    My number is 2882385 I already complaint so many times on there portal but the request number is automatically resolved without removing the actual problem. Problem is I have 8 mbps plan but the speed I am getting is only 2 mbps and I am regularly paying the bill from last 2 months . Please check the issue of slow bandwidth. Avinash Tag

    26882385 this the number and the plan which I am taken is 8 mpbs and instead of 8 mbps i am getting 2 mbps from last 3 moths the complaint on there portal is automatically resolved without resolving the problem.

          On 07.09.2015 at about 1130 hrs when i visited hp service center nehru place new delhi for some work at that time one person lifted my mobile phone. Immediately i was telephoned on my mobile and contacted him. On my request he left my mobile at a restaurant at nehru place and informed me about the location. I went that restaurant and pick ed my mobile by showing my id proof. But when i checked my mobile it was found without sim card. The sim/mobile number is [protected]. Kindly do needfull to block/deactivate my simcard o avoid any misuse of the same

            Hi Sir, I'm writing this mail, to bring unprofessional-ism and zero customer/subscriber satisfaction and problem resolution by MTNL Najafgarh staff, be it line-man or officers. I have a broadband and land-line connection with MTNL from last 1.5-2 years and I have an ongoing issue with my subscriber line from last 8-9 months i.e. my broadband connection switches between on-off state very frequently. To be more precise, I get my internet connection for 10-15 mins, then it goes off for 15-20 mins and then again it comes, so and so forth. This frequency of on-off connection reaches to the limit of hours also, i.e. it works fine for 4-5 hours, and then it is down for next few hours. I've made numerous complaints regarding this, both offline and on-line via all mediums be it calling to 198, on-line mode or going to MTNL office. Icing on the cake is that every time I got answers, in which customer can't do a single thing. From last 6-8 months line-man and his immediate officer is telling me that its fault in your line's pair. And every next time, I ask status of my issue - Line man says - I've told to my officer, he will look into this. When I ask officer, he says - We are looking into it and we will resolve it asap. And I'm listening these answers continuously from last 6-8 months. But no action has taken on this yet, even bad, not a 0% progress made on this issue. Recently from last two months, they deny to lodge complaints, whenever I visit MTNL office for complaint, they says if you want to complaint do it via 198 or on-line. We don't take complaints here. They even don't note my number or make a note. As per my understanding, no office or enterprise don't lodge complaints of their subscriber from their own buildings if customer is not getting resolution of his issues via other channels. Also, when they call or come home to resolve complaint, they don't talk with person at home decently and even shout at them and says it working fine now, so I'm closing the complaint and don't even listen about the root-cause of the problem. If Internet goes down again after they had left and we call them to say that its not working, they say it was working fine when we came, so its temporary issue, it will be fine soon. Not even a single time in almost last 8-9 months, they tried to resolve the root-cause of issue. And from last few days, my internet comes to On state for mere 30-60 minutes in 2-3 days. I'm highly unsatisfied with this service, as I'm getting service only on 3-4 days of the month, though I've been paying for the services for complete month. So as we are not needed your services any more so please disconnect as early as possible. But we want to continue our land line connection.We don't use any type of accessory as Modem and its data cable etc.So please don't charge for it from next bill.

                  Atrocious MTNL Broadband service-no releif despite enumerous complaints lodged..

                  Through your columns I would like to ...

                  firstly voice my grievance against MTNL Broadband service which is perhaps the worst service provider.Their internet connection just does not connect smoothly and is disconnected so often that the whole experience is very frustrating. Even sending one email may take more than 30-45 minutes, because the internet connection gets frequently disconnected and then reconnects again... only to get re-connected and so on.
                  If you want to do a small job like make an electric bill payment online, the connection gets disrupted so often that, in the process, the money will get debited from your bank, and will not be credited towards your electric bill. Your electric bill will remain unpaid, and you will have to struggle to get the amount debited from your account re-credited back, and get the entry reversed... So Beware !
                  I am going through all these kind of experiences now...

                  secondly, I would like to caution all readers that if they are thinking of getting a broadband/ internet connection, NEVER opt for MTNL !
                  if you opt for MTNL you will repent it all through your life !
                  I have lodged so many complaints with all senior officers on their email id too, by sending faxes also, by placing complaints on MTNL IVRS Complaint no xxxx2198 also, but all these complaints have fallen on deaf ears so far.
                  I curse the day I had chosen MTNL Broadband service, thinking they are a Govt. body and they will be reliable, but THEY ARE THE WORST !

