Respected sir this is to bring to your kind notice that speed of wifi internet connection over tel no. 28523042 is very slow & wifi is not working. My Complaint has already been registered many times but no any response and i have been facing lots of difficulties over very slow speed because of this, even wifi is also not working. my modem model is DM856W kindly advice concern officers to attend d complain and increase the speed...

    Its been more than a week that my MTNL broadband connection is not working. I lodged a lot of complaints on their complaint number 198 from my MTNL landline. The MTNL employees visited my place only after a week and a half on 10/2/15 and checked the problem. Stated that my Modem has some problem.They replaced my modem with another used modem (2nd hand) and asked me to use the internet with LAN wire till they come back with another modem where wifi can be configured. I was told by MTNL emp loyees- one of whose name is Mr.Padval that they will get the new modem within two days. After which no one is answering my calls since the past 3 days. Today Mr.Padval answered my call and replied to me that he can't do anything about also told me to do anything that I can. He told me to talk to his senior- Mr.R.R Pandey who again did not answer my calls. This gets me to a conclusion that I am paying MTNL bill for broadband services I am unable to use. There is no response whatsoever from MTNL. I am trying to follow up with them all through the day (despite working) yet there is no response from them rather employees like Mr.Padval and Mr.Pandey are not bothered about consumer or their complains . Kindly look into this

      I have made an online recharge of Rs. 130.00 on MTNL mobile no. [protected] on 09/02/2015 but recharge was not done and shown as failed. Refer Transaction ID. BUDC[protected] from Mumbai. If recharge has failed then my amount of 130.00 rupees should be credited to my Union Bank of India account. Kindly take a serious note of the complaint & do the need full urgently.

        Hello Sir/Mam, I have taken Rs 999 plan for broadband connection from MTNl, which specifies that the speed will be 1 Mbps. But till now i haven't got a speed of more than 0.19 Mbps. I have complaint several times within a very short duration of taking the connection. I have been continuously visiting to my exchange to resolve this issue. But still no resolution has been done.           Since last 3-4 months, I have been continuously raising complaints of the fault in connection - no dial tone. However, it is not getting corrected, inspite of bill payments. This annoying that the complaint numbers are resolved without solving the issue. Because of this problem, I am not able to use Broad band. I will be raising it to ombudsman or Consumer court if not solved.

            Internet Speed concern has not been fixed even after so many assurances that it will be taken care of. There is a speed test result taken on 27th January at 5.17 am .               MTNL New Delhi Telephone Number: 25552327. Countless complaints registered via online portal, phone IVR, calling exchange and the concerned Area Manager. Latest complaint Docket No: 615501 for reference. I actually went to their office to shut down their services and seek a re-fund but was informed that I would need to get the device, modem and other accessory to their office along with a written APPLICATION LETTER on a working day and within working hours (if the person is still at his desk or have travelled outside on official work). Until then, we are trapped in the vicious circle of paying monthly bills within time. Do they actually expect me to take a day off just to run across their office desk-to-desk and seek a resolution for the issue that they are responsible for??? Who runs this thing anyways? Who is responsible and accountable for such poor service? and who will resolve this issue or get me my money back with an unconditional apology???

                I register complaint on 1 Jan 2015 and also doing complaints onwards but there is no response my phone is dead no one solve my problem whenever i call them that they told me that lineman came tomorrow now and fix my issue there is 23 Jan and no response from them My telephone is dead and his bill also come.

                  My phone number is 22527852 with unlimited broadband combo plan of 749 per month. Previously it was with speed 512kbps but now mtnl have increased the spped to 768Kbps. I have been complaining regularly for last one month about the speed complaints and resolving host issue with my connection. Not able to open any site. Have to refresh the pages again and again. Most of the important websites are not opening. My complaint numbers are as follows: Online complaint [protected][protected] Telephone: 22527852 Complaint Type: Speed Problem Docket No: 609755 IVRS complaint [protected][protected] Docket No. : [protected]- 16 jan Docket No. : [protected] - 19 jan Docket No. : [protected] - 21 jan Unfortunately none of the mtnl officials are concerned about these complaints and doing nothing about the resolving host issue neither they are increasing my broadband speed. When i called on 1500 they told me to call on 1504 or 1509 to register the complaint. When i call on 1504 they tell me to register complaint on 1500. One of the tele callers gave me the SDO office number 22466363 but inspite of calling numerous times no one picks up this number. This is the worst every department i have seen so far in terms of customer care service. When it comes to new connection they always comes running on one call. But for customer service they are just no more than bloody . Please do let me know what should i do now and where should i launch the complain and how should i get it working. Thanks

