We have surrender our Landline connection telephone no. 28922168 at Borivli east on 17.10.2014 & we have paid last bill received on 14.09.2014 for the period 01/.7/2014 to 31/.08/2014.At that time authority has informed security deposite amount will refund within 30 days. Till today we have not received the same.

      Dear all I am the customer of MTNL Using service from past 2-3 years, Recently i shifted my Home to Deoli village, near sangam vihar on last year june. from then till now onwards i logged lots of complaint related with drop connections. This month i logged 4 complaint for dead line issue. Everytime line man came and fix the broken line. and now there are more then 6-7 joints on my telephone line. please check my issue as i need permanent solution for this.         I would like to raise the issue o[censored]tter mismanagement of the MTNL services, more than half of the month the landline is not working, one cannot lodge complaint on their website, they have a faulty page. I doubt misuse of my landline number 29553437 from the exchange, more than 4 years my billing has been normal less than 200 calls a month, and immediately I see 984 calls being recorded by them. This is really disappointing to se, the quality of service provided by the government Department.

            Lodging complaint with MTNL has become a routine to ascertain service availability. Most of the time the complaint is about intermittent connection or low speed .Every time I lodge a complaint MTNL people call back to check the problem, but no response their after . My current Internet plan is 650 unlimited combo, my plan provides unlimited download and an ideal Internet speed of 1mbps technically ~800-900 kbps whereas in actual I get 250 -300 kbps speed. Instead of providing me the assured service as per my plan I am suggested to change or upgrade my plan/do a Internet top-up recharge/take an additional data plan. I request consumer forum to look into this matter and help me...

              I have made an online recharge of Rs. 500 on MTNL mobile no. [protected] on 24/02/2015 but recharge was not done and shown as failed. Refer Transaction ID.SBI[protected] from Mumbai. If recharge has failed then my amount of 500 rupees should be credited to my SBI account. Kindly take a serious note of the complaint do the needful urgently.

              On the 24th july 2020 Rs. 101 was recharged but not recharged and the money has gone out of the account. Please refund as soon as possible.

              On the 6th November 2020 Rs.85 was recharged but not recharged and the money has gone out of the account. Please refund as soon as possible.

                I approached MTNL Customer Care in Khar -W Mumbai telephone exchange and submitted all documents as required and was told request will be fulfilled in 3hours. Nothing happened. Just at 8:45 pm today received SMS that order ID COM0636722 is processed successfully. Still unable to top-up / recharge. No satisfactory reply from exchange officials or helpline no. 1503.                     Hi, My phone no. 26217804, My Internet is not working from more than 1 month. I called to GM, Area manager & all other related person at least 20 times.They are daily giving me time of one day but still nothing happen. I complained in customer care also 5 times..                       This is with regards to the broadband connection I am using from mtnl. My telephone no. is 28112774 and my connection is pathetic. I am using broadband. I facing the issue from last three months, (I have given many complaints to them latest complaint number 1240 open from more than 20 days not yet resolved, everyday i raise complain i get same complaint number) from 15th of november, (line was getting disconnected) I asked the local MTNL lineman (I was informed to ask this person by MTNL people they provided me his phone number Mr Pal) if I can buy a 8 mbps plan he said yes I can buy as far as I will pay big money I will get all the super fast speed. from the first day I have never got 8 MBPS speed (I pay for 8 MBPS every month but i get speed between 1 to 6.5 MBPS maximum..., the line was disconnected for more than 1 month because of cable issue..., once cable issue fixed on 4th of Feb 2015 line started and it is getting disconnected frequently... please check my all records...I have informed MTNL that I am using this service for my bread and butter as i am freelancer and i work from home. I develop softwares, website, digital marketing etc to earn few bucks... but because of MTNL broadband issue I am not able to get a single project ... as whenever I start my system MTNL Internet works for few minutes after that it is getting disconnected. today just now i was chating with my client based in UK and the Internet got disconnected. they have told me more than 100 times it will be resolve in few Hrs... but I am waiting for the issue to be resolved. I have already called more than 10 times to Bhayandar DGM office and also I have send the email to highest authority in MTNL to resolve the issue but so far no sollution... I have given written later for rebate and to adjust the amount and recieved the acknowledgement from them I have lost minimum 150k Indian inr in terms of my business because of MTNL broadband notworking since i am facing the issue with the line from 3 months earlier it was not working at all (because of cable issue they fixed in 50+ days)... because of MTNL i am facing lot of issue in my daily life, as i am not able to earn money, I cant talk to my clients on time when they want me to talk with them (according to there given time). so the are not paying me because of MTNL i am not able to complete my projects on time. because of MTNL my own website is not yet completed and stuck in between. I had no other option as there is no other service provider in my area. I have spend my money and time to resolve the issue like visiting saveral times to MTNL exchange in Mira road. i spend more than the bill comes every month to fix it and also i am completely dependent on MTNL, but they have not fixed the issue, so far also they do not respond to my call, , please check each and every call done by me, They do not answer they call properly, they put the call on mute, they dont have any technical knowledge to help ..., now i want the compensation as well because i dont like how this people are working. this is very bad experience today as i again lost big project for one of my UK client... when I was talking to my client regarding his project my internet disconnected...because of which my client stopped talking to me whjich is also a insult for me. I am paying 1200 INR + every month so that my Internet will work most of the time, but its been more than 70+ days I am facing the issue and no lineman or engineer have visited my home to check the issue... I dont want to use this connection anymore now... because of MTNL broadband i am not able to earn from last three months and my financial condition is broken, I am facing lot of mental trauma, They are behaving like I am a enemy to them... please help me... so far they have (call center 1504 people given me more than 20 numbers to talk with 60% of the ladline number given to me was not picked up in exchange 20% wrong number 10% dont know anything and remaining 10 % have always farworded my case lto someone else informing me) Complaint handling proccess is even worse. The language operators use is very outrageous. They are not aware of what they are saying nor they know about the lineman when he will check the connection. They dont take the responsibility of what they are doing. Time that we are provided for complaint is 24 hrs in which nothing gets resolved. We are asked to call area manager by taking number with help of directory enquiry service. The number that they provide never answers. Please look into my connnection problem as you are charging huge money for broadband and wasted my valuable time ... I want compensation for the issues i have faced because of MTNL i want a compesation of $100 billion as sometimes when I was not able to communicate with my client and internet was getting disconnected after 100's of calls to mtnl and they say now it will work it didn't so it is killing me everyday...also if somebody can help me sue the MTNL I will give him half of the amount to him...

