Sir I live in kachi sadak mundka delhi 110041.i use dolphin monile number grom 5years.from 3to6 months iface no network coverage in my village.the network is so week to talk and call will diconet automatically. I complend many times on 1503 but no solutions for the issue. Please resolve the network problem in mundka kachi sadak delhi 110041....

On 23rd May at 11:44 a.m, i paid my mtnl bill of INR 829 from MTNL delhi mobile android app. After Payment it said successful payment but my bill was not paid and amount was deducted from bank account...i waited for some time but it was not paid...then after some time i tried to pay my bill through laptop and then it got paid and amount got deducted again...Please refund my amount.....

This issue is going on for almost 3 months and there is no resolution. We have been complaining online and no one is attending to the complaint. In return we get automated message that our complaint has been resolved. Inspite of the non functioning of the phone properly, we still are paying full bills on time ....

I complaint many a times to the customer care executives about my slow net speed but they always said that we have transfered the complaint and it will OK with in 24 hrs and some even said that there is no problem and your speed of 60 kbps is fine while when i saw in the about my plan's details they showed 512 kbps is my minimum speed. Some even said that call here and there and your complaint will be heard and they have given me at least...

I paid my bill of which tha last date was 2nd May 2015. The amount of 1043 got deducted from my accoutn twice but still the bill remained unpaid. I paid the bill on 4th May with the fine of 40 rupees included. But i have still not received the refund of the 1043 which got debited twice. I am using a bill plan of 1999 for my internet . But we are able to use internet for one or two days in a week only . Despite complaining, they say they'll send some one to check and when they do, it works till that day only . It goes down again the next day. I had logged a complaint with the MTNL (Docket no. 7284) for frequent disconnection of my broadband internet connection on 1st May.
