My internet is been not working properly for 2 months now
. I have complaint registered almost daily.

I daily receive a call from the exchage to check of internet ios working or not
but its not and they always have same answer they will get back.

I have contacted to customer care and the higher authority people also but no proper response . But yes bill is on time but not the internet and i have tied to conatct sdm for burarri area with contact no [protected] but its is switch off or no one will answer the phone.

i have been complaining and i m really tired. The mtnl people always say that we'll send a guy to check your modem but till date i have never seen this happening where should i go, i was not getting at all service

my telephone number is 24184074 and landline service is provided by MTNL which almost in every month have in dead state for 2 week or more. when ever line is dead we have to go at MTNL office to complain the same because in costumer help line number is always busy aur no one respond for other end.I have already complain the same for MTNL apps and docket number is 2233 which show the status cable under breakdown.

please take an action to resolve this type of regular problem which we face form MTNL

I have changed plan on before due date on call executive says your bill plan has been change after midnight. as i used but nothing had changed in plan and as bill comes too heaver amount. the reason is wrong information provided by the customer care executive. what could i do, please take action against this case and resove it soon...

My Name Is Hemant Kawadgiri, I have been using MTNL land land connection[protected] since 1993. On 21/04/2016, I applied for 2 mbps combo plan, the representative stated that they will make a connection within 48 hours, however so far no representative came to my house for connection process. After long follow up went I went there myself for configuration, Mr. S. D Yadav unable to configured my modern device, he was keep on insisting me to take MTNL device. Today I tried to do it myself in my home with Labtop, it get connected, however connection status showing as “Limited”. I called to Mr. S. D Yadav, he stated that the responsible person when to village and no one is there who could come to my house. I insist him to come, however he refused to do so. He am very frustrated now with such kind of poor service. They only send wire man who does not have any idea about configuration process.
If they don’t want to do installation process, then why MTNL is charging 300 rupee installation charge?
Please answer me. I am struggling to active my combo plan even after repetitive follow up. Please help

My internet is been not working properly for a year now. I have complaint registered also, one of the mtnl complaint id or the token number is 2889. I have contacted to customer care and the higher authority people also but no proper response . But yes bill is on time but no the internet and i always get dns error always and they just give me some dns number and it works for 3 days thats it, i have been complaining and i m really tired. The mtnl people always say that we'll send a guy to check your modem but till date i have never seen this happening where should i go, i was not getting at all so i thought to complaint here i hope you would consider this as soon as possible or else i'll consider that indian government work is as slow and the mtnl and sbi bank where the consumer is not satisfied at all and this website is same as mtnl and sbi.

Myself, Anit Chandra, Thane ghodbunder road, has been using MTNL Broadband Service since a long time. I am really unsatisfied by the MTNL service as my broadband connection is down since last 14 days.
Regular complaints have been given verbally over the phone. I even visited office 4 times. Swaminathan, and all senior staff their are useless, and they even dont know how to talk with customer. they said they have so many customers to address. we will not fix it in time. they misbehaved. But the delayed disconnection is causing me alot of trouble for us.

Myself, Hemant Savla, a businessman in Santacruz West, Mumbai has been using MTNL Broadband Service since a long time. I am really unsatisfied by the MTNL service as my broadband connection frequently gets disconnected. The DSL light goes every 15 min.

Only assurance and complaint numbers are given each time but no fruitful action has been taken from the respective authorities.All the time they have been giving phone numbers of some authority who never pick up the phone As a businessman we need internet. But the frequent disconnection is causing us alot of trouble for us.
I am a loyal costumer paying all the bills on time but I haven’t got yet the worth service in return. Our broadband connection gets disconnected every 15min. Still there is no concession given on the bill.
I request you to take necessary actions else I ll have to switch to a private cable internet provider

Tel no. 24440555 is being shown as regd.At our address plot no.16, reti bunder, mahim mumbai 400016.But it does not exist at this address.It is working at some other address with connivance of area manager shivaji park tel. Exchange and/or linesmen.It is a planned conspiracy by area manager and subscriber latif khan, a known goonda of mahim, to usurp our property, and involve us in some anti national activity falsely.Our address has been added without kyc.Please take urgent action against persons involved in this fraud, and give us reply in writing or email about steps taken to bring culprits to book.My no.[protected].The goonda latif khan is trying to break into my shop and commit robbery and trespass.Fir no.386/2015 and n.C.Nosd.2236.2466.2772 of 2015 and n.C.No.701/2016 has been lodged at mahim police stn.Against him.

Since last one months i.E. 10/03/2016 my lane-line is dead. I was lodge two times complain through 198 but the message i got is your complain is your complain has been attended. The above two complain no is 82 and 1204 dated 16/03/2016 and 17/03/2016 respectively. Now my third complain no-564 dated 21/03/2016 is pending to be resolve. I have already called and sent mail to many concerned official of mtnl many times but no response received from any one. Even senior official of the company has never given reply on my mail. So, i would like to bring to kind notice to the official of mtnl through this forum that my mtnl phone no[protected] is dead since more than 30 days.

