Dear Sir, My land line phone 22343847 is not working since Sept.2014, there is no dial tone. A complaint was lodged on12.09.2014 (Docket No.1742) and repeatedly reminded over phone to area supervisor but not getting satisfactory reply. Now I am fed up and wish to surrender my connection, Kindly inform me the procedure. However it would be painful to surrender the connection since I have long association with MTNL.     I am calling from Last two weeks regarding my broadband problem i.e not working properly due to ADSL Unstable. First they Pick call in around 5-7 minutes on IVR after that they disconnect call. If by mistake they reply their language is so rude and abusive. In night hours they also behave like I called on wrong number. Is it the way to provide service to consumer or you are trying to say that its a government servant feel good factor... Is there no any supervisor and manager who keep watch on these executive. Please do needful changes so that consumer can contact you in case of inconvenience.

        I have a 8mbps broadband plan for my no. 26392478, for the past couple of weeks i am getting very low speeds and after giving complaints repeatedly there is no respite. Every time a complaint is booked either online or by helpline a person calls and confirms even though I say its not working the complaint no. is removed.

            My broadband phone no23528567 not working properly last from more than six month I complaint on line more than 50 time some time line man come and says Line is ok but modem is defected it's not in my job it's eng job he give mr Umesh no[protected] I call him more then 100 time but he never come to solve problem, Javed Alvi

            My land line no. is 29541412 and installed at T-97D, Village Khirki, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. There is a limit for tolerating this kind of by MTNL. The complaints registered are getting removed without even getting bothered to attend and nobody comes for attend the complaint. Latest Complaint Docket No are 636175 dt.21.2.2015, 694354 dt. 03.05.2015. Complaint : LINE NOISY, INTERNET NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SOME PROPBLEM IN MODEM. The compliant is not solved properly and issue remaining as it is for the last three years. kindly solve the problem urgent as possible.

                  I am paying Rs 1900 for a 2 Mbps broadband plan. But I am getting only 0.5 Mbps speed which is worth only Rs 600. I am facing a loss of Rs 1300 every month. I have lodged several complaints over the years, but issue is never solved. Complaint numbers are : 575914 580404 580555 580750 386356 387278 400420 401310 401609 402119 DOTEL/E/2014/03575 ( pgportal.gov.in ) DOTEL/E/2014/03895 ( pgportal.gov.in ) 407669 DOTEL/E/2014/04833 ( pgportal.gov.in ) But no use.                     My telephone number is[protected]. I am using broadband services from last year by Putting phone on hold as the cable was faulty. This was suggested by line man of the area. The lineman told me that all area cable are completely damage and all people have same phone dead problem. Now from Aug, 14 the cables are completely damage and the line is dead till now. I had put complaint on august month asking for the rebate, but they just gave me half bill rebate for august month only and am receiving bills every month on my address. The officer are not listening and not giving me rebate. Please consider this complaint and help me in getting rebate as the phone is completely dead from august and still it is dead.

