Even after repeated complaints. Complaint number 986/3.9.14
There has been no action. The phone and broadband both are not working.
Only reason I have been paying MTNL regular bills is that it gives me an address proof, otherwise
I would have kicked this connection off with in 2-3 months of installation MTNL is working as if its still 17th century.
Just hope that this PSU is sold off at the earliest to some reliable group.

    It is stated that I have paid bill of Rs 337 for July 2014 twice by E-payment as per details below 1. Date of payment 28.8.2014 2. Payment made through ICICI gateway 3. Electronically generated E receipt by MTNL received 2 nd payment was also made MOBIKWIK and receipt of bill paid successfully to CA [protected] MTNL Delhi biller post paid RS 337 also elctronically received.on 28.8 2014 Thus by mistake the payment has been made twice for one bill.The excess payment received by you is not reflected in telephone bill for the month August 2014. Please adjust the excess payment received by MTNL for September bill

      <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Asper your records I applied land line in the month of 18th December 2103, after everything process I got telephone instrument with Tribroadband( modem) in January 17th of 2014. Afterward there is delay in activation (mail below requested for activation) and activated on 14th of February 2014 ( took one month for activation ). Then the voice call activated on above said date, but modem is not worked at all, because they gave me fault one. I requested and complained so many times from March 2014 to May 2014, ( around 3 to 4 times; check my complaint register)nobody attended the complaint. Finally I surrender the fault modem to the MTNL office with letter on 12th july 2014. Even I paid all pending bills( march2014, April 2014, may2014 and June 2014) in which amount of broadband also included, in which Unfortunately not used the same. After that, they stopped my telephone voice line without reason. NowI received the bill of month of July 2014 with breaking charges( not mentioned clearly) of around 1160 Rs plus monthly rent for the same dead landline. I’m really passing very pathetic situation from last Eight months. Regards Girish B M

        My MTNL Phone (No[protected] is dead since 2/9/2014 and broadband is also not working since than. Registered a complaint vide No 937 dated 3/9/2014. But no action has been taken so far.           Sir i am facing a severe problem in Mtnl broadband, since last two months there is problem in the line and now from last 10 days the phone line is dead and thus there is no internet. I have filed complaint for that Telephone No: 26052306 Docket No: 494 Complaint date : 9/6/2014 15:53:23 Exchange : TKB Complaint Type : DEAD PHONE PENDING AT : Outdoor But there is no solutions given to me and my phone line is still dead and i am facing lots of problems, i am calling the mtnl guys but there is no staisfactory answer from them as when my connection will start work..             Dear Sir, We are the customers of MTNL from last 3 years. Customer Account No: [protected] Customer Telephone: [protected] There is an internet problem from last 10 days. We have registered the complaint in MTNL they give us the complaint number for preventing the problem, but no one is coming to resolve it. When we again call to the call centre they tell us that the complaint number is cancelled. Employees who are not behaving properly are: 1) Mr. Shyam Sundar 2) Mr. Siddiqui (Engineer) 3) Mr. Garud 4) Mr. Amol All these employees are working in Bandra DTTC Telephone Exchange at Saint Martin Road bandra west 400050 They are not receiving our call & misbeheaving with us.

              sir i have mtnl wifi connection but the wifi is not working in my laptop, mobiles. in my phone the name of wifi is shown but after entering the password it is not connected it shows disconnected i have check my password online and it is correct but in my phone it shows diconnected again and again please concerned on this matter immediately
              customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              This is in reference to the broadband connection for 25466082. We wish to inform you that the same is not working for more than a week now.

              This has become a regular feature and internet gets disconnected again and again every month, slow speed, ADSL down etc.

              Please look into the matter and refund our bill amount, since I am paying for the internet and I am not able to use the same.

My landline is not working since 5 days. I really do not know why there is huge delay I have already called lodhi road MTNL office[protected] many times but still there is nobody picking up the phone Can you please look into this matter with some priority?...

                    Ii hv two MTNL dollphin numbers in area Suhash nager ...from the past ! hr...both the numbers are not working...I am not able to call on any umber or eve n massages are not going through...I also tried to call on these numbers and its not connecting at all...please tell whts the problem and when its going to be okay...and one more thing I can see tthe signal bars are good...ther is no network coverage problem...pleasesort the problem sooon as possible

                      Phone not Working Hi Sir/Madam My name is Chunni Lal and my landline number is 26057107. I am using this number since last 15 year. My landline a not working since 8 days. I have already raised complain 3 times but no one resolved this issue. I really do not know why there is huge delay I have already called Khanpur MTNL office[protected] times but still there is nobody picking up the phone Can you please look into this matter with some priority?

