    I user of, M.T.N.L services facing a problem and lodged my first compliant on 16/7/2014 but no one replied and no one came to correct the complaint second complaint on 26/7/[protected] complaint no ) third complaint on 7/8/[protected] complaint no ) fourth compliant on 27/8/[protected] complaint no ) and still they are sending me a bill of 467

      Sir, I have a landline and broadband connection of mtnl mumbai with landline num 26542772, my internet connection is out of service since 11 august 2014, ihave registerd sevral complaint at mtnl srevice till date with dock no 568, 7684, 2826, 4493, 7708, ihave contacted personally with officers at bkc office ragarding my problem but there has been no solution till date.my internet service is also diconnected.plzz give a solution for my problem

          86B, Pocket A, Sukhdev Vihar, South Delhi[protected] Aug 2014 Dear Sir, My son is having MTNL landline no. 26844798 in his name- Tejas Ghate. Since we were out of station and could not pay the bill, the connection was closed. Now, on 19 Aug 2014, my son has paid the total due amount of Rs. 1950/- to clear the outstanding.In spite of clearing of the outstanding bill, the telephone has not been restored for its services. The helpline lady has been telling that 'अपने आप चालू हो जायेगा'. She has also given the number of accounts officer, which is not answered. Since my BSNL mobile is not offering reliable range, it is very difficult for me to contact any of the telephone offices. Please advice me what I should do to restore the telephone. I am a senior citizen and cannot visit the Office of MTNL in this summer heat. When I checked your website for complaining, the site shows that 'Your telephone is closed'!             My telephone no. is 29837115 and CA no. is [protected].I opted TriB UL Data-597 Combo** plan and phone is installed on dated[protected]. I am using my own modem, As per the installation charges on websites and confirmation with customer care total charges is Rs. 800.Please refer to link for the samehttp://mtnldelhi.in/broadband/triband_tariff_unlimited1.htm but they send me a bill they charge for extra Rs. 1000 as Advance charge deposit hat they never told me about this .This information neither available on site nor told by customer care.I never expect such a wrong/hiding information from Government Organization.                 Internet service on My Telephone connection was disrupted from 30 Jun 2014. The details from your system are as under:-

                Inspite of lodging complaint and making several times personal vists at your Office at Najafgarh, till date no any remedial action has so for been taken. It is surprise to see the bill for the month of Jul 2014 as it came to Rs 757.31vide Bill No [protected] dtd 08 Aug 2014 on Tele No 28012868 CA No [protected]. Request to reconcile the bill amount and a fresh bill may please be issued. Secondally during this month of Aug 2014, no Internet connection is functioning inspite of making several times approach. Complaint No 956 dtd 04 Aug 2014 and Docket No for Internet is 64100565.

                  I have requested MTNL to upgrade my internet service to fiber optic. This results in increased billing of Rs 2, 000 a month for the government. However, it's been 3 weeks, and MTNL inspite of repeated follow-ups refuses to get this upgraded. What's wrong DOT? I thought ache din were here?

                  Fully agree, I have done many queries on this and it always goes unanswered. MTNL always gives some flimsy reasons and clearly more hand in hand with local cable operators and not at all interested to give the service.

                    Date 15/7/14 Filed application for Telephone Shifting in GAVDEVI exchange I was promised will get same phone number I shifted to Bhayandar on a rented premises MTNL lineman came but we were again shifting to our own place in Bhayandar only so we were assured that Connection will be done at new premises on filing application I went MTNL exchange Bhayandar i was told that application can be filed only at GAVDEVI for our case I went MTNL exchange Gavdevi filed another Application For shifting to new premises dated 14/8/14 Since then i have been visiting Exchanges numerous times but GAVDEVI exchange says we have Issued Workorder but BHAYANDAR exchange says we have not received any such order or we are looking for it On top of that Lineman came on 18/8/14 and Charged Rs.200 assuring that phone and connection will be done either today or tommorow but it has not yet been done I made 16 calls today they gave me different numbers right from lineman to divisional officer but all seems ignorant

                      M holding mtnl landlines and broadband connection wide no. [protected] on my name Narender Kumar in every 10 days or fortnight line used to be faulty both service has stopped. I used to do make complaint by phone or online but nobody take any interest on the Complaint.

                          Sir, our company is manufacturing unit, we very deficulty in your services. We not delay your payment why you do not give better serives. If you are not maintaining our telephone Nos. which we request you to please cut the same connection in office. We are not satisfy your poor, shameless services.

                          Therefore We request you to please if you do not take any action receipt of this email otherwise we lodge a complaint to comsumer court in your services.

I have complained around 10-15 times but not got any response from your side. When i am gone our "Mahanagar Telephone Exchange" so MTNL's employees are do the very bad behaviour from myself.                               Hi, I am using the MTNL Broadband services along with the fixed land line phone. Docket Number :- 515400 Region:- Inderpuri, New Delhi I have a serious issue with my modem (CPE) which reboots every 2 to 3 min. I have also logged complaints many times but NO ACTION is taken on any complaint and they are closed without any communication, contact or information. The Latest docket number raised is 515400. This is been going on for MONTHS now and i hereby request you to please change the equipment or at least contact me with relevant information. PLEASE help in resolving this ASAP.                                     My MTNL phone 25053513 frequently remains out of order. In the recent past it remained dead for 24 days from June 10 to July 4. I lodged complaints to GM (West), AGM (OP&PG), Area Manager, Dwarka and PG Cell. But got no response from anywhere. My phone is again dead since July 22. This time too I have lodged complaints on July 22, 24 and Aug 4. My July 24 complaint remained pending and it was got cleared on Aug 1/2. I have details of more than 25 complaints that have been lodged by me. No one is listening to me. I daily contact MTNL Dabri Exchane on No. 25395454 where attending officials promise to look into the matter but by end of the day there comes no result. Though phone remains out of order. MTNL charges around Rs. 800 towards its bills. I request your to kindly help me from getting out of the vicious entangle of MTNL.                                         sir, i have a land line mtnl phone no. is 22755333 i have a 1 mb/s plan on this no. and the downloading speed should be minimum 105 kb/s but i am reciving only half speed as per the plan the downloading speed is 52 kb/s running. please solve this problem as soon as possible.
