Come yourself dry with MTNL broadband service that has zero internet speeds. However, you are supposed to pay up at 100Gbps speed.

Readers are advised to stay away from this Government chutiyas who will never understand what customer care and customer service is.

      Wrong Billing by MTNL. C.A No.[protected] I am unnecessarily facing inconvenience and hardship due to negligence of some MTNL man. I had to waste two hours at the MTNL Telephone Exchange without any resolution of my grievance. Will MTNL compensate me for this loss and deficiency in service? I booked a new MTNL broadband connection online. I received my first bill on 17th October 2015. The bill is full of discrepancies. 1) I have my own iBall Baton 150M Wireless-N ADSL2+Router (Model: iB-WRA150N ver:2.0, Serial No. 20142IB12138 purchased for Rs 2000/- on 14th September 2012) Why am I being levied INITIAL UPFRONT CHARGES- DR of Rs 600/-? Similarly MONTHLY CPE CHARGES should be NIL. 2) I had an MTNL connection at the same address and premises in the name of my brother. It was surrendered in June 2015. When there was an existing concealed telephone wiring in good condition available from the junction box till the terminal ends inside the premises, why is your system showing that a new wiring was provided by the Department. This is false and wrong. 3) When the instrument was installed on 26th September 2015, how can MTNL bill me BROADBAND SERVICE CHARGES from 24th September 2015? This is wrong. Please rectify the above mistakes and present me with a correct bill with correct taxes, service charges, surcharge on my email address in the next seven days. Failure to do so will constrain me not to make bill payment or remit any penalties because it is the fault of MTNL and not mine. I will have to forego MTNL and patronise a private service-provider if MTNL fails or neglects to resolve my grievance.
      Dear sir,

      1. I have paid Rs 1162 online for this bill (PH: 27702733 CA: [protected]) to Billdesk PG from MTNL getaway at 1352 hrs on 11 March 2016 but the amount is not acknowledged in my phone account. .
      2. Since then I am continuously writing to [protected]@mtnl.net.in since 11th March but have not received any communication from them.

      Must have sent atlest 10 emails for remining them.

        This is my complain regarding the false bill generation of my broadband connection after i have surrendered the broadband connection on (29/9/2015)(Gate No.-04 Back side of Karol Bagh main Tele.Exchange Building Pusa Road New Delhi).Regardless of complaining about the wrong broadband bill generated after the disconnection of my broadband connection on (29/9/2015) mtnl delhi is not doing anything about my complain just getting calls from mtnl employees that weather my landline and broadband is working fine or not. This is so foolish on mtnl part that i am complaining about the false broadband bill generated and their employees are confirming that weather my broadband is working fine or not. All this is happening when i have surrendered my broadband and my modem on (29/9/2015).As on 20/10/2015 my landline connection ([protected]) is also disconnected. Now i am able to under stand that how mtnl delhi is becoming so big by cheating their customers and generating false bill for the disconnected broadband connection.           My experience with MTNL's customer support and data service is nothing short of an absolute nightmare. I know that government companies are bad but my experience with MTNL was beyond appalling. I called MTNL's 1503 number and subscribed to a postpaid data plan on 15th October 2015. I received an SMS stating that my request had been completed. However, since I did not seem to have received the data connection yet, I registered on their customer service website and re-opened the request ticket. The site malfunctioned and did not allow me to enter any information within the ticket, but it did show the status as reopened. A few hours later, the ticket was closed again. I tried to register a complaint on their site and it again returned an error message and did not let me submit it. I called their 1503 number again and the nightmare started. The first operator told me to wait a little longer so I waited for another day and called back. Then another operator told me the signal in my area may be weak, so I tried again from different locations in the city as I travelled around but still no data. Several operators put me on hold and disconnected the call. I tried registering a complaint on the customer care website but it returned an error message on hitting the submit button and did not register my complaint. How convenient! After calling at least 20 times over 2 days, the 1503 operator gave me another number (1925) and told me to call them. The 1925 operator told me to call 1503 again. They kept bouncing me back and forth 5 times in a row. By now, I had performed the configuration setting manually over 10 times and had the operator message me the automated configuration settings twice, but nothing worked. I kept calling for 5 days in a row, after which I personally visited an MTNL customer center. The staff there told me to call the 1503 number for assistance. I showed them my cell phone call history, which, by that time, had over 40 calls to their customer service numbers in the past few days. They then told me that the people who knew how to check this weren't in the office and usually came in around 2:30 PM. I told them I had to go to work and asked whether they would be there earlier on another day but they kept saying that those people come in after lunch. I do not know whether those people work in a different shift or just come in late to work every day but I find it odd that there was not one person in the customer service center at 12:15 PM that could help out. I left as I had other commitments and tried calling the MTNL numbers again. By this time, I had made over 50 calls over a period of 5 days and still did not have a working data connection. After several calls that kept bouncing me between two numbers, I finally reached someone who symbolize the behaviour of government company employees better than any other. The last customer service executive I spoke to told me (in Hindi), "You will have to solve this yourself.This is not my problem, what can I do about it?" I asked her to cancel my data plan and return my money when she replied, "Do you think this is a private company that we will return your money? This is a government company. I'm not going to give you your money back." Disgusted and cheated, I came straight to this website to post this review. I will NEVER subscribe to another service from MTNL again!

            My telephone (no.[protected] is dead since the day I have received the connection. It would have worked only for 20-25 days in 8 months. Nevertheless during this period internet was working fine. So it did not matter much. But now since last 4 months my ADSL light is unstable and goes on and off every 2-3 minutes and so internet is dead completely. My two complaints for telephone and broadband is pending since 24.07.2015 and 22.07.2015 (tickets screenshots attached). After every new complaint on 198 the lineman/representatives from MTNL only come and ask whether telephone/internet is working or not and write down on some paper in their hand and depart. No solution has been done upto now. Now my recharge period is over and my two months recharge has gone wasted.

