Dear Sir,
I Rakesh Pokhariyal presently residing at B-87 / 4 / S-1, Dilshad Colony, Delhi – 110095, bearing Land Line No. 22357775, suffered great headache due to MTNL telephone instrument.
Sir, I wanted to inform you that I have made online complaint which docket no. 886 dated 25.09.2014 Docket no. 861 dated 01.10.2014 Docket no. 1012 dated 21.10.2014, Docket no. 827 dated 03.11.2014 & Docket no. 663 dated 04.11.2014. But till date nobody came to my residence to solve the problem or not contact to us. The status of my complaint in the site shown only test desk / ETHER AS DES.BY OPERATOR.
I am totally in full stress how to deal with it. I hereby request you to help me to come out of this and change my telephone instrument because it is about 19 years old.
Kindly take up the matter at your level with Local MTNL representative / Officials.