                        Dear concerned authorities, This is to bring to your kind notice that I have a telephone connection 26235816 with broadband of which i raised a request of change of plan to Freedom 800, early this month. After a handful of working days it got updated in records and my bill cycle has been updated too but the services promised by the plan are still not reflected, i.e. i am still getting old speed of 512kbps instead of 2 mbps. Its been now 2 weeks with a complaint raised : complaint number: 63300011, two personal visits to the mtnl office but still no effect. Everyday i am trying to call 1504, 197 to get connected to someone who can really help but they simply disconnect the call that ok we will look into it and not even listening to my problem. This is simply poor customer service and this is not what is expected from such a big organization. Kindly look into it ASAP. Thanks & regards, Jatin [protected]

                          THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT EARLIER WE WERE HAVING 8 NUMBERS OF MTNL WITH SEVERAL SERVICES OF MTNL SUCH AS LANDLINE, BROADBAND, VOIP AND IPTV 29523301, 29523302, 29523303, 29523396, 29522251, 29522007, 29523399 & 29522758 WITH THE PASSAGE OF TIME WE DISCONNECTED SIX NUMBERS AND KEPT TWO NUMBERS WHICH ARE 29522758 & 29523399 WITH LANDLINE AND BROADBAND DUE TO BAD SERVICES PROVIDED BY MTNL. ALL FACTS FOR DICONNECTION OF TELEPHONES ARE IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE GM BCP MR B K TIWARI. THE REASONS ARE VERY WELL KNOWN TO HIM AS HE HAS BEEN SERVING THIS AREA FOR LAST FOUR YEARS AND ABOUT THE OTHER 2 NUMBERS WHICH ARE CURRENTLY WORKING 29523399 & 29522758 AND ALSO ABOUT THE BROADBAND CREATING PROBLEM] IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT THESE NUMBERS ARE INSTALLED UNDER VIP CATEGORY. MTNLD/P/2014/01886 3 JULY 2014 DPG/T/2014/80441 JULY 7 2014 DOTEL/E/2014/20435 JULY 7 2014 MTNLD/P/2014/01954 9 JULY 2014 (IN ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPLAINTS FALSE COMPLIANCE HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THE AREA DE MR ANIL DANG AND AREA GM BCP BY USING MY NAME STATING THAT CONFIRMED FROM MR PRASHANT ALL PROBLEMS RESOLVED AS THE AREA GM THINKS HE CAN SEND FALSE REPORTS TO HIS SENIORS TO MAKE THEM BELIEVE THAT EVERYTHING IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND CAN GET GOOD REMARKS IN HIS CR BOOK AS IF NO PROBLEM IS THERE. (BUT TRUTH IS THAT UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF GM BCP DURING HIS TENURE OF LAST FOUR YEARS THE CONDITION OF THE AREA HAS GOT WORSENED FROM BAD INSTEAD OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION FROM BAD TO GOOD. ALSO IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT IN THE LADO SARAI AREA EARLIER (4-5 YEARS BACK) THERE WERE[protected] LANDLINE NUMBERS AND NOW ONLY 500-600 NUMBERS ARE ONLY LEFT DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE SHOWN BY THE AREA GM AS HE IS NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN GETTING THE CABLE FAULTS ATTENDED ON TIME. DUE TO WHICH FRUSTRATED SUBSCRIBER GETS THEIR LANDLINE NUMBER AND BROADBAND DISCONNECTED AS THEY ARE NOT BEING CONVEYED THE PROPER INFORMATION. ALSO I WOULD TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT EVERY THEN AND NOW UNDERGROUND CABLES OF MTNL GETS CUT DOWN OR GETS STOLEN IN LADO SARAI AND THEIR NETWORK GETS DISTURBED AND HOW COME IS THAT BHARTI AIRTEL IS ABLE TO MAINTAIN ITS NETWORK IN LADO SARAI AS THEIR CABLES ARE ALSO LAID DOWN UNDERGROUND AND THEY ARE RUNNING APPROXIMATELY[protected] NUMBERS. DURING THE PERIOD OF GRIEVANCE/BROADBAND PROBLEM. I PERSONALLY VISITED THE AREA SDE MR S K SHARMA WHO SITS IN THE MEHRAULI MTNL OFFICE AS THE LADO SARAI AREA HAS BEEN RECENTLY ADDED IN THE SECTION OF MEHRAULI AREA THREE MONTHS BACK. I TALKED TO HIM REGARDING THE PROBLEM OF OUR BROADBAND AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE DISCONNECTION PROBLEM. HE SAID THAT I CAN MAKE OUT FROM YOUR BROADBAND DETAILS/ USAGE PATTERN THAT YOUR PROBLEM IS GENUINE AND IT IS INTERMITTENTLY BREAKING/ DISCONNECTING. HE SAID THAT EARLIER YOU LODGED THE RTI REGARDING THE BROADBAND ISSUE AND I TOLD MY SENIORS ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND REQUESTED THEM TO SEND SOMEONE FROM THE HAUZ KHAS MTNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE WHO HAS GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE BROADBAND SO THE PROBLEM CAN BE