Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] Complaints & Reviews

I have requested MTNL to upgrade my internet service to fiber optic. This results in increased billing of Rs 2, 000 a month for the government. However, it's been 3 weeks, and MTNL inspite of repeated follow-ups refuses to get this upgraded. What's wrong DOT? I thought ache din were here?...
