    It's been more than 2 months now that my internet is not working at all. Prior to that too, my ADSL light used was unstable.       I paid my bill of which tha last date was 2nd May 2015. The amount of 1043 got deducted from my accoutn twice but still the bill remained unpaid. I paid the bill on 4th May with the fine of 40 rupees included. But i have still not received the refund of the 1043 which got debited twice. I have mailed the company on their email id [protected]@mtnl.net.in twice but havent received a reply yet.

        I hv complaint regarding non working of my landline number[protected] which i hv lodged few days earlier. Bt till now no action has been taken. Also the mtnl customer care services are so poor that it is unable to contact them. I m getting no solution from mtnl services. Kindly respond to my complaint as soon as possible.

          I am using a bill plan of 1999 for my internet . But we are able to use internet for one or two days in a week only . Despite complaining, they say they'll send some one to check and when they do, it works till that day only . It goes down again the next day. I have asked them repeatedly to change the telephone line but they just won't do that. Please solve this problem. I am not paying 2000 for using net two days a week.

            Dear Sir, I had complaint many times (Online & Verbal) that my MTNL 26285316 and 26226685 not working. But No response/help is received by me yet. There is no single response received by me from MTNL. Further telling you, Thats i am using this Number[protected] in D-5, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar-Iv, Delhi-110024 and the registered address is D-7, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar-Iv, Delhi-110024 EVERYTIME after seeing the problem, the executives says there is a line problem, and will sought out the issue in 1 or 2 days. Please sir solve this issue, otherwise disconnect permanently my connection, i will go for private telecom operator, and u will responsible for loose your one regular customer Waiting for your response.Same way, as service not provided by you, am not liable to pay bills for that period.

              I had logged a complaint with the MTNL (Docket no. 7284) for frequent disconnection of my broadband internet connection on 1st May. On 2nd May, MTNL sends an sms to my mobile at 11:40 am informing that the complaint has been attended to and therefore closed. At 3:30 pm same day someone from the MTNL calls up to ask if internet is working fine and disconnects even before I respond. On 3rd May, I put up the complaint again with regards to the same issue since the issue was not even attended to (Docket no. 4440). On 5th May, I receive the similar sms for this complaint as well at 2:52 pm. At 4:30 when a lineman from MTNL calls up to ask if internet is working fine, he doesn't have an answer to my question to why the complaint was closed in the first place. He says he is bringing an engineer to have the issue checked. Now this person except for checking and diagnosing the issue gives me the following lame excuses for the issues ... there's a problem with your pc, the cable is faulty, the issue is with the Internet explorer and so on... He further says you wait for a day and check again, I ll come tomorrow. ..strange! I showed him the problem and then this guy wants me to wait and see if the issue persists tomorrow. .. I guess he might have thought, his midas touch had resolved the issue. Between all this I sent a heads up to the nodal officer at [protected]@mtnl.net.in for which I haven't received any response yet. Per my knowledge the nodal complaints response are supposed to be quick and prompt. I have also asked the complaint with docket no. 4440 to be reopened as this was the second consecutive time that my complaint was closed without being attended to. Thanks, Sajitha[protected]

                  After hundreds of complaints and personal visit on janak puri telephone exchange . There is no body listen my complaints that broadband net is mostly not working if it works it works very slow . In February 2015 whole month net not worked and I had to pay the bill of February also . I am feeling as if company is Rob us. Please resolve earliest

                    On 19th April a complaint was booked with Complaint No.222. On 24th Mobile message was received that there is cable fault. Today it is 30th April and our land line[protected] remains Dead. there is no way we are going to pay for this period of (dis) service.                     Complaint registered on 19.4.2015 No. 222. On 24.4.2014 received message on Mobile: that it is a Cable fault.
                    Today it is 30th April, there is no indication of rectification of fault.

                    Phone has remained out of order since 19th April, 2015. I believe you will not send me bill for this period when phone remained out of order.

                    Please rectify the fault, it is causing extreme difficulty in our communication

                      R/s, Sir my telephone no.is 22185589 registered name vimla.Sir my problem is that the mtnl not give me a fast internet speed that i want sir my plan name is 795 in this the mtnl give me 10gb at 2mbps speed after 10 gb bundle is used my speed is at 512 kbps here is my problem thai i am not consume all 10 gb i use 7gb till now so why my internet speed is 200 kbps sir recently this issue is fixed by mtnl is that 15-20 days before my internet speed is very low i complaint on 1504 and talk to jto and sdo but no one response me. but i could do regular complaint on mtnl so, 2 days before my internet speed is 2mbps i am very happy but yesterday night my internet speed is very low means 200kbps i also complaint on 1504 the complaint no. 63300043 he said that its a minor problem we will fix this issue but till now no body response me. So, sir i humble request you to please increase my internet speed as soon as possible sir i am a student internet is really important for me. Please fix this issue please increase my internet speed at 2mbps...

