Called up on 1504 they dont have the way to talk plus on top of that after continuous calls for the problem no one approached and check it. they always say that they have restarted it but after regular complaint also no one visited home to check it. Our all the works are pending cuz we are not getting proper net after paying them....

I am an MTNL Broadband subscriber since the last 12 years. Earlier I had 795 plan but due to speed problems, I changed my plan to 999 plan last year. Since then, I have been frequently facing problems be it unstable DSL and very low speed. In 999 plan, we are promised unlimited 1 Mbps speed but it is very poor.
