MTNL doesn't care about customer (they only think about ripping off)

This complaint is regarding MTNL badli or (everybranch) am tired of Calling general manager(GM) SD and 1504 badli mtnl but they either dont answer the call or sometimes their assistance answers the call and try to help me, so here is the problem, i have been tried to contact them more than billion times to get my issue resolved as my connection is getting limited again and again, there is no internet light coming up on my modem, apart from that my landline is having disturbance while talking to 1504, i dont really make calls to any one with landline but it gets so frustrated with the disturbance even with the 1504, i am tired of contacting MR yadav who is SD, i really dont know how they work, thousands of complaint, Mr. yadav so called SD at badli mtnl says that i was on vacation, and he barely knows anything about IT i am not sure how the hell he got hired in MTNL and, so he doesnt answer the call anymore, when we just talk about 1504, there are thousand of illitrates you will find, i would say that if anyone wants to see how illitrate some people are call 1504 from their MTNL landline, they are asking me to ping some IP address, which i have already done so many times, they are asking me to restart the computer (LOL) what it has to do with the computer when there is no internet light on it, sometimes there is a guy says i will register your complaint and it will be fixed soon! and i personally never saw in reality when my issue has been fixed, so they keep on registering complaints for no reason, lets come back to General manager, wow i would say what kind of job MTNL BADLI's general manager have, he is not at office everytime i call, he is always in meeting, and when someone answers once luckily may be after 1000 times then its his assistance, she just cant even tell me her name that whome i am talking to, she says it has nothing to do with me its all about issue which will get resolved in 24 hrs, now that 24 hrs turned in 72 hours and issue has not been resolved but it is worse my landline is dumb peiice of **** now, it is dead like a toy without battery in it and that piece of white color modem has nothing but a power light and wifi, now i am on my hotspot in order to write complaint, but yes i would say one thing i will keepon posting new complaints and negative feedback about mtnl if this issue is not resolved in 24hrs, i am paying 1800 fun coupons(yes indian rupees) for the service per month but what i am getting is 10 minutes of slow internet in 24hrs, its not about money its about deal, i am paying you i need my service, if thisis how you work you should be changing your plan policies to one day no internet = no pay for that day so if someone have a plan of 1800rs then if there is no internet for 10 days then 60 a day makes it 600 for 10 days and then youshould be accepting this amount of 1200 fun coupons from customer, that policy suits you much better MTNL, i was not sure mtnl is so useless, they only know about ripping of customer thats the only thing the care about billiuons of calls to them thousands fo complaint, getting worst and worst, i would rather like to sue them for this thing !

i can request you one more time that fix this and fix this else my next step would be disastrous for your company i will take legal actions !
