Sir, from a month i have registered complaints doc-5672, 2437 &808 found instrument is faulty.I am paying Rs-250 rental charge for it from initial.Who will replace my faulty instrument.If I Replace then you will not claim for rent Please do the needful. On 5.8.2020, an mtnl linesman came to my 92 year old father's house and told him the instrument was faulty. He said mtnl does not replace instruments and gave him an d instrument for Rs. 200 and also took his old instrument, which I suspect was not defective. The phone that was given to my father is defective.
Calls to the linesmanare ignored.
Our Instrument is not been working for the past six months. yhe telephone rings but there is no connection. Our number 28785780
Have registered several complaints also
no one from MTNL has come over to attend.
looks lile some wiring issue
Our telephone land-land instrument is not properly working .it's Faulty telephone instrument so please Replace it asap because our aged parents get to much trouble to communicate. So please solve the issue asap. Fowling is our Details

    i have a mtnl broadband combo plan of freedom 597.in the month of February there is a promotional offer in which they reduce the modem and installation charges upto rs1000 when booking the internet before 5th february 2015 so i book the internet but on the first month of internet they give me two bill of 697rs each i complaint this to sanchar hat but they did not respond the said that this bill is right but before i booked my internet i asked to the mtnl officers about the promotional offer the said that you did not give modem charges and installation charges you give only 597 rs with cpe modem charges and with service tax but after this they give a bill of only modem and installation charges and other bill of my internet usage. they are such a fraud i complaint this but they did not responded. please give me suggestion about what i do about this.

      Hello, Seems like no one in MTNL is interested in service problems faced by customers. There are very frequent problems in MTNL connection and there is no proper solution provided ever. It has been now more than 20 days and the phone is still dead and no internet service available. However, Multiple docket no. have been generated and multiple calls have been made in this regard. The Monthly bills are getting generated punctually every month. but there is no service punctuality..why? It is really very disappointing to write every day negative words to you. Please resolve the issue with my phone #[protected] urgently.

        My Landline no. 26776013, CA no. [protected] is not working from 9th April 2015. I compliant on 26772198 daily in the morning for landline and broadband, get a docket no., but in the evening at 5.00pm it gets cleared without rectifying the problem.I don't how the authorities like Mr. Dubey, Mr. Pandey in Jogeshwari West MTNL office clear the dockets. They are the senior officiers there I do not know what they do in the office. Pl see in to the matter and rectify the same as soon as possible.

        I have the same issue .. my Telephone Exchange is also Jogeshwari and i have been having slow speed issue with my connection from the 8th of April and nothing has been done, the people at Prabhadevi 12540 say its a Line issue but the line men keep closing the complaint and i am playing 2000 for the 8mbps 85 gb plan and im im only getting 2mbps ...

          i ve complained twice but no one responeded. using this landline since month but no std facility is activated. when i am trying to use net it doesn't connect to ip address so unable to access net too. no body visits even after complaining.

              since past 15 days facing incoming issue with my dolphin prepaid No. [protected].Facing Incoming problems, on incoming am not able to hear voice from other side. Complained Twice but issue on my side doesn't solve. First complaint was launched on 30th March 2015 under complaint no. 732883, Nothing happened, again i launched complaint on 8th April 2015 under complaint no. 736328, again nothing happened, Today on 10th April 2015 I called 1503 customer care no. to rectify whether any action has been taken. They told me that problem has been solved at there end. So customer doesn't exist here MTNL is resolving problems at there end only, not at customer end. Kindly refund my payment of 2100/- approx that exist in my prepaid, so that i move towards another company.

                  Ref telephone no.[protected]Ramnik Karia) I have recently booked a new broadband connection with MTNL Mumbai for a plan of 8MBPS speed The speed that I am getting currentlty is 2MBPS only while MTNL has been charging me for the 8MBPS plan unecessarily I have booked several complaints, but no action has been taken yet, all I get in response is a message the next day saying that "your complaint no.******** has been resolved" while nothing has been done from their end The reason that I am filing a complaint this time is that my net is not working since 4-5 days and I have booked a complaint The technician (Mr. Yadav) had visited my home and I was told that he did not know how to setup my modem (as it is a private modem and not theirs) and that he will get someone else on who can fix my modem I told him that I have about 15 minutes (as I was in office, that is not far from my home) but he was not even ready to wait for that time and left No one has yet visited my home and the problem has not yet been fixed When I tried to call MTNL on their no.1504 to ask about my complaint, they said that the system was down and that no records could be found. Then I called their no.198, it was an automated voice that said the complaint has already been booked and the phone got disconnected I don't understand how many days does it take to fix an internet problem The least that MTNL can do is that they can give me a temporary modem until they are able to fix my problem as they will still charge me for the period in which the net connection was not functional and I am loosing money and also not getting any service from MTNL Please help!

                  I have had the same issue i am on an 8mbps plan and im only getting 2mbps and they keep closing the complaints and not bother to get it fixed but still charge me 2000 the 85 gb plan

                    My MTNL landline phone no.[protected] has been dead for the past about 3 weeks. I lodged a complaint [on the automated complaint registration service of MTNL] on 27/03/2015. However, no MTNL service person has come to attend to the complaint for the past 10 days and the phone continues to be dead with no dial tone. There has been no way of reaching some one in MTNL to ask for an early resolution of the problem or to complain about the complaint not being attended to till I have reached your website. Please pass on my complaint to the concerned person in MTNL and have the problem in my landline phone attended to.

                            Why do we have very poor technical team in the back end to support a company like MTNL. Why is MTNL senior management not looking into the back end support. What stops them to strengthen the back end technical team. It's always easy to sell products and services with government funding however to maintain the same with good quality of service. I am surprised even i[censored] mark email to DGM level we still do not get response from the local team. The attitude of senior management shows and set the guidelines to the junior subordinate and to the support team. Rgds

                                i have been following up for my new connection past 5 days of which no connection has been done still. the wire man name dubey just gave me the telephone instrument on 24/3/15 & said that in the evening will come & install, which till date didnt come. i followed up for my problems to everyone including the area person on 23002600, he said its not my duty. when contacted the area manager on 24145556, they spoke rudely that for all this things mangers dont entertain & told to call on 24970000 & speak to hegde. i have been roaming here & there but i am not getting any response.

                                    Respected Sir I am facing MTNL WiFi low speed, disconnection etc problem since last 3 months. I am using Freedom 795 Combo Plan and my Telephone No. is 25495583. Since day one of this WIFI connection I am facing regular disconnection of WIFI even if WIFI is working speed is so slow that I can hardly open a single webpage. I am constantly approaching to MTNL about this issue but till date no action has been taken. I fail to understand being a consumer and even after regular payment of Bill on Time why this issue is taking so long to resolve. Is this the service you are providing to your value customers. You can even check my complaint record every single day I am filing complaints of WIFI which is effecting my usual official and personal web related task too. May I request you to seriously look into this matter ant try to resolve this issue as early as possible otherwise I will be left with no other option other than switching on to someother WIFI provider which is providing far better service.

                                      I have taken MTNL Broadband Service from last two months. But I never got proper service from them. I am loosing ADSL connection all the time and every time I complaint them they give me complaint number and then after some time message me that "Complaint Attended" but no solution of my problem.
