I am using a broadband connection on my landline number 22154791 since Sep 14. Since then there has been frequent disconnection of the broadband services (ADSL not glowing). I have registered complaints regarding this on 1504. The customer service person said that I have a faulty line and asked me to register complaint on 198. When I called the number they said that how can you make a phone call when the line is faulty. I told them that due to the problem in line I was not able to use broadband seamlessly, but they ignored my complaint. I would like to mention a few complaint numbers below for your reference :-

The service provided by the repair staff is unsatisfactory and till now am experiencing problems with my connection. I would request you to expedite the repair process as early as possible because I believe in MTNL more than any other private broadband provider.

    have the broadband connection of mtnl bearing PH # 25099097.Landline phone is not working since April 2014. No of times I have lodge complaint online as well as on IVRS. Complaint no are 1723, 1125, 64100326, 2385. I also wrote a mail to MTNL, but no from there side. COPY of MAIL" Sir, I am MTNL Delhi(dwarka sec-3) broadband user, landline no:25099097, have complaint number of times regarding non functioning of telephone instrument. but it was never rectified. I am facing this problem from last 3 months. but my all efforts are in vain. recently I complained online about non-working of my telephone instrument and broadband connection, on 13th june 2014, docket no:2385 and 470028. Today I checked the status of those complaint, and it says no complaint pending for both the numbers. Sir, I really request you to look into this matter and get sorted out at the earliest. Looking forward for faster and positive response. " I did not get any response from MTNL till date.

      I have the broadband connection of mtnl bearing PH # 27521232 was not working since OCT01 2014. I personally went twice to Rohini sectorer-3 office but no body is able to listen as officials told us there was a shortage of staff so that no body will do your job. They did not give any positive reply to me and also told me that you can disconnect this connection. Never expect such kind of reply by staff . This is really a bad service.My last complaint no.564389

              Borad band is down for the last one month. This is not the first time. It has been a recurring problem since we installed MTNL connection. The internet is highly unstable even if it is working. Lodged complaints to GM earlier on the same issue. But, no response. Can some one please help an hapless customer?                 my mtnl broadband internet service is not working since 21 october 2014. And i have registered complaint regarding this problem. But no one in the mtnl office is responding on this. problem is still the same and the are saying it will get resolved tommorow.. tommorow.. tommorow.

                  I, Kishan Kumar, residing in Delhi, having Internet plan of Rs. 699/- against land line no. 27382157, CA no. [protected]. Three months before I made request for change of our net plan from post paid to prepaid. I called several times on 1504 and other numbers also for doing so but nothing worked out. It was told that one complaint is pending against our number that is the reason they are unable to accept our request. I visited MTNL office in Gulabi Bagh and there met with Mr. Rajender who assured me that he will solve my problem but till now it has not been resolved. Further, I wish to inform you that our net connection is not working properly from last one month and when we contacted MTNL people for checking/changing of modem, they told us that they don't have any modem for replacement. Last Three months I am running from pillar to post and going through mental agony but not able to get any kind of response from MTNL.                     My telephone number is 26046469. The line is unusable as there is a constant hum and crackling noise so that I cannot understand what the caller is saying. I have contacted MTNL thrice. They keep telling me that the problem is fixed but the crackling continues. I have have even tried to contact the area line man supervisor. He quickly rattled off a phone number and disconnected the call even before I had a chance to take the number down. Subsequent attempts to call him were fruitless.

                    I lodged a call with MTNL's 198 number. The lineman called and told me the problem is resolved. The line seemed okay for around 4 hours and it is back to having terrible disturbance in the middle of a call. The problem is so bad that I can't hear what the caller is saying.

                      I made online payment of Rs. 1063/- by citibank credit card for phone no. 25889899 on 29.10.2014 and received message from my card provider of payment. However no receipt has been generated by MTNL and the bill is still stated to be pending.

                      The complaint was resolved with a few days and the payment was duly credited in respect of the bill. I checked the site of MTNL and could download the receipt for payment. Thanks.

Now the amount of 1247 has been cut from my account twice. I have got no response from the billing department of mtnl when i tried to contact them on phone.                           I have got internet prepaid brodband from mtnl for rs 1700with there modem. I had recharged my connection, after 7 days there was some wire falt, and it was revived after 20-25 dys.. Not any internet compcaint go to them. There executive behviour istoo bad. I recharged again, and after a week it was not started, i was keep on going to there off to complaint .but there was no response, at last that official called me and said u have not rechargd ur no. I m seriously frustated with there govt attiaude and left it assitis. Pls can u help me in this regard. My 1700 + 1180 goes in gutter litrally. Can i expect my money back. And there serice is litrally bad

More than 4months have gone by since then, but no action has been taken as promised in reply to our emailed complaint. Moreover, for the last 4months, Rs 60/- per month credit in monthly phone bills which was being afforded to us for depositing Rs 15000/- (as per there requirement imposed by MTNL for getting OYT connection), has been stopped with the result that we are billed Rs.60/- more per month since the last four months. Also, for no reason whatsoever and without any prior intimation the service charges have also been increased.All this without any intimation to us. Why so? Pl. afford us the credit for the accumulated excess service charges and with held accumulated credit of Rs.300/- in the current bill itsel[censored]nder intimation to me.                               Hi, my Internet connection for telephone number [protected] is been suspended from last one week in spite of making complete payments. And when I am trying to contact on consumer number they are not receiving the phone calls. It is really urgent as my important work is came to halt. No one is providing the right number to contact on and also the website for mtnl complaints are not working properly. Please help.

                                I called 1504 regarding the internet issues i have been facing since 3 days. Someone named IQBAL SINGH attended my call. I conveyed him all the issues i have been facing. He wasnt of any help so i asked him to give the number of a person that could be of some help. After i asked him to register my complaint his behaviour came out to be too rude towards me. I would like MTNL to take serious action against him as this kind of behaviour is not tolerable. Or i will have to reach out to the Consumer Court in case my complaint here is not attended.

                                  I made one online recharge from in the mobile number [protected] on 15th august, 2014 from the site of Rs 2200/ (http://mtnlmumbai.in/index.php/online/misc/moblie-recharge) through net banking but i did not receive any recharge amount or any refund amount. My transaction id is MSBI[protected]IGY20 04757. The recharge status is still showing pending. Bank is telling that they have transferred the amount however, MTNL customer care is telling that please contact in your bank.

                                    Hi, We are the subscriber for Landline number 26331165 in Andheri(W) Mumbai; for more then 15 years. My phone line was suspended due to my mother being away to relatives place. My line is not being reinstated, my mother, age 74 visited MTNL twice to make sure all the bills are paid. Now they are saying the transfer the phone to her name first to make an inquire. This is because the phone is in my Dad's name and he cannot travel. This is how old people are harassed by MTNL staff at their office nr. MHADA. I request you to reinstate the line and warn/train your office staff regarding proper code of conduct.

                                      The number [protected] was in pool, in response to complaint no. 849416 on 04/10/14 it was brought out of pool. I was told to recharge but all recharges failed. Number is still disabled. Customer care failed to help in spite of repeated calls. They put on hold for long and then disconnect abruptly.
