On 11.12.15 to 12.12.15 I had been trying for MTNL broadband to complain 1504. through my telephone no.27707029.There was some broken recorded voice in Marathi and afterwards the call was transferred to waiting for music for long time for so many times. Instead of 24x7 services I had no reply for the two days. This means either there was nobody at service, or no responsibility, or sleeping, or no cares, or mismanagement.It was very disgusting when so many competitive broad bands were available such negligible attitude to be checked at the earliest by higher authorities.

    I have been facing serious issues with MTNL broadband connection[protected] since November end. I have enrolled for a monthly 2mbps speed plan, but I am not even getting 1 Mbps speed. Furthermore I have called up at their call centre 'N' number of times. At some times, no one attends the call at the call centre and at other times, I am asked to call up on some other number. Really fed up.

      Hi Iam ULHAS BHAGWAT from Anushaktinagar - Mumbai, Iam facing frequent disconnection on my Broadband, Service provided by MTNL Mumbai. Also had complained about it many times to the exchange people but they are not taking severe actions to solve the issue ! Today they replaced the wire but still the issue exists & Also they bought a "Splitter" - which they were stating as new one, but when that was replaced with my existing splitter they came to know that the replaced So called New Splitter wasn't working at all, this shows what kind of material stocks they bring for replacement ! And they again placed my old splitter. Now their is lot of disturbance in telephone & also the net speed that I am getting is just 1-2 Kbps, which is a huge cheating by the service provider MTNL ! Also for the wire replacement, they asked us to bring new wire by ourself - So the questions that I get to them is that " The Service charges " they are charing in the bill that we pay ! VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDER - Always states they don't material available with them for replacement.

        I have already sent a written request as per prescribed format via spped post tracking no. A RD[protected]IN dated 30/11/2015 to MTNL rajouri garden. and also recieved a call from MTNL that they will disconnect by 07.12.2015, however the connection is still active, hence they will generate another bill for Dec month as my bill generates on 8th of every month. I have also mailed them thrice for last three days but no response for diconnection. I have clearly written that i shall be liable for payment upto 07.12.2015. Please help. Copy of maIL AS BELOW Please refer your mail dated 30 Nov'2015. I have already given disconnection request by registered post. However till date connection is live. i also recieved a call from MTNL, that they will disconnect the connection on or before 07.12.2015 but the same is still pending. i would be liable for payment only upto 07.12.2015 bill generated cycle which is payable by 28.12.2015. any further charges shall not be pending on me as I have applied for diconnection in prescribed format. Further please provide me mail address where i can forward the same to MTNL Rajouri Garden.Alternately please mail them. Indian Speed post : A RD[protected]IN dated 30/11/2015. Further the telephone installed during set up is owned by us and the ADSL wifi modem installed during initial installation was charged to us for Rs 800+ STas told from engineer who visited and installed the system, , apart from that One time ADSL charge of rs 200 and one time charge of rs 100 against DSl installation was charged, hence nothing is to be returned from our side, hence please disconnect.

          I had applied for a MTNL Landline connection in Chembur in May 2015, via their online selfcare portal and paid booking and connection fees . I received the number +[protected]. The Landline was NEVER Installed even after 7 months, but MTNL keeps sending me the landline bill for past 3 months. This is ridiculous as the bill is generated every month, even when landline services are not installed or provided. Kindly cancel the connection and STOP sending me the bills. My Initial connection and booking amount also was wasted and all this was a loot.

            I was facing issue with MTNL Broadband since 15 Sept 2015 and even after repetitive follow ups (On Phone, email) issue was not resolved, so I had raised a request to change the plan so that Broadband will be disconnected and only landline 180 plan will be operative. However still I can see that plan change request is also pending since 3-4 weeks. Please change the plan effective from 15 Sept 2015. For no service or harassing service, no charges should be levied on me. So I had requested MTNL to correct my recent bill and waive off all the charges except INR 180 as landline charges but till didn't receive any confirmation from their end. Also received no response from any of the email ids mention on MTNL website/bill - "[protected]@gmail.com; triband.[protected]@mtnl.net; [protected]@gmail.com; [protected]@mtnl.net.IN; [protected]@mtnl.net.in; [protected]@gmail.com”.

