Mtnl internet broadband quality and service is pathetic. My wifi router indicates net connection established (all necessary lights blinking) but there is no internet access. Upon lodging a complaint in mtnl, there service men came home to check the fault but had absolute zero technical know how. Upon multiple complaint calls, mtnl failed to resolve the issue both telephonically and during visits. Also, their helpline personnels are rude and dont have service ettiqutes. Mtnl is least bothered about the complaints lodged. Its almost 10 days since we are facing this issue and there is no proper service as yet.
Earlier we had a normal broadband plan and later we upgraded it to a better and faster plan by paying extra. However, there is no improvment in the internet quality. This issue occurs very frequently and now we are tired of complaining. Also, the net speed is far slower than what it should have been.

    Serious issues with my MTNL Dolphin delhi Prepaid network My phone shows only 2-3 towers at home and sometimes no towers This making keeps disconnecting my calls, Even outside home call drops problem continuously. It has become rather annoying, I have two vodaphone connections, they seem to be working alright, but my network always keeps disconnecting. it is so frustrating...

    At both areas i got weak and poor signals .Please do the needful. I even call to customer care 1503 but they only hold the line for long period and cut the call.
    Please its a request do something. It happens from 2years since i got the new connection

      We complaint about this thousand of times but no officer gona check & some officer on not gonna file complaint on this number[protected] from last 4 months we not getting any service from mtnl hardly it works 1 or 2 days you can check usage also coplaint also officer not register our complaint in mtnl but they said that our complaint has been registered.
      please check as soon as possible i dont wan to waste my money with this brand.

        I stay at Kendriya Vihar, Sector 56, Gurgaon, 122011. I have MTNL Dolphin connection (post paid) for mobile phone. Most of the time the connectivity is poor. Signal strength is low and sometimes NO SIGNAL. Call drop is also frequent.

              This complaint is regarding MTNL badli or (everybranch) am tired of Calling general manager(GM) SD and 1504 badli mtnl but they either dont answer the call or sometimes their assistance answers the call and try to help me, so here is the problem, i have been tried to contact them more than billion times to get my issue resolved as my connection is getting limited again and again, there is no internet light coming up on my modem, apart from that my landline is having disturbance while talking to 1504, i dont really make calls to any one with landline but it gets so frustrated with the disturbance even with the 1504, i am tired of contacting MR yadav who is SD, i really dont know how they work, thousands of complaint, Mr. yadav so called SD at badli mtnl says that i was on vacation, and he barely knows anything about IT i am not sure how the hell he got hired in MTNL and, so he doesnt answer the call anymore, when we just talk about 1504, there are thousand of illitrates you will find, i would say that if anyone wants to see how illitrate some people are call 1504 from their MTNL landline, they are asking me to ping some IP address, which i have already done so many times, they are asking me to restart the computer (LOL) what it has to do with the computer when there is no internet light on it, sometimes there is a guy says i will register your complaint and it will be fixed soon! and i personally never saw in reality when my issue has been fixed, so they keep on registering complaints for no reason, lets come back to General manager, wow i would say what kind of job MTNL BADLI's general manager have, he is not at office everytime i call, he is always in meeting, and when someone answers once luckily may be after 1000 times then its his assistance, she just cant even tell me her name that whome i am talking to, she says it has nothing to do with me its all about issue which will get resolved in 24 hrs, now that 24 hrs turned in 72 hours and issue has not been resolved but it is worse my landline is dumb peiice of **** now, it is dead like a toy without battery in it and that piece of white color modem has nothing but a power light and wifi, now i am on my hotspot in order to write complaint, but yes i would say one thing i will keepon posting new complaints and negative feedback about mtnl if this issue is not resolved in 24hrs, i am paying 1800 fun coupons(yes indian rupees) for the service per month but what i am getting is 10 minutes of slow internet in 24hrs, its not about money its about deal, i am paying you i need my service, if thisis how you work you should be changing your plan policies to one day no internet = no pay for that day so if someone have a plan of 1800rs then if there is no internet for 10 days then 60 a day makes it 600 for 10 days and then youshould be accepting this amount of 1200 fun coupons from customer, that policy suits you much better MTNL, i was not sure mtnl is so useless, they only know about ripping of customer thats the only thing the care about billiuons of calls to them thousands fo complaint, getting worst and worst, i would rather like to sue them for this thing !

                  Since three days my 3G internet connection is running on 2G network. I have registered a complain with the company. But there isn't any response about when the issue will get resolve. My mobile number is [protected] and it is a postpaid connection. I stay in santacruz west Railway colony. Please resolve this problem as early as possible.

                      My telephone is out of order since 8th Fen 2016 and broadband connection for the same is also down. i am in the business of online trade and can not perform my regular work due to same. i regularly face the problem and every week i have to call the exchange. The attitude of the staff including GM, DGM and the call centre is very indifferent. Many time they avoid calls and direct me to various phone nos., many of which are not in service of dead.
                      I shall be highly obliged if you help me in the matter.

