I have MTNL dolphin pre-paid connection i.e [protected] in dwarka sector 18 . there is no network coverage for the last 5 days and there has been no reply from the customer care . there is an urgent need of considering it as one of my relative is hospitalised .. please consider it . whenever I make a call there is only voice coming that network is not reachable all the time . You are once again requested to rectify my problem else I will approach higher authorities

      The above telephone is out of order since 21/06/2015. Complaint lodged on 22/06/2015 under ref. no. 1264. Till date complaint is not attended rather complaint no. is removed from the complaint register by the MTNL staff. Today again complaint lodge with new ref. no. 1231. Because of this the internet is also not operative, though the MTNL will charge rent an other charges for this period. Also met with MTNL staff personally and over telephone but no action is taken.         Dear Sir/Madam My landline number is[protected]. I have been paying the monthly bills regularly, however I am not getting internet at all. Out of 30 days, internet works only for 24 hours. I am really disappointed with MTNL customer services also. Lineman comes he tells different stories. Server down, wire faulty. But no resolution. I went to Janakpuri office in room no. 102, also. Got wire changed. But problem still exist. You may check my records feom last year on complaints registered. Please assist and understand the gravity. Regards Devinder

          Today my son indadvertently requested for 2mb ram in broadband connection on landline no. 27341439 installed in my name at the residence qu-261 b, pitampura, delhi-110034.

          It is requested not to activate the request as above. The broadband be continued at 1mb ram only.

            Sir I was doing a online recharge from paytm site but erroneously the recharge was done on on this no-[protected] of rs 200 on 28 jun 2015 with rno[protected] . I tried to contact to paytm but they told to contact with mtnl .so if it is possible pls revert back the amount to my bank account .the wrong no which is recharged by me is also switched off so I am not able to talk to the individual my contact no is [protected]. Pls do the needful

              Dear Sir, This is Rizwan Ahmad . My landline no. is 25038942. From last month ( Month of May 2015 ) I am Facing ADSL frequent disconnection issue .I am unable to register complain from my land line due to not clear sound Thats why I do complain many time on mobile or land line of concern person . .I do call many times to Line man Mr. Dhawre( I dont know full name ) his mobile no. is [protected]. He always says one thing that "Line is old no correct pair is available " . Then I do call SDE of Sheetal exchange Mr. Mishra on 25034252.He always says I will send Mr. Dhawre to resolve problem and arrange all thing which are required to resolve problem.But nothing is happen. When I do call SDE of Dadar Exchange Mr.Kuril Sir. mobile no. is [protected] at same day or next day problem temporary resolve. How ?? I dont know without call him nothing happen. But from last week he also not picking call. He was last hope .I did mail to customer care . I did mail to ED . But did not get resolution.Now what to do I really not getting. from last week from when rain is started every minutes getting frequent disconnection. Please do need full as soon as possible.

                they do not bother about there customers. when i called 1500, the agent did not know how to talk to customers.. i am fed up with there poor services. whenever there is bad whether my wifi stops working and when i make a complaint it takes long time to respond by there side .. now i want to discontinue the connection.

                  Yeah MTNL I is best in plans and reputed too... But due to their weakest INDOOR coverage... You cant even talk properly inside... And actually I use their SIM because of their 3G service... Due to their weak coverage.I get 2G signal inside (indoor) almost everywhere in the Delhi... And in that 2G (EDGE) service You Cant even surf a single page... So please Do Something ASAP... . Thanking You!

                    My telephone no is 28423805 and my complaint is regarding a bill charge for month April and May with amount of 863 and 315 where this 2 month i had dead connection and irrespective of lots of complaints it was not resolved and then I asked to take of the service but now I had been asked to pay for the service I am not using. Help me with this or I have to take the usage report and go back to Consumer Forum. Contact no;[protected]

                      Hello, I have applied for MTNL broadband connection in Delhi region (Railway colony Mandawali-110092) in November 2014.After a week an inspection man comes and give me a notice and told me you are not liable for broadband connection at this place and he didn't specify why?, while i have submitted all the required amount as well as all required documents. Then I have applied for refund money back to me, but MTNL office did not take any action in refund of money.Now its 6 month over but did not get any information about when I will get my money back. Note : I have attached the Notice that I have receive from MTNL.

