On 19 June 2022 my mom got a call from.a number got a call from this number 91 [protected] on Sunday that there is KYC left on my sim card of mtnl . I said okay bcoz now my card Is of Airtel we have change the company but the number is same ..they said plzz pay rs 10 after that there will be no issue...i paid it and after 1 min from my account Rs 8000 amount have been removed ...transacted what should I do now...
After that they were not picking up my calls
I also complaint on the site where I paid the money.
But now they are asking the money transaction where they can see the money cut but I don't have issue but if the money cuts then what should I do
This is very serious issue please help it this should not happen to any other person I trusted it and now i am having a losss ...

We had applied online for new MTNL connection on 23rd November 2021 through work order number 8858 by paying the fees of Rs. 600/-. Its been 8 months since we had applied the connection and still did not received the same but received the bill of Rs. 896/- without getting connection.

We have following up to the customer care since 8 month but they always says that they don't have telephone cable therefore they can not provide us connection.

We hereby request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I recieved a fraudulent whatsapp message asking for e kyc of my number else it will be suspended/blocked within 24 hours. I immediately reported and blocked that whatsapp number. However, after that message my sim shows unregistered on network and I can't make calls or send messages.
Please help resolve this issue. Thank you.

I have surrendered the modem and given an application for disconnecting the broadband in June 2022.

Despite this, my phone bill still includes the broadband charges. It's pain to visit the office every now and then with no customer service help.

Don't know where mtnl is heading!

For the past few days subject nos, are dead and there is no response from area mtnl. Somebody has taken out the wires from the lead/junction box in the neighbouring building.this sort of irresponsuble attitude need to be properly enquired and responsibility fixed so that mtnl image is maintained.
hope that fixing of wires would be done on prioity ie.today itself. thanks.

Telephone lines and broadband services have not been working since 7th July.
Inspite of complains being registered for both lines on 7th July 6239 C A No. [protected] Mr. Bhagwan Ganglani and 6313- C. A. No. [protected] Mr. B. S. Luthra, we have sent a written complain to the Bandra Telephone Nigam, and no action has been taken to repair the lines.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest, as both the lines are being used by senior citizens who do not have any other source of communication available to them and as it is very difficult for them to use mobile phones as they are hard of hearing, only land lines are helpful for them.

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in Block -U House no. 310, mangol puri, delhi-83. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Fire threatning because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators
2. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies.
3. By this Mtnl pole anyone can get electrocuted.
4. There is no active connection on this pole.
5. The tata power supply cable touches the pole by which anyone can shocked by electric power.

Please remove the unused pole.

Dear Sir,
I am a resident at S-Block, Dharamshala wali gali, vijay Vihar' Near New Holi Public School in Uttam Nagar East West Delhi. This is to bring to your notice that there is a MTNL Pole in S-Block, Dharamshala wali gali, vijay Vihar' Near New Holi Public School in uttam nagar east.

The pole is proving to be a very negative element in the lane for the following reasons :
1. THEFT - The pole is in very close vicinity to the resident building and it makes it very easy for the thieves to climb up the pole and break in the building premises for any kind of burglary. So theft is very big danger because of the Pole.

2. SAFETY - There is a very messy cluster of wire surrounding the pole and its entire stretch. The cluster consists of electricity wires along with other cables. So there is a very bright chance of short circuit and catching of fire which can lead to big losses to the surrounding areas.

3. MOVEMENT - The Pole is a big obstruction in the movement of vehicles in the lane, bcause it stand at corner of T-point. Any kind of commercial or private vehicle is not able to move or turn out of the lane which is causing a lot of trouble and losses to the residents and shopkeepers.
So I very sincerely request you and the concerned authorities to remove the pole as soon as possible as this will bring a very big relief in a lot of aspects to all the residents of my gali.

From past 1 year I am unable to send SMS from my MTNL Sim. I cannot even PORT to a different SIM Provider as I am unable to send PORT SMS to 1900

I am unable to send port sms to 1900.
It keeps on showing message not send. Please solve this issue ASAP.

I have already surrendered my telephone to the company on 31st May 2021 and requested for the refund since then. Even after multiple follows at the offices haven't received the money yet. Also whenever we go to ask for refund they say that they don't have money to give as of now and come back later.

Telephone 27890364 dead since March 15 in spite of complaints . Inquiry through watchman of the building reveals that a bribe must be paid to the linesman before telephone connection is resumed

Amount debited 1167 from UPI id to UPI id [protected]@MTNLDelhi on 22 Jume 2022 but it is still showing pending. I need receipt asap. Transaction id- [protected]

Again and again stuck network

I have lost my sim card of my dolphin number [protected]. In Kandivali East market, Mumbai, on 19.06.2022.

We live in chitra vihar society and Our wifi has not been since the past two weeks. This happens on the regular basis our wifi stopps working each month for days and weeks and even after complaing several times no one shows up to resolve the issue they only show up after calling several times and then they ask us for money to fix it . Yet it continues to happen every month they refuse to come help and when they do they ask for money.
