I have applied for Broadband and Telephone new connection online for 5 times than i got call from local official and he collected my documents and told me, connection will be install within 2-3days and gave his number also. It's been more than 10days no call no message and when i called him, he didn't receive my call. I made him call around 100 times but no response. His number is [protected] NFC, New delhi branch.

    People from MTNL Have Visited Us And Informed That Box Is Completely Damaged and Needs Replacement...After Multiple Callings Also No response From There And Internet Is Not At All Working Resulting In Recharges Of Tata Docomo

    We Are Ready To Pay All Charges Including Wire And Installation But Please get It Done As Its Causing Inconvenience To Us Heavily

    There Are 5 Connections Here All Having Same Issue
    Please Get It Done And Take The Connection Back Stop mental Harassment

      I have paid Rs 1176 twice on 27October 2015 through inadvertence while paying on line the monthly bill dated 10/10/2015 for Rs.1176 I have duly informed MTNL Borivali West and MTNL Dahisar Chek Naka Bu t I have not received the refund of the excess payment till date even after a delay of about three months I have to request you to look into the matter and arrange for the refund of Rs 1176 without any further delay

        Sir, On ph. No. 29545598 broadband is not working for almost 3 Months i.e.since Nov.2015 except for 3-4 days when internet worked .Regularely complaints are being registered to this effect with the MTNL via Internet. Through landline, 1504 etc. and personally visiting local visiting MTNL office at Khirki-Extn. and contected SDO sh.Meena ji.Gupta ji and DTE at Hauzkhas exchange but to no avail. Although linemen were coming to see the problem regularely but on each visit their openion was that WiFi MODAM is defective and requires replacement and with assurance that they will come soon with new MODAM but they never turned up again with replacement.Their pprecord diary will also show this. The same type of complaint was also lodged with the hon'ble Min. and mtnl chairman after which mtnl comes into action. I request-1. Pl refund me the amount of Broad Band for the period for which the internet/ Broadband was not functional . 2. Imediately do the needful to make functional Broadband on regular basis and unintrepted. 3. Take suitable action against erring MTNL officers. Sir the above phone connection is more than 25 years with us and sincerely I want to retain this in future too. But if MTNL does not listen to my grievence I would be compell to disconnect this.           Sir it's been 15 days since i am not getting internet services and landline too is not working . it happens periodically after 1-2 months . i had been complaining for it for many times but no one comes to repair it and if someone comes then after 1-2 days it again becomes faulty . so sir please sort out this issue.

            I am a user of MTNL BROADBAND user since almost 13 years. My current broadband plan is 999 with 1 mbps unlimited speed. Until recently since last 3 months we have started facing speed problems. Written complaints or online complaints to concerned authorities done many times but condition of speed still the same.

            Most of the revenue comes from Walled City area as there is wholesale business here but due to poor service many users are opting for DEN or Airtel. Underground cables which are so old since the Tees Hazari Exchange came into being have been laid instead fibre cables should be laid which is not being done. No proper intimation to Ministry by the MTNL authority regd. exchange problems.Lack of revenue and no proper resources nor any planning of new exchange which is to be built at Gandhi Maidan opp. Old Delhi railway station. Why Central govt. can not include MTNL in the Make in India campaign? What is the reason for it going backwards? MTNL was the one that launched broadband in Delhi and what is the reason that other companies have taken over and moved ahead than MTNL. Either the MTNL officials, engineers, technicians are not capable enough so it should be privatised.Tel[protected].

              Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding the my MTNL broadband and landline (No :[protected] are out of order since 29th Dec 2015, no response from MTNL despite repeated complaints. I had visited nearby Dwarka Telephone exchange several times as well as sent mails to Dwarka Authority and MTNL GM(west), but no action has been taken till date. Also they not gave the reason as well the timeline to restore my dead phone. Request to please have a look & restore my phone services ASAP. Thanks & Regards, Jwala Prasad.

                Since last few months I am facing serious network problem in Shahdara area in East Delhi, mostly times there is no network and phone is working emergency call mode, some times little to full network is there but unable to make or receive calls. When some one try to call me he get massage "the number you have dialed is out of coverage area".

                  MTNL broadband and landline are out of order for over a month now, and no response from MTNL despite repeated complaints. This is pure harassment. They have generated the bill for the month seeking full payment.

                    Dear Sir, Please help me discontinue receiving subject matter above. I am receiving daily everyday on my mobile No. [protected] unsolicited commercial communication from the following numbers: MM-655365 MM-650500 MM-656799 MM-655315 MM-652020 MM-651503 DM-620406 MM-656789 MM-651505 MM-612345 for the past 4 months. I have made several dozens of requests to MTNL on 1909 START 0 also on 1503 and also thru mob.No. [protected] and also DND requesting to stop sending this Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC). But this has tremendously increased. Please check my mobile No.[protected] for the messages I have received. Please instruct MTNL to block / stop sending unsolicited messages (UCC). I have been requesting you to stop sending these messages yet you continue to do so. I request TRAI to help me in this matter. Thank you. Joseph Lewis.