                I yatin shah, on August 25th, 2015 morning I received a call from the MTNL Office Mr. Ali about the misuse of my phone connection. Later, on the same day I found that that the line was continuously engaged after which I immediately called and informed Mr Ali about the same. He advised me to set up a pass code for accessing ISD numbers which we immediately did. He also mentioned that the calls were made to a Somalian number due to which my phone was constantly engaged while I had assumed the phone to be dead. • I subsequently received a bill amounting to Rs. 50, 311/- followed by calls mentioning that my phone line would be disconnected in case I do not clear my dues. • In the meanwhile I have written letters to several MTNL authorities mentioning details about my grievance and requesting a resolution. However, no action has been taken so far and I have instead received a letter from MTNL asking me to clear my dues at the earliest failing which my connection will be deactivated. • We have also spoken to MTNL authorities and have had several email conversations with the Accounts team in this regard. As a customer I am being asked by MTNL to bear the cost of the misuse of my phone and I am expected to pay for calls that I have not even made. It has been almost more then 20 days since my phone has been disconnected. Request you to evaluate the issue from the customer’s perspective and assist us with a favorable solution.

                      I have been using mtnl broadband connection for the past 3 to 4 years and decided to surrender the connection on 29/9/2015.
                      I full filled all the required documentation, paid the bill and deposited all the documents on 29/9/2015 in the (Gate No.-04 Back side of Karol Bagh main Tele.Exchange Building Pusa Road New Delhi)
                      office. I also the confirmed from the officer in charge for disconnecting the broadband in the office that is it confirmed that nothing else is required for the disconnection on that he said yes sir your broadband will be disconnected from this date (29/9/2015) on wards and no bill will be generated from now.
                      But to add to my horror again on 7/10/2015 the bill of (RS 4562 with due date 3-nov- 2015 has been generated) for the broadband which i surrendered on 29/9/2015 as per the records.
                      THIS IS HOW MTNL CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TAKE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY BY GENERATING BILLS FOR THE DISCONNECTED CONNECTIONS.

                        My MTNL Telephone no is 23005700, it's disconnected from past 1 week and I've tried logging a complaint on MTNL online portal but they are not accepting my complaint, I also tried on their landline number but they are refusing to accept my complaint, as my business is run online I'm suffering heavy loss due to their failure in repairing my broadband, I request you to take necessary action against the company and do the needful.                             Sir, i have been continously complaining for my landline as well broadband not working has no dial tone as wel, l but the complaint has not been resolved only complaint number is resolved despite of so many complaints online as well on phone nothing has been done, my question is why do you rise the bill on time without seeing whether phone is not working since 27 september my phone is not working neither complaint is resolved my work is suffering due to that, if I am not able to work how I will pay you kindly resolve my complaint my phone no is 26234656

                              We have a land line connection from MTNL service provider. Landline phone no is[protected]. It is dead and not working since 3.5 months. Complaint was registered on 20th July 2015 (Docket No 518) and same is showing in their website. We are called to customer care also several times but facing a lot of problem but no action was taken so far.

                                    We took an mtnl plan of about 750 rs/pm as they assured us a constant speed of 1mbps with unlimited download for evry month, but now i am not even getting speed of 100kbps. Page opening takes a lot of time. I hav called several times to them for complaining but with no good result. Please do the needful.

                                      I`m using MTNL bb connection from past 1 year paying[protected] /- per month. I'm in gaming and servers role over the internet...When I purchased this connection I went for 2 mbps connection which never worked for me.AS a connection speed of 2mbps I never got 1/8 of 2mbps as download speed or constant connection speed...even when Mtnl Exchange (Bhikaji Camma Palace) is just 2 km-3km away from my home. At the time of setup they installed 2nd hand used Modem + router(for which I`m still fighting), loose cable connection and too much cable20ft-50ft which looks bad in house. As I`m also Network engineer I just ran some tools and found out There is always variance and jitters in connection and on line. There should be no jitters at all these things impact your speed and quality. As I told you I`m in gaming sometimes I also host some gaming server for which I pay nearly (100$= Rs 6200 /-) & also which require good connection speed (Min : 1 Mbps, Max : 8-16 Mbps )Reason of choosing MTNL is because I live in RK Puram and we don`t have any other ISP to provide speed at fair price I went for MTNL. But trust me guys MTNL services are not good and whosoever says that MTNL is good come over at my place and see it yourself... I even switched to dedicated 1Mbps Download connection but that too never worked every month, every week I`m complaining on 1504, also one thing at some times if you complain a lot on 1504, they will tell you to contact your area manger(Mr Babu lal), which I even did but same he give some line man or some other engineer number, and when I contacted him he said contact back to them they are the one who do it...its just like going in loop again and again. They never respond, they are quicker when its time for bill but for customer issue they never call... Just think I`m paying[protected] pm since 1+ year which adds to[protected] P.A and they still have thousands of customers + Government funding they have good source of finance but still they not improving. They can easily become No1 and best ISP of Delhi. Funny thing is that recently they are providing 2 mbps, 4mbps and 8 mbps(

                                        I had booked complain for telephone fault of which complain no- 2673 & triband fault of which complain no- 7809 of which 12 days have passed i have received no respone. i was given the number of exchange[protected] / 23000111 but since 12 days no one ever picked the call. all other head numbers were given of manager/dy. manager / engineer of which numbers are 24145556 / 23755000 / 23732000 but all failed to solve my issue & some turning that it doesnt come under their area. i have been tired of complaining & let me know who will bear the loss of rental of 12 days of which service i have not used,
