My name is Abhishek and my telephone[protected] line is dead since 15th of july ... Complain is registered on docket no 2057 ... I emailed to GM and am but no response ... I received an sms on 30 July that my complaint has been booked under cable breakdown and will be rectified shortly but after that nothing. I called yamuna vihar exchange and lineman said its not their problem anymore ... Some other engineers are supposed to fix this ... It's been 24 days without broadband ... I don't think they understand this inconvenience.

    I am an MTNL Broadband subscriber since the last 12 years. Earlier I had 795 plan but due to speed problems, I changed my plan to 999 plan last year. Since then, I have been frequently facing problems be it unstable DSL and very low speed. In 999 plan, we are promised unlimited 1 Mbps speed but it is very poor. Even though we got our port address changed recently, it did not make any difference to the speed. If this problem of low speed continuous, then of course we are free to change our service provider unless you seriously want to maintain us as your satisfied consumer.       Sir, i m using mtnl"s landline[protected] and using rs. 551 unlimited plan. First 1 year i received very good speed. I have complained against it but there is no response yet. I have not receive any responce yet. I have launched another complaint.
      Any responsible authority please help me. . .

        [protected] Phone and internet is not working from 20 days, why i am paying money to MTNL, every month they have same issues, my business is dead now, due to MTNL Delhi, i need my money back. They are says 150 connections are suffering in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 due to some wire issue, we can't do anything... words of all officers of MTNL (Mayur Vihar Phase-1)

          My land line number is 2757... along with broad band . Broad band connection is frequent fails and I have to get docket number again and again. Is there no some permanent solution for this problem? At least such frequent disconnections must not be there.

            I have been complaining to MTNL regarding my broadband connection for months now. Initially, 2 people came to resolve my problem but within days the net went off again. Since, then I have been repeatedly sending mails to the GM and other email ids of MTNL but with absolute no response. All the online complains that I have done till now online have been closed without any solution. I get a call regarding my availability after online complains but no one visits my place. I have been paying all my dues on time including the charges for broadband services despite getting no service for broadband at all. Request you to solve this problem of mine and please provide me a permanent solution to this problem. Request you to send experts so as to provide a permanent solution.               The people of this company are Mader Ch*d. There is no young people working in this company . this company is full of old people who do not know any thing. but there salary is huge. they don't know anything about internet i alst 6 mth i raise more then 50 complete on 1504 they registered there complete but next day your complaint status is resolve. My Phone number and internet is dead last 6 mth every mth i pay the bill. I completing to higher authorities like GM, area manager etc. they all are bahn K Load*. sale chor hai. i know some member of MTNL who sale the Wire, Modem for money. Rates are following 100 m wire Rs. 200 normal modem Rs. 400 wifi modem. 600 If some one visit to my house to repair the line, bhai hamare bas ki na hai yo thik karna. i give them 100 rs + 1 cup of tea . with in a 10 min my line is ok. This is a situation of MTNL. Mr. Tiwari From Sanjay Gandhi Transport nagar exchange sale the diseal of generator in the market. Its request to all people plz donot take any service of MTNL .

                  I am rupesh jain from h.no.19, saket block, main road mandawali, delhi 110092.
                  I had requested for new broadband prepaid connection dated 5 july 2015. And paid rs1750/- to hemchand And order passed by imtiaz ahmad in 13 july for connection.

                  But till now i have no broadband connection because SDO OF MTNL mandawali[protected] given the reason of we have NO WIRE from 13 july for connection.

                  So i will want to requested to you please kindly solve the case as earlier.

[protected] & SDO MALIK [protected], but no any response they are said only working your phone with in 2 days. but not working our telephone, we have our no. only business matter our all work is down without telephone. so please take the strict action against above email.                         Sir, Inspite of registering my residential address at MTNL office at Delhi Cantt I have not recieved my phone bill for Ph No. 25690942 since installing my phone in dec 2014. Also it is so hard to access the old bills for claim through the internet. half the time your server is down and it is very hard to access it. Please do the needful as i am having a problem.

