Hi My phone nbr[protected] is not working since Aug'2014. It is 25th Sept today, and no action has been taken yet by MTNL to correct into the issue. Morever they have sent us the telephone bill for these months. As per telecom rules, if your phone is not working and you have registered a complaint, they cannot charge you the bill until phone is in working condition. My mtnl number 28313703 is not working for long time. After complaining for so many time mtnl people are not taking the matter seriously. they cause mentally harrasment by telling you spoke to that number when I call to that number either noone picked up or that person tell me another number to dial. Only reason I have been paying MTNL regular bills is that it gives me an address proof, otherwise
I would have kicked this connection off with in 2-3 months of installation MTNL is working as if its still 17th century.