                    I have lodged a complaint today regarding payment of Rs.72.00 to mtnl mumbai for mob [protected] thru billdesk which has been deducted from my credit card but not paid to mtnl mumbai. please let me know the status of the same. it is simple that you refund the amount back to sbi card who have made the payment and sbi will show credit in my statement. awaiting an early reply and why does it take so long to solve the querry. i wil have to think twice next time before making payment thru bill desk as your complaint solving status shows 1% of the complaints received. i am a senior citizen and please refrain from further embarrasment. regards murlidhar prabhu

                    i immediately received a call from your customer care and the person on the phone refused to
                    identify himself saying shall i give my name 50 times to each customer, is this the behaviour
                    and threathened me at 1950 hrs saying he will take care of me . i am forwarding this complaint
                    to the grievance cell and if no action is taken will go further.
                    awaiting an early reply.
                    this is really surprising and not the way to handle customers.

                      I had made a payment of rs. 36.00 twice to mtnl mumbai for my mob bill for mob no [protected] thru billdesk on my sbi credit card. I have not received a payment receipt for the same as it shows that sbi has made the payment to billdesk and billdesk has not done it to mtnl mumbai. total paid is rs.72.00 for bill of rs.36.00. i received a verification call immediately saying that rs.72.00 had to be credited to my bank account for which they were asking my debit card details and pin no. which i refused to disclose. what i have done is it in order, pl. clarify. why cannot bill desk credit the amount back to sbi as was done by paytm earlier. i am worried as being a senior citizen i am being cheated. your early reply would be appreciated. murlidhar prabhu [protected]

                                Today in the afternoon around 2:00-2:30 pm IST a technician from MTNL walks to my door and states that you have launched a complaint. I informed him that neither me nor any one from my place has raised a complaint regarding MTNL. In the conversation he's tone started raising and his response against my mother was not right. I kept on informing him that I've nor raised any complaint as I'm not facing any issue with my land line nether with the enter net. And the state meant that I received from him was " OK NEXT TIME YOU COMPLAINT, WE WILL NOT COME". Which aggravated me, I do not know his first name but is last name is Yadav and he is the repair main for my area. I was prone on who raised a complaint. He asked me to come to MTNL ( near bhayander west phatak). With his rude behavior even I went along with him. His behavior continued even in front of his subordinate C M YADAV. The land Lind technical Quoted "" Kya kar loge". On checking with their database a complaint was lodged at 21th August 2015 -around 4 pm. At that time no one was at home. Which leave explanation who raised a complaint. I want to know HOW DOES A MTNL REPAIR MAN TOLK TO A CUSTOMER(consumer) in such way.

We have lodged numerous complaints, sent complaint letters; also met your officials couple of times regarding the same, but it was all in vain as the problem still exists. We have been given a number of reasons for the frequent disconnection. Even that we are paid all yours bill regularly from last Three month. Our entire official work gets disrupted due to disconnections of lines. We have been using your services since last 4 years and do not expect this kind of services from MTNL. So, requesting you to kindly look into this matter on top priority else we will be forced to discontinue with your services with compensation from your side.                                       Called up on 1504 they dont have the way to talk plus on top of that after continuous calls for the problem no one approached and check it. they always say that they have restarted it but after regular complaint also no one visited home to check it. Our all the works are pending cuz we are not getting proper net after paying them.

I had requested to disconnect my Connection but they have still sent me a bill. i visited the nehru place where i was told to just ignore the bills as they haven't updated the details on there computer.