                        My Phone has been dead, when you call from out side the callers gets the ring as if its ringing but infact the phone is dead so there may be some fault with wiring. For last 15 days, I have complaint 3 times, surprisingly no one attend the complaint but the very fact that my next complaint is taken with a new docket number means the earlier complaint is "termed" as complied/attended/resolved etc. But till date NO ONE HAS BOTHERED to attend, my three docket numbers ...9968 ( date I did not preserve thinking it will be attended promptly ) ; 225 of 06/02/16 & 1867 of 10/02/16. ...Hope this will be solved now.

                          I am using MTNL Landline telephone from since 3 year approx. in my
                          office GEETA FOREX PVT LTD located in hno 190 hauz rani malviya nagar
                          opposite max hospital saket. Since 2 months i am continuously
                          complaining for my landline telephone instrument fault bearing
                          telephone number 26673712 but till now no action is been taken. One
                          time the service man has also came but he didn't took any step to
                          rectify it and instead asked us to go to the main office to change it as it is not his responsibility..
                          As i know that he is only responsible for getting the instrument change but
                          he is now not even turning up to our call to address complain.
                          Moreover nobody from customer care support are helping us for the
                          fault.I had complained earlier 20 30 times but nothing happen after
                          that.I want to know whether my complain will be addressed or not . I am regularly paying full bill amount and service tax so i think i should get full service. but i am NOT . How
                          much time i have to wait for it 20 to 30 years for it ? . My whole work is
                          suffering because of the fault, most of my important calls are missed
                          as i am unable to attend it.

                            I wish to change my existing broadband plan to tricaul data 599 unlimited combo plan with speed of 1 mbps. The application was submitted to MTNL office gopinath Bazar Delhi Cantt more than a week ago. But no action has been taken saying that the concerned person is on leave and the date of return is not known. On speaking to the customer care centre, they were extremely rude and denied such a plan exists. The same plan was also installed at my office last month. If the MTNL staff is inefficient and not sincere in their work, the customer should not suffer financial losses. Appropriate action needs to be taken against the persons responsible.

                              I had taken my new mtnl connection in July. first issue was the voice quality and auto call disconnection. As per the line men there is a issue in mtnl duct and which cannot be repaired. my broad was working well till 17 dec 2015. i upgraded my broadband plan from 2mbps to 4mbps and then the actual problem started. the connection became unstable. it will connect for 2 mins and then you will wait for connection for hours but it wont connect again.
                              when i made complaint of this i got this answer " our Mux doesn't support 4mbps. please downgrade it to 2mbps" which took a month. even after downgrade i am facing same issue. as per line men there is a cable fault in mtnl mux and because of this everyone is suffering. but MTNL authority is not ready to do anything on this.
                              can we get help from you here?

                                Sir,
                                I am a dolphin delhi prepaid user.
                                I had recharged on 30/1/16 at around 9:30 with 40MB and then at 10:21 with 250 MB, but at 11:16am Rs. 35 was deducted inspite of available data balance of more than 200MB.
                                I contacted our customer support and they confirmed about the wrong balance deduction, also asked to mail this to ur [protected]@bol.net.in which is awful as every mail is returned by bol.net with "client over auota"
                                in order to get refund.

                                Also this problem occurs every time one data pack ends, even if I have recharged with a new pack in advance the amount starts deducting from call balance, I have to disconnect and the reconnect the 3G net to avail the pack.. This is really a big problem with ur server. I need my refund and also u solve this problem in ur server.

                                Kindly look into the matter and refund the money,

                                  I am a landline user of mtnl, my no. is 22479126 CA no. is [protected]. I have done double payment for my bill no. [protected] of Rs. 737 of December month, throungh online payment they accepted both amount in favour of the same bill. Please refund my amount of online transaction to my Debit card . Payment done on 29th January 2016.

                                    This is in regarding that on 27th Jan 2016, i paid my MTNL bill from Mobikwik amounted RS 964. Bill due date is 29th Jan 2016, & till date on MTNL site it is not reflecting. I have lodged a complaint to mobikwik also as per them they have initiated the same and they want me to check with my operator (MTNL).

                                    I also sent two mails to MTNL ([protected]@bol.net.in) but there is no revert from there side.

                                    I am feeling handicap because i don't know what to do now as due date is gone, till date on MTNL site the same bill is showing under unpaid bills.

                                    Now i want answer from both Mobikwik & MTNL on below mentioned points :

                                    who is now liable for surcharge,
                                    when i am able to see my bill under paid bills

                                    I am following up with mobikwik team on 27th Jan'16 onwards...& till date there is no solution of my problem...Yesterday I raised a ticket for the above mentioned questions to them but there is no response from them.

                                      I have applied for Broadband and Telephone new connection online for 5 times than i got call from local official and he collected my documents and told me, connection will be install within 2-3days and gave his number also. It's been more than 10days no call no message and when i called him, he didn't receive my call. I made him call around 100 times but no response. His number is [protected] NFC, New delhi branch.