RECTIFIED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AS I WOULD BE ALSO PRESENT WITH THEM TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE OF BROADBAND PROBLEM. BUT NO ONE CAME TO MAKE THE VISIT INSPITE OF BEING TOLD SEVERAL TIMES. THEN ONE DAY I WAS TOLD TO COME TO THE HAUZ KHAS MTNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE FOR SOME SORT OF WORK. THERE I WAS MADE TO SIGN SOME SORT OF REPORT RELATED TO YOUR BROADBAND. INSPITE OF MY REFUSAL TO SIGN THAT REPORT AS THE PROPER CHECK WAS NOT DONE INSPITE OF BEING TOLD EARLIER SEVERAL TIMES AND THAT REPORT WAS ALREADY MADE ON MY BEHALF AND I WAS BEING PRESSURISED BY MY SENIOR OFFICIALS TO SIGN THAT REPORT. I SIGNED THAT REPORT AS I WAS ALSO BOUND BY CERTAIN LIMITATIONS AND HAS TO LISTEN TO THE INSTRUCTIONS/WORK TOLD BY MY SENIORS. ON JULY 2 2014 EMAILS WERE SENT TO CMD OFFICE, ED OFFICE, CGM(O) OFFICE, GM (BB) AND GM (HQO) ON JULY 3 2014 EMAILS WERE SENT TO CMD OFFICE, ED OFFICE, CGM(O) OFFICE, GM (BB) AND GM (HQO) ON 6 AUGUST SMS WERE SENT ON THE MOBILE NO OF CMD MTNL, ED MTNL, CGM(O) AND GM (BB) REGARDING NON FUNCTIONING OF BROADBAND. ON 8 AUGUST 2014 ENGINEER VISITED THE PREMISES FROM GM BROADBAND CELL BUT COULD NOT RECTIFY THE PROBLEM DUE TO NON INTEREST ATTITUDE TOWARDS OUR COMPLAINT BY THE AREA DE MR ANIL DANG AS THE LINE WAS DEAD SO THE FAULT COULD NOT BE ATTENDED TO AS THE (ENGINEER WAITED FOR ALMOST 4 HOURS AND CALLED THE AREA DE MR ANIL DANG SEVERAL TIMES ON HIS NUMBER TO SEND THE LINEMEN BUT TO OUR SURPRISE NO LINEMEN VISITED THE PREMISES.) ON 11 AUGUST 2014 NUMBER AND BROADBAND STARTED AND LINEMEN VISITED IN THE EVENING AND WHEN HE WAS ENQUIRED. HE SAID THAT JUMPER WIRE WAS BROKEN AT THE MDF AND THAT HAS BEEN REPLACED TODAY. (LANDLINE NUMBER 29523399 AND BROADBAND WERE DEAD FROM 5 AUGUST 2014 AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO VISIT THE PREMISES TO CHECK THE PROBLEM AND (DURING THIS PERIOD AREA DE MR ANIL DANG AND AREA GM BCP WERE ALSO CALLED THEY ALSO DID NOTHING TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.) ON 20 SEPT SMS WERE SENT ON THE MOBILE NO OF CMD MTNL, ED MTNL, CGM(O) AND GM (BB) REGARDING NON FUNCTIONING OF BROADBAND. ON 20 SEPTEMBER 2014 TWO PHONE MECHANICS WERE SENT FROM MEHRAULI TO REPLACE THE MODEM AS THE MODEM WAS FOUND FAULTY AND THE LIGHT FOR INTERNET WAS NOT COMING (OTHER THAN THIS NOTHING WAS DONE TO CHECK THE PROBLEM OF BROADBAND) ON 25 SEPTEMBER 2014 OPEN SESSION ATTENDED MET THE AREA GM BCP AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND IN FRONT OF ALL THE MTNL OFFICIALS INCLUDING THE AGM OP BCP MS LALITA BHARDWAJ AND THE PEOPLE FROM HEADQUARTER WHO WERE THERE IN THE OPEN SESSION. HE TRIED TO HUMILIATE ME BY SAYING THAT ”TUMHARI KYA PROBLEM HAIN PRASHANT JO ITNI COMPLAINT KARTE REHTE HON HAR WALKT APNE NUMBER KI JABKI TUMHARE NUMBER HAR WAKT THEEK REHTE HAIN OR TUM HUME BHI PARESHAN KARTE HON BEWAJAH” . I REPLIED SOFTLY THAT KI MUJHE KOI SHOK TO HAIN NAHI COMPLAINT KARNE KA OR COMPLAINT TO JABHI KARI JAAYENGI JAB KOI PROBLEM HONGI “ THEN THE GM REPLIED BACK THAT KI HUME NALAYAK MAT SAMJHO OR HUM LOGON KO TUMSE JYADA KNOWLEDGE HAIN HAR CHEEZ KE BARE MEIN HUM HAR PROBLEM KE BAARE MEIN JYADA JAANTE HAIN OR ABHI TUMHARE BROADBAND 29523399 KI DETAILS MANGVATA HOON BAHUGANA SE OR USSE BROADBAND KE BAARE MEIN TUMSE JYADA KNOWLEDGE HAIN OR ABHI TUME PATA LAG JAAYENGA KI SAB THEEK HAIN . REGARDING THIS THE APPEAL WAS ALSO SUBMITTED IN THE CGMO OFFICE FOR WHICH THE REPLY IS YET TO BE RECEIVED. ON 1 NOVEMBER 2014 I VISITED THE MTNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE HAUZ KHAS AS I WAS CALLED BY THE AREA DE MR ANIL DANG TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE OF APPEAL WHICH WAS GIVEN BY ME TO THE CGMO REGARDING THE ISSUE OF BROADBAND ON 29523399 AS PER THE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION ON WHICH HE TOLD ME THAT COME TO HAUZ KHAS I NEED TO TALK TO YOU REGARDING THE APPEAL AND THE NEEDFULL WILL BE DONE AS PER THE PROBLEM SITUATION. I REACHED