                        I booked new mtnl connection online for my aunt from their website and paid ₹500 online(very big mistake) on 28th may. Next day recieved call about installation next working day but no one came after a week i complained send mail to [protected]@bol.net.in, [protected]@bol.net.in and many other mtnl officers, mtnl public grievance and almost everybody i can. Some replied back but of no use. My aunt called back the number from which i recieved call they gave me new number to ask the matter so i called but the person on the phone is so rude and said ' chanakya place me 1 khamba hai kis kis ko du connection' on saying that we did pay online he said ' jisko diye hai usse jake mang' . I again complaint through email and tell them about this rude behaviour still of no use. No sign of connection and no sign of refund. I only got transaction number as There is Bug in MTNL delhi website when you book connection online the last page which said booking has been done and here is detail booking number, etc etc. all the details are blank you can see and print it (anybody can check it ) so i only have transaction number with me i.e s0002/tr001/[protected] and not booking or installation number. I am attaching transaction page screenshot here.

                          Sir, A telephone No.25034616 has installed in house No. RZ-C-3, 158A, MAHAVIR ENCLAVE-1, NEW DELHI-45.This telephone not working properly as my internet ASDL is not stable.I have made several complaint for this fault but my problem is still unsolved

                            sir my telephone no 27854627 is dead ( no dial tone on the instrument) for last two thee months. I have the details of last complaint made on[protected] with docket no of complaint as 1070. No action was taken by MTNL, rather SMS were send to me that compliant has been attended and closed. please attend the fault and restore the line.

                              नमस्कार महोदय जी, में आपका ध्यान MTNL की दी जा रही बेकार सुविधाओ के बारे में दिलवाना चाहता हूँ। सर मेरा फोन 22943137 दिनांक 13 जून से मृत अवस्था में पड़ा है। जिसकी कंप्लेंट मैंने की डोकेट न 359 दिनांक 13 जून 2015. और इसके विषय में, मै क्षेत्र के SDO साहब करतार नगर से मिला परंतु उन्होंने कहा की तुम्हारा ही नहीं क्षेत्र के बहुत फोन ख़राब पड़े है। सही होने में एक सप्ताह लगेगा। में सुनकर अवाक् रह गया की जहाँ MTNL केवल 24 घंटे में आपकी कंप्लेंट दूर करने का भरोसा देता है। ये बात तो उस दावे को खोखला साबित करती है। सर मेरा करबद्ध निवेदन है की मेरा ख़राब फोन अतिशीघ्र ठीक करवाया जाये। प्रार्थी गिरधारी लाल G-98 जगजीत नगर दिल्ली-110053 फोन 22943137 मोबाइल [protected]

                                  I have a broadband connection plan DSL Unlimted 700. I am experiencing slow internet speed for the last one month and frequent disconnection.Every time i complain they set it right but the problem is not solved permanently.This may be due to the frequency of the server.

                                    Phone Line is dead for more than 2 Months

                                    My landline [protected] is dead for more then two months, the amazing thing is that i am continuously complaining about it however its again and again get closed after 2 or 3 days without any response. The issue is that wires are physically detached from the pole. and the recent response from lineman Shri BHAJ RAM (Mob:-[protected]) on complaint no 1526 dated 09-Jun-2015 is that " Please talk to senior officer i can't do anything in that"...

                                    For the past few months, the service provided by MTNL has been nothing short of abysmal. The connection is slow and intermittent, and keeps on dropping out regularly. The customer service is a joke. Filing a complaint amounts to nothing. You have a person calling up, refusing to identify himself, asking if the landline is working. A blot on all ISPs.

                                    MTNL customer service in Mumbai,
                                    especially the ones sitting at the local offices, is worse than a joke.
                                    They lack everything from service and procedure knowledge to work
                                    ethics and even basic respect for customers - a result of the sure
                                    salary in an irresponsible 'government office'. They harassed me for 5
                                    weeks, including 2 times they made me visit their local office (in Andheri-W) just for cancellation that finally seems to have happened today. I heard that MTNL (and BSNL) make their buck on leased lines and towers by private vendors and do not see a necessity to care much about individual customers. One solution for speed and service reliability is, like you've probably considered, other providers (I had a great experience with the Airtel broadband service for years before I moved, , though their admin system could use some improvements). Another one in the city is to look for a smaller local provider - they offer great deals. Leave MTNL unless you have a constraint imposed by your job (some government jobs do impose such restrictions as to use only government provided services - talk about competition!). Till then good luck with one of the most irresponsible, inefficient and totally lacking in ethics and conscience organizarions in the country.

                                      My internet & landline is not working since 4th june 2015 everytime I logged a complaint after 1 day I receive sms saying you issue has been resolved. When I went to MTNL they said the engineer is on leave & you have to wait till he is back from the holiday. I asked about the sms they said it a glitch in system. Till date compaint is not resolved