              I have been lodging repeated complaints online to MTNL since more than 2 years, about the bad connectivity and low speed. They keep closing the docet after a formality call asking whether internet is working - and even though we answer that it is not, the close the complaint as resolved. Must have lodged more than 50 complaints online till now. Same problem today again - my docet no. 6528 dated 8-Dec-2015 ... not sharing my phone no. here for obvious reasons. I doubt if anyone at MTNL really looks into this, but submitting my complaint here just to vent out the frustration and get on with life. Plan to switch to another service provider - would really like to recover all the monthly rentals i have paid to MTNL by lodging a consumer case. Is there any way I can recover an official list of all my complaints lodged with them ? Do I just ask for it or do I need to lodge an RTI asking them for the list and a report on what action was taken against each complaint - then use that to go to consumer court for recovery and compensation.

                My MTNL Number details is as below. Landline Number:[protected] CA Number:- [protected] complain was launched on 26th nov to the senior authority...they jst ask the landline no n leave it.. this is details of recent complaint...b4 dis also we have complained bt no response...we r facing this problem since last 2 yrs. Firstly, Internet never gets connected and we are WASTING our money on MTNL INTERNET from last 2 years. Inspite of many telephonic conversations at the Customer care, the problem never got resolved apart from giving complain numbers. Secondly, There is always a cross connection in line when we receive the call. Third, When we try calling a landline number or a local mobile number, 90% of the times, it says, this facility is not available on the phone. Not a single time, any executive or person has been visited our residence in the past 2 years for checking the problem or resolving the problem of Internet and Landline Call connectivity issues.

                  I am facing reguakr probklem of slow internet speed as well as frequent disruption in internet servises provided by MTNL. everytme i place a complain on their IVR system they give me a new docket number but my problem never gets solved. I will cancell my subscription if my problem is not solved within two days. thats last warning. to MTNL,

                      Not getting any network since last almost 10 days. Have to go right upto the main road to get the net work.

                      The customer care nos are not been picked b y them or are continously engage.

                      DGM Office is asking to contact the third party etc. etc. Thus, no ne is accepting the complaint.

                        We are the students of NSIT, Delhi and we have been using MTNL broadband in our hostel for 2 years [this is the only available option] but we are not satisfied with the internet connection. The internet connection remains down half the time and fluctuates rest of the time despite regularly paying the bills.

                          I have MTNL sim which runs on BSNL in Kurukshetra and I use it to access internet, half the time it does not connect, other time, it disconnects as frequently as in 5 seconds. What to do about it? While typing this I lost my connection twice.

                            I Am A regular User Of MTNL SERVICES I have been using the MTNL Broadband internet for long time . Long years you can say .Instead of providing better services they are ignoring the customers . From the last 6 months I am facing Bad broadband internet service, where they internet goes on and off. I have to wait for another 10 mins to resume the connection even after repeated complaints no revert have been received. The connectivity is so poor that we have to wait hours and hours for getting your work done but yes you must salute them for payment if you dont pay the bill they will shut your line, but when you ask for service, kaun ho tum... . Very very bad service . I just request that i need a proper rectified line to use with out hassle and disruptions . I have no bills outstanding MY consumer number with MTNL is [protected]. Hope to get things resolved . MTNL services is affecting my work .

                              I am getting very heavy bills. During last year, it was 7, 000 Rs. it was too much

                              Now again, it has started increasing. from avg 342 it went to 1000 Rs. I am not sure what is happening.

                              please help in getting the issue resolved as it is very disturbing financially to pay heavy bills for no use of phone.

                                Dear Sir, With due respect, I would like to bring to your notice that I am facing problems with my MTNL broadband connection. My internet connection is not working for the past 20 days. I have made multiple complaints through the automatic voice system, to the customer care. I have also filed complaints to the MTNL department in Chanakyapuri on phone no. [protected], but no one is taking any action. I've also made complaints to the Area Manager (Chanakyapuri), Mr. R.k. Issar but haven't got any resolution till now. Below mentioned are details of my connection: Name : Mr. V.V. I also request you to please provide me rebate on my telephone bill for the period from which my internet connection is not working.Till now it's 20 days plus.                                     My landline number is 24104866. speed is pathetic. In morning time I am not able to even open the pages. And during day time too I face lot of issues. The customer care never respond. One of my complaints are pending with them since 2-3 months.

                                    They only generate bill on time without giving any service.

                                      Come yourself dry with MTNL broadband service that has zero internet speeds. However, you are supposed to pay up at 100Gbps speed.

                                      Readers are advised to stay away from this Government chutiyas who will never understand what customer care and customer service is.