THE EXCHANGE AT AROUND 12 PM AND WENT TO MEET THE DE MR ANIL DANG WHO WAS NOT THERE IN HIS ROOM I WAITED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR THEN AT AROUND 12:45 PM HE CAME AND HE STARTED THE CONVERSATION BY RAISING THE ISSUE OF APPEAL AND ASKED” KI KYAN CHAHTE HON TUM OR HUMARI NAUKRI KE PEECHE KYON PADE HAIN PEHLE TUMNE RTI DAAL DI THI OR AB TUMNE APPEAL DE DI HAIN CGM KO” I SAID THAT “MUJHE KISI KI NAUKRI KHAANE KA KAAM NAHI HAIN OR PROBLEM TO BROADBAND OR SPEED KI HAIN THEEK KARVA DO OR JO PAYMENT BANTI HAIN WO PAYMENT KARNE KO TAIYARR HAIN HUM PAR JAB HUM RS 2000 DE RAHE HAIN MAHINE KE OR PHIR BHI THEEK NA CHALEN KOI CHEEZ TO DIKAT TO HOTI HAIN NA OR COMPLAINT MEIN KARTA HOON TO MERE NAAM USE KAR KE COMPLAINT BAND KARVA DI JAATI HAIN. (MR ANIL DANG WHO IS THE DE OF LADO SARAI HAS SERVED THIS AREA EARLIER ALSO WHEN HE WAS THE SDE AND KNOWS MORE ABOUT THE WORSENING CABLE CONDITION OF THE LADO SARAI AS UNDERGROUND CABLE ARE NOT FIT TO HANDLE HIGH SPEED BROADBAND PLANS THAT IS WHY I AGREED TO HIM FOR CHANGING OF BROADBAND PLAN FROM RS 2000 2MB TO RS 599 512 KBPS AS BROADBAND WILL WORK PROPERLY AND OUR DAILY WORK CAN TAKE PLACE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. HE SAID THAT GO AND TALK TO THE ACCOUNTS OFFICER AFTER LUNCH MR PRAKASH AS YOUR NUMBER HAS GOT DNP ON 27 NOV 2014. I HAVE TOLD HIM TO OPEN THE NUMBER FOR FEW DAYS SO YOUR PROBLEM CAN BE SORTED OUT. I MET MR PRAKASH AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE SCENARIO OF THE PROBLEM. HE SAID THAT I WILL NOT OPEN YOUR NUMBER. THEN I WENT TO THE AREA MANAGER MR M C SINGHAL AND TOLD HIM ABOUT MY PROBLEM HE SAID GO AND MEET MR SRIVASTAVA AGM (COMML) HE WILL DO SOMETHING IN THIS REGARD. THEN I WENT TO MR SRIVASTAVA AGM (COMML) AND TOLD HIM ABOUT MY PROBLEM. THE PAYMENTS WHICH WE ARE MAKING TO MTNL TO AVAIL THE SERVICES AND IN RETURN MTNL SHOULD PROVIDE US THE DESIRED SERVICES INSTEAD OF PROVIDING THE PROPER AND FAULT FREE SERVICES THEY ARE VERY MUCH INTERESTED IN CLOSING THE COMPLAINTS BY USING THE COMPLAINANT NAME AND SENDING FALSE COMPLIANCE REPORT TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY. SOMEONE FROM THE MTNL DEPARTMENT MAY BE SENT TO COLLECT ALL THE EQUIPMENTS FROM OUR RESIDENTIAL PREMISES AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE NOONE FROM THE RESIDENCE WILL GO ANYWHERE TO DEPOSIT THE EQUIPMENTS AS AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION LINMEN CAME TO INSTALL THE EQUIPMENTS AND WHATEVER CORRECT BALANCE AMOUNT IF ANY MAY BE INTIMATED TO ME FOR PAYMENT AND IF THE MTNL HAS THE AMOUNT BALANCE WHICH IS NEEDED TO BE PAID BACK THEN IT MAY BE PAID BACK TO US. I ALSO CAN’T COMPLAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN REGARDING THE PROBLEMS AND WASTE MY TIME IN SUCH INCIDENTS WHERE NO ONE IS LISTENING TO US AND COMPLAINTS MADE ARE GOING IN VAIN. I ALSO HAVE TO ATTEND MY CLASSES AND FOCUS ON MY CARRIER RATHER THEN WASTING MY TIME IN MAKING COMPLAINTS. IF THE ISSUE IS RAISED LATER ON IN THE DELHI LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY THAT WHY WE DON’T WANT TO HAVE MTNL NUMBERS AS THE MLA IS ENTITLED FOR MTNL NUMBERS THEN THE ABOVE MENTIONED REASONS WILL BE THE MAIN REASON BEHIND OUR DISSATISFACTION AND ALSO THE AREA OFFICIALS OF MTNL INCLUDING THE AREA GM.} (THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM WAS VERY SIMPLE WAS VERY SIMPLE IF THE MTNL TRIED TO UNDERSTAND THE REASON BEHIND THE WHOLE PROBLEM AND TRIED TO RESOLVE THE GRIEVANCE. WE WERE HAVING BROADBAND ON 29523399 OF RS 2000 2 MB AND SINCE ITS DATE OF ACTIVATION OVER THE PERIOD OF LAST SIX MONTHS THE BROADBAND WAS INTERMITTENTLY BREAKING/ DISCONNECTING.