I applied for shifting of my two land lines 24010809 & 24023056 vide work orders dated numbers dated 7th july 2016 i. e 160149 & 160129 respectively. on inquiry immediately thereafter, my number was punched. i donot know what that meant. after that i called up times without number to know about the status of my application but to no avail. there were excuses galore for this inordinate delay. then i was requested to give a letter that i was out of station for a month as by that time it would be done and i will have no billing also. then one day they laid the cable more than a month back which fell short for the required length. after that my innumerable call have yielded no reply and no assurance. it is now more than 4 months, i am still waiting my land lines & net connection to start working. pl get the needful done now. i have not used my land lines since four months at all. so please advice as to how the rentals and billing will done for this period.

    I have received message from the above No. 5202005 for a long on my dolphin No. [protected] and deducting Rs.5/- per month for the same.

    I do not want to have this service at all. My name is Bharat Bhushan Dawer and my mobile No. is [protected] and provide back the amount deducted on this account.

    Accordingly, it is requested to unsubscribe the same from my mobile forthwith. No service should be provided to me unless I write/request to provide the same.

      I have Dolphin mobile sim card in one of my mobiles. Whenever I call MTNL customer care number for my query they say that their system is not working (9/10 times). Then they say to call on the following numbers 26520081 / 26508886 / 26542111 but these numbers are always engaged or no one picks up the call (24x7, 365 days). Their online bill payment system is also not functioning. Hope they look into the matter soon and improve their services.

      1) MTNL Delhi — Illegal deduction of subscription charges of Rs. 2 daily from my mobile balance by mtnl services (MtnlSub2) which i was not opted.
      2) Customer Care No. 1503 don't pick phone.
      3) There is no balance information after call or sms.

        Since last few months i have been facing problem of disruption of internet so many times a day. Lately the disruption have incresed to more than 10 times a day. Whenever i lodge a complaint on 198 i get just docket number and nothing else, on paper this gets solved but not in actual practice. Getting help on 1504 broad band helpline is also same. They do nothing more than changing a few settings every time or resetting the modem.
        I am fed up with all the mental harassment i am facing due to disruption of internet services.
        I contacted mr manyar je of mtnl juhu danda exchange but didn't not get any positive response from him.
        There is noone who takes call on officer helpline 26602100 or 26612100 and calling[protected]Broadband helpline of exchange) is useless bcoz there is noone in authority who can take any decision.
        I request you to take up this matter to higher ups in mtnl to get the problem solved.

          My landline telephone & Internet is not working for the last 10 days now and i have complained so many times. Yesterday I received an SMS that it is being attended and also, the contact no. of the person to contact if the problem is not solved. But still neither the phone is working nor the contact person is picking up the phone. My connection is very old that is why i was continuing
          with it. Some time back, also, almost 4 months my phone was not working properly and after so many complaints, they did not solve it. MTNL is very good at sending the bills on time. Except that, their service is 3rd class.

            I never subscribe this option. i have been charged illegally and i am not able to unsubscribe too. i fear that next time i too charged rs.20/- again and again.

            Sir, after payment on 27/10/16 landline, broadband was not re-activated on 26113056. After make conversation on 1500 the problem was not resolved which makes me complicated to work. It should be make speedy on work to resolve such problem .

                I, Nutan Kathuria, having a MTNL No. 27297434 with Broadband plan of Rs.699/-. Our telephone no with Broadband is not working since last three or four months. You have charged internet pack with MTNL No bill in bill. You see that our internet and tel is.not working so why you charged in.coming three.or four bills.                   I have all docket number, i am complainting from august but problem still not resolved . mr mrigan came twice but not solved no speeed at all phone also not working but still we r paying bills of 4 mbps plan i have all the proofs also that we are not getting internet and speed, you can also check our history, after online complaint booking 2 hrs complaing trackers tells its resolved... whats this? thats why i am disconnecting internet and landline,

                    I am also getting the same trouble from MTNL. MTNL is charging MtnlSub2 every alternate day and Rs. 2 is being deducted. Have you got releif Mr. Rajesh. If yes let me know about it.

                    I tried talking to the customer care executive but every time its gets disconnected the moment my call is picked!
                    Plz suggest what to do!

                      With due respect I am Ashwani Kr Sinha B.E. Graduate preparing for Engineering Services that’s why opt to have a Broadband Connection. Regular checking of Government Jobs and my preparation solely depends upon Internet. But sad to say this after so much initiatives done by our honorable PM nothing much is visible specially with MTNL Broadband & Landline Voice clarity. Speed fluctuation from 100 to 0 kb/s in a second is irritating and frustrating sometimes I feel like hitting the Modem
                      In June only Dated[protected], my landline suddenly got dead complaint no. 176 which got rectified after 12 long days on 4/07/2016 my studies suffered a lot in that period ( I also have to claim the money I paid for these Faulty periods)
                      And again now after just 2 months it again broke down being completely dead (Complaint No.828 Dated 26/08/2016). So I request you PLEASE as soon as possible get my Broadband working.
                      As I am completely hopeless of MTNL now I am Going to forward this Complaint to Higher concerned Authorities anyhow.

                          My CA number is [protected] and I have subscribed to Triband post paid plan (ADSL Postpaid). My data usage limit at 4MBPS is 23552 MB.