                        This is with reference to our Telephone line no.[protected], which also happens to be our Broadband Internet Connection. Since last 15 days my phone is dead and i m unable to use my broadband as well and we have lodged numerous complaints, also met your technicians couple of times regarding the same, but it was all in vain, we have been given a number of reasons for this.viz. Earthen issue.. and saying they r not having labours to work on earthen issues...

                          I request to you Sir for increase the signal strength of MTNL Transmitter/ Transponder at Andrews Ganj, New Delhi-110049 because MTNL signal strength is very poor. I could not talk to any body at my Quarter No. F-34, Road No. 3, Andrews Ganj, New Delhi on my Mobile No.[protected] due to week signals.Please do some needful, so I remain customer of MTNL.                             Online recharge failed

                            On 21.04.2015 I recharged two nos [protected] and [protected] for Rs.750/- and Rs.100/- respectively through my Axis Bank credit card. The said amounts are debited from my account. I have also received alerts from Axis bank that the amounts are successfully paid. However the recharged amounts are not credited to the mobile nos.                             Bill paid twice but no refund till yet

                            I made mtnl landline(CA number-[protected]) bill payment on 29 Mar 2015 of Rs.837 via PayTm site([protected]-PaytmMobileSolutionP). Due to some problem, my money got debited from my HDFC Account but still the bill was not paid. I contacted paytm and hdfc bank both, they confirmed that the money has been received by the merchant(MTNL). But still, my Online Account on MTNL Site showed the bill as unpaid.                             R/s, Sir my telephone no.22185589 registered name Vimla. Sir my problem is that my internet speed is very low. Sir my plan is 795 in this plan mtnl give me 2Mbps speed in 10gb when 10gb is finished my internet speed is at 512 kbps but i will not consume whole 10gb bundle so why my speed of internet and wifi is very low. i also complaint in mtnl complint no. 1504 and i email at mtnl helpdesk, talk to jto and sdo but no one response me. Sir i am a student internet is really important for me i study iit-jee so whenever i watch lectures with low speed of internet i can't watch it and when i use wifi in my smartphone the 32mb file will download in 25-30 minutes. So, please i humble request you to sir please increase my internet speed as fast as you can...sir please do something because mtnl not provide such type of speed that i wish. So, Sir please you could do something or take action on them..

                              I have been using the MTNL 8mbps Service on my number *26782432 *for more than a year now and have been very happy with the service till now. Since I had to move just 2 buildings away I fell in the same Telephone Exchange and the local movement took place very smoothly. But ever since the Internet Connection began i have only had speed problems and no one at your end is trying to fix it My Issue is I am only getting 2mbps download speed where i pay 1999 for an 8mbps 85gb I have raised numerous complaints also called 12540 to speak with Prabhadevi to check on my issue they have confirmed that its a *LINE issue* and told me to raise a complain on 192 and let the Line Man fix the line I raised both Landline and Broadband Complaint and there has been no one coming to get this fixed only one Question from all of them 'Phone ChaloHai Na?' At which I explain what the issue is and they tell me they will look into it and close the case by the end of the day. MY Line as My Stats show *SNR *: 73 Downstream & 65 Upstream *Attenuation* : 445 Downstream & 278 Upstream Which clearly confirms that its an issue with the Line and the Line Man has to do his job I have attached my line stats to confirm that This issue has been there since the start of the month and i am paying 2000 for which i get only 2mbps which is not fair

                              I Just came back from the Jogeshwari Telephone Exchange and have still not got a confirmation if the issue will be fixed or not...the man from the Tech department said he will send a person to check the connection. Billiong Team told me to wait till they are able to fix the issue and ask for a rebate for the time the service was not working
                              Today at 5:30 pm the complaints i posted above are closed i have opened new cases with Docket numbers 2643 and 2648 for Landline and Broadband Respectively

                                Dear Sir, My name is Asad, and I have very limited MTNL landline usage for making outgoing calls, but for last sometime I am getting high bill and higher number of call recording in the bill (this month bill have some 532 calls metered which is out of question for me, it can be maximum 80 call but not 532 for sure).                                   Our broadband / Internet services on phone line nos26018117 have. Ot been working for 3 mths. Repeated complaints to the local Soami nagar nos 26014141 have not helped as our services have still not been restored. We are neither informed of any promotional offers on our nos. the latest on the repair scene was that we will upgrade your modem such that from Rs 50/ which is being currently charged will now cost Rs 100/, even after agreing to the above they still haven't come. On the basis of the above situation I would request you to give us credit for the above, and if you are still not in a position to do so then I will be forced to consider whether or not I should continue with your services.