(WHICH CAN BE SEEN BY TAKING OUT OUR BROADBAND DETAILS) REGARDING THIS PROBLEM SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WERE MADE CONTINUOSLY ABOUT WHICH NOTIHNG WAS DONE. THERE WERE MANY OCCASIONS ON WHICH I WAS TOLD BY THE AREA DE ANIL DANG THAT PRASHANT STAY AT HOME SOMEONE WILL COME TO CHECK THE BROADBAND BUT NO ONE VISITED THE PREMISES. I TOOK MY CLASSES OFF FOR ONE WEEK THAT IS FROM 15 SEPT 14 TO 20 SEPT 14 BUT NO ONE VISITED THE PREMISES. THEN AGAIN ON 6 OCT 14 TO 10 OCT 14 I AGAIN TOOK MY CLASSES OFF BUT NO ONE VISITED THE PREMISES. ALSO IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE CONDUTE AND SURFACE WIRING OF OUR RESIDENCE HAS BEEN CHECKED BY THE TECHNICIAN WHO HAS GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF TELECOM USING THE MULTIMETER AND THE WIRING WAS FOUND TO BE IN GOOD AND IN PERFECT CONDITION, IF THERE IS HIGH USAGE IN THE BROADBAND SUMMARY THEN WE CAN’T BE BLAMED FOR THIS BECAUSE IF ANYTHING NEEDS TO BE DOWNLOADED FOR DOING SOME SORT OF WORK THEN THAT TYPE OF FILE HAS TO BE PUT ON FOR DOWNLOAD FOR ROUGHLY 15-20 TIMES DUE TO INTERMITTENTLY BREAKAGE/DISCONNECTION OF BROADBAND WHICH AUTOMATICALLY REULTS IN INCREASED USAGE OF OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION. THE AREA OFFICIALS HAVE ALSO MALIGNED MY REPUTATION BY GIVING COMPLIANCE SUCH AS THAT WHENEVER THEY HAVE VISITED. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES. AS THE PAYMENT HAS TO BE MADE TO AVAIL THE SERVICES AND THE PRIVATE OPERATOR WILL PROVIDE THE SERVICES BECAUSE THE MTNL WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE US PROPER AND FAULT FREE SERVICES INSPITE OF THE PAYMENTS BEING MADE] [THREE YEARS BACK (MARCH 2011 TO OCT 2011) REGARDING WHICH SPEED POST VIDE ED[protected]IN DATED 18/10/11 WAS ALSO SENT IN WHICH WRITTEN COMPLAINT(SOFT COPY ENCLOSED WITH THIS COMPLAINT) WAS THERE ALONG WITH THE FILE CONTAINING 250-300 PAGES(COMPLAINT MATERIAL) IN WHICH INCIDENT OF RS 30000 BRIBE WAS ALSO MENTIONED WHICH WAS ASKED AT THAT TIME FROM ME BY THE THEN DE MR KOMAL SINGH WHO WOULD HAVE DISTRIBUTED THAT AMOUNT AMONG HIS FELLOW EMPLOYEES WHICH INCLUDED MR ANIL DANG DE AND MR CHANDERBHAN JTO WHO WERE INCHARGE OF OUR AREA LADO SARAI AT THAT TIME REAGRDING THAT COMPLAINT I WAS’NT TOLD ABOUT IT’S RECEIVING NOR ABOUT THE REPLY WHICH WAS RECEIVED FROM THE AREA OFFICE. SAME SORT OF PROBLEM WAS BEING FACED BY US AT THAT TIME ALSO NOTHING WAS DONE BY THE AREA OFFICIALS AND LATER ON AFTER MAKING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES AND AFTER THEIR INTERFERENCE THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND LATER ON THE PROBLEM WAS SOMEHOW RECTIFIED AND AGAIN THAT TYPE OF SITUATION HAS BEEN AGAIN MADE BY THE AREA OFFICIALS. BUT THIS TIME FINALLY WE WOULD BE GETTING OUR LANDLINE AND BROADBAND DISCONNECTED FOREVER. HE SAID THAT I CAN MAKE OUT FROM YOUR BROADBAND DETAILS/ USAGE PATTERN THAT YOUR PROBLEM IS GENUINE AND IT IS INTERMITTENTLY BREAKING/ DISCONNECTING. HE SAID THAT EARLIER YOU LODGED THE RTI REGARDING THE BROADBAND ISSUE AND I TOLD MY SENIORS ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND REQUESTED THEM TO SEND SOMEONE FROM THE HAUZ KHAS MTNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE WHO HAS GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE BROADBAND SO THE PROBLEM CAN BE RECTIFIED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AS I WOULD BE ALSO PRESENT WITH THEM TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE OF BROADBAND PROBLEM. BUT NO ONE CAME TO MAKE THE VISIT INSPITE OF BEING TOLD SEVERAL TIMES. THEN ONE DAY I WAS TOLD TO COME TO THE HAUZ KHAS MTNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE FOR SOME SORT OF WORK. THERE I WAS MADE TO SIGN SOME SORT OF REPORT RELATED TO YOUR BROADBAND. INSPITE OF MY REFUSAL TO SIGN THAT REPORT AS THE PROPER CHECK WAS NOT DONE INSPITE OF BEING TOLD EARLIER SEVERAL TIMES AND THAT REPORT WAS ALREADY MADE ON MY BEHALF AND I WAS BEING PRESSURISED BY MY SENIOR OFFICIALS TO SIGN THAT REPORT. I SIGNED THAT REPORT AS I WAS ALSO BOUND BY CERTAIN LIMITATIONS AND HAS TO LISTEN TO THE INSTRUCTIONS/WORK TOLD BY MY SENIORS. ON JULY 2 2014 EMAILS WERE SENT TO CMD OFFICE, ED OFFICE, CGM(O) OFFICE, GM (BB) AND GM (HQO) ON JULY 3 2014 EMAILS WERE SENT TO CMD OFFICE, ED OFFICE, CGM(O) OFFICE, GM (BB) AND GM (HQO) ON 6 AUGUST