                      Dear Sir, This is from so many i have already done lots of complaints in the mtnl for a network problem in my broad band connection but no action has been taken inspite of many complaints the technician comes at our place and says it will be done but the problem never gets solved its the worstest network i am getting in my broadband connection and no action has been taken from the concern department, this is just to make awake that they should take some strict action orlese i will remove my connection and switch to other private connection.                         My prepaid mtnl number is [protected] . This is the number written on the back of my sim card[protected] . My phone asks for a PUK code t unlock my sim. I am unable to contact customer service because my sim is blocked and nobody else uses bsnl or mtnl in this area. Kindly mail the PUK code to me on my email id khareakshara [protected]@gmail.com . The sim card is registered in the name of Ambuj Khare . The last recharge done on this number was for Rs.200. Kindly help me get my PUK code asap.

                          Dear sir, i want to bring in to your knowledge that i was postpaid customer of mtnl broadband .I have requested the company through written request to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid on dated 01/08/2015.But despite of so many reminder(1 or 2 phone call daily) and at least 15 personal visit to mtnl office at easter court new delhi in the room no.107, company has not fulfilled my request .Company done it after 15 nov.15.But in this period of 3 and half month company has stopped all my services including post paid services but surprisingly i was receiving bills without getting any desired services.The detail of bill paid is as follow- 1. Telephone no.23343858. Consumer no. [protected]. Bill no.[protected]. Bill date -08/09/2015. Amount paid-1025. 2. Telephone no.23343858. Consumer no. [protected]. Bill no.[protected] bill date-29/10/15. Amount paid-1025 . Then i stopped the payment of nov .15 and dec.15. When company convert my no.To prepaid in the month of nov.15 i recharged as per plan and i got the services .But when i again recharged on 17/12/15, surprisingly company stopped my all my services from 22/12/15 to till date. Again i gave written complaint in the name of agmc 1, eastern court, new delhi, 110001, on dated 29/12/2015 to restart my services as per my plan for which i have paid and to adjust all my paid and unpaid bill which i have received in the period of aug.15 to dec, 15 with out getting any services . Sir, i am feeling very harassed and also very inconvenience with out the internet services as my child has to complete no .Of works on internet which they are not able to do now.Kindly do the needful.

                            I had recharged my mobile of Rs100, After using few days balance left was around 60+rs but other day balance was 20 and now it is 4. I had called customer case but they are saying please call later as there system is not updated yet. I tried that too but no help. So please help me getting my balance back.

                                Dear Indian consumer complaints forum, I want to say that, My name is Mukesh Kumar, Phone number is[protected], I applied mtnl connection in jun 2015, i have been pay of my bill time to time according to got message on registered mobile number [protected], but since beginning to start my number i was not received bills, and with mtnl services not get properly time to time, but all the same i had been paying bills amount, i had enough time complaint to some officers, whom are contact number available on net but they don't take action on my complaint, the costumer care mind divert during talking in serious matter and suddenly drop the call receiver, All of the staff Doodle even if i hopping to them, then there will be one year to visit for checking my instrument, MTNL is the great organization i hope that you understand my problem and u'll try to shout out this problem, kindly please issue my all old bill against my number, and solve my connection problem regard mukesh kumar [protected]

                                  We have MTNL landline number of 26604748, which bill always paid before due date. This is to inform you that we raise the complaint that our Bill dated 01.10.15, Bill Amt- 1063.00, paid in MTNL Jogeshwari branch on 23.09.15. and received MTNL stamp of payment received. But because of your bad system updation every Month our MTNL line get disconnected, for this regard we spoken to your MTNL accounts department they said we need to submit MTNL Bill paid receipt copy and the system will update the same. We sent our person to submit the MTNL bill paid copy to MTNL khan office to update in the system and also spoken to Mr. Kale for the same. This is very ridiculous that still in December month MTNL line is disconnected and every time we have to call MTNL & start the same. The MTNL people don't have curtsey to update the system and MTNL customer suffer because unsystematic work of MTNL officers. as MTNL disconnected the line again Today on 24/12/2015, and today MTNL is close hence we can't contact or complaint. Even MTNLdon't inform the customer before disconnecting. This is very unprofessional way of working of MTNL, i have no words further, worse service. Regards, Kashmira [protected]

                                    Reg:- Tel no[protected], Tarrif Plan DSL-249 COMBO from MTNL Mumbai, have tariff plan of DSL-249 (telephone + Internet), would average get monthly bill of Rs 350 per month since more than two years now. For Nov 2015 have received monthly bill of Rs 10, 429/-. MTNL have charged more than whole year cost in my one month bill alone. Can you take some action against MTNL for this or ask them to reverse the charges. This is mental harassment. [protected]
