    I am Shashikant. I am using MTNL SIM with number [protected]. MTNL activated WAP service and vocabulary service on my number without consumer's confirmation and every time it is renewed by them without my confirmation and charged Rs. 20 & Rs. 10. I request kindly stop these services on my number and don't activate any service without consumer's consent. Every day In receive number of messages form MTNL. Please stop sending such message. I am busy person.

      My mtnl landline number is 22758843. For the last more than 5-6 months our mtnl broadband is not working properly at all. We have to register 8-10 broadband complaints daily with the mtns, delhi. But till date it has not been completely cured.

        My telephone number no.T 27675073 is faulty for last years. I have registered many complaints in last 2 years. It is not understood why my complaints are closed without attending the complaint. My last complaint no. is 1056 dt[protected] but still no body has attended the complaint. Should I approach the TRAI or Consumer form to get my telephone instrument replaced. I will start legal proceedings against MTNL if my telephone instrument is not replaced within 15 days of receipt of this complaint. I am going to register complaints daily from today.           Sir, I have made my complaints for call drops and poor signals of MTNL Towers. Tower Shakarpurkhass C is merely at the aerial distance of 30 meters from my residence B-35, Shakarpur Tower is installed in the B block one lane ahead to my house. One person came about 15 days back and his Mobile No. is [protected] and assured to settle the signals. But it has not come true by the MTNL officers despite my several complaints. It seems they are very much reluctant to improve the quality or I should move to some other service provider. I am unable to receive any call or make any calls as it drops frequently. I have to make calls from some other service provider. MTNL is not providing good service. We pay more and get very less. Recently one person in my neighbour is missing and we are to make many calls for his rescue. It is very difficult with MTNL. As we are now dependent on other service provider whose towers are far away and provide good service. But what about this MTNL Should I surrender my all phones . Will any one hear this complaint.

Sometimes net is not working properly and the line man of this area does not come to check the fault. I am not at all satisfied by the service of Mtnl.               I have applied for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) for Number [protected] and [protected], I am to get numbers verified but Toll Free Number 1508 is not functional for past 2 days i.e. on 28.5.16 and 29.5.15. Other nos like 1502 refuse to do verification and insist 1508 is working. Please make 1508 functional so that Verification can be done.

              I have taken a prepaid SIM No. [protected]. This will be activated from 1508 but from two days nobody is picking .I have also called over 1503 but they have not entertained for activation of SIM. Kindly help.
              applied for same number to be converted in BSNL office capacity on dated 15.12.2017 . The people at desk in CGO asked for SIM verification . SIM is not activated even all the kyc information is there for the same number and person. please do needful.

                My Pre-paid mobile number is [protected]. Even after re-charging power card for reducing call rate paisa per second, MTNL still deducting Rs.1.2 per minuite which is not understood. I have recharged for Rs.14/- & Rs.16/- on 17 May 2015. Presently I am roaming in Arunachal Pradesh. Please check my account and activate the plan of paise per second immediately in order to avoid any financial loss to your constumer.

                  Sir I live in kachi sadak mundka delhi 110041.i use dolphin monile number grom 5years.from 3to6 months iface no network coverage in my village.the network is so week to talk and call will diconet automatically. I complend many times on 1503 but no solutions for the issue. Please resolve the network problem in mundka kachi sadak delhi 110041.

                      I was billed for GSM usage 4564.361 GIGABYTES repeat GIGABYTES over 3 minute usage for only mail down load no surfing the net / video streaming. Infact for a period of 1 hour 49 minutes 9003.624 Giga bytes is shown on 14th Jan 2015. I reiterate only my mail box accessed the net and no streaming by me. This was while international roaming in India over several months o[censored]sage i do not clock even 1000 mega bytes. MTNL insists I have used the data billed which is improbable as my data usage while in India is always below 1000 MB.

I have shifted my MTNL Marol Connection 28306426 in Mumbai to MTNL Koparkhairane in Navi Mumbai. Work order No: 5937/5938 My alloted andind no is[protected] as given by lineman alloted to my work order i am continuously following up with MTNL people in koparkharaine but they are not responding well, sometimes they dont pickup phone n if picked up then say that they dont have connection wire in stock. bring ur own wire. it affecting me alot. Its been two months, but i didnt got connection yet. need help. kindly look into the matter.

                          On 23rd May at 11:44 a.m, i paid my mtnl bill of INR 829 from MTNL delhi mobile android app. After Payment it said successful payment but my bill was not paid and amount was deducted from bank account...i waited for some time but it was not paid...then after some time i tried to pay my bill through laptop and then it got paid and amount got deducted again...Please refund my amount..

                              I live in paschim puri pocket 1. My phone is disconnect today without any information on 19th may 2015. I call custmore care they said you didnt paid the bills. In last month we didnt get any hard copy of bill. Then how can i pay. On the same day i paid the bill online and again call custmore care they said the resource person is not helping you today because his shift is over. You can call tommorw i call sanchar haat sunder vihar they around 5 pm they pick my call around 5:30pm. Then he said call tommorw office is closed. I checked on mtnl website they showed service timmings is 9am-7pm. Where i can complaint for these people. I paid arround Rs.1500 per month. My internet is always down. Not satisfied with service its down 2-3 days in a week. Then why i paid Rs.500 per day for this. Please help

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken a broadband connection plan but unfortunately it doesn't work for more than 15 minutes. It gets disconnected again and again. Inspite of repeated complains on 198 / 1504 my problem has not been resolved. The technician came just once and removed connections from all the rooms and kept one one connection in my hall. Still the problem persists. Now I can neither use my phones in any other rooms nor do I get internet for more than 15 mins I am frustrated and fed up so please look into this My Landline number with poor broadband service is : 28710397

                                        I complaint many a times to the customer care executives about my slow net speed but they always said that we have transfered the complaint and it will OK with in 24 hrs and some even said that there is no problem and your speed of 60 kbps is fine while when i saw in the about my plan's details they showed 512 kbps is my minimum speed. Some even said that call here and there and your complaint will be heard and they have given me at least half a DOZEN NUMBERS too. I am going mad know what to do.