SMS WERE SENT ON THE MOBILE NO OF CMD MTNL, ED MTNL, CGM(O) AND GM (BB) REGARDING NON FUNCTIONING OF BROADBAND. ON 8 AUGUST 2014 ENGINEER VISITED THE PREMISES FROM GM BROADBAND CELL BUT COULD NOT RECTIFY THE PROBLEM DUE TO NON INTEREST ATTITUDE TOWARDS OUR COMPLAINT BY THE AREA DE MR ANIL DANG AS THE LINE WAS DEAD SO THE FAULT COULD NOT BE ATTENDED TO AS THE (ENGINEER WAITED FOR ALMOST 4 HOURS AND CALLED THE AREA DE MR ANIL DANG SEVERAL TIMES ON HIS NUMBER TO SEND THE LINEMEN BUT TO OUR SURPRISE NO LINEMEN VISITED THE PREMISES.) ON 11 AUGUST 2014 NUMBER AND BROADBAND STARTED AND LINEMEN VISITED IN THE EVENING AND WHEN HE WAS ENQUIRED. HE SAID THAT JUMPER WIRE WAS BROKEN AT THE MDF AND THAT HAS BEEN REPLACED TODAY. (LANDLINE NUMBER 29523399 AND BROADBAND WERE DEAD FROM 5 AUGUST 2014 AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO VISIT THE PREMISES TO CHECK THE PROBLEM AND (DURING THIS PERIOD AREA DE MR ANIL DANG AND AREA GM BCP WERE ALSO CALLED THEY ALSO DID NOTHING TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.) ON 20 SEPT SMS WERE SENT ON THE MOBILE NO OF CMD MTNL, ED MTNL, CGM(O) AND GM (BB) REGARDING NON FUNCTIONING OF BROADBAND. ON 20 SEPTEMBER 2014 TWO PHONE MECHANICS WERE SENT FROM MEHRAULI TO REPLACE THE MODEM AS THE MODEM WAS FOUND FAULTY AND THE LIGHT FOR INTERNET WAS NOT COMING (OTHER THAN THIS NOTHING WAS DONE TO CHECK THE PROBLEM OF BROADBAND) ON 25 SEPTEMBER 2014 OPEN SESSION ATTENDED MET THE AREA GM BCP AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND IN FRONT OF ALL THE MTNL OFFICIALS INCLUDING THE AGM OP BCP MS LALITA BHARDWAJ AND THE PEOPLE FROM HEADQUARTER WHO WERE THERE IN THE OPEN SESSION. HE TRIED TO HUMILIATE ME BY SAYING THAT ”TUMHARI KYA PROBLEM HAIN PRASHANT JO ITNI COMPLAINT KARTE REHTE HON HAR WALKT APNE NUMBER KI JABKI TUMHARE NUMBER HAR WAKT THEEK REHTE HAIN OR TUM HUME BHI PARESHAN KARTE HON BEWAJAH” . REGARDING THIS THE APPEAL WAS ALSO SUBMITTED IN THE CGMO OFFICE FOR WHICH THE REPLY IS YET TO BE RECEIVED. ON 1 NOVEMBER 2014 I VISITED THE MTNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE HAUZ KHAS AS I WAS CALLED BY THE AREA DE MR ANIL DANG TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE OF APPEAL WHICH WAS GIVEN BY ME TO THE CGMO REGARDING THE ISSUE OF BROADBAND ON 29523399 AS PER THE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION ON WHICH HE TOLD ME THAT COME TO HAUZ KHAS I NEED TO TALK TO YOU REGARDING THE APPEAL AND THE NEEDFULL WILL BE DONE AS PER THE PROBLEM SITUATION. HE SAID THAT GO AND TALK TO THE ACCOUNTS OFFICER AFTER LUNCH MR PRAKASH AS YOUR NUMBER HAS GOT DNP ON 27 NOV 2014. I HAVE TOLD HIM TO OPEN THE NUMBER FOR FEW DAYS SO YOUR PROBLEM CAN BE SORTED OUT. THE PAYMENTS WHICH WE ARE MAKING TO MTNL TO AVAIL THE SERVICES AND IN RETURN MTNL SHOULD PROVIDE US THE DESIRED SERVICES INSTEAD OF PROVIDING THE PROPER AND FAULT FREE SERVICES THEY ARE VERY MUCH INTERESTED IN CLOSING THE COMPLAINTS BY USING THE COMPLAINANT NAME AND SENDING FALSE COMPLIANCE REPORT TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY. SOMEONE FROM THE MTNL DEPARTMENT MAY BE SENT TO COLLECT ALL THE EQUIPMENTS FROM OUR RESIDENTIAL PREMISES AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE NOONE FROM THE RESIDENCE WILL GO ANYWHERE TO DEPOSIT THE EQUIPMENTS AS AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION LINMEN CAME TO INSTALL THE EQUIPMENTS AND WHATEVER CORRECT BALANCE AMOUNT IF ANY MAY BE INTIMATED TO ME FOR PAYMENT AND IF THE MTNL HAS THE AMOUNT BALANCE WHICH IS NEEDED TO BE PAID BACK THEN IT MAY BE PAID BACK TO US. THERE WERE MANY OCCASIONS ON WHICH I WAS TOLD BY THE AREA DE ANIL DANG THAT PRASHANT STAY AT HOME SOMEONE WILL COME TO CHECK THE BROADBAND BUT NO ONE VISITED THE PREMISES. I TOOK MY CLASSES OFF FOR ONE WEEK THAT IS FROM 15 SEPT 14 TO 20 SEPT 14 BUT NO ONE VISITED THE PREMISES. THEN AGAIN ON 6 OCT 14 TO 10 OCT 14 I AGAIN TOOK MY CLASSES OFF BUT NO ONE VISITED THE PREMISES. ALSO IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE CONDUTE