complain # 523.
4.[protected] /Complain # 192.

now when ever we call on the number for MTNL we are only able to speak to IVR the automated machine but if by mistake we connect to some customer care rep no one helps and give different number. What we are looking is that the bill should be waived off for this month as we were not able to receive the services.
Kindly look into the matter and please get this resolved at the earliest.

It is to inform that I never subscribe for the services of ONEIND and 52020007. Howver, it was noticed for quite some time that service renewal charges of Rs 7/- weekly from ONEIND and 52020007 is being deducted from the mobile. When I try to unsubscribe through their given link but no link was seen for unsubscribe. Since, MTNL being a service provider, it is requested that this matter may please be looked into and discontinue further payment on this account to both the agencies.

This is to inform you that since last 3 weeks my mobile balance is deducting rs 2 everyday on the mtnl sub2 service which i never subscribed. This kind of activity is done by sender md-power in the name of mtnlsub2 illegally and deducted more than rs 100. I have screen shots of some message. Please check and respond to my complaint.

I have been using MTNL services for many years now but haven't got any satisfactory service. I have always been observing frequent disconnection of Internet and also the net speed seems to me be very slow. The technician from Kalwa Datawadi MTNL office visited and checked the line and put 3-4 cuts to the wire and then again connected it. Later he said that the wire is damaged and will replace it in 2-3 days since the wire is not in stock. It has been now 8-10 days but no one has yet responded it back. Also registered complaint online multiple times but they close the ticket without resolution and also don't even bother to call me to check if the issues is resolved or not. Also I have called several times to the Kalwa Datawadi MTNL office but most of the time the line busy, or no one bothers pick up the line, when someone picks it I have informed the issue and they says that they will send soomeone to reslove the issue, but still no one has yet replied it back.