MY phone no. is 27783010.I have a night plan i.e. during day i should got 60 kbps speed and while at night speed should be around 200kbps. The problem is since day one my modem Adsl power is unstable it took them 6 months to resolve that problem after that somehow it get pretty stable that means now it gets unstable every half an hour or an hour. Not only this after 5:30pm speed is gone totally till 10:00pm. It is very annoying because download often gets failed due to these frequent disconnection.It is almost a year and not even a single month goes when i do not enter a complaint.
It is my request to please solve my problem permanently. Or else i will not hesitate to go to consumer court.

We are faco automation, a2, ramp, ghatkopar industrial estate, ghatkopar west, off lbs marg, mumbai 400086. We are a small scale industry and sustaining in business by means of technology developments extensively for engineering industry.

I subscribed for a phone number from mtnl mumbai vikhroli branch (Land line number +[protected] for my company faco automation ( www.facoautomation.com and www.youtube.com/c/facoautomation ) with hard earned money from my company. This number is subscribed and connected to us since year 2010.

We have been using this number extensively for our business and expanding our business through marketing by providing this landline number to our potential customer. We got our business expanded day by day and the phone number widely used by our customers or potential clients through internet search engines. If searched through google search engine for “faco automation” we may get more than 10000 pages at any point of time and those pages having our contact details as mainly phone number as mainly +[protected].

We have no alternative phone number to use in our business for calls and for fax messages. Even this number has been used by our international clientele.

We are recently associated with a foreign company from korea for marketing their product all over india as a sales agent cum technical consultant in order to earn foreign revenue to indian sub-continent to the extent possible. This phone number has been printed in our visiting cards since 2010 and even on recent association like this korean company visiting cards and catalogues.

We have been circulating this phone numbers to various agencies like

3) suppliers
4) subcontracting companies
5) customers
6) clients
7) legal department / government department/ foreign publishers / indian publishers
8) in our advertisements

Now this phone number has been issued to some other company without any consent from our company “faco automation “

We could not pay 2-3 months’ due bills of mtnl just because the illness (Heart issues) of the owner mr. Rajkumar naidu (Ceo and founder of the company since 1998) and due to poor financial status due to above reasons.

Now this phone number has been given to an another company called, m/s canzia, shreeyas theatre near, ghatkopar west, mumbai. Owned by sawant website address www.canzia.com mobile number +91- (Ask me by mail) land line number same as complained number.

Please resolve this issue and get my number back to my company. We can pay the dues to mtnl in exchange of this service. Let mtnl reconnect our number at their cost and consequences.

Today i made payment of mtnl bill for rs. 721/- for ca no.[protected] bill no.[protected]. Kindly confirm whether the bill has been paid . The amount has been debited to my account but bill did not generate. Please confirm whether payment has been done and receipt should be generated.

Last two months my lane-line & internet is not working. I was completed many times regarding this, but still no progress on this. I got the msg from mtnl it says "dear customer, you tel no.T28523191 with complaint no.955 dt 12-mar-2016 has been made over to : shri rama nand and his contact no is : [protected] and sdo mobile no. Is [protected]." i was called him many times but every time he says "it will not solve anymore disconnect your mtnl connection."

Dear sir/madam, I want to disconnect my landline as well as broadband connection as the main purpose of the connection is the broadband service but since I have shifted here in Palam from south extension part 2 in September 2015 the internet service has not been working even for ten minutes. [protected] has been fraudulently transferred to my address at plot no. 16, reti bunder mahim, without any kyc.
The phone doesnt exist at this address.. The person latif khan is a cheater and trying to break into my shop using the mtnl bill. Mtnl officers of shivaji park exchange visited premises and confirmed telephone doesnt exist here. But no further action taken or any reply made to me. The persons responsible for this should be immediately arrested. Rti reply sought has also not been provided till 42 days now
I want prompt reply from mtnl, as to where is this no. Now, and address regd.

I own a number from mtnl for more than 3 years and for the last 2 years me and my family members are facing an issue for using internet. Each month the bb services are down for almost 16 days. We never delayed for paying our monthly rental. If calculated in the last 2 years i had paid more than 19000/- where in i have been able to use internet for 365 days because out of 30 days the internet works for 13-14 days. Please look into the matter on the priority and request you provide best possible solution

We are complaining for above mentioned subject since last 3 months. Our telephone number is :[protected] complaint no is :- 965 dt - 01/04/2016 where we have received number of mr.Virender singh i.E. [protected] but this number is no reply we tried 100 times.
Kindly look in the matter urgently as this phone is very important for us and our connection is 30 years old. Hope to get reply at earliest.

I used the mtnl etop service to recharge data plan, i recieved the confirmation message but haven't yet received the internet balance.
Secondly, they started a service of which sends some tips without me opting it.
Its charging me ₹10/2 days. The customer care representative does not respond accordingly, she kep me on hold for a long time and i could hear her gossiping with colleagues. I have recorded the call too.