AND SURFACE WIRING OF OUR RESIDENCE HAS BEEN CHECKED BY THE TECHNICIAN WHO HAS GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF TELECOM USING THE MULTIMETER AND THE WIRING WAS FOUND TO BE IN GOOD AND IN PERFECT CONDITION, IF THERE IS HIGH USAGE IN THE BROADBAND SUMMARY THEN WE CAN’T BE BLAMED FOR THIS BECAUSE IF ANYTHING NEEDS TO BE DOWNLOADED FOR DOING SOME SORT OF WORK THEN THAT TYPE OF FILE HAS TO BE PUT ON FOR DOWNLOAD FOR ROUGHLY 15-20 TIMES DUE TO INTERMITTENTLY BREAKAGE/DISCONNECTION OF BROADBAND WHICH AUTOMATICALLY REULTS IN INCREASED USAGE OF OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION. THE AREA OFFICIALS HAVE ALSO MALIGNED MY REPUTATION BY GIVING COMPLIANCE SUCH AS THAT WHENEVER THEY HAVE VISITED. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES. BUT THE REAL TRUTH CAN BE SEEN WHICH IS MENTIONED ABOVE. [NOW THE ONLY OPTION LEFT WITH US TO DO OUR DAILY ROUTINE WORK IS THAT WE SHOULD OPT FOR PRIVATE OPERATOR LANDLINE AND BROADBAND SERVICES. AS THE PAYMENT HAS TO BE MADE TO AVAIL THE SERVICES AND THE PRIVATE OPERATOR WILL PROVIDE THE SERVICES BECAUSE THE MTNL WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE US PROPER AND FAULT FREE SERVICES INSPITE OF THE PAYMENTS BEING MADE] [THREE YEARS BACK (MARCH 2011 TO OCT 2011) SAME SORT OF PROBLEM WAS BEING FACED BY US AT THAT TIME ALSO NOTHING WAS DONE BY THE AREA OFFICIALS AND LATER ON AFTER MAKING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES AND AFTER THEIR INTERFERENCE THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND LATER ON THE PROBLEM WAS SOMEHOW RECTIFIED AND AGAIN THAT TYPE OF SITUATION HAS BEEN AGAIN MADE BY THE AREA OFFICIALS. BUT THIS TIME FINALLY WE WOULD BE GETTING OUR LANDLINE AND BROADBAND DISCONNECTED FOREVER. AT THAT TIME ALSO THE AREA GM WAS MR B K TIWARI WAS THERE WHO ALSO MUST BE HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE OF OUR PREVIOUS PROBLEMS AND THE THEN AREA SDE MR ANIL DANG IS NOW THE DE OF OUR LADO SARAI DUE TO THE INTERCHANGE OF MTNL SECTIONS AND HE ALSO MUST BE VERY WELL AWARE OF THE PREVIOUS PROBLEMS REALTED TO OUR NUMBERS AND HOW THEY WERE RECTIFIED.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that the above mention land line number is out of service since September.15th 2014 and I Vineet Mawandia have contacted every person related with this M.N.T.L.line but nobody resolved the problem.I contacted Mr.Gupta(Linemen) of Mall Road/Church Road on mobile number - [protected] after fifteen days of follow up nothing happed.Also called M.T.N.L. Customer care number[protected] Mr.Sudir complaint no.297 in September end.After nothing happened I called Mr.Rajinder Singh ((SDO) Vasant Kunj on October 1st 2014 had requested me a text message with details of my land line number with name & address .Since then he kept lying that he is looking into the matter but again nothing happened and finally he stopped answering my phone calls. Then I massaged saying I will file a complain and forward to ED.He called me immediately and started using foul language which is not tolerated !!! .I want to file a complain against this SDO Mr.Rajinder Singh and copy of this latter to be sent to CMD.And this time my land line number is still not working and bill is being raised regularly.                                 Hello Sir/Madam, I am Manish Patiyal. I have registered a new connection with MTNL for wifi broadband just about a week ago. She told me our executive came at your home for registration and other formalities, but no one is coming. I called customer care again and asked about that then they replied me "No new connections in your area" right now, so we did not get it to you. I told her that if your company MTNL not going for a new connection, then how anyone expect for a new connection or any other service of MTNL. Please help me. In my area, there are many MTNL landline connections, then how could they said that for no new connections. Please help me or any suggestion at [protected], Manish.

