Dear Sir,
I am a MTNL Landine Ph. No. 28567687 user from the begining MTNL department every month charged the calls reading 100 to 788 calls per month. As per subscription Rs. 870/- for Broadband & 100 calls free. But till today nobody makes call from this no. MTNL every month charged above 100 calls from this no. Since last month my above mentioned Phone no is Dead, several times make complaint but till today no action is taken about this matter.
Please take some action to stop the practice o[censored]nnecessary bills otherwise i will go to the consumer court for stop this procedure.

Phone Number[protected]. For the last 3 months, there has been a constant disturbance noise on our land line. We have complained to MTNL multiple times. Each time they call back, saying that the phone is working. When we inform them that there is an constant humming noise which we have found out is due to faulty 'earthing', they simply hang up the phone. They are not willing the fix the problem. I am tired of continuously calling them to fix this issue. Request your support to please help us resolve this issue because it's been prevalent for 3 months now.

Dear Sir, I have taken WiFi broadband connection from MTNL on my landline number 28415881. For past two to three months I am not able to use internet. The problem is either ADSL light not coming or there is frequent disconnection in Internet. I have raised various complaints through your website with docket number 4874, 9829, 6871, 666, and 9074 to name a few but no action has been taken. Docket number 3597 has been the recent which I had submitted today. I also registered complaint on 1504 and ended up getting numbers of two/three MTNL employees of my area. I called them up and got the same answer that we will look into the issue but the problem persist. I also requested them that if they are not able to resolve the problem let me know so that I can surrender the connection and take services of some good company but in vain. Please advice me if this phone of mine can be fixed or should i disconnect my phone becoz i dont fancy paying bills which i am doing for the past 4 months for a dead phone. An complaint is lodged with mtnl Delhi on 29.9.14 & .06.10.14 that the ph. is not working proper but no action has been taken by the mtnl my complaint no.is 310 the service is very poor Sh. Chunni lal M [protected], land line no.(dead) [protected]..

Since there is no other option apart from MTNL (even at Pandara Road - Delhi's poshest area), MTNL has been providing broadband services. About a year ago, they changed the lines and maybe disrupted mine. I receive a speed of 64kbps or less in lieu of a 2MBPS connection. Have made several complaints to MTNL but these people have shown how uneducated they are. The head technical supervisors are puzzled when they hear common terms like throughput. They have not been able to fix my services, however I am being charged the complete bill everytime.

I have been using MTNL Broadband connection from last 2 years.On an Average the broadband services was down for 365 days out of 730 days.I am making the payment on time.I have already complaint 50 times this month but no action has been taken by the Department for rectifying the problem.My Landline Number is[protected]. About Customer care on 1504 : I think that they don't even know about broadband connection, and when you call then it looks that you might have called an automated system.Every time i have been given by a new complaint number. Poor Service, Poor connection. No procedure to disconnect the connection.

Sir, We would like to inform that above mentioned Telephone Nos. 27041151 connection holding by company at HelpLab Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Office No 5, Khasra No. 1122, Rithala, New Delhi-85. Sir, above mentioned number is not working within a last 10-15 days and also without line frequently monthly for 10 days. We have lodged many time complaint to your Sector-3 office, which complain number 513 dtd 11.09.14 repeatedly complain no 1296 dtd: 15.09.14. But no any response from side. Sir, our company deals in Healthcare and we are facing too much difficulties. Hope you sincerely look into our complains and also give us rebate in monthly rent also of the non connection period.

Hi My phone nbr[protected] is not working since Aug'2014. It is 25th Sept today, and no action has been taken yet by MTNL to correct into the issue. Morever they have sent us the telephone bill for these months. As per telecom rules, if your phone is not working and you have registered a complaint, they cannot charge you the bill until phone is in working condition. My telephone and internet was kept in safe custody till 9th Sept. I requested it to be reconnected, but it has not happened till today[protected]. I have complained to all the senior and junior officers personally and by phone but no result. I would request that it is attended to urgently as I am a senior citizen and a Doctor. Internet connection not working against Phone No.22773651 last 15 days Dear Sir, My broadband connection against Phone No.22773651 is not working last 10 days. Every day I am giving a complaint through net and calling several times TO MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-2 office, but any one is not attending the complaints till today. It is connecting, but not working properly and can't open any site, every time the internet & ADSL lights are coming and going. Light is not stable, so could not doing anything. Kindly instruct somebody to come and properly attend the complaint. Every day I am getting new complaint numbers without attending the previous complaints. I am using this phone only internet purpose. If this poor system not rectified, I want to look an alternative solution. Your immediate action is highly appreciated.

MY CA No is [protected]. I am facing problem with internet for more than three months. Internet connection hardly stays for few minutes...I m doing regular complaints on MTNL customer care (1504) but the problem is not yet solved. Its looks like the mtnl people making fool out of their service providers for whole month. and the end of the month they charge INR 650 as well. Telephone no.[protected] I have taken a plan of mtnl which works upto 10gb with a speed of 2mbps and after that speed becomes 512 kbps but whenever i use the net my speed is around 1 mbps. I have filed 2-3 complaints for this but nothing has happened to improve the scenario. Please look into the matter and sort the problem as soon as possible.

My mtnl number 28313703 is not working for long time. After complaining for so many time mtnl people are not taking the matter seriously. they cause mentally harrasment by telling you spoke to that number when I call to that number either noone picked up or that person tell me another number to dial. It cause lot of frustration. I repeatedly complaining for same. I do not remember all complain number but I do remember few of them 807 and 1647 it my humble request to my dignity to look up the matter I will be highly oblized

Hello Sir, My phone number is 28578756. I paid an amount of Rs. 863 twice on 20 August 2014 and 1 Sep 2014. I was told on helpline that in the bill generated on 10 Sep 2014 the amount will be adjusted but it has not reflected the double payment. Please help me get back the refund of Rs 863