                          i am from mumbai, i am havi trouble with the mtnl 3g data services, this problem is occuring from 3 months they are taking money for plans but not providing a quality of services, their is no 3g network found here, i tried to call customer care but they are keast bothered about it they even dont listen us

                            My landline no.[protected] is dead for 7 days. My internet is not working I have complained several times to the customer care, I have even filed the complaint in the area manager's office (babu lal) They have only one reply we will look into the matter tomorrow as we have only one lineman. I am using Mtnl for 3 years and I must say it is pathetic

                              Double payment happened on the MTNL bill number [protected] in two different transactions from different accounts. Need assistance in getting one payment back. Last transaction Number : Date of transactions: 15th July, 2015 Also, unable to reach the helpline number to share concern to the MTNL .

                                I am a MTNL broadband user with consumer number- [protected] writing to you to express my frustration and exasperation towards unsatisfactory service and solution to my problems. I have been using the broadband Wifi + LAN connection since 2 years now and the speed or connection and service that I get is really pathetic. It has been more than a year and my internet connection fluctuates and disconnects 4-5 times in every 30 minutes, I cannot download even a single file more than 100 MB and other downloads are affected due to intermediate disconnections. I have been complaining to the customer care department and every time they send some person, inefficient and unsuccessful in solving my problem. He comes, checks, does something and tells that the issue is resolved and says that it won't disconnect anymore and make fake promises to come the next day and check if the issue still persists. Nobody bothers and turns up the next day to verify anything but the problem is still the same. I then complained again that the issue has not been resolved after which the person that came the earlier day told me that he would bring a lineman Yadhav along with him to check the issue. Again it was a fake promise and no one turned up. I then had to dial again to the customer care again after which lineman Yadhav called up and informed some absurd things like get your wire connections repaired, there are some issue with them and all other people in your building got them fixed, after this I had contacted the people from my building and they told me that they haven't done anything to the wiring which clearly meant that Yadhav was faking things. When I contacted Yadhav he was changing his words here and there and finally asked me to contact his supervisor, Mr. Nalavde. He listened to our problem and promised to send some person to check the issue and resolve it. To our surprise Nalavde sir had sent the same lineman Yadhav who was unsuccessful in solving our issues. Yadhav did something to the wire connection and gave us a call that the problem should be resolved now and asked us to verify. I checked and could see that nothing was solved in fact whatever was working earlier that too stopped working now. I immediately gave a call back to Yadhav and explained him the condition upon which he replied that " aap check karte raho, mai kal aake pakka check karta hu" and when I asked him to come home and explain me what he did, he replied "ab mai upar ghar aake kya karunga aur maine kya kiya hai yeh aapko bolke kya hone wala hai, aap sirf check karlo". Again it is the same case he did not even bother to turn up the next day as promised to check for further issues. It is really frustrating for customers like us who trust MTNL and there is no resolutions to our problems. Is this the way you attend and serve your customers? I pity all the broadband users who have to deal with such inefficient MTNL customer service department staff. I have written these things to you in hope that you would understand my frustration and take strong action on this and get my issue resolved.

                                    I have been using broadband internet from MTNL for the last few years. Of late the bandwidth is throttled to so low that pages dont open. I have asked to have a check done and they have said every thing is OK, From 7.00 AM till 8.OO PM that I am awake it is very very low pages not opening or taking long time.                                       Sir I have submitted documents at Sanchar Haat, Jewan Tara Building, on 20/06/2015 regarding porting of Mobile No. [protected] from Vodafone to MTNL, but said mob No. has not been porting inspite of my several phones in 1508. I am surprised that why MTNL is not porting. If there any problem I am ready to port this No. to other mobile network.

                                        Hi, This is to bring to the concerned authorities that I Jatin Makhija, Tel No. : 26235816, has been facing troubles with Internet Connectivity and its been really long raising complaints about the internet problem with MTNL which never gets fixed properly. Last complaint ID: 6430014. Every time the officials say they will fix but at the end of the day I am paying 1100 INR per month for a bad internet service. Please look into the matter. I have a wifi connections and MTNL router modem as well. The Internet signal light always keep on fluctuating. In this era its really difficult to manage without a proper internet service provider. This is my last resort and hope that this complaint might reach the concerned authorities, else i will have to survive on mobile data plan. Faithfully, Jatin [protected]