                        I'm fed up with MTNL from last 2 months regular follow-ups for getting my Broadband issue solved. Earlier there was a cable fault. It took more than 30 to 40 days to clear that, then they told server issues. Yet the problem not solved.
                        Very surprising is I complain & in the evening or next day they remove the complain mentioning complain resolved without resolving it. How can they do that?

                          Serious issues with my mtnl dolphin delhi prepaid network My phone shows only 2-3 towers at home and no tower in office (no signal) At home this causes keeps disconnecting my calls, it has become rather annoying, I have two vodaphone connections, they seem to be working alright, but my network always keeps disconnecting. it is so frustrating...

                              My mtnl telephone no. is 22478380. My broadband connection is 16-17 days old. after 2 days of installation my broadband went down. i am complaining every day since then on a regular basis and the keep saying that because your ADSL is stable but no internet that means the problem is from exchange. I talked to an officer and he said that u have to be at home and our technicians wiil come. i was on leave for 3 days but no one came, only some call that whether your broadband is working or not. Don't know how MTNL works and how many more days/month i have to wait?

                                Respected Authority, I have a resedential fixed landline and WiFi internet connection provided by the above mentioned company. However, my telephone line has been disconnecteed four times just in the past week, which also leads to an erratic connection to the internet. On every occasion the sequence is that, my line gets disrupted, I lodge a complaint, services are restored the next day and disrupted again in a few hours. This sequence has been repeated far too often in a short span of time, for it to be a routine matter. I suspect that someone is deliberately tampering with my line. Please look into this situation at the earliest.

                                    Dear Sir/s, It pains me to regularly complain on the MTNL website and through the IVR regularly since May 2014 last year as I am facing Frequent Disconnection of Broad Band on my telephone number - 2679092 Your line man refuses to attend to the complaint and on a daily basis he seems to clear the complaint without resolving the issue. The line man also visited my premises once in August last year under the influence of alcohol. I shouted at him and also complained to the lady on the IVR about this. ever since he has never come to my premises to resolve the issue and he simply clears the complaint. He made tall promises but nothing ever happened. Some person claiming to be from the Lower Parel office also made tall promises but the problem continues. It should be noted here that almost on a daily basis I am lodging a complaint and the next day morning without resolving the complaint it has been cleared from the system. As I am unaware as to who would actually look into this matter from your end, I have intentionally chosen to write this email to almost every available on your website. Ity has been marked to 37 Senior officer's of MTNL, and I hope atleast one of you would actually care for your customer and the reputation of MTNL and resolve the issue. In case the problem remains unresolved, it would be clear to understand the in ability of your company to retain customers and will opt out of the services. Please look into the above and oblige. THE ABOVE WAS ALSO SENT TO EMAIL ID'S OF 37 SENIOR OFFICERS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE OF MTNL, FROM THE ABOVE 37 EMAIL ID'S LISTED ON THE WEBSITE, 10 DO NOT EXIST, YES READER 10 NO LONGER EXIST AND MTNL DOES NOT CARE TO EVEN UPDATE FRESH EMAIL ID'S.                                         Its been more than a week that my MTNL broadband connection is not working. I lodged a lot of complaints on their complaint number 198 from my MTNL landline. The MTNL employees visited my place only after a week and a half on 10/2/15 and checked the problem. Stated that my Modem has some problem.They replaced my modem with another used modem (2nd hand) and asked me to use the internet with LAN wire till they come back with another modem where wifi can be configured. I was told by MTNL emp loyees- one of whose name is Mr.Padval that they will get the new modem within two days. After which no one is answering my calls since the past 3 days. Today Mr.Padval answered my call and replied to me that he can't do anything about also told me to do anything that I can. He told me to talk to his senior- Mr.R.R Pandey who again did not answer my calls. This gets me to a conclusion that I am paying MTNL bill for broadband services I am unable to use. There is no response whatsoever from MTNL. I am trying to follow up with them all through the day (despite working) yet there is no response from them rather employees like Mr.Padval and Mr.Pandey are not bothered about consumer or their complains . Kindly look into this