                                  sir i have made double payment of my mtnl landline bill on 08/11/2014 with a transaction no.MHDF[protected] BY ONLINE NET BANKING.i talk to account manager, he told it will get back to your account but it dosent come. so i request you to please do my favour. thank you. i m enclosing the copy of account statement. Please resolve i have complained regarding many times but no reply no solution so far . Thank you .

                                    I got my internet connection through MTNL Broadband services when i used to live in G.T.B Enclave Delhi-110093. Now after I shifted to Kamal Vihar, Kamalpur, Burari, Delhi- 110084 i.e. in jan 2014 did put in a request to get the connection shifted as well and it was shifted in jan 2014 but only landline was functional, no one came in to setup the broadband connection.Went to the MTNL office in Burari and they informed by MTNL that it was not possible to setup internet connection but will try and do something. Till now there no one came in to check for the internet connection moreover my phone is dead for the past 1-2 months.I never used to get billed for Broadband Connection as there was no connection setted up since i have been living in Burari. Now for the past 2 months i have been getting bill of RS 752 for Broadband connection which was never setted up at all by any one. Again went to the nearby MTNL office in Burari and complained about it but was informed that they can't see any details of Broadband setup for my connection and asked me to go for MTNL Office in Shakti Nagar. Not sure why am i supposed to keep running around such things as it's MTNL who is at fault and needs to wave off my bill and get the problem rectified. PH NO[protected].

                                    Hi Sir/Madam,

                                    I have been using MTNL broad band service since quite a long time. First number 22597868 which was being used when i used to reside in G.T.B. Enclave Area. Was about to move house from that place to Burari hence filled transfer form on 16 Jan to get the connection transfered. Waited for almost 2 months there was no update. Visited the nearby Exchange in Burari and was informed that it will take time and finally some one came in the month of April and setted up the landline connection but no Internet was activated neither was given the info of how to get it done. Again visited the exchange and was informed by the SDO avail there that my land line took almost 100 Mtrs of wire and he was not sure whether broadband will work or not and he also asked to wait for sometime for the setup as he had limited Staff. Waited for some more time. still no one came and by that time the bills generated were for 0 RS as no connection was setted up.Then suddenly got bills for the month of October, November and Dec 2014 for the Broadband connection which was never setted up at all. Went to the exchange again and asked why was the bill generated they said that had no clues and was asked to go to the Shakti Nagar branch. Was not able to make it for a couple of months as had some family issues. When visited the Shakti Nagar office was asked to write down the whole matter and did the same but now i was being informed that they will not refund anything except the amount when line was broken in between. Now in the mean time the Fourth bill has come up again.


                                    Issue here is when my service was never activated why should i pay the bills.

                                      I am using a broadband connection on my landline number 22154791 since Sep 14. Since then there has been frequent disconnection of the broadband services (ADSL not glowing). I have registered complaints regarding this on 1504. The customer service person said that I have a faulty line and asked me to register complaint on 198. When I called the number they said that how can you make a phone call when the line is faulty. I told them that due to the problem in line I was not able to use broadband seamlessly, but they ignored my complaint. I would like to mention a few complaint numbers below for your reference :-

                                      The service provided by the repair staff is unsatisfactory and till now am experiencing problems with my connection. I would request you to expedite the repair process as early as possible because I believe in MTNL more than any other private broadband provider.

                                        have the broadband connection of mtnl bearing PH # 25099097.Landline phone is not working since April 2014. No of times I have lodge complaint online as well as on IVRS. Complaint no are 1723, 1125, 64100326, 2385. I also wrote a mail to MTNL, but no from there side. COPY of MAIL" Sir, I am MTNL Delhi(dwarka sec-3) broadband user, landline no:25099097, have complaint number of times regarding non functioning of telephone instrument. but it was never rectified. I am facing this problem from last 3 months. but my all efforts are in vain. recently I complained online about non-working of my telephone instrument and broadband connection, on 13th june 2014, docket no:2385 and 470028. Today I checked the status of those complaint, and it says no complaint pending for both the numbers. Sir, I really request you to look into this matter and get sorted out at the earliest. Looking forward for faster and positive response. " I did not get any response from MTNL till date.