                    Hi Team, This is to inform that my Landline & Broadband is not working for many days. My Complaint has already been registered with Complain # 765 dated 29th December 2014 though the phone was dead much prior to this. Despite of that I had already paid my Bill which was Due on 30th December 2014. My bills are always paid on time despite of it I don't get complete services. There may be a technical problem but why is this happening after every quarter. This is really getting frustrated now, no response to customer voice, despite of that I am getting a new bill in my email.Is this the normal way your team treats the customer.I would appreciate if someone from the higher management can respond to this.                       Last month i changed my plan from TRIBAND599 unlimited combo to FREEDOM995 unlimited combo on the no.[protected] Dabri Mod Extension), and yet the speed is still to increase. It is supposed to give 2mbps download speed till 20GB download, but since day one the speed has been 512 kbps. After even 3-4 complaints, both online and in person at the nearest MTNL office, nothing has been done to help my case. Please look into my query.

                        My Internet connection from MTNL down for last 2 weeks not working even phone is also not working, when complain made to local exchange (Mehrauli) they replied that server having problem due to which Internet is not working overall. I am fade up of service from MTNL, When i logged complaints on MTNL online they close all complaints without resolving problems. There is no mechanism for follow up on complaints. Nobody is responsible for faulty connectivity. I am paying for whole month and not able to access it for half of month. It go down mostly of weekends, MTNL's self complaint site is not enough to write complete problem description. That is why people moving to other private companies.

                          I put a request for disconnection on 22-Nov 2014 at Chitra Vihar Sanchar Haat, But still I haven't get my security amount. I visited Chitra Vihar Few days back & was told that they haven't received the requst from Madhur Vihar Exchange yet, hence can't proceed. I was told that in 15-20 days, I would get my refund cheque at home address, but now its been around 2 months since this request.

                            I am MTNL customer availing landline and broadband services with paying all bill payments on time since 2013, but sorry to say now a days I could not able to use your services due to my phone line dead. I logged many complaints since 03’Nov’14 but could not get any response any of them. Please find the complaintsdetails in past as below. Date Docket no Action Fault 03-Nov-14 578 No action till date Set Dead 07-Nov-14 539 No action till date Set Dead Fed-up o[censored]nattended complaints and dead phone force me to purchase new hand set at my personal expenses.                                 My Name is Ramakant Sawate I have already mailed to the gm that I had been not getting in spite of paying the deposit and there are already many MTNL connection in my premises but the lineman is admant and is saying a long wire is require for a connection till my house I am ready to pay the wire charges but then too they fail to provide me with the connection i am attaching the proof of the receipt of the deposit paid to the MTNL Ghatkopar .                                   i live in tughlakabad extension, and i have been having serious issues with my mtnl network. my phone shows range, but the network keeps disconnecting my calls, it has become rather annoying, my mom has a vodaphone connection and my sister has a airtel connection, they seem to be working alright, but my network always keeps disconnecting. it is so frustrating. kindly fix the same as soon as possible regards aashish george

                                    Hello On our request MTNL Provided us a telephone and Wifi router Till August everything worked well But we got late in paying July august dues It lead to our phone becoming dead We registered one complaint to MTNL to get Phone and internet working .But we got no confirmation or call from them Since september phone is dead ..We have never used it (Internet also) But bills are coming to us for every month We haven't used service MTNL keep sending messages to us regarding bill payment .How they can send us bills when we haven't used their service?They even don't provide any platform to cut the telephone connection online (even after government's directive) Please look into this matter and reply to us asap Phone no - [protected]

                                      I have not received any response so far from MTNL, i do not no know what to do now, my phone bill are going up, without any service is being given, i am suppose to pay for service not for having the land line installed at home, which is of no use for me, my internet is not working since mid of October 2014, I hope i will have response now from MTNL. what I expect from MTNL now. 1.Since I have not use the internet from mid of October 2014 till date, so I am not supposed to make the bill payment, as I am supposed to make the payment for the service which I have availed, but here no service = not pay. 2.Initially my internet did not work for almost a month, but I still made the full payment. It took almost months to start the internet service from the day telephone set had been installed, 3.I will continue with this, but for that I would expect MTNL to waived off the bill amount for the period internet did not work, and then let me know the final amount I need to pay, I will make the payment and same day or very next day my internet connection should resume. 4.And if it will continue working I will not have any issue making payment.

                                        Hi, This is to bring to notice to all the concerned authorities that I Jatin Makhija with Phone no. 26235816 is not able to use neither the landline for calling and nor the internet plan associated with it at all from the last 9 days with complaint number 288 and 253 ( this one i raised today dialing [protected] from my cellphone). Its not the first time that i am facing trouble with MTNL, in this era one can imagine how difficult it gets without internet and phone for communication. Kindly look into it but yes tomorrow I need to work using this connection which unfortunately i don't i will be able to and henceforth i might visit their office too but it will again ringing a bell with no hope.
