Sir,

Since last 6 days, my mobile balance is deducting rs. 2 on the illegal services which i never opted.
Last in Oct ' 16 also, it was deducted for more than 20 days.I have not opted for any VAS at any time. My phone balance is exhausteing very quickly. I am afraid some mischievious activities are done to swipe balance into illegal accounts. Rs. 2 are everytime being deducted from my mobile balance for the service which I never subscribed daily basis by sender md-upower in the name of mtnlsub2.
I have some sms received:-
Dear susbcriber, you have been charged rs.2 for mtnlsub2 subscription pack.
And hi, your subscription for mtnlsub2 has been renewed successfully.@
Please check my complaint
My mobile no.[protected] cz ret MN FE, MTNL.
Note:
Last oct'16also I made a complaint to 1503 but it has started again

In the last 3 days Rs.2 have been deducted from my balance twice under the name of "mtnlsub2" services. I never applied for the same.
I have no idea what these services are and would request you to make this stop ASAP.
I have received two kinds of msgs regarding the same :
1) Dear susbcriber, you have been charged Rs.2 for MtnlSub2 subscription pack.
2)Hi, your subscription for MtnlSub2 has been renewed Successfully.@

No action has been taken since after the registration of the complaint...
The complaint no. is 226
Then again a complaint has been registered at 15.11.16 with complaint no 449.
Again and again complaint has been registered in sarita vihar sdo of mtnl sarita vihar but no action has been taken place since then...
Request u to take action as soon as possible...

Fast few weeks I am receiving SMS form 56060302 with message as below
"Dear subscriber, you been charged Rs. 2 for MtnlSub2 subscription pack."

Like this I am receiving message every alternative day and Rs. 2 been deducted form post paid MTNL-sim phone number:[protected].

Kindly requested to help to stop it.

Dear Sir,

I have the above mentioned landline in my house at Bandra west, (near meheboob) studio and I am using this line since more than 20 years and my mode of payment for this line is ECS directly through my bank account from last almost more than 15 years, now as I am out of India my flat was rented and when I came on vaccination to India I found my land line is not working.

Please look in the matte as I need my this land line to start immediately as all my contacts and relative have my this landline number if any charges are there please deduct from same bank account from which my all bills of telephone are deducted.

I have broadband connection for last two years, with telephone number 26127834 & since last 06 days it’s completely not working.

My brother having marriage in this week & i am not able to use broadband service.

I had complained so many times, but no response received and no one from mtnl has come to check the issue.

Finally today i spoke to gm office 26554242, but they are also not able to logged the complaint as they are telling that it’s underground wire/connection fault and we are not able to tell how long it will take.

Kindly requesting you to resolve the issue today itself, else tomorrow will escalate the matter to minister of electronics and information technology

I was using an mtnl connection mainly for the broadband usage and very frustrated with the frequent disconnection & poor service support. So, i stopped using the connection (For both call/data) since oct 16. After one month i received the account has been deactivated because of the non-payment. But still mtnl is sending me the bill every month. Now, i don't understand, if the account is deactivated, why the system is generating the bill every month?

Mahanagar telephone nigam [mtnl] — surrender of broadband connection[protected]

Dear sir/madam

I have been using mtnl broad band connection since last two to three years, but now my telephone with broadband connection not working since last six to seven months. You charged bill in every month but i can not pay yur bill. When i can not used your telephone with broadband connection so why i pay your bill. I complaint two or three times but no engineer is coming. Now i want to discontinue the telephone with broadband connection. As i am paying for nothing
So i request you to surrender my telephone with broad band connection[protected] asap.

I have been using MTNL broad band connection since last 3- 4 months, but its been my worst and painful decision to go with MTNL. As i am paying for nothing every month. more than half of every month may just complaining and waiting engineer to come and rectify the problem. But it didnt happen.

My landline connection ( tel no[protected] along with broadband service is out of order for more than a month. an ooficial complaint has been raised on the MTNL complaint cell, Inspite of this MTNL is gnerating bills every month . when visited the local MTNl office, I am informed to pay the bill first and then apply for refund. Can't MTNL just inform the billing department and not generate the bill. what kind of pathetic service is MTNL offering by not proving the service and making the consumer run from pillar to post for MTNL's inefficiency.

Someone broke our main wire of landline connection or net connection! I am facing this problem since last one week. After so many complaints no one has came! My landline number is[protected]. Please help

Every month (Since august 2016) i am receiving a sms from mtnl on my dolphin connection that : dear customer ur bollywood model wallpaper service renewed successfully and ur charged rs.10 valid for 30 days. To unsubscribe hit :

I have never subscribe this option. I have been charged illegally 2-3 times and i am not able to unsubscribe too. I fear that next time too i will be charged.

Further, when i tried to open the above mentioned link for unsubscribe, either this link is not open on mobile or i do not find how to unsubscribe.

I should not be charged next time besides please reverse previous 2-3 unauthorized deductions.

In addition, mtnl customer care no. 1503 is worst. Either they didn't pick up or they never give proper response / generate complaint number.

First of all I I never subscribed this option, yet I have been charged illegally so many times and I am unable to unsubscribe too. Why you people are running this scam?

Would please unsubscribe it for me for once and all and kindly let me know through SMS.

Since I was preoccupied with lot of work I didnt pursue this matter, but now If the issue is not addressed immediately I am afraid I will have to move the Consumer Court for the same and Expose this parasitical scam.

ur hollywood and model wallpaper services will be renewed and ur account will be charged rs.5 valid for 7 days

i never ever subscribed these hollywood wallpapers and rs.5 are deducting every week from my pre-paid balance
how to unsubscribe it ?

I had lodged a complaint, through their automated phone service, regarding non functioning of our landline on Monday, 28th November 2016.

After many reminders, finally an MTNL employee can home to check the phone.

I would like to place on record that the very poor behavior of the employee. My wife was alone at home and apparently he took advantage of the same and was behaving very rudely with her, which is most unbecoming of a government employee.

I can provide an authorised representative the details of complaint and I would like somebody to investigate the same immediately to ensure that the person who visited our office is immediate bought to books.

Looking forward to urgent redressal of my complaint.

Mobile no. [protected]. I applied for portability from dolphin to vodafone, which was done on 12/09/2016.
I received recovery notice of previous pending bill Rs133/- for period 29/01/2005 to 19/07/2016.
I was prepaid customer of MTNL dolphin from July 2009 till August 2016 during which period MTNL never asked me of the said recovery. MTNL has not issued me the bill along with call logs to verify for the period they for which the recovery is claimed.
I paid the bill amount on 24/11/2016 by which time my mobile service was discontinued.I feel MTNL sent me the recovery notice as harassment for applying for portability.

After installation my landline telephone with broadband one and a half year back but as on today landline is not getting started it start one to two days and then get disconnected

Mr Jadhav talk very RUDELY to a lady this is our government suytem worst

I have a telephone connection with broad band of mtnl tel no, 27570932.
The wifi is not working even before diwali. On my complaints only once a line man who is not conversant with the computer or caliberation of the computer with the router was sent. He was not able to fix the problem. Since than i am getting phone calls at least thrice a day asking whether my broad band is working. But no efforts are being done to fix the problem. For this i have submitted the complaint four days back also. Also i contacted the agm badli also but totally in vain. It seems that the department is not concerned with the problems of the consumers at all.