                          For the past several weeks, my broadband usage is showing up as far more than I have actually used – in fact many multiples more. My entire limit of 23552 MB has been used up before the 12th of the month. In fact my usage history online is showing high usage for days when I was out of town (e.g. 30-Sep to 3-Oct) and the house was locked. On all other days also it is showing extremely high usage when I am sure that I have not used even a fraction of that

                          I have complained twice on the self care portal and 1504 both, but to no avail.

                            Reg the above referred complaint reg my landline which has been dead for the last 11 days, time & again i've lodged a complaint online, but of no use, as i do not get a response from the Co. till todate i.e.18 Oct. I had even called aSr. Official on Sat. 15th & informed himtoget the line started & he even assured me that it wld. be done, but all in vain. No one cares a about it, as no one must be reading our complaints, & i am really ashamed to say that this Co. is going down the drain as compared to other pvt. Cos.
                            If my line is not rectified in a day or 2, i will take up this matter with the higher authorities & may even end my customership. I am now awaiting yr response. Mr. H. P. Bilimoria

                            I am having a Dolphin sim ([protected]). Since today(19/10/2016) morning my all incoming and outgoing calls and even messages are barred from this sim. I have called up several times to customer care of MTNL (1503), but they are saying that from their side everything is OK and did not solve the problem.

                              I am the user of mtnl landline no. :[protected]Location : vikram vihar phase iv, lajpat nagar), which is dead from more than 6 months. The internet connection associated with the landline is either not working or the speed of the net is too slow.

                              I have tried complaining many times to the local lineman and even to some officials at nehru place office, but to no effect. Half of the numbers given on the website don’t work and even if a few work nobody picks up the calls. (Attached is the screenshot of one of compliants booked on to the website, which is one month old.)

                              I am regularly paying the bill for the past 6months without fail, but i fail to understand for what services i am paying, when my connection is not even working.

                                Hi, my mobile number is [protected] and am a resident in mumbai. I want to change my operator from mtnl to vodafone. For that, i am requesting upc from 7th october 2016, from about 7.15 pm. I messaged to 1900 for about 7-8 times. But, i am not receiving any message from 1901. I even tried to contact customer care of mtnl. But, they don't even have an idea of how to port a number. Can you help me out in getting the upc so that i can change my operator. Thanks

                                  I have been using the internet but due to the inappropriate speed i thought to change the internet plan so ive just apllied for the new plan which is of 999 dated3-oct-2016... Still the problem is same ive not even getting the speed that is accordingly to the plan, earlier the plan contains 512kps speed and now the new plan which ive told the mtnl personnels which contain 2mbps speed plan... Nd still it is not having dat speed... Im just recieving 100kbps or less.. So please kindly look into the matter and resolve it as earliest passible. Or im going to remove this internet...

                                    Kind attn., of cmd, directors and mtnl officials,

                                    I have an mtnl telephone connection. This was taken sometime in late 80’s when you had a monopoly that too by depositing 10000 rupees to get it on tatkal basis at that time.

                                    At present i am using it as a wifi broadband connection only. I didn’t disconnect it, not because there are not far better alternatives, but may be due to an emotional attachment to a public sector “white elephant”.

                                    However there were frequent disconnections; i made thousands of complaints; no resolution. Since there was no response for the normal complaints, i started sending it to all mtnl officials from cmd at the top to area manager – dwarka at the bottom.

                                    Be frank you, almost 50% of your mtnl top officials are computer illiterates. They don’t even know how to open and checkup their official email accounts and the emails sent to them are bouncing due to “quota over”. (Perhaps their official emails are never opened at all….)

                                    The mtnl dwarka broad band manager categorically mentioned that he will not attend my complaints at all as i am regularly highlighting unresolved grievances to all mtnl officials. Now for over a month the telephone and broadband is totally dead and the dwarka exchange mtnl is categorical…that they will not give life to this connection since i am making a regular “nuisance” by highlighting the consumer grievances regularly.

                                    What should i do now, my dear mtnl official sirs……..???

                                    Seance 2 month the lead line is not working many time's i complaint regarding this and now broadband speed is not working now i want to disconnect the mtnl broad band

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      It is irritating & disgusting that a Gvmt company like MTNL do not bother to attend the clients' complaint. "Acche Din Cub Ayenge?"
                                      Since last 6 days I am lodging complaint on my Broad Band not working & have followed regularly over phone at MTNL Kashimira customer care office. See my complaint numbers- 9247, 7149, 8257, 2351 !! What is surprising is that the docates are closed without attending/ closing the complaint!! Infact I talked with the repairer person (Aryas Yadav- Mob-[protected]) who told that complaint is attended on 28TH Oct BUT the problem still persists. He told that card has been changed, burnt cable has been relaid!! Is there anybody to look to the customers? Why the docates are closed without attending it OR not at all looked into?
                                      This is the reson why people tend to close MTNL phone & go for Reliance, TATA, Aittel etc as they look to their customers very sincerely.
                                      When government companies are going to improve?

                                        The users of this telephone No. are super senior, handicap and confined to bed. The live in B3A/303, Janakpuri. The lead wire of phone appears to have been damaged, which warrant replacement. It is not being done, despite of repeated requests. The couple are in great trouble. Please look into immediately.