                        I took brodeband internet from mtnl and its plan is of 1 mbps...but it never happen the net speed shows never more then 250 kbps. and the internet connection hardly stay for a minute...i m doing regular complains against them but the problem isnt solved..till now. the line man is also said we cant do anything and we cant provide fast net...my no is [protected], in sec 28 rohini . its looks like the mtnl people making fool out of their service providers for whole month. and and the end of the month they charge 1000 rs as well.

                          With sheer disappointment I wish to state that I have made numerous complaints about the working of my telephone number [protected]. The phone has been dead for more that 1.5 months. And even after repeated assurance from the customer care representative, nothing has been done to solve my glitch. Infact, I'm always provided with different by the MTS representatives but of no use as they all go either unattended or wrong numbers. This problem of mine has finally left me with no other option but to approach the consumer forum for misleading the customers and creating troubles for them. I hope the concerned authorities will take remedial step in this direction and owing to my clear record of being attached with your team, your will take quick step in this direction and keep me updated on my email id- himanshu.[protected]@gmail.com or contact at [protected].                             I have the broadband connection bearing Ph # 22091976 was not working since Sep 01 2014. I already made the com paint s on this, on 05 09.14 I personally went twice to Krishna Nagar office but no body is able to listen as officials told us there was a strike so that no body will do your job. | Next day on Sep 06 2014 I came in the morning around 11:30 but the same reply which I got yesterday . Then they told me that you can meet SDO lunch, Then I again went at around 3:00 clock &amp; met SDO Mr. Kaushik and he told me this problem cannot be rectified because the DSLAM H -1 down &amp; I cannot assure that when it will be up. He did not any positive reply me that and also told me that you can disconnect this connection. As I was using this connection for more than 5 year &amp; never expect such kind of reply by SDO. This is really a bad service . So that I have no option to cancel this connection because I was not able to do the work. I am unable to make the bill payment if I am not getting the connection, I

                              Dear Sir, I am using MTNL Landline as well as WIFI System at my Residence, continuing for last 4years. Regarding Internet & WIFI Connection we are facing a lot of problem for last few months, and lodged repeated online complaints. After filing complaints the problem resolved and sustained for only 2-3 days. In my recent case I lodged complaint on 02.09.14, about unstable WIFI, which not yet resolved. You are requested to look into this matter. If not resolved please inform so that disconnection of the line as well as WIFI can be applied to you.                                 I lodged a complain with MTNL bearing complain No 64200194 on 31st August 2014 regarding the internet problem with my Modem. Till date no action has been taken. Being a customer of MTNL, I have never delayed any payment nor caused any harm to the image of MTNL. Don't understand why the complains are not heard in time when it was told that any complaints regarding the instrument or modem will be addressed within 24 hour. Today when I called the call center from my landline no dialing 1504, one executive gave me two nos[protected]/[protected] saying to contact Mr Awdesh Kumar. Where as I tried to reach him three times but no one picked up the phone. Can I reqest if this can be looked into on top priority. regards Samarendra [protected]

I have made repeated complaints, visited your Rajouri office multiple times and requested for a fix. All I get to hear is that some line is faulty.                                     Its been around 15 days since my ADSL light keeps on flickering, and my net connection dies every 10 seconds.It seems like a boon if there is ne connection available to me.I have complained to about 6 different mtnl complaint numbers, and yet no one has come forth with any solution.The engineer who once visited my place to fix it had no solution yet.Im literally paying MTNL for free.Please resolve this issue immediately.Or else my hand would be forced to lodge a case at the consumer court.

                                      My internet is not working since 6 months. Daily complaints have made us so annoyed and most important no resolution in return. This is the worst experience with mtnl. Lodged so many complaints on the number 1504 but all in vein. Would like to again make a request to the concerned authorities to take the necessary action in this regard.

                                        Internet not working since last 5 days and no action taken

                                        My Internet connection is not working with ADSL power down since last 5 days. Irrespective of making numerous complaints no action seen to be taken. We just got 2-3 calls from representative on landline number but even after telling them that ADSL is still down and power not coming, the most we heard is that they will look into it .However no one arrived to check connections and issue still there while it has been 5 days now. I guess...
